I have always loved taking visitors here. The last 3 times some of the steaks were overcooked. I told servers but they didn't offer to replace them. The salad bar is very good. The salads and toppings are always fresh. A popular place to eat and sometimes there is too long of await.

I wasn't expecting much having stopped here for a quick bite while crossing Nebraska. But I was really impressed! The side of roasted veggies (yellow squash and zucchini) were honestly some of the best I've ever had. My experience here really lightened up a long day of stressful travel.

Greeted warmly, seated promptly (1:30pm), nice waitress, GREAT hamburgers. We ordered two, both hearty patties, cooked perfectly to medium as ordered. Fresh bun, good fries and onion rings. Would definitely dine here again.

Really enjoyed the tempura green beans and mango lemonade. Baby changing table in the women's room was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive. Nice place to stop on a long road trip.

Our food was very slow in arriving. When it finally did, my husband’s salmon was raw in the middle. They did take that off the bill, but very disappointed in a place that used to be one of our favorites.

I always look forward to going to this RubyTuesday when traveling back to Utah and felt like it was a good value. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. My steak was overdone and the baked potatoe cold and obviously had been cooked more than once. I placed my order to go so I couldn’t ask for anything to be replaced. I was not happily surprised that the salad bar is now 1.99 more if chosen as a side which made my bill and tip over 18.00. I won’t return and am guessing that poor quality and up charges will wind up closing this location as so many others in the chain.

ROAST BEEF DIP SANDWICH - really poor excuse for a sandwich and DEFINITELY not up to Ruby Tuesday standards! I was expecting something like a French Dip. Instead, the sandwich came with gravy??? not an au jus. There was very little beef and the beef was so dry it was like jerky; the bun was over toasted and a bit dry. This "new" sandwich won't be a hit - at $10.99 and choice of fries or tots, it's a waste of money! Also, several in our group ordered mashed potatoes; they were served at barely warm temp. This was really an OFF night for RT. We usually never have a bad meal.

Ruby Tuesday is alright. My server was nice, but my food is always just okay. My grilled zucchini was burnt, steak wasn't medium rare, dirty rice was mediocre. But it's not horrible, it's just average.

We were in town for the Midwest Classic Nations. Called ahead and made reservations and the manager was very accommodating for our group of 14 parents and wrestlers. Service was great and the food was tasty and fast even for a large group. Would definitely come back next time we are in town.

Salad bar was 85% empty and without plates for over a half hour so we had to skip it. Mashed potatoes were so thin they were almost runny and were void of flavor. Broccoli tasted like dirt. Kids meals were expensive when considering the small portion sizes and options. And our server avoided us the whole time until he brought the check. We won't be coming back to the Kearney Ruby Tuesday.

A good stop on a long drive. Brunch menu salad bar was $8.99, everything was fresh, clean and cold. Service was prompt and were on our way. Can't do better than that.

We had to take our food to go our waitresses where very nice but you could tell they where very understaffed it took awhile to get seated when you could see clean empty tables we got seated in a booth after we got asked twice if we wanted table or booth and both times we said table and got booth anyway witch was very disappointing the waitress we had tried her best to get to our table to replenish our drinks was not impressed with the table beside us where the waitress piled dishes on there from other tables with out taking them to the back witch was gross if it wasn't for the salad bar we would have walked out and took our business elsewhere we also orderd food witch almost took over hr after we got so frustrated from seeing our food just sitting ready for about 30 min and no one bringing it to us the next time we seen the waitress we asked to take it to go because we had already been there for a very long time and our experience was a mess from the start and was only getting worse and where just ready to go home witch was very disappointing we had gone to ruby Tuesdays for a birthday celebration because we enjoyed ruby Tuesdays in the past my experience today was very unpleasant and witch is very sad for me I work in the local area and suggest eateries to guests all the time

A lovely burger cooked to perfection. It's handy to the interstate and local hotels. Visited a second time. They got the order wrong but took it back with no questions and delivered the correct meal with no questions asked - excellent. There was a brief power outage at the time I was there waiting for the cheque so instead of just waiting I got a free dessert. The staff handled the situation really well and professionally.

They must be very short staffed. Good thing we ordered the all you can eat salad bar! Been 15-20 minutes since we finished our salad and our main entrees are not here yet. Looks like they are the ones that have been sitting under the heat lamp for 10 minutes. Not impressed tonight. Suggest people try it on a different night. Usually they are great. Tonight...nope.

Your typical chain diner no wonderful surprises. The staff seemed a bit stressed but we had good service. My Dad enjoyed the endless salad bar. The Rib Eye was good but not the best I've ever had (I didn't expect it to be). The side options were good, other than they were out of broccoli.

Horrible service. Had to track waiter down just to get refills. They are not busy...maybe 5 tables of people...plenty of staff just standing around. Tables sticky. Food sub par. Salad bar sad display, Lettuce salad, potatoe salad apple salad thats it...$10...soup costs extra $4. Ordered appetizer...never came waiter forgot.

Food was very slow to come out. Server offered to bring 3 of our dishes out because of a mess up on 1 of our dinners. Last dinner came out very late. Steaks were over cooked. Mashed potatoes were old and cold. Salad bar selections were low.

I always go for the salad bar. The salad bar has a great selection of toppings and dressings, my favorite being their cilantro vinegarette. Our waitress was on top of her game, friendly and kept everyone's orders straight. Clean, generally quiet environment.

We ate at the one in Kearney, NE last night. VERY DISAPPOINTING! It took one hour for us to get our orders. Only two out if six of us got the correct meal. I don't think I will go back and don't recommend to anybody.
