So I bought tickets for Marshmello for the show on 4/6/19. There were 2 ticket options one for early bird GA and the other for Early Bird GA - Expedited. The expedited had stated, “Receive VIP treatment with expedited line access thru the main entrance of the dayclub. This also allows you to arrive 30 minutes later than a standard GA ticket.”, I got to Kaos around 11:00 AM and asked around how does this ticket work? Staff ignored me told me to line on the GA line then they continue to tell me that oh that’s just a regular ticket. I spent $20 extra for 3 tickets and for what?! Absolutely no help whatsoever.

Newest club in town. Huge venue with all the most up to date amenities. Vegas pool parties are always a lot of fun. But this one is getting it to the next level. They have a really great line up as well. Might be pushing some of the smaller clubs out of town.

We paid money for tickets and they still expected us to wait in line, and on top of that I have a disability and they do not have seating nor care that they are not ADA compliant. There is absolutely NO seating unless you’re at a table or around a palm tree and I proceeded to sit down and this lady approached me about where I was sitting and told me to proceed to sit around the palm trees which are already taken from all the people who didn’t need to wait in line. Since they discriminated against me and my disability and have the audacity not to accommodate and nor apologize we will never come back. The lady never offered another suggestion since I have a disability and paid a lot of money to see marshmallo.

Here for a private event before they open to the public on Friday. The staff are extremely friendly, food was not too bad - sweets were far too sweet for me and the grilled cheese with tomato soup was stone cold. I really enjoyed my experience here except this is meant to a world class nightclub and the sound was so off. It’s completely tinny (too much frequency) and at one point they had to turn the music off. Shaq came on late, didn’t say anything when he left stage and then Iggy Azalea came out late as a special guest and walked off after 2 songs and apologized after. You can’t present a world class nightclub with subpar sound - it doesn’t make sense. Hope they rectify this problem before Travis Scott appears on Friday

Worst club in Vegas, no worth the money. Kaskade and the other dj were terrible. Nobody dancing. Sound quality not good. Boring and not even full. The worst part was that they will through water and confetti intermittently, which made the dancing floor slippery and dangerous. Try somewhere else

I was there the first night that Cardi B and G-Eazy were performing. It was so packed and the guestlist line was so long. People were just cutting and there was no secrity guards or anything along with the line. There was a couple girls just cut in the line in front of me and my friends so i went to talk to the security and he was SO RUDE!! I was on the line for 3 hours and he said “a couple girls in front of you is not gonna make any different” ..

I was here for a private corporate event and the staff was awesome, but sound quality was terrible. I know this was their first event and I expected a few issues, but there was absolutely no communication in regards to what was going on.

We saw marshmallow at the day club. It’s super hot unless you are close enough to the dj to get wet and the cooling jets to hit you. The free drink passes are only vodka and I did a orange juice mix. I only bought one drink it was a Paloma (tequila and grapefruit juice w sugar rim instead of salt)

Went for marshmello pool party last sat. Not sure if it was a quieter weekend in vegas but rocked up at midday with prepaid tickets and walked straight in with no queue. All staff i came across were great. Plenty of space to move around in. Great friendly crowd. Music was good throughout, mello played for over 2 hours. Dropped a star as the one drink I got was very expensive with weak amount of alcohol.

Horrible experience. Terrible organization of the Cardi B performance. Rude staff, 2hr wait WITH tickets already pre-purchased. Extremely disorganized. Staff had no idea what was going on. DJ was horrendous. No one was dancing. There was no vibe whatsoever. Sound quality was pathetic. Way overpriced for a lackluster experience.

One of the largest Beach Clubs I've been to in Vegas. It is certainly the nicest and most modern what an incredible statue centerpiece. Plenty of room to move around, so you don't have the hassle of bumping shoulders next to everyone. The lady I was great, but of course it's Vegas so be prepared to spend a pretty penny.

One of the best ever nights at a club I have ever had. Apparently this place cost 300 million dollars to build and fit out in the Palms casino Las Vegas and it was definitely worth every cent. We got a table with bottle service and had an awesome position top resident DJ’s (marshmallow) to name one of the few high profile deck spinners. Super hot woman, great vibe and just an awesome night spot. Definitely check this place out. Worth the taxi ride off the strip.

Horrible organization, they are very unorganized when it comes to line regulation and formation. Last night we waited online for 2 1/2 hours!!! Just to finally get to the front and be told “we are closed” no more people allowed on line also we didn’t even get the option to pay they decided to just close it out, they didn’t have anyone telling people this message before hand and they also decided to up charge those on the guest list earlier. It truly was a CHAOTIC EXPERIENCE nobody compensated or offered anything for this BIG INCONVENIENCE.

Well Kaos you definitely lived up to the name! This review is only for what I experienced Saturday; waited in line for 2+ hours just to be told that I was in the wrong line and instead of the staff telling the people in front to move to the next line they started in the back! Which bumbed them up closer and pushed me back! Another 30 minutes later we found out it was going to be $100 to get in even tho I was on the guest list. Definitely not organized that night! I will give this place another try just because I didn't get to go in the venue which that was my fault for choosing the night cardib was performing and is the reason why it was chaotic and the line was wrapped around the building! I will give it a couple months till I go back.

