First time eating here. Menu has a very good variety. Waiter was very friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I got burgers and a salad. Burgers we really good. We also got some sweet potatoe frys and you just can’t go wrong with those. Really nice place to get a bite to eat.

Love the popcorn here. It's a unique appetizer. I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I had avoided that place for the year that I lived here in favor of Applebee's, but immediately had regrets about that. This place is way better.

They recently revamped their menu, so there are a ton of selections! Also, they offer free popcorn as an appetizer. The free popcorn plus a $1 side of ranch goes great with some drinks and half-priced appetizers from 10 to close!

We came into town on a Sunday night and was thrilled with our service from Bryce. He was courteous, attentive and very friendly. Honestly some of the best service we've had in a very long time. And the food and beer were good too. When we paid our bill he noticed our military ID and offered us a discount with a "thank you for your service"! Just an outstanding experience.

I ordered from there new Summer menu. When my perk belly bites came,...my first bite was a breaded blob of fat, which gagged me, and I had to spit it out.... She asked if I would want to exchange it,...yes. I ordered a California Chicken Salad sandwich, which was very dry, the avocado chunks were hard as a rock,...had to spit it out so I could see what it was. I picked out the small hard avocado bits finished the sandwich, anyway; as I had to get back on the road... It used to be my favorite place,...but not anymore!

Friend and I both placed take out orders. Took a long time to get helped (we were told 15 minutes after placing the call, it was closer to 30). After that I got mine just fine but when he went in they said he never called and refused to do anything for him or make his food. All in all, bad experience and would not recommend going to this establishment.

Place is always packed, but I'm not sure why. The vibe inside is nice. The main course food is pretty basic and nothing too exciting to pick from. Some of the apps are quite good, but not the best portion sizes. Good place to watch sports.

We just recently had lunch there because I received an email for a coupon. We sat there for 31 minutes from the time we ordered our food tell we received it. There was a table of 6 people that ordered the same time we did, because we had the same server, and they received their food 10 mins before we received ours. This was supposed to be part of their quick lunch menu and we ended up having to take our food to go because we were gonna be late for work. They would not campanile because the ticket showed 23 minutes. Just really suck that we couldn't enjoy our meal there we had a hurry up pack it up and go back to work. Never had that kind of service there before very disappointed.

Went out for a celebratory dinner. Waited for 30 minutes to get in and told that they only accept "state issued" ID's and not my tribal ID that I've used to travel through airlines. They brought out my husband's drink expecting us to pay for it. Went to Applebee's next door and got seated immediately with the best service and left me wondering why I even went to Ground Round.

Service was terrible. We were there at 2 PM 3 staff were waiting tables 3 other couples were there. The host stuck my wife and I in the section that had a group of 12 at a table. It took forever to get our order placed and food served . I had the club sandwich and it was below par. Staff were unfriendly. The French onion soup was horrible it actually looked like somebody threw up in a bowl

Food is good, good happy hour specials. Space is rather cramped and service is hit and miss. Last time I was there, two big groups were sitting near the door in the bar and we had to bump and squeeze to get passed them to use the restroom which is in the entry between the restaurant and bar. Gets rather loud when it's busy.

The wait for the food was a little longer than expected. But the complimentary freshly popped popcorn helped during the wait. The plates were prepared nicely and delivered with a smile. Our server was very polite and courtious. I will definitely be interested in going back for another meal. On another note I would have thought with the name "Ground Round" that there would have been a hamburger steak or round steak on the menu but I didn't.

Girls night out. Great selection of burgets. Never had a southwestern style burger. The avacado and pico de gallo were terrific together! So glad I tried it. Onion rings & fries were good and perfectly cooked. Did not care for the tartar sauce as it was sweet, but thats personal preference ( like it when made w/ dill pickles). Recommend highly.
