This is a great restaurant, me and my family came to Roswell to visit for the day and we chose this restaurant for our dinner. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and the nachos for a appetizer (highly recommend) . The food was great and the service was also great. The staff was very polite and always checked on us throughout our meal. No wait time got in and out in under an hour. I highly recommend eating here if you are in the area. 5/5.

The wait staff was incredible and very honest. when we got to our table she told us that the food would take about 30 minutes to be prepared. when we got the food it was well worth the wait I had the brisket platter and was very happy with the selection. they are pet friendly and have an outdoor seating area that is very nice.

Waiter was extremely inattentive and fairly rude. Ordered 1 beer, took a reminder 20 minutes later to receive it. No refills for my children. My brother ordered a sweat tea, upon refill received a Coke, when paying waiter asked if he would like a Dr. Pepper to go. Appetizer sat in window until main course arrived. I ordered the ground round. It was literally the same patty they use for the hamburgers and was burnt. Management on duty did not seem to care about issues. Overall a fairly terrible resturant experience.

Worst dining experience ever!!. Was on vacation, visiting family in Roswell, NM and decided to try this place Saturday night. We attended the establishment with 13 people in the party and were treated rudely by staff and waiters. The waiter got 4 of the 13 meals incorrect, and. Forgot to enter another into the system. When we expressed our concern the waiters acted as if we were being petty and an inconvenience for them. They were extremely snobby, spoke to us very snarky and unprofessionally. Asked for ranch 3 times before I received it, drinks ran dry, and food arrived cold. We never return.

I have been here 53 minutes and no food, one water down drink and its not even buzy.. do not come here unless you all ready ate and are not in a hurry for a drink.. now going on 56 minutes and just asked for check for my one beer. This was as generic as a chain could be. Nothing was bad or wrong, but nothing was right either. We stopped here on the 4th of July when none of the well reviewed local places were still open. Farley's was and the family was hungry so we stopped. We left with food that did not make us sick, but nobody in our party had anything good to say other than "better than I expected." Also, one observation was that nobody working here smiled. I mean, at all. The host, the manager, the waitress, all grumpy faced for my entire visit.

Led to a dirty table, settled for the the 2nd Less dirty table by a waiter my daughter thought couldn't speak. Brought wrong drink order which wasn't a big deal. Received food w/o extra plate needed, no silverware , no refills on drinks. Food was sub-par. Given the ticket and never asked how we were or if we would like desert. Restaurant had Many unclean tables with rib bones left laying around. Floors we're filthy with used napkins and food. No we Won't be back. Very disappointed. I'm pretty sure some of the ingredients on my pizza were expired.

I've been there numerous times but I'm still always contemplating what I want because everything is just like mediocre. The prices though makeup for the quality of the food. Roswell really does lack a lot of bar places so this is just one out of what two or three?

On Thursday 7th showed up at 10.06 said they were closed lady with glasses counting money said it was 10.30 sign said 10.30. But she said her clock says 10.30. Think it’s so cool how they set their clock up so they can close quicker. Maybe they should change their closing time instead of just moving the clocks or get New Mexico to Chang time to Farley’s time

NMMI PARENTS AND VISITOR BEWARE Had us waiting for half an hour and we had to leave because of conferences with the teachers! They still hadn’t the audacity to charge us for the drinks. 12$ for 3 cokes, a lemonade and a kids drink. Will definitely never be going back. They simply checked us out with no apology or discount for the drinks. Truly a representation of Roswell it seems.

The price was high for what I got. Farley's was stingy with their fish. We ordered 2 fish sandwiches that came with fries and a pickle. Each came with 1 small piece of fish inside a big hamburger bun. The fish could have easily fit in a hot-dog style bun. The fish in each sandwich covered about 1/3 of the bun. We found ourselves eating mostly bread and lettuce. Also, I had to get out of my seat to ask for the tarter sauce that was supposed to be included with my order. Other than that, my waitress was nice. Next door, there is an Arbys; 2 better fish sandwiches for 5 bucks.

We decided to give the newly remodeled Farley’s a try due to our family frequenting this restaurant for many years every summer. Throughout the years the service and food quality has gradually declined, but we were hoping the remodel would improve things. It did not. The service was absolutely horrible, we waited 35 min for a dirty table (all the while there were 4 open booths/tables in view). We then ordered our food and waited another 45 min before receiving it. There was a hair in my ranch, a hair in my husband’s burger, and my brothers burger was raw. We received no apology for the wait time or hair in food. Needless to say we will never be going back again and I highly encourage everyone else to rethink going there as well.