Amazing! One of the most fun days I can remember. Some of the best service I have ever received. Spent the day at the pool, and from the moment we entered, the staff was extremely friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate and make sure we had a great time. Ally, Matt, Brian, and Nate the lifeguard made the day. Also, the DJ sounded awesome. Not sure how anyone could give less than 5 stars. We did splurge a bit on bottle service, but it was worth it!

You guys need to focus on your basics 1. Sound quality should be on point. A top tier club shouldn’t have broken speakers. 2. There are plenty of a-hole clubs out there and we know security can be a-holes but to have understaffed stressed out security isn’t right. 3. Fire your operations manager or whoever was running it that night, your marketing team did their part but the execution failed. 4. Get your artist in line. You can run late but you need to make up for that extra time. My suggestion is that you should cancel all shows until you have everything in order. Staff should know policy’s, procedures and how to run a tier 1 club.

Me and my friend were very excited to see Cardi Saturday evening. We bought tickets before our trip. The day of the event, we arrived outside of this establishment in a enough time, only to be met with a crowd wrapped around the building and no sort of organization, no direction of what lines we need to get in because they told everyone to get in the same line. They also still were selling tickets to individuals knowing that they had already over sold it and were at full capacity. That makes me feel this was a money grab. We waited in line for over an hour, then staff kept telling us we were going to get in and scanned my ticket but still didn't let us in. Now, I can't even get a refund because your staff scanned my ticket and yet I didn't get to see what I paid for. I will never attend this establishment ever again. Also, I felt very disrespected that your staff also continued to lie to a paying customers face about getting in when they knew they over sold this show and can't fit anymore people in. Terrible night and terrible service !! I will never go to kaos ever again. Waste of time and money

This is my 10th trip to Vegas , I have been to most clubs and pool parties and I have to say that this has been the worst service ever. The venue is nice the crowd is not so great but really worst service ever . My waitress was just rude , not friendly. I was very disappointed I had so much expectations and wow what a let down . The name says it all - absolute chaos. Waited over 5 hours for a 20 minute show for Cardi B- she didn’t come on until almost 3:30 am and was done by 3:45 ($80+ for cover). You’re packed like sardines with people trying to shove their way to the front of the stage, with people literally peeing on the floor around you. Half the crowd in front of us left because on top of the standing in heels for hours on end with no Cardi, people were getting extremely ghetto (fighting, etc.). Worst Vegas experience we’ve had. If you do decide to go, definitely don’t get there anywhere near the time the doors open - total waste of time and money.

Don't waste your money or time. No parking. Staff had no idea what they were doing or any clue how to manage everyone trying to get in. Had to wait almost 3 hours to see J. Balvin, and in the meantime the DJ was awful. Sound system was not impressive at all. Crowd was dead, and the vibe was wack. Not worth all the hype.

We paid for a lower mezzanine booth over a month and a half ago, but when we arrived they had resold our booth for more money and tried to give us a bench on the second floor against the wall with no View of the stage. We were told that they sold out with the mezzanine booths, however we had purchased ours over a month and a half ago for a discounted price - We were told we could sit on the bench for the amount that we paid for the mezzanine booth, or they could give us a refund and we could stand the rest of the night. I explained that my wife had MS (multiple sclerosis) and she could not stand for that period of time - but again I was told that we could receive a refund and stand for the rest of the evening or pay the amount that we had for the "lower mezzanine booth" and stay sitting on the bench they had provided on the back wall of the second floor . This was supposed to be a special night for my daughter's 21st birthday, and we had bought the ticket through their staff over a month and a half ago - but they could not give us what they had sold us - We had traveled many miles from other states to enjoy this evening but unfortunately the staff had no concern for our feelings or the time spent to be at their venue. I cannot believe that another human being would do this to others without a concern of the situation that had put us in. We will be following up to try and get this resolved with their staff as Station Casinos have been around the Las Vegas valley for many years with a great reputation, and should not have something like this representing them. I guess my concern is with the Integrity of the ones who run this nightclub, as character is everything within our life here on Earth, and lastnight showed a lack thereof within their management. As a father I got to watch my daughter cry last night over a broken heart to which she really wanted to see cardi B and was looking forward to this evening for many many months. They should be ashamed of themselves, as we weren't the only people they did this to - there were two other groups sitting with us that they had done the same thing to. Unfortunate thing is, you can't sell real estate that you have already sold, as there are laws that protect us consumers just for this situation. To put this in perspective - if we had purchased a decent Super Bowl ticket within the regular-season for a discounted price you can't resell it at the end of the season for more money just because you can get more for it and sit us in the nose bleeds.

I had a great night of entertainment here with my mates for my birthday. We had a VIP table and the service didn't fail to impress. The music was banging and the surroundings were exactly what I expected from a high end night club. Well done Kaos, an awesome addition to the Vegas nightlife scene .

