I had the salad bar. The cucumbers were frozen, the broccoli was not good and brown. The broccoli salad had a tangy taste. The pasta salad was the same. Not many salads to choose from. Lots of toppings though. When we walked in the floors had food all over them, and several messy tables. Our waitress was very friendly.

Great service and delicious food. The workers are really nice. I really like chicken fresco, and as a kid, I would order the grilled chicken, and have them add the sauces. They always could and the meal turned out to be just as delicious as the larger version.

Food was pretty good (although pretty pricey) but our biggest complaint was the service and how we were treated by management and our waitress. Overall, she had a real negative attitude and she scoffed at what my brother and his girlfriend ordered. We paid for our check using a gift card and then paid the rest on our debit card. A couple of days later, we noticed that we got charged the full price of our meal on top of what we paid on the check after the gift card was used. Whether the waitress took the gift card or it was "lost" we do not know but they had us come back in to get the refund where they were very disrespectful towards my wife and did nothing to address our complaints outside of giving our refund back. We are visiting family and are from a state that does not have a Ruby Tuesdays and if we hadn't noticed the full charge on our account, we wouldn't have been able to get our refund. This Ruby Tuesdays will not be getting our business again.

Had steak, shrimp, fries and steamed broccoli. The steak was very tender and delicious, the shrimp was good but a little over seasoned for my taste. The fries were ok but a little over cooked and the broccoli was steamed only partially. Had a attentive waitress. It was a busy lunchtime, but pleasant atmosphere. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom.

Great salad bar however they lack a few things some of the other restaurants offer with their salad bars. Cottage cheese, soup and a salad bar lunch special price would go a long way to getting more people in the door during slower times of the day. When I'm with a group of friends who all eat salad for lunch and someone in the group feels like soup, that automatically eliminates Ruby Tuesday from the list of choices. Other than that always good service and polite staff.

Ruby Tuesday is good choice for a very decent bite and beverage. It is a chain, but the menu includes homestyle comfort food like chicken and biscuits. The ribs and chicken are tasty. A well stocked salad bar is a welcome hold over from when lots of restaurants had them, but now are scarce. Service was cordial, attentive, and speedy. Standard assortment of beers, wine and cocktails.

Ruby Tuesday is a great place to meet friends and family for a quick lunch or a relaxing meal. Kids are welcome and the kids' menu is good. Their "new" look is very nice - remodel is a few years old. The salad bar is the best with many varied items and a variety that should please everyone. Service is good; we had one bad experience but the server was not there for long. I think management pays attention to their patrons. Food is always served hot when it should be and cold when it should be and wait staff is attentive.

Ruby Tuesday was a sad disappointment. The food was almost mediocre. I had greasy noodles with Cajun shrimp. The salad bar had dirty plates, and didn't look fresh. The best part of the meal was a piece of chocolate cake, but was very small for the price.

The salad bar was rotten, the employees were terrible more concerned about bad mouthing each others boyfriend's than there customers. the cook didn't wash his hands before leaving the bathroom I will never go there again and to top it all off the manager was very rude and put of when we brought the issues to his attention I would rate this restaurant at 0 stars if given the option and would not recommend it to anyone.

Brought grandma for her 92nd birthday! The atmosphere is great. Service was subpar. Told the hostess and the waitress it was grandma's birthday and all they did was bring out a bowl of ice cream put it on the table didnt even talk to her and walked away. Will never do birthdays here again.

Well, I had to change my review. Took my wife to dinner there fir her Birthday. After we sat ourself, we wanted for 15 minutes to be waited on. We would probably still be waiting except my wife went and broke up their chit chat session and got one to wait in us. A gentleman came and took our driveway k orders but didn't bring menus. They were out if Coors Lite draft so they brought me a bottle. Next we ordered my wife had her usual salad bar. I ordered a Rib Eye medium rare and salad bar. After sitting down with my salad, he came by and said they were out of rib eyes. Give me a break ......dinner time had just started and nothing is going right. Our dinner date was ruined. Stick to the burgers. Tonight we decided to try some ribs and steak and we're harshly reminded this place is just a burger joint playing at being a restaurant. The salads and coleslaw were on the verge of rotting. The silverware is dirty. The steak was a tough grey mess more resembling rat than beef. I have had better in a military chow hall. The ribs were overcooked dried out husks of meat. The bill was large. Stick to the burgers.

