If I had ordered a cup of nacho cheese with melted cheese on top and a couple chips instead of Chicken Tortilla Soup, they would’ve got it right. If had ordered a house salad with shredded roast beef on top instead of a steak salad, they would’ve got it right. This place was a real let down...But the drinks were good.

I was trying to avoid going here because of the comments I have read comments like the food isn't great very expensive bad quality but in a town so small you run out of options so I decided to go and I was surprised I had the bison meatloaf it was very good and the portions were very big overall for a place in Newtown I would have to say this is the best option the service was very friendly and good intended if I had one complaint it would be that they don't have an expresso machine for their coffee so the coffee wasn't great but I guess that's probably too much to ask for Newtown their prices are fair considering where you were dining. Over all a positive experience

I ate at Teddy's when they first opened and the food was amazing. Took my staff out to Teddy's and the menu had changed considerably. Not a great experience.

When a certain shift works the lounge they over charge my bill 4 dollars a ticket have had it happen multiple times asked the manager about it and he just shrugged me off.

Slow service. Some of the food is okay. People on my group where overcharged twice totaling 4 figures and the money hasn't been returned yet and the manager doesn't seem too concerned.

Whole experience took about 3 hours. When we finally got our food it was incorrect. After getting it all sorted out I still never got the salad I ordered. Had to get up and find our waitress for our tabs.

Just drive on buy this place. Took around 50 mins to receive this which was priced at 22 dollars. The inside was cold, and I really just couldnt eat it. I have never just walked out of place I wanted to here. I paid for the beer my table had drank but I said I can not pay that much for that. Waitress told me that upper management is trying to save money anyway they can so they hired foreign workers for the kitchen. Any of the failures here was not her fault I would just stick to beer here. Just to be clear this review was two months ago. Tried this place again last night and I have to say it really has turned around quite nicely. The pizza was really good and that menu is completely different.

Not much else around...the food was okay at best and it was pretty overpriced. Burger was not good, and the potato wedges were drowning in oil. Also an $8 side salad had two baby carrots, lettuce and a few slices of cucumber. Total bill: $26. Your better off picking up a microwaveable meal from the grocery.

The lounge is nice, clean and the atmosphere is good. The service, when there are employees, is also good and the food is "ok". The place to go if you are looking for a quiet upscale place to talk business or just sit and watch sports or news.

Drinks were ok. Service took awhile.... bout 20 minutes to get a menu.... Then waited another 15 for our drinks at least. Started the appetizers and that was enough to know we were in the wrong place. To add to that.... who serves cold veggies as we as the rest of the meal and instant potatoes.... are you kidding me..... Do not waste your time or money. However, Thomas the manager at the time did take care of things to satisfaction.

The service sucked, we say and waited 20 minutes with the waitress bumping or table numerous times before she acknowledged us, the special was sold out. The only thing they have going for them is that it's across the parking lot from the better hotel so I can walk after I get drunk waiting for good.
