Ok so I've been here a couple of times to celebrate my birthday and to celebrate my sister's birthday as well and I like the packages for bottle service. It's not too pricey and tbey allow you to bring in cake if it's a birthday celebration as well. Nice size place and music is good until they play too much Indian music... Then it's time to go lol

Great place to party. I am not a smoker, but i like the idea you don't have to leave the building when there is a smoking room overlooking Liberty. As you enter the bouncers was pleasant. The host greeted you. If you don't have a VIP they will try to sell you one. I don't like they added 18% service fee just to walk over and place you bottles on the table. Otherwise i would have given a 5star.

Nice place except if you buy hookah u have to carry your big hookah across the dance floor being bumped into by ppl and same thing if you want to get a drink or need another drink your carrying around a hookah. It's ridiculous. Music is decent but DJ doesn't have a sense for the crowd who's there. Drinks are good and not weak. Average prices. Good promotion on social media for free admission vip access for certain nights. You can pay for ur hookah with a card if your low on cash. Dress code enforced. Long line sometimes. Night kicks off around 130.

Went for a birthday. We paid for bottle service to get to the door and was told there is no capacity portions of our group can get in. Women or couples only. This was my second holding a birthday here. Came on the strength of the good time I had last year. I will be buying my packages elsewhere from now on.

As I was looking for a nightlife destination, I found Elevate Sky Lounge Queens NYC online through Google. Elevate Sky ensured us a great VIP experience and they were able to deliver. The service was really good.

Went to this club for my birthday and it was an absolutely amazing time. My 14+ friends and I had a great time and out waiter was amazing. Highly recommended. Too much chutney music but apart from that the vibes was there. (From what I can remember from that night lol).

I would not recommend Elevate Sky Lounge to anyone. I attended one of their Bacchanal FriYay events on my birthday. The cover charge was $20 in addition to mandatory $4 coat check at the top of the stairs. The environment of the club was dead, only a few people smoking hookah or standing around. I had arrived early so I thought with time the ambiance would improve but by the time I left (around 2 in the morning), the club was still dead. The hookah at this location is overly expensive ($35) and they charge to refresh the coals ($15) which I’ve never heard of in any other spot I’ve been to that offers hookah, this is usually a complimentary service. Imagine paying $15 for barely one coal puck and a scrap of another. Last but not least, my friends and I were the only few people on the dance floor and after each one of us went up to the DJ to request the same song (making it at least 3 requests), the song was never played even an hour later. I really tried to give this place a chance however my experience was dismal and disappointing. The only upside was the music choice which is good although they apparently don’t take requests. I would steer clear and choose another of the various Caribbean clubs in the area.

Good atmosphere, drinks and hookah available. Really good soca/dancehall music. The place is clean. When you show up to get your 1am partying on be prepared to drive around for a good 15-20 mins looking for parking. Lines are not too bad, security is good and there’s lots of space inside. I recommend!

I came here last minute for my birthday event everything else just wasn’t working out, I’m so happy I stumbled upon this gem! They gave free shots of henny for the event they were having so that was definitely a plus. My girls and I loved the music the hookah the drinks I would definitely go back! I’m thinking about going right now lol! Highly recommend!!

We provided entertainment for a party held in this lounge and they are great! The staff were very accommodating with our clients requests, the food was delicious, the ambiance was perfect for the party and the restaurant is just a great place to have your special occasion in. Highly recommended!

Place is garbage the bouncers robbed me 100 dollars. The manager Jennifer said she reviews camera na the people behind me said they didn’t see anything fall which is a lie because the only people behind me was my wife and her cousin. Then the bouncer took my phone out of back pocket which had the 2 fifty together on it and slipped it. They made great conversation with us while getting us in there so we wouldn’t notice, then when I went back out right away they said they didn’t see nothing. No bouncers are suppose to go in your pockets and take your things out your suppose to take it out yourself. Jennifer said she sorry and was going to quick pay me back the cash, it’s been a week and nothing yet won’t reply to text or phone calls. Stay away people worst night club ever go somewhere else like Mazi, maracas, code, etc there bouncers are honest not like this low down thief’s.

My fiancé booked a Vip there for my birthday. Let me tell you! Our host was so sweet and attentive. She literally came to check on us and made sure we were ok and took care of everything. This is the first lounge in Queens that made my experience here the best! Host, bartenders, everyone is on point here. I will definitely come again no doubt! Thank you Elevate!

Let me elaborate on why I believe this establishment doesn't deserve any stars. This facility only caters to the Indo-Guyanese and Indo-Trinidad/Tabago audience. Yesterday was my friend's birthday and we agreed to try somewhere new. We thought this would be a great spot based on most reviews but the management, service, unsanitary conditions, and discriminatory treatment is beyond belief. My friend made reservations with the phone number posted on the flyer. When we got to the location we stated that we had a booth reserved with Amar. However, the facility still attempted to charge us the $20 entry fee and stated that no one knew who Amar was. After arguing for 10 minutes and showing text messages with proof, we got through without paying. Once we surpassed entry, we got upstairs and was charged a coat fee although we had a booth. Upon entering we were held up for 30 minutes waiting for our section. Once we finally got our area, we waited another 35-40 minutes and never received bottle service from our server. It was now 2 a.m. and we haven't had any service or drinks! The server didn't check on us at all. Me and my friends decided to get shots at the bar which were overpriced and unprofessionally poured. More alcohol was on the counter than in the shot cups. The shots were watered down as well. The music wasn't good either. There was no variety and the transitions weren't smooth. After having our shots priced at $9 each, we went back to our section to see that it was taken over by another group who were being served immediately with bottles of alcohol and hookah. Might I add, my friend's bag was on the couch to signify that the space was occupied! The server had the audacity to turn the table and tell us to have the edge of the booth after we already reserved the space. Me and my friends were going to leave but management and our server pleaded and stated that we would be given a complimentary bottle for our troubles. When we stayed back, we were downgraded to a smaller booth and we never received a complimentary bottle. Instead, we were given 1/4 of an open and used Henessy bottle from another table, yuck! We didn't even touch that bottle. We were told can have complimentary shots instead of a drink. When we received our first shot, it was poured from the bottle of Ciroc that we paid for - that's not complimentary. However, we received one complimentary shot of fireball and cranberry mixed. All the drinks were watered down and again, poured onto the table more than in the cups. After receiving horrible service, we complained to management who did nothing about the manner and didn't even address their staff. We were treated as outcasts! Every service request was ignored or delayed because we did not seem to be of Indo-Guyanese or Indo-Trini culture as most of the individuals in the club were. We were disrespected because we did not fit in. Lastly, my friend was bitten on her shoulder by someone from the club as we were exiting. Security wasn't present when this happened but once they showed up we explained what happened. Security did nothing to resolve the issue and did not address anything that occurred. Instead, security told me and my friends to leave the premises and didn't talk to the man who bit my friend who was standing right next to security! We were outcasts and unwelcomed. I will never go back or recommend this establishment! Save your money and time. What a waste.
