This place has horrible customer service. The waitress kept passing my table up and when I asked her if she could take my order she said she was busy and needed to catch up on other tables before she could take my order. I asked her for the drink menu and she huffed and rolled her eyes. Which i felt was out of line. The waitress was very disrespectful. This particular waitress had a bunch of marks on her back from cupping. I felt neglected. It was horrible because she kept going over to the table next to me and kept bringing them drinks and bringing them their bill. When I went over to ask to speak to a manager they sent over the security manager that then said what do you want me to do to her slam her on the table. I told him no. I just want you to take accountability for your waitresses poor service. He said he didnt believe us and said we were being aggressive. Then he ended up asking us to leave. It was a horrible experience. We had people here from out of town. All we wanted was some good customer service. Never once did the real manager come out to address the situation. It ruined our last night in Vegas. I will not recommend this place to anyone else. Also after some of my party was asked to leave. That same waitress never came to my table to ask me if you needed anything. She would pass by and look at me but never asked me if I wanted to order anything. She just missed out on some good money.

Service was amazing! We had a party of 7 that moved from inside to outside and they were more than happy to move our dishes and drinks as well as turn on 2 heaters for us. Always checking on us for refills and food. Would come back again. Only complaint is that the live band inside was extremely loud for the amount of people in the lounge.

Happy hour 4-7 makes almost the whole menus 1/2 off! Drinks are original and STRONG! Great lounge area and outdoor seating on a balcony. The staff were helpful and friendly as well

We enjoyed the vibe here. Went on a Sunday night, early enough to miss having to pay for a cover charge. But, I hear they are favorable to active duty and veterans too. Music was great; there was a DJ on the patio and live music inside. They played a wide range from R&B, to Hip-hop, to Old School jams. From young adults in their early 20s twerking their hearts out, to the OGs in their Fedoras making a fashion statement, to mothers and grandmothers looking to groove the night away, there was something for everyone. For those who enjoy people watching, like us, it was wonderful to see so many people genuinely have a great time. There's no charge for parking in Town Square on the weekends, so don't be deceived by the meters. Great place to chill and lounge.

I've been coming here for 8+ years in many capacities:To party down and get bottle service in the back, happy hours, special events, watch big sporting events, etc. Lately I've just stopped by to catch up with friends at their awesome happy hour, so let's just review on my most recent happy hour visit... I prefer lounging outside when the weather's nice as it's easier to carry convo and you're close to the outside bar for faster service. There's plenty of flat screens if you're trying to catch a game or space out with who you're drinking with. lol Our server on seana (sp) was amazing. She checked up on us frequently and was very friendly. The kitchen got our happy hour dishes to us quickly. Great service this visit overall.. Happy Hour Sustenance: Fruit & Cheese Plate - A staple every time I sit down at Blue Martini. 4 types of cheeses, apple slices, pineapple and watermelon cubes, oh my. This pairs well with all kiiinds of martinis and other cocktails for me Lobster Taco - You get two decent size tacos on a flour tortilla that's perfect for sharing. Beef & portabella Flatbread - Cheesy, great crust and just enough beef & portabella on there. I'm not sure if I'll be back to party down like back in the day, anything is possible. However, Blue Martini hosts one of the best happy hours on the Strip and the location is primo. With that, I'll see you at the bar outside. Cheers!

Blue Martini is ok. It is in a nice location. When I walked in to meet my friends for Happy Hour (4pm), the girl said she had to scan my ID. When I asked why, she said they turn into a night club at 10:30pm. She also said that ALL restaurants will be scanning IDs within 2 years. Then she got defensive and said she can't make exceptions for certain guests. I didn't ask her to make an exception, I just asked a question as I have never been asked to scan my ID before. I didn't argue with her about it, I just was curious. I seriously doubt a small restaurant will be doing this in the next couple of years.

This is the best spot for locals and visitors alike! It has the perfect blend of bar, club and lounge all in one! The staff is great and really friendly to their loyal customers which I look for at my "go to spot"! I love that people come dressed up looking real nice tho the dress code does allow for people to come as they are. The bathroom attendants are top notch! Very personable. I always try to tip those guys and the rest of the staff for their awesome energy and personality! If you are at all wondering where to go that's not the strip, look no further than the best bar/ club in Vegas... Blue Martini!!!

I've been to this establishment many times when I come to Las Vegas. Brought in some friends and family to have a great time. Unfortunately at the door we were greeted with very rude and unprofessional bouncers working the crowd to charge them extra $$$ to get in. I witnessed many would be customers walk away.

Friendly place. But I came from Sacramento to visit there. I went to a comedy night. It was fun. The appetizers were cheap and the drinks were good. The only problem I had was that I was charged on the card I used even though I gave the waitress cash! I'm currently going through an investigation.

Still the same! We haven't been here in maybe 10 years? Great place but service is terrible! Came in with a large group at my the first inside bar. I belive our server was Maria. We constantly had to call her to get us drinks rather than her checking on us. One of our party was buying from the bar cause it took to long and Maria complained about us having to order from her because she loses in tips! Wow! I get it but if she did a better job that wouldn't be an issue! What a shame! Service is a skill and hospitality is a spirit!

