Was there last night (7/28/18) to celebrate my wife's bday VIP style! Everything went great and the bottle girl serving us was amazing and attentive the whole night despite the club being extremely crowded. We arrived and staff had our event set and in order. Only disappointing part was Alex Sensation never arrived, but still had DJ Kazzanova give a personal shot out live on the air B-)

My experience in laboom was rather ok but on a bad not the hookah service is terrible, in my opinion they should have someone walking around ashing the charcoal and the hookah seems to always taste burnt. And when asked to change they denied my request. There should also be a separate section for hookah smokers to decrease risk of people getting burned and dropped charcoals.

These people did false advertising . On 4/26/19 Giovanni polanco was supposed to be part of el Tipicazo Event. First someone inside the club, said polanco was gonna performs . Then that it wasn't Happened Because of polanco visa issue .

They Should put in BOLD LETTERS Ladies18 and MEN 21, we went to celebrate my sisters 21st birthday and didn't let her boyfriend in because he is 20 mind you he turns 21 January two in two months! Althought i had a great time at this place While inside. getting in i felt like i was getting into jail with the treatment. While on the line the people getting us in had attitudes.Rushing us in “you ready or nah, hurry up get in” u cant stop anywhere for 2 seconds when someones already flashing a light in your face yelling get in your blocking this or that. You get patted down i had a huge pack of gum with me and the girl that checked me pointed at a sign that said no gum and she took my gum pack and gave me a-few. Im thinking she was gonna hold the pack for me but noticed she was splitting the pack with other people coming in. If theres a no gum policy why would you take away my gum to give it to people coming in?

Overcrowded, and not the best venue for concerts. Concert was supposed to start at 10pm, artist came at 3AM, and only sang 5 songs, and left. Never got my meet, and greet although I paid extra for it, and no point for paying VIP, because you practically need to buy a bottle to stay in that area. Staff had no idea about the artist, the concert, or the meet and greet at all. Completely clueless!!! Staff is rude, and ignorant, they only care about how much money your spending. Place itself was huge, but super damn COLD! (it was only 40 degrees that day, and I definitely felt the 40 degrees), aka no heat! IT WAS SO COLD THAT I CAUGHT LARYNGITIS, and lost my voice for 3 weeks after, and I don't get sick easily. So besides the medical bills I go on to say that... Coat check is mandatory, they want no layers! No sweaters, no coats inside. So FREEZE to DEATH! Coat check is CASH ONLY if not you can't come in! ($3). Security itself was drinking, and dropped "some stuff" into their own drinks, so god forbid something happened, security most likely would be incompetent to save anyone's life. Also, once you leave you can't re-enter under any circumstance, so if you left something in your car, might as well forget it! At least the bathrooms were well clean, only positive thing to say about the whole experience. Gladly to say I will NOT be returning, honestly one of the most restricted, cold places I ever been too. I might as well just partied outside in the park without a coat if I wanted too, and throw away the $100++ that I paid for the concert that I DIDN'T enjoy.

Best Latin club in New York! Great choice of music and live performances! I visited from TX and went alone. I advice getting there early to avoid lines if possible. Place gets super packed. I ordered a hookah and had a great time! Be your own judge. Go check it out. P.S No one paid me to leave this comment .

Horrible place went to a concert event and had to wait standing until 330 am for the artist to come out and sing for 30 minutes. OVERCROWDED and security is a pain to deal with. Creeps lingering behind any girls just staring.

I don’t know what everyone is complaining about. I had a great time. When you read these reviews, take them with a grain of salt. If you pay close attention, its a few people that had a bad experience. They most often stem from lack understanding of how nightclubs work or expectations that nobody can live up to.

Friendly staff. Matter of fact the manager at the door was extremely courteous and patient with a guest list error and still allowed us in for free. The place is nice and has potential however it was packed liked sardines. For true salsa and Bachata dancers this is not for you. For wall flowers and grinders you'll love it here as you will be packed shoulder to shoulder with nothing but hip-hop reaggeaton etc. I personally like socials instead where women actually want to dance instead of grind each other.

Spacious club with good music. Cover is around $20 but the entrance is free on saturdays before 12 if you're on the guest list. Drinks are a bit expensive but they're pretty strong so you get your money's worth.

This place is straight trash! I got charged 35 dollars to get in. Im visiting from Cali and this has so far been the most disappointing part of my trip. Last time I went, I was 19 and was told that I needed two people who were 21 or older to renter and that accounted for everyone under 21. My group of friends didn’t know but we were still let in. There were 4 over 21 and 3 of us 19. There was no event that night and we still had lots of fun. Weird comment: They don’t have visible trash cans.

It was horrible. So my wjfe and I went to see Ozuna on Friday 19 of August. We bough VIP tickets, however; to be in the VIP zone you have to consume at least $1,000 and the table has no chairs. Therefore, we spend the whole night waiting for Ozuna standing up. Ozuna didn't come out until 3:45am making only a 15 minutes performance. Drinks are extremely expensive and they let people smoke weed in the club. At the end of the night we counted at least 5 fights. We will never ever go there again not even if it was free.

