Nice spot and the drinks are good, def get the mojitos in the bowl.. 2 things i disliked was the constant Spanish music. Its diverse so u think they would change the music here and there but nope. The women in the back selling food is a rip off. She sold me 4 pieces of chicharron for $10 and fries for $4. She barely even fill up the plate with fries. U get like 20 pieces of fries and its the frozen one so i dont understand y she sells it so expensive. I will NEVER buy food from again, I rather starve.

I wish I could give this place zero stars but unfortunately I can’t. My friends and I all pitched in for a cabana and I was supposed to come meet them here. I got here almost 6pm and they were not letting anyone in cause they reached “maximum capacity” but there were more than 30 people leaving the place while we waited. The security was rude and not giving us a direct answer. All he kept saying was that they are closed cause of “maximum capacity”. This makes no sense because if people are leaving you’re no longer at maximum capacity. They do not know how to run a business and have rude and unprofessional employees. Never again will I come to this place.

If you care about your safety don’t come here. Got robbed, security didn’t do one thing and the manager is ignorant. Told cops he was installing cameras next week lies. Got dragged by the car that stole my purse. They didn’t get much but this place is a safety concern. Save yourselves!

This was the most appalling place I've ever been to. Bought tickets to a show, doors open at 7, show starts at 9. Show up with my mom at quarter to 8 figuring we could get good seats and a drink or two only to find out that the security staff has no idea there was an event and there really was no doors open at 7 (I have screen shots of the event info) whatever, we go grab an app and a drink at West end grill (fantastic by the way) and head back at 830. Show doesn't even start until 945 upon which the show is completely overrun by Randolph's finest and shut down(I have videos). Tried calling management, admittedly upset, and they hung up on me. Worst. Venue. Ever.

I would not advise anyone to have a kids party here!! This is not a kid friendly environment!! Staff are very poor trained and service was terrible. Food and drinks were served hours late

I called the day before thanksgiving and asked if it was gonna be open and till what time. They said yes and till 2am. We were a group of 8 people and we were there literally one hour, until 12 and then they all of the sudden they said they were gonna close. So thanks, I want my money back

THE PROS= it's open pretty much all day, it's also free prior to 4 on weekdays. They serve alcohol, location is perfect, has volleyball and it's pretty big. CONS: understaffed, too many kids around unsupervised ( there aren't pool rules regarding kids being unsupervised. There should be a time limit as to when kids are allowed there. After dark parents should bring them home. Something else which is also essential ( pool water looked dirty, with the half green. It should clear blue)

I love this place. My only complaint is that the dj upstairs tends to play mostly the same songs everyday, so it can get boring when you go there 3, 4 times hearing the same music. Also, the songs he plays sometimes aren't fun & you see people just standing around during those songs. There are plenty of good Latino songs out there, Mr. DJ!!! Play some more salsa & merengue urbano and a little less bachata. Nevertheless, there's nowhere else I'd rather go.

Great time, great people.. Every single visit to Boston will include this place. Music was good and I just personally allowed myself to have fun and it was great. Didn't feel pressured, harassed, everyone was just trying to dance and have fun. I love dancing so it was so perfect for me.

$20 to go in $40 for a hookah they don’t even ask you what flavor would you like they only offer one with a nasty attitude ,worse club ever The waiters and Djs are the only thing you could look for in this place.

Love coming to this place specially early for the sangria and the tapas. Stayed until 2 am and now with late night service is a great spot downtown and you will get home guaranteed since the green line and red line are just steps away. The Mojitos are amazing (it's called Mojitos for a reason) and the staff is always attentive and very professional. DJ upstairs played a good selection the only concern is that he did play a few songs twice and other songs that the crowd did not respond to. Salsa instructor is super nice, beginner only. I hear they also have cruises during the summer might give those a try.

This place was highly unprofessional, extremely understaffed especially for the bars. Hotter than ever with broken ac units. Promised music by the pool after pre-sales were reached instead they shoved us in a small room that was like an oven because they booked another party and there were children running around an 18+ event. Near the end of the night when everyone was dehydrated they tried charging everyone $1 for tap water... Someone was ready to pass out at the bar asking for water and couldn't get it cause she had no cash on her until my wife stepped in. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I want to give a shout out to the staff I came in on Saturday afternoon it was a gloomy day not a typical summer day I was sitting alone and the manager Elizabeth told to come join the crowd she had recognize me from being there before everybody made me feel comfortable especially Samira and Roxanne the music was awesome these two ladies made me a laugh and feel at home and there service was unbelievable thank you ladies for such a great time I will be back very soon.I wanted to give honable mention to Ella the reason I came back thanks again.

WORST PLACE EVER. The manager of this business needs to be fired. A couple friends and I made the mistake of giving it a try. We got there and there it was literally empty. It looked dirty and they did not have the heat on so it was extremely cold AND IT WAS THE MIDDLE OF WINTER. It took about 30 mins for a waitress to come over, then when we asked to speak to the manager about a food allergy concern we had and HE NEVER CAME. What kind of manager is this? WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. Please do not go here unless you enjoy receiving bad to no service, want to freeze or enjoy getting your clothes dirty with all the trash that is all over the place. Also one of their locations recently got closed down... no surprise there. Don't say somebody didn't warn you...

I got to say the Manager Elizabeth is a sweetheart but we have been here since 8 pm and its 10:30 on and still the DJ is not set up there is no one here yet. The Manager treated us to a bowl of Coconut Mojito since we were there early, but like I said it's 10:30 and none of the waitress has come to us to see if we want something to drink or eat. I don't want to leave but if by 11:00 we see no results we have no other choice but to bounce. Damn and it looked like a nice place to hang out

I used to go there all the time back when it was Randolph country club and desided to check it out after the new management. They made some nice improvements since then but here are the pros and cons: CONS: if your intention is to get a tan by the pool be prepared to spend between $35-45 for a VIP cabana. Kids are now allowed making your swim a little less pleasant if you don't have any, also requiring a life guard

Had a good time but the pool definitely needs a good cleaning ,this was the nastiest pool I've been too , chunks of hair and so many wrappers in the pool... the drinks was amazing but bartenders only help the middle of the bar
