I would rate it a zero but I would not be able to write a review. Was asked if we wanted to sit in the bar. All the tables were full of drink glasses and dirty dishes decided to get a table. Floor was covered with food and straw wrappers. Went to the rest room and passed the kitchen. Floor was covered with food and wrappers. Decided at that point if no one cared enough about the appearance of the restaurant they most certainly would not care about any food or drinks we got. My wife and I left. Absolutely the most disgustingly dirty restaurant I have ever been in. They should be ashamed.

12 of us had lunch at Chili's Sioux City 2 days ago, Sat. April 13, 2019. The young waiter, Drew, was awesome, friendly, helpful, very accommodating, the food was delicious, we had separate checks & he handled them promptly & efficiently. We were all very pleased with our experience. I had the 3/$10, which is a very horrible deal. Thank you. We did tell the mgr how happy we were, & she was appreciative of our comments.

Burger wasn't the most amazing thing I've ever had (I had a Mushroom and Swiss) but it was still pretty tasty. Molten lava cake for dessert is a must!

I wouldn't give it one star, but have to in order to write a review. The waitstaff is terrible! No concept of how to take care of customers. Our waitress ignored us at first, then finally took our drink and appetizer order which was wrong. Then we sat for over 10 minutes before she finally came back to take our order. To top that off, what my wife wanted, they were out of. We just wanted to leave but took another five plus minutes to settle the bill. I like their food, but if their waitstaff doesn't get better, mine won't be the only customers they lose.

Horrible. Waited forever for sirloin and musroom burger.. ended up having to take it to go after they asked 3 times how to cook the steak... when finally got to eat it butger was burnt supposed to be medium.. never again.

We ordered two veggie fajitas To Go. It was so spicy, we had to throw it out the majority of it. We did eat the rice, black beans that came in a cup, and the tortillas. Anyway, it was horrible. The veggie fajita used to be very good, but now it is awful.

Food wasn't as good as I remember. Had the chicken fajitas and something about it was just off. Although it should not matter, it was a bit late in the evening that me and my girlfriend ordered. She agreed her meal was cold and a bit off as well. We used to come here quite a bit for a cheaper quick bite, and this was the first time in a while. I'll change my review if we decide to go back in the future. Staff were friendly I should add. I thought it was very relieving to not feel like we were being rushed out so they could fill more tables for more tickets and tips. Enjoyed watching some preseason football and playing some trivia on the little tablet thing they got.

Horrible 1st impression service! There were long black hairs on the wet table & the hand held gaming kiosk device, so I kindly asked to be moved to another table. The lazy heavy waitress was annoyed by my request and she moved us to an unwiped crumb filled table out of spite so I thought Oh, HELL NO! Strike 2, I got up and walked out before ordering.

If you want extra of something and order to go, make sure to spell it out for them as they are apparently not above a 2nd grade level of comprehension. The manager was SOOO helpful (hear my sarcasm) Actually said "all I can do is offer excuses. Im sorry." And laughed. If thats the manager and representation of the resteraunt, I fear what the rest of the staff is like. Just go to Apple Bee's, not worth the hassle.

We were a party of 4 on a Sunday at 7pm. The restaurant was not busy at all and we were seated right away in a booth unfortunately that sat under an air vent. We were nearly froze out and my 6 year old was not happy. The waitress was nice and helpful, but it took forever to get our appetizer and then our meal. I ordered a mushroom and swiss with the black bean burger patty which was good but the fries were just ok. Everyone else said their burgers also were good but agreed on the fries. We had to search for ketchup as ours and the tables around us were near out, just not a great experience this time around.

Disgustingly gross....when my drink arrived it had floating, dried up lettuce in it, the floors and tables were filthy and our food was cold!! Lord knows what the kitchen looks like!? My family and I will NOT go back. When we mentioned the issues to our waitress, she couldn't have cared less. There is NO reason a restaurant ever looks that disgusting or doesn't care about providing excellent customer service. Shame on the management.

My wife and I have been here numerous times over the years. Our absolute favorite here is the fajita trio with unlimited chips and salsa. The food is always fresh. The steak with the fajitas is so flavorful and juicy. We enjoy mixing ranch into the salsa (don’t knock it til you’ve tried it) it is so good. We have never had a problem with the food here. The staff has always been very attentive to us on almost every occasion.