Let me start off by saying it was my Firends birthday we had a table reserved and there was a half payment all ready paid When we got there Security's was friendly we skipped the line and ids got checked and we got our bands. when we go in we did coat check it was only $3 at first í was pissed because í thought it was going to be crazy expensive but it was not. Then we go to our table it was not what we expected for this amount of people we were there negotiation. í told my friend lets just go some where eles but after like 25min we stayed. And got a extra complementary bottle. Music was great we went on Saturday after so many drinks we all forgot about being mad at this place it turned out to be a memorable memory that í wouldn't forget one of the best time of my life here !

Horrible , went theree with my husband today sun 16 for a event super crowded & since it was crowded we decided to buy 2 drink for my husband so we wouldnt have to go back because we wanted to be infront to see the artist so this security guy sees me with the drink and im not allowed to drink without asking any info he assumes it minee and we try to explain and the other securitys were just like his the boss and we keep trying to explain since we did pay $140 for the tickets and my husband was consuming drink we wanted to have fun but noo then one of the security starts grabbing me from my arm and i tell them i can walk let meh go and we decided to leave because we didnt want any problems , Very horrible experience wont be going back there , there always a problem every time we go no good dont choose to go hereee ! Theres better option do not recomend also always crowded

Going for the birthday package for my cousin 21st birthday was a complete disappointment and waste of money. Not only did they not supply with all that we paid for but the employee were completely unprofessional and rude from the moment you enter the lounge . They DEMANDED straight for us to check in coats with out giving us an option, while towards after 12 they were people with coats inside. The bouncers are so disrespectful and don't communicate with one another. Waiters are no where to be found. It's disgusting how they would have the audacity to charge so much for what there not willing to actually give. False advertising. The only thing that made our group stay was the good music that they kept playing other than that I wouldn't recommend getting any type of package offer at this place. Worst night club ever. The only thing they care is to make money. Client all uncomfortable standing up. My feet were hurting me all night long. Did I went to dance or to see a concert? Cause I felt I went to an Anthony Santos concert and not to dance. No chairs for the client to seat and very few tables. I couldn’t even buy a drink cause no waitresses and waiters or any staff come to see if I needed help. They only focus on the VIP which make me feel like only this people were important. If someone goes out is to have a good time. Is not to end up having the worst night ever.

Unfortunately, we were treated with very little respect by the security crew when we made ONE request for a song. If you're considering this place, save your money. You can find better service and entertainment in Queens for the same price. Definitely do NOT recommend.

Went to this club for my niece birthday and we brought 3 underage girls with us and every were went they followed us and they threatened us multiple of times saying “ if we catch you guys giving them drinks we kicking all of you out” ... mind you we wasn’t giving them anything to drink. Plus they charged my card multiple times and I used my credit card only once. By far the worst club I’ve ever been to in NYC, if I was you I would think twice before going.

Music was great..DJ was good. The service was super horrible. I showed up with a group of 10 silver package at 12am. We didnt get our bottles until 1245am. People who showed up after us received their bottles before us. I spoke to the manager named Ricardo or Christian whatever his name was, and he just said I'm sorry instead of fixing the situation. 500 dollars for the package and yet they still have the nerve to charge 100 dollars gratuity after 45 mins of waiting for bottles. Service is trash. I would never go there again. Waste of time and money.

Horrible. It count believe it. This people think that you are an animal. They pack you as sardine can. Each person is one more ticket they sale and the sale, or the capacity of the place has no limit. Never made it to the bar. You have to push and fight with people who, like me they just going to have fun. Never we got to dance. The heat from human bodies and the humidity from perspiration was unbearable. The Americo's concert end up in a disastre. I hope i ca see him in some place diferent some day. It coud have been much better with $10 more a ticket and limit the audience. The owner of la boom has another disco in Manhattan Studio 48. The exact same problem. I wen to see "Los Autenticos Decadentes" I was standing in liquor for 6 hours unable to move. People have their drink in the hands and the moving and pushing spill it all over the place. Senor Zamora por favor no abuse tanto de la pobre gente. Ya se hizo millonario. Ahora limite la cantidad de personas que puedan entrar. Nunca mas en este lugar bye bye.

I've only seen wrestling shows here, but as a wrestling venue, it's pretty good.

Dirty place, seems really unsafe and it's to over priced, drug trades in the bathroom. Staff is really rude and the security's don't care about nothing. They are racist in there. Last time a drunk dude next to me paid for his drink and gave the waitress a $100 bill and she never came back with his change and just cause he was drunk she told him she already gave him his change. They are thefts in there won't recommend going there. Ladies have to be 18 years old and don't check for ID for drink and for Men have to be 21 years old makes no sense. They should be closed