Dr. Gardner My loved ones and I came here to listen to some live music, which the group Soul Moonshiners I believe was their name, Great Show!!! The Singer, PHENOMENAL! The atmosphere of the establishment lively, clean restrooms and pleasant appetizers. However, the customer service was GREATLY DISAPPOINTING! The young lady waitresses were rushing, inconsiderate, abrupt and not engaging! At one point while eating my food they asked me if I had finished. This not only happened to myself but a few in my party as well. Another member in my group wasn't satisfied with his drink, so while explaining his grievance with the young lady she abruptly cut him off, didn't apologize nor did she offer to correct the issue but suggested for him to buy another drink. Lastly, the website needs to be up dated. I hope my review will encourage the owner to improve the customer service of this establishment. If we were treated as valued customer's we'd have patronized this establishment more at our visit! So, the probability that other customers most likely had similar experiences is highly likely. Amazing vibe any day of the week, with a very cosmopolitan crowd. With two dancefloors, one playing a wide range of club and dance music, the other playing Latin vibes, it caters to a diverse crowd base. Very nice place, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. But as soon as the live band started, I had to leave. We were right in front of the stage (first mistake! I didn't pick it), and they were so incredibly loud that I couldn't hear anything, and I was in pain. No one else experienced this discomfort, however, so it could have just been me. It just seems weird that the bar would have a rock concert-loud band, as it didn't seem to fit the vibe. But I really did appreciate the staff. So very friendly and helpful! Any time I needed service, they were right there. Highly impressed.

Great concept...horrible execution. The customer is an afterthought here. There are several nicer places in this neighborhood. For starters, they card everyone. Which is fine, even though I'm 62 years old. My guest was 53. The reason is, once they have your drivers license, they scan the bar code on the back of the license. They harvest your personal data. By the way, they don't ask first. They just do it. Then they frisk you...full pat down. All this on a slow week night. Clearly this place has problems with privacy and customer safety. For these two reasons alone, I don't recommend Blue Martini. At the bar, we started a tab. I left my credit card with the bartender as is customary. A few minutes later we moved to a table 10 feet from the bar. When the waitress came by and asked is if we wanted another round of drinks, she said she could not add those to our bar tab. We either had to go to the bar and pay for the drinks we had there, pay her in cash, or start a new tab with another credit card with her. We ended up having two rounds of drinks, but had to use two separate credit cards to pay for them. This used to be a great place. Lively atmosphere, fun music, reasonably priced drinks, friendly staff. Now unfortunately it's a place to avoid.

Food and service/bartenders were FANTASTIC! The young GIRL at the front needs to be better/properly trained. When an older MAN walks in with a dress hat (NOT a baseball cap) that matches his clothes, he shouldn't be told: "you have to take that off." Managers indicate they have a "dress code", but if it exist...I was unable to locate it on their website. I'd still go again (I'm in Vegas no less than 5 times a year) and hope they clear this up.

I heard that this place has roaches, but that didn't deter my companions and nor should it for you. Prices are what you would expect of a club, and you have to pay to get in regardless of gender ( on a Friday). Music was heavy towards the Latino which is not bad but a variety would have been very much appreciated. They offer tables and have pipes to smoke. A very convenient thing was that there were three bar stations through the club, so no waiting around. They even have some exotic dancers ( club dressed appropriate)

Very small dance floors, spanish music on one side and hip hop on the otherside. They serve food all night. Margaritas were awful. Not an upscale place, it was super casual. Mixed age crowd. Cover charge was ten dollars on Saturday.

THIS PLACE IS SO COOL! As someone who’s specialty is martinis, this place is a go to. Drinks are a little on the high side and there was a cover as well, but the quality, strength, taste and atmosphere (patio) was sooooo worth it. On Tuesday nights they have the LAFF LOUNGE where local and out of state comedians perform. Admission is free. I never had so much fun and laughed so hard. I will go back again. Every Tuesday night you need a laugh go enjoy yourself. Happy hour from 4pm to 7pm show starts after 7pm. Loved it

I really like the atmosphere of this Lounge. It's upstairs at Town Square and it's open air so I was afraid that I'd be cold. But they have heat lamps situated all around the bar in the lounge and then heat lamps on the ceiling too. So that manage to keep me warm enough. We had drinks and listen to the music and talked and it was just a real good vibe. We would definitely come back here again and maybe eat next time. I had a lemon drop and she made it really well and I recommend this place.

Live music and indoor/outdoor setting. Had a wonderful time over all. The only down side is they sell the tables that you are sitting at. Since we didn't know about this we were out of luck and were made to move even though we closed out a tab that was well over $200 for just 2 of us. It made us leave at that point. They should mention it or have waitresses to offer for a better experience.