Ruby Tuesday use to be a good family restaurant. In my opinion the food quality has slipped but at least the prices did not go up. The salad bar is better than most places, but it is hard to get in there and serve yourself if your tall. Cross contamination is an issue at the salad bar. The staff needs some work. The waitress seemed to be yelling at me to take my order. Long wait times to get her to my table so there was a delay in getting my check. The food came out of the kitchen in a reasonable amount of time and was hot. I scored low because food quality and staffing needs a bit of work. My chicken breast was over cooked and dry, even with the sauce they put on it. Don't make this your first choice.

Stop in late afternoon, long before the dinner rush. Still got outstanding service and great food. Our server, treated treated us as if we were her favorite customers ever. But it wasn't fake nor the top, she just was genuine, Pleasant, and nice. The salad bar was as good as during the dinner rush, nothing was an off hours consequence. It was an excellent experience!

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is the waitress that attended to our table. Otherwise, they deserve 0. Over priced, over cooked, extremely salty. I ordered what they called a 12oz rib eye steak, it arrived looking like a well done 8 oz. Pork chop. The kitchen doesn't know how to prepare a steak. And, I over heard the two tables around us echo the same, poorly cooked, bad cut of meat. Etc. If your looking for good steak go elsewhere in Minot. No wonder so many empty tables at this location. By the way, manager never showed at our table. Waitress kindly took it off our bill.

Had a reservation on Easter Sunday had to wait an hour.They were going to put us on a high top table one in our party is handy capped they should have seen that.They had no coffee in the middle of the afternoon would think they could send someone to get some.Food was mostly poor I had shrimp that was mostly just breading would like to show them how to cook shrimp sometime.Had a 60TH birthday in our party they give away a bowl of icecream with some whipped cream on it.Don't think I would ever go back.

This is the second time I have been blind sided by additional charges added to my been bill. When we first began going to the Sunday brunch, the beverages were all included in the price. The second time we went we were charged for the juice which we were unaware of. This Sunday when we went we were charged for the coffee which the previous two times it was included in the price of the meal. Patrons beware of changes and ask before you say yes to anything they are offering whether it is included or is extra. Before you know it you will be charged for water. I must also add ,as time has gone by, the food's quality has been decreasing as well and the wait staff are not very proficient. What a disappointment when they showed so much promise.

I can’t say enough about the quality service I receive every time I step in the establishment! The hosts are friendly and welcoming. The servers provide presentable appearances with professional etiquette. Often I engage in meaningful conversation with the bar tenders as I frequent the restaurant on weekends. In particular, Cindy is typically working and she proactively already has my drink of choice made before I walk in the door! She’s not only knowledgeable but very considerate and accommodating! Then there’s the FOOD!! It’s always fresh! I have yet to have a meal where it wasn’t. I love the fact that there are so many healthy yet flavorable options! Tasty is an understatement! Management has mastered the art of blending delicious food combinations with exceptional service to create a positive dining experience!!

They did not tell us drinks were no longer included in the price of Sunday Brunch. Brunch all tasted the same, very messy and they did not bring omelets and other items out like they said they would. Getting worse with each visit. Apparently I am done visiting the Minot location because it cant get worse than one star. I went for the garden bar because it is our only good salad bar with NORMALLY a lot of options. They brag about 55 items to build your salad. They had nowhere near that. None of these were there, romain lettuce, beets, kale, mushrooms, black beans, no fruit at all, sunflower seeds, edamame, or pita chips. They only had ranch, lite ranch, cilantro lime vinaigrette, bacon balsamic vinaigrette, french or Catalina, and blue cheese. No thousand island. When it came to their made salads all they had was a pasta noodle mixed with mayonnaise by the looks if it. The iceberg was yellow and wilted, the greens mix was browned and slimy. Spinach looked good. This was 5pm on a Monday. I asked what happened to their salad bar and why more than half of it wasnt available. They said they were out of items. I should have told them I was out of the other half of the 10.59 it costs. What a joke. When you make claims of 55 toppings for your salad bar put some pride into keeping it nice or when you cant offer more than half of it dont offer it until the items come back in. I will go to Pizza Ranch for their salad bar from now on in Minot

