Over all bad experience when I went here, waited so long to even get into the club! When we got inside it was just overcrowded, not a nice environment, so hot and sweaty in there, literally no fresh air at all in the club, and this was early during the night.. staff was so rude, I went close to the photo booth thing to wait for my friends and then I get screamed at from a lady that I have to move (so aggressively), I said I was sorry and then she keep screaming at me (for no reason at all), that when I had enough and left. Lasted about 30 minutes in there maybe, probably waited in line for longer. Definitely not going back. Ohh and to finish this, they don’t pay their promoters either! Bye red rabbit, bye!

I WANT TO PUT -5 BUT THERE IS NO! A really bad club.. everything is really bad, how the bouncers act, the doorman, the inside!! It’s full of people even under 18 years old, just look when lilpump was there he was both smoking weed and drinking! The don’t even pay the promoters or DJs that works in there club! It’s really bad, and it’s not even close to any other clubs in nyc!!!really really bad club If you need a club in nyc, go to 1Oak, Tao, phd, lavo but absolutely NOT Red rabbit Club...

Was here with the promotor Mike when it was the Gilded Lily and the club was smelly, outdated, and the servers were absent. They redid the space and call it Red Rabbit but it seems that is still ran by the same scamming, misogynistic owner and wack promotors. My friends and I were told to purchase tickets for $23 each to see a show by the promotor Mike and if we did so, he would get us a table at the club. We were here before with the same promotor when it was the Gilded Lily and the place was all around horrible but since the club was renovated and it was my friend's birthday, we purchased tickets. The promotor called us in a panic saying we had to get to TAO right away in order to get in. We quickly jumped out of the Uber to meet Mike at TAO (we thought it was very weird that we couldn't just meet at the club). Once we got to the front of the line at the club, the owner instantly told the promotor Mike and his partner that they couldn't come in. How does a promotor who works for the club get rejected from the club he works at? The club owner continued to shut people up, yelling at my friend and other women on the line when they expressed concerns that they purchased tickets and weren't allowed in the club, regardless of being with a promotor or not. This club is stealing money from innocent people and ruining people's night's all across NYC. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Nice spot with amazing music. Mostly hiphop and top charts songs. Felt a little out of place because I was the only colored person in there but everyone was respectful and nice so no complaints.

RACIST and DISRESPECTFUL. This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had with any kind of establishment. We purchased tickets and the line to get in was fairly short. They told us there were two lines to get in, one for table service and the other for tickets. So we went to the line for tickets. We got there around 1 AM and waited out in the cold for an entire hour. It is the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a club. Every single person on this line was a POC. It was honestly insane considering that the bouncers were POC as well. At one point they even looked at our ids and tickets. Yet when i asked them for an update, they flat out ignored me. Every person on our side of the line, waited and they literally let nobody in. Yet, all these skinny white girls were being let in with their white partners. Trust me these guys are brazen, they did not try to hide or be nice about what they were doing. After an hour of waiting with our tickets, we got REALLY upset. My friends and I asked the bouncers for a refund. Which naturally he said he had no idea how to do and what to do. He told us to speak to the girls inside the club. We finally were let in because we demanded a refund. As I explained my story to a girl who worked there, Inna, she got visibly upset. Saying this happens to her every weekend. Like no you're white, you dont stand outside in the cold for over an hour when you have already purchased your tickets for an event. She also acted as if I was being aggressive/rude. which I was not. Y'ALL really love playing victim. Then a guy who identified himself as "Craig", came to her rescue saying its not her fault. You can speak to me. And right after he said that, he walked away. Mind you, he didnt even look at us while he spoke to us. And he was acting like we were the ones creating a scene. NO JUST NO. They did not give me a refund and told me to contact eventbrite to figure out the situation. I think this was another way the screw us because the event page says NO REFUNDS. I am still going to contact eventbrite and I will escalate the issue further if I do not receive my refund. THIS WAS THE MOST RACIST AND DISGUSTING ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. IF YOU AREN'T WHITE, YOU AREN'T GETTING IN. Save yourself the time and effort.