We had purchased our Marshmello tickets in advance thinking it would faster for us to get in. Once we arrived it was a mess. They had so many lines and the security was so rude and unprofessional. We where sent to 3 different lines just to be told we where in the wrong line. Once we got to the right line it seemed to be moving super slow compared to the other line beside us. When it was finally our turn to get IDs checked, another security brings a group of people and asks they guy to go ahead and check them in!! They didn't apologize nor said anything for the it. The security seemed to be super nice to some people that he knew, but to the rest he was very rude. Kaos it is! Never going again. Do not recommend this club. Only thing I enjoyed was Marshmello's performance. This club is just giving all the performer fans awful experience!! Don't waste your time nor money here.

For all the bad reviews they took for Saturday night and Cardi B. Sunday nights show with zac brown band was amazing and so much fun. Staff was organized security was nixe, we got right in, and we managed to get a spot right on the rail for front row seating. ZBB played for almost 2 hours . Great traditional hits, new stuff, covers. Great night in Vegas .

I came to seee cardi 6/16 for my bday which was 6/13 . I was very skeptical being im with child . But I was able to get right in front and get a picture with cardi . Security protected my belly all night long . I got water offered to me al through out the night and the staff was just extremely friendly . I’m glad I came and I’ll def be back to actually party after I deliver . Thank you for taking care of me and allowing me to see my favorite artist .

I went to the dayclub to see Marshmello on the second weekend, and they were much more organized than the first weekend. I got there around 11:30 am, and there was no line. Good sound quality and effects. If you have a large group (>8 people), definitely consider a daybed with bottle service

My Friend and I came for a girls night. The only reason we came is for G-Easy and Cardi B. It was so disorganized. We asked which lines were tickets and were told to get into the guest list line that wrapped around the building. After an hour of wait time found out it was the wrong line. I had to ask another person at the front while my friend saved our spot. After another hour we made it inside and it was beautiful. The staff was a hit or miss on politeness. The bartender were great but the security guards were rude. We were told that Cardi would be on at 4 but the NightClub closes at 430. Cardi was only on for 10/15 min which I was super sad about but I’m glad I got to listen in person. The way the stages are setup it doesn’t allow for patio people to see and guests were in a bad mood from 4 hours of standing. Usually tall people let shorter people in front but people were just not in a mood. G Easy was awesome! J Balvin did his thing! I love Cardi and I really wish I could have saw way more of her literally and song wise. I don’t think I’ll go back to Kaos after this.

To the door guys to the cocktail servers, everything is so diss organized And makes you feel like they don’t even know what’s going on. I paid about $15,000 dollars in this club. Kaskade on a Friday night was disturbingly not busy. We walked in without waiting at all around 11:30. A lot of bad reviews for early weekends but it seems like they solved those issues. Sound was good inside. Beautiful design, great visuals. Hard to say it lived up to the hype, though.

WORSE CLUB IN VEGAS!!! Went to this club & honestly it was all hyped , might be the worse club in Vegas if you ask me. The employees are not professional. The club is beautiful but that’s about all. The music is horrible, I’d rather go to Drais or 1OAK if you are looking for a hip hop spot. A lot of people paid tickets to come here and didn’t get in. The performers only performed for about 5 mins. Kind of gave me Fyre Festival vibes. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE plus this club is off the strip when there is so many better options on the strip.

Saw Cardi B last night while performing at her “residency.” Here’s what really happened. Got there at 10:30, DJ played until 3:15. Cardi came out and stood there for 15-20 min while I assume they were figuring out her mic. She danced and sang for about 20 min and left. Really disappointed. That’s not a residency. It was an appearance. Advertise for what it is. Actually left a comment similar to this on a Kaos Instagram post along with tens of other negative comments from people at the show, which are now all deleted from their Instagram account. Address the comments, don’t brush them under the rug.

I have been going to clubs for years in Vegas and always like checking out the newest places to see the latest setups. Unfortunately it is not uncommon to run into less than enjoyable experiences dealing with bouncers, lines, and checkpoints getting into these places if you don't have a table. Of all the places I have been KAOS had some of the friendliest staff and bartenders that I have ever dealt with in Vegas. I attended both the Kaskade show on July 5th (night club) and Skrillex show July 7th (day club) and both times had smooth experiences getting in without any hassle. On top of this, all of the bartenders were nice and easy to order from (which is a rarity in a packed vegas club). As far as I am concerned KAOS has the best staff and is the best run club in Vegas right now. As an aside, almost every single negative review on here comments on the Cardi B shows (due to her very short appearances) and sometimes issues with lines getting in. The Cardi B issue is not reflective of the overall experience at KAOS and seems to be artist specific. Also, anyone who goes to a big club in Vegas should expect some level of waiting and security in line no matter where you go. There are lots of people that want to go to these places and it is always going to take time to get thousands of people through the door in a reasonable manner. Long story short, KAOS is worth putting in your vegas club lineup, especially for the day parties as there outdoor setup is unmatched.

Bought tickets for deadmau5 directly through their website. Event was cancelled without notice. Can't even speak to anyone here who will refund us our money. Palm states that Kaos is managed separately and have no control over it. Very poorly managed.

