Great service and a delicious menu with lots of items to choose from. Definitely recommend going here with friends and family went in the local area as the salads are particularly good. Was very busy and is very popular with the locals. Definitely recommend coming here earlier or later not rush hour. Has a good bar selection and a fun environment

There was mold on the mozzarella sticks and no one seemed concerned. The medium steak came out completely rare and instead of replacing they just reheated. It took 20 minutes to get a refill on a watered down lemonade. We paid $35 for the worst dining experience of our lives. Will never return

Rave to Lenora at Applebee's today. Sat at a table for almost 10 minutes on our lunch break with no server coming up. Switched to sitting at the bar and had drinks and our order in within 2 minutes. Lenora was super friendly and accommodating and made the meal worth it, plus she got us out of there on time. I would definitely go back there just to sit at her bar top again!

The food was good and the service was ok but our waitress had an attitude like she just couldn't care less. They didn't bring my friends frozen drink until it was melted so he asked for a different one and she grudgingly brought another and it was clearly not the same and was disgusting and he just asked her to take it and she got attitude. Not very professional attitude in my experience but what do I know I'm only the customer.

i made a online order, not sure if it was a online mistake. But they added mushroom to my order. Ofcourse i call to try to make something work because i am allergic to mushroom. I even offer to drive again to the store. To see if i give them the steak and they can make me a new one . The maniger michael ask me. What do you want me to do? As a customer i would have love for him to be more understandable i was whiling to do a 20min drive to get a exchange but they say i have i pay extra to get one done because it was my mistake. My order did say mushrooms however i order and eat from there alot . They wanted me to pretty much expend money on gas plus paying extra. Or i could only get 10$ off mu food so disapointed not going back

Worst meal we've ever had at an Applebees. My pasta was cold, barely any sauce. I counted 2 small pieces of bacon. Local police were in there seating people for a special Olympics promo. Our waiter was unattentive. Didnt tell us about specials, heard another server telling someone else. We wont go back.

I can truly say that Applebees was great today. We were greeted by Jonquava who greeted us with a big smile, and she made sure we were seated in a timely manner. Once seated our server, Adam, greeted us with so much enthusiasm. Adam was very attentive to everyone he came in contact with. You could tell he actually enjoy serving his customers. On top of the amazing service the food was awesome. Everything came out hot and fresh. Bravo to Applebees on their service today.

I got a burger for to go today expecting a juicy well cooked burger like I always have had. When I first opened the box, I noticed that there was so much juice, I ignored it and took a bite, then I noticed that it was pink! I had specifically ordered a well done burger. The only reason I’m giving this a 2 is because of the mozzarella sticks.

Every time I go here I get the most positive and upbeat waiters. Shout out to the waiter Adam who has by my waiter the past two times. The menu is always changing and it's refreshing. I feel like Applebee's as a whole is constantly evolving and doing their best to cater to the customer with variety. I hope Applebee's sets the standard for sit-down dining. I really love the one we have here in Minot.

this was some of the worst service. i come to applebees a lot and was super disappointed. the food was excellent as always, but the server we had just seemed like she hated her life. our server Tina P took almost 15-20 mins to acknowledge we were even there, i had to ask the host to get our server. she spoke so monotone and didn't smile or anything she just asked "drinks and appetizers?" then left... took our order than left, she didn't bring out our food, but the server who did seemed so much more happy, and smiled at us and asked if we needed anything else. not even 5 mins into us eating, she dropped off the check and didn't say another word. she was not happy to be there at all. i am a server so i understand having a bad day, but this was ABSOLUTELY not that. she just seemed so lazy and like she didn't want to be there.

Went to Applebees to support a fundraiser for MAFB spouses. Was a little disappointed that the server knew nothing about it, when u are told to mention it to your server. This is the 2nd time i have ordered nachos with extra beef, and received chicken instead. The 1st time i mentioned it to the server it took 45 minutes to get the correct one, so didnt say a ything to the server this time as i didnt have time to wait that long. Maybe the servers should write the orders down instead of trying to memorize them.

We like to go to Applebee's for French Onion soup and we split a Bourbon Street steak but on May 25, 2019, the soup was not even warm and for what the steak cost, we got about 1 potato cut in cubes. The soup was was all bread and hardly any broth or cheese. The waitress was also not very nice when I said that is was not hot.

I always visit with low expectations and I am never disappoint.. they split my family up because they didn't want to reopen the back section. My wife went to the bathroom and it was just the employees screwing around in the back dining room. This place has old food and sometimes you get lucky but for the most part it will be bland, overcooked, or your order will be forgotten.. If your in Minot and your thinking Applebee's, think Longhorn Steakhouse instead.. your dining experience will thank you!

Our waitress waited to inform my friend that they were out of what she had ordered until they had delivered my food to the table then asked her to order something else. We could've let that go as just bad service but when her second order made it to the table...it was cold. Then they tried to charge us for both when they didn't even have the first ordered item. Not my usual choice in dining establishment, but the food was good. Not as noisy as I thought it'd be which is a big plus. Chairs weren't very comfortable though. The food took a while to get to the table due to a kitchen issue which was remedied well, but left another dish a little stale due to sitting under the warning lamp too long.

I have never been more disrespected by a manager in my life. I ordered a med rare steak and when the order first came out it was well done. I asked for it to be recooked and they did recook it for me. When the second one came out it was still over cooked it was med well. By this time I was just ready to leave. I told the waitress it still wasn't correct but I would just eat this one. The manager then came over and told me that the second one was correct and he had already given me a discount. When i explained to him that the first one was well done he said that he would even argue thay the first one was correct and he already gave me a discount and turned and walked away. His attitude was awful and I didn't ask for a discount I just wanted my food cooked correctly! I could not believe how much he lacked in customer service. We will not be returning to this establishment!