Just left there. We were playing pool and I went to the bar to order a shot. The bar tender would not allow me to bc she said "I had a server". I wasn't trying to add to my tab. I just wanted to pay cash for the shots right then. I've been a bartender for about 2 years myself so I know how it works. I've never been to a place with employees that had such a bad attitude. Don't stop here on your visit!!! (I’ve never left a review on google, so you know I must not have been happy.)

3 of 4 orders were wrong. Waitress should have written orders down. Burger was overcooked. Taco Salad was dry, no cheese. Food came out at various times. Appetizer came out after meals. Women's restroom was skanky. There has to be a better place for food, fun & pub in Roswell.

Pretty neat little burger joint with a fun atmosphere. Very sports bar-esque, which made it fun to be in. All the tables had a little pamphlet with jokes and "life philosophies" that kept us entertained while we waited for our food. I had the grilled cheese and my fiance had a regular burger, both of which were pretty good! While the gravy had an odd sweet flavor that I didn't like, the fries were good too. Not a drinker, but they also seemed to have a pretty extensive list of beers and drinks. Service was kinda meh, but alright. Overall, fun place with decent food.

Like to give Farley's food a description it's like roswell's Applebee's but these burgers are bigger and better and the atmosphere I would say is kind of like a shenanigans if you people remember what Shenanigans Restaurant is I'm originally from Albuquerque so I've been to one and if you want to bring back old memories of that restaurant and you're in Roswell visit this restaurant because it's perfect it's like the new updated shenanigans

Totally fine. Not the sort of place you’d rave about to others, or get excited about frequenting, but definitely the kind of place where you’d expect to find something you know you’d like to eat and wouldn’t mind trying based on the suggestion of someone in your party. Large portions of perfectly acceptable American staples. On a plus side: eclectic and entertaining science fiction-themed decor capitalizing on the local reputation for alien encounters. Good service.

Really cool and unique place! Service was good and food was good. Had the Daddy-O burger and fries. My friend had the fish and chips. Only problem was that the service size of the fish was two small pieces (really looked like one pieve cut in half). My two other friends had a custom pizza and a Maui pizza. Both good.

I swear I have had enough of the HORRIBLE service from Farleys. I use to be a very loyal customer of Farleys. I use to eat there once a week for almost 2 yrs. We ordered take out again from Farleys only to have have an order totally messed up AGAIN... I work near Leprino so its very hard to just take back. I guess its my fault for not checking and thinking they were competent enough to get a VERY simple order right.

Food is good. Most of the time we go there, the servers are neat, clean, professional, and on the ball. Nice lounge with 3 good pool tables. One table has a rip in the felt, but that's obviously not their fault. They had them re felted recently, and some patron wasn't careful. Prices were reasonable. The bartender we had was super laid back, knowledgeable, and had no problem meeting our somewhat unreasonable drink requests. It's refreshing to see a barkeep who's not afraid of a challenge. Will be back soon.

Plates and silverware were filthy. Waitress didn't know anything about the food. Beer was old and flat from the draft. Asked for my chopped steak to be cooked medium and it was overdone. In from Texas and several people suggested this place and sorry to say but was not good at all and they allow dogs inside at the tables.

It was open late which was a good start. Our waiter was friendly and was pretty knowledgeable which again earned a second star. Food was really good. Had a burger which was better than average. For me the one downfall this place had was the retro kitchy stuff all over the place which combined with insanely bright lights kills any ambiance that this place might otherwise have. But the menu is expansive, prices reasonable, and the food was quite good so I would give it a good recommendation.

The food is good which is why I’m giving it two stars. The service is AWFUL! It takes an eternity to place an order, and if you order a beverage from the bar it might make it to your table before you dehydrate. I saw multiple orders be delivered to tables at random times, one person at a table might get food while the other three might have to wait another 15 minutes, which is exactly what happened to my wife and I.

The food was ok, but our order was wrong and we waited for several minutes to receive silverware to eat the food that we did get. Our appetizer never did turn up and we never saw our server again.The manager said he would take the appetizer off of the check, but he never did. We were travelers that we stranded due to inclement weather and I believe this restaurant preys on customers who will never be back. Save your money and go to a national chain. They will have usually have consistent service.