KAOS at The Palms is my new favorite club in Las Vegas! I went there for the grand opening weekend. I was there Friday night, April 5th for Skrillex and Travis Scott. I was at the pool party Saturday, April 6th for Marshmello, and also that same evening for J Balvin, G-Eazy, and Cardi B. Friday Night I got there around 1:00 am with my two friends (one girl, one guy). We went to the table line because our friends had a table reservation. There wasn't a line at all, probably because we were late, but mind you we were at the table reservation line, NOT the general admission/ticket line. Once we gave the guy the name and table # he gave us stamps to get inside. So we get into the club, and it is jam packed! They have the entire outside pool area open and the inside club open at night. We are scattering to find our friends because we didn't know what time Travis Scott was going to perform. We asked so many bottle girls, security, and bus boys where table #120 was and no one knew! So we were like running around trying to find them. Finally, our friends texted us back and told us we were inside and we found them. We had an awesome dance floor table inside, and Skrillex was already performing when we got there, so I'm not sure what time he got on. The club is a circle shape, similiar to Marquee, I'd say it's on the small side, compared to OMNIA and XS. But that doesn't take away from the fun! Skrillex is the man! He has so much energy and the club was so fun and lit. I loved it! Travis Scott came on at 3:18am. Props to Kaos for booking them on the same night. Travis performed for a good 10-15 minutes. So the first night I went to Kaos I had an absolute BLAST. The only one small compliant I had was that none of the employees knew the table numbers nor did they have a map of the tables to tell us where to go. Saturday during the day, we went to see Marshmello at the Kaos Dayclub pool party. Again, so easy getting in by telling the bouncer our friends' table number and name of reservation. Marshmello performed from 3:00-5:00pm so exactly two hours. I like the layout of the pool party, but I prefer EBC's pool party better. The only complaint I have about the pool party is the floors are slippery, so just be careful when you are dancing! J Balvin performed at 1:30am for 15 minutes, G-Eazy performed at 3:00am for 15-20 minutes, then finally Cardi B performed at 3:45am for 10 minutes or so. J Balvin and G-Eazy started their performance outside at the pool stage. Then they walk their way to the club stage and the stage rotates, so they perform toward the inside club crowd and then rotate the stage to face the outside crowd/pool crowd. Cardi B only performed on the inside stage, but rotated the stage so she could perform to the inside crowd and the outside crowd. If you want book a table for their night time party, I'd recommend booking it INSIDE the club, not outside, because Cardi B didn't even perform outside!! The pool tables probably had a hard time even seeing her head because those tables are so far from the club stage. I had the time of my life both Friday and Saturday night! 10/10 experience at Kaos. The only ones complaining are the ones who had general admission tickets and had to wait so long in line to get inside. But I totally get it, if you are paying for a ticket you should be able to get in easily, not have to deal with chaos at the door. But if you have the money to spend on a table, you will easily get inside and have a great time. Also keep in mind that it was the opening weekend, so the staff was probably stressed and unorganized because they didn't know what they were doing. Hopefully with more training and experience they will get it together. Sometimes you can't control things and you just have to make the best out of it and move on. From MY personal experience I will definitely come back and recommend this club to everyone!! I got your back, Kaos!! ;)

This is definitely an absolutely beautiful night club. It’s also truly massive. I think they said they had 7500 people expected for the Cardi B event. It was full of beautiful and rich people and the music was great for the most part. I didn’t like that techno music at all. Why I will not give them a 5 is because of how they treated the customers. We paid over $100 a piece for tickets that were supposed to be expedited and there was nothing speedy about this! We waited over 2 hours outside in lines that were a mad house of disorganized mess!!!! You can’t charge people a fortune and then handle them like this. I was infuriated by the time I got inside.... and then it gets worse!!! There is absolutely no where to sit expect for the tables which were going from 5 to 15,000!?!?! Say what.... hell no! Not one single barstool. And then we got there at 10:30 and didn’t get in until after midnight! And then had to stand until almost 4:00 am because that’s when Cardi finally performed. I was in literal pain after leaving here. Bottom line if they can’t organize the line better and get some seats I will not return.

The club advertises an appearance of EDM culture, but is actually no different than any other club on the strip. The place bans Kandi under the explanation of ''maybe we're picking off the kandi and eating it'' but did not check our pockets or pat us down. The sound/visual arrangement was 5/5, but the atmosphere is misleading, especially during EDC week. The staff were NOT PLUR friendly, actually very rude and judgmental. Deadmau5 was an absolute unit and I bet Above & Beyond would be amazing too, but this ''Club'' is not worth the money or time. Omnia is still my favourite place.

Kaos is an incredibly spacious venue with enough pools to fit everyone - whether you’re VIP or general admission. I attended Skrillex and had the greatest experience of my life! This club will definitely be the hottest in town soon!

What a venue, this place is a spectacle, Super clean sound system. Saw Deadmau5, his sounds punched and took full advantage of the venue. The sound that came from the lightening mirror ball was amazing, not sure if it is used for others, but definitely worth seeing Deadmau5 play here. Can see why he finally came back to Vegas now.

I've only been once, to the nightclub not the day club, and it was alright I guess. The performance was odd and short, the music was wayyyy too loud, and the giant statue in the middle of the pool was out of place and random. Nothing really seemed cohesive. That was a few months ago though, no idea if its improved since then.

Attended a private event that we're told was the official opening. Major issues with sound / lighting (we watched a bunch of very agitated techs trying to resolve issues), the strong smell of raw sewerage eafting on the occasional breeze added a certain je ne sais quoi. In addition, compared to the red wine on offer, I've had some very nice paint strippers in my time.