The ambiance is nice....staff not so much. I guess in other states, we're used to them offering to leave the tab open and not just pushing you out constantly. Waitress had an attitude which I mean obviously she was having a bad day I'd assume but at the end of the day, she's probably just insecure and miserable. I'll pray for you. I was so pleased with the food and atmosphere of this facility. I'm glad I got the opportunity to experience being part of the crowd. So since the place is called the Blue Martini, I figured I would have one. It was so smooth and delicious. Then I had an apple martini. Presentation is everything, it had a circular slice Apple on top. Because we had an event there, the food was a buffet free of charge. Everything was so good. You can tell the people put a lot of love in the food.

The blue Martini is a damn good place to have a good time . Make sure to get there early as the entry fee raises up as it reaches close to capacity. It's a great place for locals and the urban crowd. Three different dance floors which means three different vibes and they all play great music . It's a place to dance . Lounge inside and outside and believe it or not its usually more women than men in attendance while they all dress to impress . AMAZING experience its worth the wait in line and the price

Place is okay. They have a selection of Latin and Hip Hop music. The drinks are over priced for what you are served. Also, they have a cover charge for the ladies and many other places do not so, that alone, doesn't place them on top of the list for night clubs.

I really love this place. I work for MGM and supposedly we to get in for free. Yet every time I go they tell me that my badge doesn't work. But the music the food the drinks are also good that I can't help to spend money to get in so I can spend more money while I'm in. That is how much I love Blue Martini

Just went there the place was nice right until the point when we wanted to use a restroom. They said it clogged and to use the bathroom outside which was closed. We asked for the manager and he was really rude and not caring for customers. I believe his exact words were like “what can I do, restrooms don’t work. You’re free to leave.”definitely not good customer service. Managers name is Will. Stay away, he’s definitely not good at handling issues.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! I was at this club on mar 25th and I was slammed to the ground by there security. There are bruises on my legs and knees from the security guard slamming me to the floor. Now i am a young women about 100 pounds and I didn’t deserve the chocking and the slamming on the ground. Also, the guys were fighting but you grab the female. Since this occurred, I will no return to the club. And legal action will be taking place. Thank you.

The DJ played a few songs twice back to back. I believe he had so much fun he lost track of the song selection/rotation. Tonite he made it all about TWERKING now last week the music selection was a little bit better. He only shout out the ladies birthday but we brought a homie out for his birthday. It's just okay. The band on Sunday nights is alright. The drinks are overpriced ($13.50 for a single Maker's Mark). They should not allow smoking, even on the outside section. People should be able to sit outside and enjoy the weather without smelling cigar and cigarette smoke

I m a local and I have being going to Blue Martini 8 plus years. Most time I go early to eat and drinks. Specially on summers. Always like to sit outside. But I have noticed that the tables situation is getting worse and worse. And I had a horrible traumatizing experience last Saturday night. I had food and drinks at one table and got changed to another table more centralized. ( didn’t ask for it ) Just had finished another appetizer at second table and had a brand new martini. Some lady come and said the had reservation for that table and I just said talk to the waitress. The waitress come and said to me and my bf that we had to live and she was taking my shaker way and I grab and said still drinks there and she trow all in my glass super brutally to spilling point “I told her not like these!!” she didn’t even had the bill ...and want us out the table. Before I blink the security came to escort me out. They didn’t even know that I had an open tap at the table. I keep asking for my credit card and trying to explain what the waitress did and they where not listen and care. They humiliated me as I did something wrong but they are the ones wrong. The waitress cause a lot pain and suffer and embarrassment just bc her pressure for the table. The business not doing these right with people. I can see here many other people are felling distrait bc the table arrangement. She was very unprofessional. She could had ask me nicely and bring my bill I pay and move. But she just want to trow me out as I m not consuming. I had already spend $150. I ask for the manager and all they want to do is throw me out. I still sick upset about it. Never felt so badly trait.

Second time there. They are so focused on hookahs that they never get around to selling drinks or food. Employees have poor attitudes. The service is terrible. A bar called the blue martini should think about making money selling drinks.

I went for a co-worker's retirement party and had a great time. We sat at the outdoor patio. I had been here several years ago for my own birthday party as well. The only thing I didn't care for is we had to leave the presents for her party at the front desk. I get the need for security and fear of terrorism, etc, but that is a little over the top. Maybe whomever is in charge of booking the parties/tables should do the screening prior to booking. If you get a bad vibe---just refuse service. I seriously doubt any local, state, or federal employee is going to risk their job over various contraband. Regardless, I had a great time.

Drinks and happy hour are great. Service sucks. One should not have to come back up to the hostess stand after multiple drinks to show a card I already showed. Terrible use of a rewards system. Casey was cool as a waitress....did I mention the system for lady blue cards sucks?!

Wonderful place to go and unwind. I went with my family to celebrate my cousin’s birthday. The live music and band was oh so awesome. They even play music for you to dance to and get a little workout in. The atmosphere great and food was delicious. I’d give them a ‘10’!

It's a great spot to go to on Thursday nights, but it does attract elements for potential negative experiences. Saw a fight there last night and was a victim of surge pricing for when I got there with some friends. We were also charged more due to some in the party not living up to the dress code, but I was appreciative of the security guard that brokered the deal. Overall I go again but I'm definitely going to go earlier next time. $130 experience (with $80 spent on admission). The drinks were fire, try the strawberry basil.