We went there last Thursday with our 4 grandkids, the place was full of flies, nasty, could not help but notice all the dirty Windows. The food was ok, but not great for the price. Me and my husband didn't get our drinks till way after our meal, glass of beer and a glass of wine. Didn't complain but very dissatisfied being that we always go to the farleys in Ruidoso, their Ruben sandwich is way over yours plus the service.

Slow service which is a norm in Roswell. Food was average to below average. We ordered a michelada and we got what was on the picture below. I asked waiter what that was and he said that their bar does not make micheladas. He should of told us that when we were ordering it. Overall not a good experience and will noy be going there again. We were excited to go to Farley‘s at this location because a friend of ours recommended it to be a great place. We drove up, and the parking lot was well lit and the building looked clean and well-maintained. We are not big complainers when it comes to posting reviews, however, we felt had to say something for this one We were seated in a booth which was very comfortable but the evening sun was coming straight into our eyes. They did not have a blind to block the sun so we asked to be moved to a different table. It took five minutes and asking 4 different people to make this happen, even though they were only 1/3 of the way full of customers. Once seated again, our waitress let us know she would be helping us soon. She was attentive to start with, but things got worse as the meal went on. Other servers had to start bringing her items and our meals to us, the lemonade did not taste very good, and she forgot to bring one of the appetizers, so we asked to have it canceled from our order. When our main meal was brought to the table, The food was tasty, but only average. Also, we had to wait several minutes for her to bring us some silverware so we could eat our food. When we asked for the check, the forgotten appetizer was still on the check so we had to ask them to remove that from our bill. During our meal I would say that the manager checked on our able at least three times, but she only wanted to walk up and ask how is Everything? and when we said fine, she left and went to the next table and received the same answers. Even though she asked, she was not really engaging with any customers and would depart once everyone said that they were OK. It’s hard to justify a two star rating, however, we keep our one stars for the truly terrible places to visit. This place has good potential, they just need better management better management and staff skills and training.

The atmosphere is very eclectic, modern, and lively. The food is delicious! The restaurant is very clean and servers are super friendly. Prices are reasonable in comparison to major cities. Portions are plentiful and one can always ask how many it can serve. There is an outdoor space that is very lively with people and music. It is a nice place to bring your children as well.

Waited forever for a server to notice us, food was cold, my 5 year old said she didn't want to eat her mac n cheese because it was hard. We were not asked if everything was good/ okay, the server seemed in a hurry to get rid of us. Just overall not a good experience.

Awful. Waited for at least twenty minutes after being seated. Finally flagged down a waiter, waiter who took our order. My wife and I both ordered salads, and waited at least another twenty minutes for our order. When it finally came, they brought her something entirely different. At this point we were more than annoyed, and running late. My wife asked for her original order in a box to go, and waited while I ate my salad. When it still hadn't arrived, we got up to pay and leave. A waitress met us to apologise and said there would be no charge for my salad. We left with my wife still hungry, and to cap it all off, I had diarrhea as soon as I got home. Needless to say, we won't be back, nor would we recommend it to anyone else.

We had a blast here! Food was all very good. Fajitas and salads were works of art. There were 8 of us and the service was excellent. The restaurant is quite roomy and cheerfully decorated with bar themed and alien themed decor. There is a comfortable-looking outdoor eating area but we opted for the air conditioning. We all recommended highly!

Super neat spacey decor mixed with an industrial vibe. We ordered a couple beers and the nachos. Food and service was excellent. They also have some really neat pop culture masks put up on the wall - venom, alien, creature from the black lagoon... It's pretty cool! We'll be back.

I did order a medium burger so I realize that I took some risk there but proper food handling and preparation obviously played a factor as well. I was part of a large group and they accommodated us with no problems. The food, especially the fries, was a little cold but understandably so due yo the number of orders.

Went with friends....when check was brought and handed to friend he asked “Is this really happening?!” As a roach ran up his arm. Staff shrugged it off with a casual statement that it was a restaurant and has to be expected now and again.

Terrible food, good service and cold beer. Well in all fairness cattle baron marketing we thought we should give you a second chance. Soooo.... On Friday 6-7-19 we decided to hit the bar for a snack and a few cold beers. So we sat down and waited for almost five minutes before even being acknowledged that we were there and it seemed to be an effort for the bartender to acknowledge us. No hello, welcome or can I help you from her... It felt like we were bothering her fir a drink. So we tryed some small talk with her. Hmmmm no! She had the personality of a rattle snake. Needless to say we had one beer and left. We didnt order any food nor did we want to. Sorry Farleys its a fail for the second time.

