Great place to go listen to Live Jazz and kick back. They have a great low lite cozy and comfy booth style eating area as well as individual seats around the small stage where band plays. Food is good and drinks and adult beverages are reasonable. Try to be there by 9:30pm if you want a private table. Otherwise there's sitting and the bar style seating by stage. Also theres a cool little Chinese spot next door over if you want to eat there- then walk over for after dinner drinks and music and a little snack.

You MUST VISIT the DISPENSARY LOUNGE!! For 11 years straight I’ve been visiting Vegas for each birthday, so when we were coming up with ideas what to do on my actual birthday night I made the comment that it would be fun to go to a Jazz music club. Since we have none back home. And since I’m taking piano lessons and getting into jazz music. My fiancé did the research and all her findings suggested the Dispensary Lounge. Upon arriving to Vegas we also heard from others about the same. This place did not disappoint!! The music started at 10:00 and we arrived around 9:45 to easily get a couple seats on stage, able to watch the fantastic facial expressions of the artists and also their magnificent dexterity within their instruments. Since we arrived early we had an opportunity to chat with others close by. The vibe was so welcoming because everyone was so friendly & loving to talk to. It was finally fun to sit next to lovers of Jazz music and to all connect. When the music started Toscha at vocals stole the show! I couldn’t imagine someone could sing that beautifully and I couldn’t imagine someone as myself could be sitting that up close for it all. The band members were also amazing to watch & listen to. I was happy to be sitting where I was to be able to watch Uli’s fingers on the keys. It was pretty mesmerizing. Along with the other band members as well because admittingly I’ve never given a bass player my full attention before and it was great to be up that close to watch them play. Towards the end of the night there also came out a jazz flute, sax & trumpet. And it didn’t really even seemed planned. It just felt like all the best jazz musicians were all good friends and wanted to play together for the joy of just playing together. And on that “note,” I think the best way to discribe how amazing it was was by seeing how enjoyable it was for the band. Toscha always had a joyful smile as she sang, Uli & the bassist kept sharing communicating smiles back and forth and Angelo the drummer had his eyes closed the entire time he was playing and you felt as though he was being lifted up to heaven. And so I can tell you for my birthday night in Vegas this was absolutely the best choice ever! The trip was complete after coming to the Dispensary Lounge. We will definitely be coming back each trip. Aside from the music, John at the bar was cool and down to earth when we called ahead of time to ask a few questions. Our servers Jasmin & Subrina were awesome too, I never felt like I had to wait for them to ask if I wanted another drink. They were very attentive. The food was also very good as we had the hash skins and it was very filling. You MUST VISIT the Dispensary Lounge!!

This is the only affordable place to really listen to live jazz in Vegas. It is small and dinky. It always feels cramped. The food is alright and the drinks are too, but the jazz artists can be questionable at times. I suppose that's up to taste. Besides the music and applause, the crowd is usually fairly quiet and more on the older side.

It is not an exaggeration to say that they have the best burgers in Las Vegas. The menu seems like it only has a burger and a cheeseburger but ask the chef what he's got or to make you what he feels like and he will blow the doors off your taste buds!

Step back in time, when a lounge was a lounge. The difference between a bar and a lounge is the intimacy of the venue with live performances by talented artist. The Dispensary Lounge is stuck in time. Listening to jazz and socializing with other guest. Yes, I said socializing with other guest. Actually talking with real people and not socializing on a network. The Dispensary Lounge is fantastic, friendly staff, and great food.

One of the last "2" OLD SCHOOL Las Vegas lounges. An era, that is unfortunately forgotten and replaced by corporate greed. This bar is one of the hot spots on the east side of Las Vegas. Do not confuse this with a weed dispensary it is not it is a bar 24-hours though very nice the doors were locked when I we did walk up to the door though but once the guy see me on the camera he opened it up... just go to piso's or Grove if you'd like to go to a weed shop!

Thus was our first visit to the Dispensary. We were a little skeptical at first but once we overcame the staleness in the air (due to the cigarette smoke), we really enjoyed ourselves. The drinks were evenly balanced (great taste and strong enough for a buzz). The food was delicious and hot. The music.........the music AND ambiance is what makes this place so incredible. We will definitely be back for another date night.

This is a unique bar located in a older area of Vegas. It was my first time here tonight with some friend who had been here before. They have a decent size bar with a nice size dining area and a elevated area for love music where they have people playing jazz. We enjoyed some wings, fingers, fried mushroom and burgers. We all enjoyed our food along with beverages served by RJ. He was a really polite and attentive guy to was there quite a lot making sure our group of 9 was well taken care of.

The wife and I just got in to Vegas for the weekend and wanted to unwind and drink& j eat, I found this lil jazz club that was cool for what we looking for. the live jazz was a nice touch to complement the food & drinks the night we went was kinda Smokey but not to the point of we gotta go they say no smoking section but the size of the venue you can't really regulate it waitress was very cordial and kept or glasses topped off I liked that.