I havent been to a chili's in a while but i was quite disappointed in what me and my husband, son, and friend got. My chicken enchiladas were honestly pretty bland and so was his steak quesadilla, and couldve been seasoned.. My friend's food, as she said, was okay. My sons mac and cheese looked made, frozen and then microwaved, it was super dried. Wish it was better.

Worst customer service I've ever had. Sat at the bar, waited approximately 7 minutes before I was acknowledged. Another 2 before my drink order was taken. Then after getting my iced tea I waited another 5 before getting a straw, then about 3 more to place my food order. I ordered chips and salsa to start, and a chicken strip basket. I never did get the chips, but I did pay for them. I didn't get a refill on my drink, and was never asked if I needed anything else. When I asked to just get my bill because after more than 30minutes of waiting I just wanted to leave, the bartender got frustrated with me and tried to have another waiter run out back and get me chips and salsa. Normally Chili's is my favorite restaurant, but I won't visit the one in Cheyenne again.

CALLING ALL VEGANS/VEGETARIANS: I had the Black Bean Fajitas and I was absolutely amazed at the quality! Even after the 20 minute drive they were still hot and delicious! Kudos to the chef, and couldn't have been happier with the service. I follow a very specific diet, and the team was great about following my needs. I'll definitely be back for more!

2 for $20, then 3 for $10. 2 people can can get chili's to go curbside. Damn near as good as order groceries and pick up to go. And I thought the remote control and the microwave were the 2 inventions. They still holding on in my book but some of these places stepping up their game now. Love Chili's by the way.!!

Pooorest food ever we came Here today 1/3/19 on our wedding anniversary. The waitress was a super delight however the food not so much ( crazy cause we usually have excellent service here) anyways I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta with NO TOMATOMES I made it very clear no tomatoes! My hearing imaired husband even heard me state no tomatoes! So anyways we’re sitting there enjoying our starters and then the main course comes out and guess what my Cajun chicken pasta had TOMATOES!!!!! I seen them before she even sat the plate down I said I said no tomatoes so she takes it back to have it re-done and guess what she comes back a few minutes later with my pasta and guess what I find more tomoates in my noodles all over so they just scraped them off thinking I wouldn’t notice no I notice I can’t stand tomatoes so now their “making me a new one” and then my husband got a just bacon burger bacon extra extra well done and these slices of bacon come out like flimsy noodles needless to say this but put a damper on our special night

Steak was less than 6oz, over cooked..asked med rare was well done (comped so that was good) drinks over iced.. there's icing( handful) over iced tho for 5$ a drink and sipped in 3 min..was rather sad.. however made comment so they did hella better on 2nd..has potential but not there yet.. may try again in few months see if improved.. penne pasta with alfredo and chicken was "Amazing!" If you go, get pasta or burger

Chain food so that is relatively consistent. They had corn on the cob on their menu then stated they were out...ok, thats fine. However, after waiting for about 45 minutes, we mentioned to a waitress we were still waiting on our food (our waitress didn't put in our food order). We were not in a hurry so we simply waited, finally got our food. Then, within minutes we wanted them serve the table across from us corn on the cob. My wife asked a waitress cleaning tables if they were out of the corn on the cob and she engaged my wife with an attitude and laughed as she walked away. This was kinda the breaking point where I immediately completed an online complaint with Chilis. Got a call the next day from the owner or manager and stated they would like to give use a full refund and a gift certificate to come back, apologized, and asked for a description of the waitress who was extremely rude. Went back weeks later and had a wonderful experience. I appreciate management here to not only resolve the situation but also encourage us to give them another chance.

Ahhh Chili's what can I say Chili's never let's me down! From the food to the service everything is great. For being a chain restaurant Chili's is good real good. I always get the bacon cheese burger or the Cajun pasta extra Alfredo. And they are always good I've gotten diff. Items as well and have been good. Chili's has something for everyone

Ordered online and they only gave us half of our order. When I called too tell them what was missing the gal on the phone said “let me talk to my manager” and I could hear her in the back ground tell him “I checked the bag I know it was in there” and the manager said “then why are you still on the phone?” And she hung up. Robbed of $40+. Actually never eat here.