So nightclubs never really get a good review online, but I wanted to write an honest one so that it would help everyone else out. 1) ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ask a promoter before buying tickets! If they’re open on the weekdays you’re most likely going to be free entry for even ratio. You might even get comped drink tickets for ladies. 2) Speaking of drink tickets, not sure if it was because I arrived at 12:45am to the club but I received a ticket that was only valid for use after 1pm. This is a unique tactic that no other nightclub in Vegas offers and I think it’s interesting because it forces the ladies to stay there to use it. Btw, these are only for well drinks! 3) This club is GORGEOUS! Seriously, just walking into the club is a sight to see and it only gets better from there. 4) Kaos is HUGE. Like, the biggest club I think that currently exists near the strip. It’s two stories and both the interior and exterior are massive. 5) Haven’t yet gone to the dayclub but found that the pool looked very shallow and there aren’t a lot of places with shade, so keep that in mind if you burn easily. 6) Now majority of the clubs are really geared towards table sales but wow, does Kaos really cram as many tables as possible in their club. The worst tables you can get are the ones on the second story along the wall because you can’t see a damn thing, so keep that in mind! 7) Another unique touch is that there’s one employee who walks around with this giant round sphere that has the Hotspot app so you can take pics with your friends. This chick even went into the dance floor so as not to leave people out. 8) I didn’t buy any cocktails beyond my comped ones but I do know that a bottle of Evian water here is $10 which is comparable to the rest of the clubs in LV, with XS being the most expensive. 9) The DJ residency here is seriously the kicker. With current acts like Cardi B, Bad Bunny, Skrillex, Above & Beyond, and more... there’s always something for everyone. — Overall, loved my first visit here and definitely plan on coming back. Despite it being off strip, Kaos is on its way to making a serious name in the nightlife industry and I am all for it!

Me and a group of 8 girls went to KAOS on opening night for our Bachelorette Party and it was probably the worst club experience we've ever had in the past 5 years we have been coming to Vegas. In our previous years, we have been to both Caesar's Omnia & Cromwell Drais' opening night and we do not remember being treated this way. First of all, if you are on the guest list don't count on getting yourself in even if you may be on time because they don't honour it and they will cut you off from the guest list even before it's time whenever they feel like it. A lot of people were turned away for this reason and we felt bad for them. We on the other hand actually bought tickets for $90 each for this club & still it wasn't worth it that we wished we hadn't bought it for the following reasons: 1) The starring star never showed up until 30mins before closing (5am) which we believe was a tactic to keep people waiting and drinking which was just shady and low because we were told Cardi B would be appearing at 2am, 2:30am, 3am.... When she did appear we couldn't really get a good look at the singer since we were on the other side and it didn't help this club didn't have big screens to project Cardi B for those who weren't able to see her on stage in the crowd. Cardi probably made a 10min appearance max! 2) Getting in the club was chaos. We were in our high heels for at least a good 5-6 hrs because the establishments' security gave us false information regarding the line formation and kept hooping us around the palms' hotel building and just could not get it together. It seemed like the security themselves had no idea what was going on. 3) When it comes to the venue's design it's like all the rest of the clubs in Vegas. It's a copied layout that includes a little pool, bars, and dance floor. The whole club is 90% outdoors and it sadly failed when it came to its' speakers. They just weren't good enough to immerse you with the whole club feel because the music will go in and out. You couldn't feel the whole beat and bass to the music. 4) When it comes to going to the bathrooms ladies you may have to bounce yourself around the venue because when the bouncers decide to close out certain paths you will have to maze yourself around to find your bathroom entrance even if you can see it meters in front of you. So unless you have booked a table or you are able to give the bouncer a little sth you will not get by. In other words, you will not have access to the entire floor of this club to your convenience. Despite all of this on our first try, we went to the club the next day to give it a 2nd try because a promoter promised to get us in as a way to accommodate us from last night. It was an offer that was made while we were partying at the famous Encore Beach Club. Unfortunately, half of our girls got in and the other half couldn't. The other half were late 30mins and they were not willing to accommodate us although we had explained this was an accommodation we were promised from last night. Even after giving the email, guest list name, and showing our receipt of last night's ticket purchase, we were told to dish out another $25 each. Since the bouncer was giving us such a difficult time, we instead went to a different entrance and surprisingly that bouncer followed us when we had already gone through security check accusing us that we had sneaked in and threatened to flip our reserved table over and end our Bachelorette Party. How could we have sneaked in when we already had approved security check stamps on our wrists? We will never come back to this establishment again. It was a pure waste of time and money. It's not worth trying out this place. There are just too many better-serviced clubs throughout Vegas and this place doesn't know how to treat the ladies with any respect. This place does not care to give a Vegas experience.

Are you reading the reviews? How did you hit the mark? What other venue do you purchase concert tickets for in advance and then are denied or delayed entry? Does this happen at T-Mobile or Brooklyn Bowl? If this is the response from the owner, then the owner is an idiot. This place is too big, it looked dead. Drinks were overpriced. Management was snobby & pretentious. Opening DJ kid was clearly inexperienced. Chaos is a great name for this place. This is the Fyre Festival of nightclubs. Buyer beware, stay far and away.