They were out of everything we ordered. We ordered ribeyes. After we got salads, we were informed they were out of ribeyes. Then we ordered top sirloin. Again we were informed they were out. We visited on Thanksgiving and liked it so much we went on Father's day. The Sunday Brunch was amazing! The variety was unbelievable. I had a made to order omelet that was excellent and my son had a made to order waffle with every fruit imaginable piled on it. There was several deserts, needless to say I didn't save room for the huge variety at the salad bar, shame on me. My husband devoured 2 plates of their Shrimp and rice dish. Every time we have been their the manager has stopped at our table to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I really can't see how anyone could possibly find anything to complain about.

Waitress was down to Earth and AMAZING when we came in well after dinner time with a handful of kids. She treated them like they mattered and visited with them about their orders and what fun they were having for Christmas break! Their eyes lit up and sparkled when she talked about her kids back to them

Delivers on expectations for a cookie-cutter American chain. Would be 5 Stars if not for the blasting pop music inside and outside that makes conversation difficult. Stop being the advertising uncle trying to keep everyone entertained 24/7 and just provide a relaxing dining experience... everything else is already great.

Took my grandson for dinner before heading home to Williston. Service and food were great. The only place in minot I believe is the best all around every time we go there. I had the bacon chic asiago cheese. So wonderful and tender.

Was OK... salad bar was a little messy/slimy but had a good selection. Our waitress was sort of more interested in smoke breaks than waiting on us, but not totally bad... everything just took a while. If we drive that way again we'll probably go somewhere else.

We had a get together with friends and had a very good meal. Their salad bar was well stocked with a wide variety of items that made it easy to enjoy a tasty meal. We supimented the salads with slidder sandwiches. Very good place to eat.

Service was extremely slow for being a Friday at 6:30 and only being half packed and that is being generous it was pretty much empty. Took 40 minutes before we even were able to order an appetizer and then after we received an appetizer it took another 30 minutes before we could order our main course.

I had ordered a sangria and didn’t like it, it was watered down and all around not very good so I sent it back and the manager Chris said it wasn’t their fault because they make them “according to recipe” and refused to take it off my bill and still made me pay for something I didn’t drink!!! Customer service mentality was nonexistent!

Fries, salads, their have too much salt. Their fried chicken is also way too salty. The service was great, as well as the burger. Drinks are fine as well. This place has ways to go to get better.

This was my first time to Ruby Tuesday's thought it would try it out as many people gave it good reviews. We went in for lunch proximately 1:30 to 2 in the afternoon not busy however after being seated we waited 10 minutes and no water so I can't comment on the food because we left after 10 minutes. I don't think I will be going back to that particular Rubys.

My experience at Ruby Tuesday today was not the greatest just a plain burger burnt to perfection tater tots like small little sun tanned rocks the tea drink awesome my chesse sauce harden at the table, just an off day I hope so but my son ate his pizza and my wife at her chicken but my food not prepared with care sorry not today On this TUESDAY lol

We were in Rapid City and just happened to come upon Ruby Tuesday. It was extremely busy but we were sitting down with drinks in about 10 minutes! The service was great and the food was very flavorful. It was a holiday and every staff member was very happy and didn't seem to mind being at work. I will definitely come back to this Ruby Tuesday.

Ruby Tuesdays is a good place for that American 'feel' if you will. It has good wall art and pictures on the inside. The atmosphere was a bit closed, could've been because of the time of day (lunchtime) other than that it was good.