You also might want to ask for extra sauce on the ribs because mine only had what seemed like a quick slather. It was pleasant in general. I liked the decorations and they played good music on the speakers...

The decor was pretty cool (think 50s/60s style sci-fi, it is Roswell after all), and the service was decent (though our server had to be reminded twice to bring one of our appetizers), but the meal itself was a bit rough... Ordered the ribs, menu claimed they were "fall off the bone" good - portion size was as expected, but this was some of the toughest meat I've ever tried to eat (comparably to some beef jerkys) . Couldn't tell if they were made up from frozen, or prepared several days in advance and dried out during the process, but was really let down. Otherwise seemed like a fun place.

Great pizza and cheese sticks. 29 beers on tap. I had fun playing pool also. I really liked my Bosque Scotia ale.

The smoked brisket burrito was great. Service at the bar was slow as the bartender was preoccupied with her regulars or friends. I was just passing through, but it didn't seem like a very friendly place.

We have eaten here before and enjoyed it, but this was a bad experience. First took over 48 minutes to get our order for 3 people. I ordered the basil pizza, when she brought it she said" did they tell ya we're out of basil" so guess it was olive oil, tomato pizza, that was cold! ? They brought a pepperoni said they drop the kids cheese pizza. Well 1 not what we ordered 2 she don't like spicy pepperoni. They finally brought her the right thing. My husband's was also cold. Not to mention they forgot our salads. We canceled them. So service and food both sucked. Unfortunate could be a great place.

I went with two other people. We shared appitizers. The onion rings, potato skins and fried pickles were great. The burgers were good. The nachos were not so good. I ordered queso after trying the nachos, so I could put it on the nachos but it took so long to arrive the nachos were cold and soggy. I gave up and sent back the queso when it finally arrived. The good: It would be a good place for groups. The appetizers we had were great. The bad: My friend got a dirty glass and my water tasted like aspirin. Main dishes came out at different times and you may wait for ever for minor things.

The food was great as our waitress Esmeralda was fantastic. It was as ll great till the roach appeared on the booth luckily we were almost done. The roach climbed up and down the bench then finally crawled down the wall and disappeared. Our waitress asked us if we wanted to talk to the Manager but didn't want to put him on the spot. We just told her to inform him as there are many people that will make a big deal out of it. But it was bad!

This place was great and the food was great. I would definitely give it another try if I was ever in Roswell NM. The only problem with our visit was our server was never there. After getting our drink order and food order we sat and waited for easily 20mins before we saw our waitress again. After getting our food we didn't see our waitress until she brought the check, sadly though I ran out of my drink half way through that tasty burger. If we are ever in the area we will have to try a "do-over" lol.

Went to Farley’s for the pizza (which I love) but left disappointed. The place was very empty. Sat in the bar area. I ordered about 15 min prior to people sitting by me, yet they got food 10 min before me. I knew I was in trouble when a new waitress came over and confirmed my order. With no one in my area, I asked if the TV could be changed. “Sure thing”...not. Then after eating it took another 15 min to get the bill. I guess they were too busy talking. I even voiced my displeasure to the manager, at least assuming he would act concerned, but no. I think they hurried it out, as the crust was really doughy to boot. And no, nothing off the check for my frustrations.

Cool environment... food is okay at best. Ordered a salad and the eggs were over cooked, the lettuce tasted old and the boneless chicken wings didn't even taste like chicken. It seemed like a weird consistancy. I guess most people come for the decorations

The food is ok, nothing spectacular. My daughters ordered the same burger meal and one came with a ton of fries while the other barely had any. Our server was a bit inattentive too. Not a bad place...the decor is cool.

Place was less than crowded. Asked for a both but we're told there were none. Looking around though, there were at least 10 open. We we're then seated at a table and spent over 30 minutes without being waited on. We then flagged someone down and were told it would be just a moment. Waited another 20 minutes without service and then walked out. No one stopped us to even inquire. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Should of read reviews ahead of time.

Advertised beer wasn't available. My wife's food (nacho) came out 15 minutes after my sandwich and we had to ask for them. Took 15-20 minutes to get our bill. Waitress seemed more interested in co-workers conversation than doing the job.

Cute restaurant, food was pretty good. They mixed the burgers up on our 2 orders. We just swapped plates instead of getting it corrected.