Why on earn on OPENING NIGHT would you have guest lists for a concert people paid tickets for, to only have ticket holders turned away because they let all the guest lists people in FOR FREE. Waited in like for 2 hours, was given the runaround by security and hosts only for the show to then start with people still outside and most of them, ticket holders. I’m not one to complain about bad experiences but if I paid $120 a ticket for a concert, I’m expecting guaranteed entry. So unorganized. Such rude staff waiving black ropes in your face saying “sorry” with smirks on their faces. DO NOT BOTHER.

Waste of time and money..dont think we will ever go again...should of just gone to xs night swim.. first of all we got there early about 5th in line then they added more lines and we got bumped down because they let the people in other lines to go first! Then we were expecting to see Bad Bunny and we waited till 3:25am and gave up and left...come on now it closes at 430 and the headliner still hasn't showed!!! Very disappointed with soak sundays...spent over $300 on drinks plus entry fee for 3 ! Totally not worth it! Dont waste your money if you want to see an artist just go to a concert!!

Beware of this club, if they don't like the way you look, they'll let you pay to get in and then accuse you of doing drugs or being drunk as an excuse to kick you out. Me and my friend were there 10 minutes, bought a table, had a shot of tequilla, then we both went to bathroom and came out and got accused of being drunk or high on drugs and got manhandled by the bouncers so they could free up the table we paid for. Security is rude. Drinks are expensive. Waited 4 hours in what we thought was a good spot with a good view of the stage only to get moved right before the performance. We were shoved and grabbed by security while waiting. ALL girls by the way by ALL male security guards. Then Cardi B finally came out at 3:16am and 1 song in security moved us again! She performed for only 15 minutes. :( Terrible experience. Beautiful venue but I won't be back. I'll stick to Drais!

This club was terrible. We were told by our promoter to get in line by 9, so we did and didnt get let inside until 10:30. Then once inside we got a drink that cost 21 dollars and barely had any alcohol in it and was tiny. Then we ended up getting barricade view and waited to see Cardi B but wasnt informed that she wouldnt be on until 330 AM! We stood there until about 2 and said forget it and left. Standing up for 5 hours waiting was very painful and annoying and the dj’s also were not good.

Spent an hour looking for parking in addition to the 30 mins I spent getting from 15/Flamingo to even turning at the Palms. Apparently only strip casinos hire off duty/OT police officers. No spots in the lot or parking garage, and after dealing with this and almost getting hit my significant other didn’t even want to go to the concert. What a mess, and it sucks for local people. Oh well I guess, but I won’t be going out of my way to visit after tonight. What is the point of getting tickets for an event with no parking? I’m a presidential member with stations and won’t spend a dime with you after this.

Purchased tickets to see Skrillex on Thursday July 18th. Kaos has cancelled all of their Thursday night shows. My flight and room is nonrefundable. I'm not sure how you can be a new club and cancel all of the shows costing a ton of people money. They have deleted all of the Thursday shows on their website and haven't even notified the customers who purchased their tickets. I'm not happy with the customer service. Ill edit this depending on the response I receive from Kaos.

The service and staff were great here. We had gone to Kaos to see Arminn Van Burren, however there are palms trees blocking your view of the stage from the upper cabanas. There are also water cannons above you that soak the people in the upper cabanas when you are in your pool. Not exactly a nice surprise. The statue in the centre is epic.

We drove up and went Friday and Saturday night and Sunday day for their opening weekend. It took a while to get into the nightclub both night but to be expected for a grand opening. The dayclub wait was not as long - approx 15 minutes. Had an amazing time. Tough to get to a few of the bars because it was so busy but found a good one on the patio in the east corner. I happened to run into a manager that was helping around the bar and he bought us a round of drinks once he heard we waiting about 45 minutes to get into the nightclub. I’ve never had that happen before. Totally unnecessary and highly appreciated.

What a nice venue. The only disappointing thing was the service. You would think this is their first time servicing a table. No one knew where the tables were. Looking for table 116, you ask around and everyone had a different answer. We finally get to our table and you ask the host to order a few drinks, aside from the bottles that was just delivered to the table. Not everyone wanted to drink Ciroc so I figured why get myself a bottle if I can’t drink it by myself. She said no you need to go to the bar for that. I only do bottles at the table. I know this is possible at other nightclubs (XS, encore beach club, Omnia, Tao to just name a few) so my request was nothing new. Only thing new was how rude she was with her answer. Yes we continue to order more bottles ( 3 more bottles of Dom, 2 bottles of tequila, 1 bottle of belvedere and 2 bucks of beers, which we paid for and decided to send the last back since we were leaving but still paid for the beers, but we have order even more bottles before that. Asked for towels and napkins and nothing ever came. Even our VIP host ask the busser to bring a towel to clean up a spill and he never came with the towel to clean up the spill on the floor. This is on May 4th and yes management you can look up the bill for this table, to know my story is correct. You should address the young lady that was the host. I’m sure she will tell you a different story but the bill will tell you the story in itself. She should always make her guests feel welcomed. She knew she was getting her gratuity regardless and that’s probably why the service was not the greatest. Maybe visit the other venues and see how the other ladies do it. Trust me we always add more gratuity when they go above and beyond. Adding a drink order is so small but the kind service goes a long way. A memorable experience is what we pay for. We definitely paid for it, a 1 star service that cost $$$ *** yes we did go to the bar to order my drink because I still wanted my drink.