The bouncers strictly lets in skinny white girls. The bouncers/security/whoever else works there will not give you the time of day if you arent. So save yourself a trip if you are a POC or if you arent getting bottle service. Its 2019 RED RABBIT, get it together!!! We need to start holding these kinds of businesses responsible for practicing this kind of behavior by NOT giving them our money!

Had an amazing overall experience at Red Rabbit Club! The renovation is fabulous and the music was great. My girlfriends danced the night away and really enjoyed ourselves. Also the waitresses at this venue really are AMAZING!

I paid for my tickets showed up and then waited in the line for 2 hours to get in. Line didn't even move a bit. All bouncers let anyone who are not dressed properly, not good looking, not have tickets..... all of them except people with tickets. That was the most insane night to went through almost ended up in emergency due to cold. I want my refund. Shame on you!

Best spot in NYC! The vibe in the room was awesome.. everything from the music to the dancers and even a personalized magic show at my table was great! Waitresses went above and beyond to provide exceptional service! Would recommend this place to anyone:)

This place is the worst club in New York. They make people wait outside in the freezing cold for an hour. Their staff at the door and inside the club are rude, disrespectful, and unorganized. This terrible treatment is given not only to the customers of the club, but to the people who work for them as well. I personally know promoters and DJs that they have stole from and never paid. I know countless people who have had awful experiences with Red Rabbit and have never heard anybody say that they had a good experience here. I urge any person who is thinking of going here to reconsider because I can guarantee that you will be treated better at any other club and also have a better time. 0 out of 5 stars. A negative rating would be even more appropriate for this disgrace of a club.

This was formerly the Gilded Lily space, what an upgrade! From the look to the vibe, very impressive. High energy atmosphere and the waitresses were on point. Definitely check Red Rabbit out for a great night out.

Worst experience in my life and I am used to party in all clubs in new york ( lavo, marque,Avenue etc.. ) and this si without a doubt the worst staff and most racist club in the world ! Better option guys you have been warned.

Red rabbit club finally brings back hospitality to Nyc meatpacking. The staff are always friendly, hospitable and care about everyone who enters the building. The DJs and celebrity performances like Travis Scott, Future etc. are all amazing. They even have an in house magician who wows everyone who comes there. It’s a must go to club. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a great night out.

Never coming back to this place! Terrible disrespect by staff, not only towards people who come to enjoy themself but towards people who are there to work for them. The line doesn’t move, promoters and djs don’t get paid, it’s overcrowded and an overall negative and hostile vibe. Stay home and watch Netflix

The venue is newly renovated, the music and vibe was great. My friends had a lot of fun. From the door to the table, we had the best experience. Our waitress was the best but a few other waitresses also stopped by to check on us. For people complaining about $18 drinks, that’s standard for ANY NYC nightclubs/bar. You should probably stay home.

This place is trash! If I could give 0 stars I would. My friends and I went there for the first time last weekend excited ready to have a fun night and ended up being extremely disappointed. The security is rude and bias especially towards the women and it was very clear. The atmosphere also reeks of entitlements and privilidge. There are so many better places you can go to party with better customer service. If you need any suggestions feel free to ask.

Very bad club, the management and organization is horrible we had to wait more than 1hour on the rain outside to finally get in, once Inside we had a lot of problem to coat check they wanted to make the girl pay even with promoter. After coat check we were finally allowed to get to the table, but another problem came up we have no space too crowded no alcool and actually I don’t think the A/C works we were literally dying in the club! So many people smoke inside , very trashy even the bathroom are disgusting and the staff is not nice at all! I WILL NEVER GO BACK !! THIS CLUB IS VERY BAD

I liked it before renovation but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT now !! The space and crowd was amazing I'd recommend it to anyone looking to have a great time:) Definitely the coolest club in New York City. The staff was super friendly and helpful GREAT SERVICE <3