I wish I could leave a review with no stars. I went here for Belvin, G-Eazy, and Cardi B. It was simply one of the worst experiences I've had. I bought tickets for this event that said to arrive by 11pm. I got there about 1030 to the most unorganized thing I've ever been involved in. The hosts were all directing me to different lines for purchased tickets, after 30 minutes of trying to find where to go I found the purchase ticket line, then after finding the correct line it was mixed with guest list and ticket holders, the three guest list lines were moving just as fast as the purchased ticket lines. (They should let ticket holders in first) Finally after 2 hours of waiting in line we got inside. The dj played for hours until Belvin finally went on at 2am for maybe 30 mins, followed by the same dj until about 330 when G-Eazy performed for about 20 minutes. Then the same dj came back out for Cardi B to come out for a total of 4 songs. The drinks were super expensive and a bottle of water was 10 dollars. I would for sure never recommend this place to anyone. It has to be the worst club in Vegas that you could decide to attend.

This is the most unorganized operation I have ever encountered and I have been to Vegas many many times. We have asked questions about where to be and what time for the 2 days before our visit and no one had any idea. No one who works here knows what they are doing or who goes in what line and you will be told many different things from many different people. If you don’t want a hassle and to basically argue to keep your place in line (no matter if you’ve been waiting HOURS since before opening) I would definitely spend your time and your money somewhere else. Plus, on top of them not knowing what they are doing- they are rude and do not value your business and it’s very apparent. Because of this, I’ll never stay at the Palms or come to Kaos again. Don’t waste your time.

We unfortunately had a poor experience at the KAOS for the cardi b concert last night (and it wasn’t due to the artists). As a paid customer we weren’t allowed in until 2am due to full capacity even though doors opened at 11 and we had been waiting in line for 4 hours. They filled the club with free guest list individuals while hundreds of paid customers waited frustrated outside in hours ranging anywhere from 2-4. It was also super inconvienent as they only had one line for all guests paid and not paid. It’s a concern for customers if at this venue they are going to sell tickets and not have space for them. We were also informed that we probably wouldn’t get our money back if we didn’t make it in. The concert of cardi bs performance consisted of only a few songs even though she was the main act? She left with a short sentence of “gotta go” then was gone. Everyone was looking and waiting around thinking she was coming back to the other stage as she was suppose to perform at both and walk between on a glass walkway. Everyone I talked to after the concert expressed there disappointment in the venue and organization. It’s not the acts fault. This venue needs to work out their kinks or it’s going to continue to harvest unhappy customers.

We needed up buying fake tickets from Eventbrite to the Marshmello event. The manages were very understandable about it, and they let us in. I have never seen any clubs in Vegas would do such thing. The event was well organized and security all over the place. We will definitely go back soon.

Surprised this place doesn't have a higher rating, I had a great time here two times this past weekend. We came early for marsh-mellow one evening, but then had to leave (for a reason unrelated to the club), but when we came back they still got us back in with very little wait and in time to see the last 30-45 mins of Marshmellow. They even let us get right up next to the stage. It was poppin, but it was not so overcrowded that you were shoulder to shoulder or didn't have room to dance. We came to a pool party a couple days later (got a table by the pool to see Kaskade). Service that day was even better. They had 2 waitresses and 2 guys attending to our table even though there were only 4 of us (at first) and were very attentive. The security guy covering our area was very nice and came up and introduced himself as well. The servers/attendant people handed out squirt guns and helped everyone have a good time by joining in on the squirt gun wars. The table/bottle service area was set up very well - you could walk right over to the stage and get a clear view of the main performer (Kaskade) - again, it was poppin, but not overcrowded and I was easily able to get close enough that I could've hit Kaskade with the jet from my squirt gun (held back from that temptation though). Oh and the demon burger they served was delicious. This place knows how to do a pool party! Noone was pretentious or rude, entire staff was laid back, calm, yet highly attentive and provided a high end experience.

It was pure CHAOS! I Pre-purchased my tickets and waited until 3 am before being able to get in. The line was at a halt, even if you paid for expedited entry you still weren't getting in. I purchased an ALL ACESS TICKET and yet not once was I allowed to go INSIDE the club, instead I was on the patio and patio tickets were WAY cheaper. I paid money to have access inside not to get SCAMMED and to be told that the manager won't allow anyone else in that they closed the inside of the club down at 1 am. But apparently if your willing to pay a security guard, now all of a sudden there is "capacity". I saw a guest complaining multiple times to a security guard telling him the same thing, she paid for all access, then she whipped out some cash THEN he finally let her in. Yeah, full capacity really.... You shouldn't have to pay more for what you ALREADY PAID FOR! Not to mention the disappointment that Cardi B only performed for 10 min. That would never happen at other clubs and I've been to many in Vegas. VENUE: Also the sound system was terrible outside by the patio. Security understaffed, poor crowd control. We saw so many fights and everywhere we turned people were CRYING mostly because so much money was paid and we weren't able to get into the club. Or because they walked out of the club to use the restroom now they weren't allowed to back into the club. You didn't know which stage the performers were going to be at which made it even more difficult to see the artist. I will say G Eazy worked with what he had and was up for about 45 minutes, he actually seemed to care. People waited 7 + hours just to see Cardi B (and you were barely be able to see her because the venue didn't have a camera or screen where you could see her even with the crowds). The last RIP OFF was when Cardi B performed for just 10 minutes, which really meant she is truly just ABOUT THE MONEY and didn't care about the fans who support her, waited painstakingly for hours, took off time from work, travel cost, hotel etc. Venue was nice but I could never find the entrance to get into the club nor would security tell you. They OVER oversold #fyrefestival

We went with a friend who has disabilities and is hanicap.. she asked very nicely for somewhere to sit or at least have a chair in the corner to rest from time to time and security told her we don't accommodate anyone.. why can't people with disabilities go out and have a good time? Why were you guys beyond rude to her? We even talked with an officer who said that breaks the American disability act. She left very sad especially since she was invited and on the guest list not to mention her first time out in 10 years.

No warning or anything other than a email stating they refunded me. (Not even details in the email why it was refunded, I had to research myself.)They cancelled because they decided to change Kaos' weekly schedule. Kaos just opened this year and they were selling tickets for shows on a faulty schedule. ???Pure ignorance.

My experience at chaos was horrible. Myself and my 2 girlfriends are visiting Vegas from Canada for the weekend. One of the reasons we picked this weekend was to see cardi b and g eazy. We bought tickets in advance that were about 50 bucks each and states to arrive by 11pm. We arrived before 9pm and waited in line for 4 hours to get in. Staff had no idea what was going on. They put guest list and ticket holders in the same line which wrapped around the building and was rediculous. No one had any answers. People were cutting the line. It felt unsafe because people were getting upset and security was minimal - they are lucky people didn’t start fighting in the line. By the time we got in we were exhausted from standing for hours. The vibe inside was horrible. No one was dancing. DJ was trash. At 245am we just bailed. None of us were in the mood to party and we were just over it. The worst part of all is that we wasted one of our nights here in Vegas. We aren’t local and this was my first time here so it was super disappointing. We could have had a great night at a bar or even just gambling. But instead we wasted hours waiting around to get into a club that was boring. Waste of money and if I ever come back to Vegas I will NEVER waste my time and money at Palms or Chaos.

Went here Friday and Saturday night. Bought tickets ahead of time and got in within 5 minutes. Club picked up around 12/1, still some sound issues but I’m sure those kinks will be worked out. Awesome experience and nothing but good service all night.

Saturday night. I'm here right now and still no show j. Balvin. They think they can make people wait 4 hours and nobody will care. First Saturday and the guest star comes out after 2....don't go early. Waste of time

This was by far the worst Vegas experience I’ve ever had. This club was poorly run and had rude workers. They were so unorganized with the line and they didn’t deliver with the acts as they didn’t even start going on until roughly 2 am. Then the biggest act of the night didn’t even go to the star so a lot of people couldn’t even see her. Then they say “all access” and we weren’t allowed to go into the room where she did sing. It was just aweful.

Flew all the way to Vegas to see Skrillex May 11th. Got the tickets in Jan, got a hotel, took off work, celebrated mother's day early, not the cheapest flights these days.. Apparently they changed the headliner ealier that week. No Skrillex. Did not announce it, did not email us, nothing. We could have just come next weekend for EDC. We called and they act like they are doing us a huge favor by negotiating the refund for the physical tickets we had since Jan. Manager was suppose to call us back and it never happened. Most unprofessional thing I've ever experienced.

It was an alright time. The show was great but everyone was crammed in like sardines and I overheard a worker say they were 5,000 people over capacity which sounds like terrible planning to me. The water bottles were $10 and you have to stand the whole time and sweat which takes the energy out of you. I got tired halfway through the show and went to the casino to get water and sit down. You can re-enter but they don’t tell you about the line you have to wait in to get back into the venue. My group just ended up leaving because by the time we would’ve gotten in, the show would’ve been over. I was definitely disappointed leaving.

Never purchase cabana.... paid all the money only to see the back of Cardi B head.... Yes the name fits, KAOS....they should be ashamed, they rob people.... I wish Cardi B weren't associated with this. They need to give people who paid for cabanas half their money back.... calling my lawyer

Awesome pool, updated new design. It is good to see the Palms back on the map. I have been coming here for years. Ever since the station and new owners took over the property, it has been amazing! Reminds me of the olden days. Much needed facelift. Lots of good energy here. Even the dealers at the table are full of new energy! The staff is awesome, music could use some fine tuning, but considering how quick they built the new pool, I am super impressed. Highly recommended!

The newest nightclub and dayclub in Vegas. I've visited two times and had a great time both visits. They've booked amazing talent to perform. Definitely worth checking out when you're in Vegas.

Great security, cool Instagram photo ops, great view of dj, pool area is huge! A lot of room in the area but maybe because it wasn't that crowded. Once you enter into the Palms hotel you have to keep left until you run into Kaos.
