This place is poorly managed. We went here the night of St. Patrick's Day for the band, dancing, and drinks. It was impossible to get a drink, however, as there were only two bartenders and no waitresses for the amazing amount of people that were here. It must have been at least a 45-minute wait at the bar; we stood in line for a short bit and it never moved, so we gave up and went home early. Management doesn't seem to understand that they make money by selling alcohol. Within 10 minutes of every hour, their cost for bartenders and waitresses would be paid for. It would behoove them and their customers if they would hire more help to get people their drinks. St. Patricks Day night and only two bartenders at a busy nightclub with a popular band playing?? Something is clearly wrong. And, speaking of the band, they were ridiculously loud for the small area they were playing in, and it was impossible to converse with anyone because of this. We weren't at a rock concert, but it sure sounded like it. What a poorly managed business. We won't be back anytime soon.

Got served raw chicken. When I sent it back I got it taken off my bill. But they wouldn't take care of my bill. Good thing I noticed after my 2nd bite or they might be taking care of my hospital bills.

Over priced nasty food. A salad bar and one buffet table. Worse food than going to a potluck. The kitchen working kept dumping new food right on top of the old. After waiting 10 minutes for the check my husband went to find a manager. The manager brings out the waitress. The waitress says to my husband, "You haven't been waiting that long. We have cameras." Terrible service and terrible food!

Very good service and good wholesome food for a great price..the atmosphere was comfortable...overall, it was a very good dining experience! The buffet was always replenished.the waitress was very attentive and kind...she offered to get my wife a more comfortable chair, and we loved the little wheels on the chairs

Very underwhelming for the price. The service was ok at best. Salad came 10 min after the meal. The server said the chef hid the dressing from her. The hadlock was good not great. Some of the veggies were cold some were hot. The menu is mostly comfort food. They call the restaurant Fusion but I can't figure out what they are fusing together. My wife and I went there for convenience , don't make the same mistake we did.

The worst place ever! They don't like children period!! I heard on the news about the nursing mother incident.. but this was outrageous!! My father in law and 19 month old and I went for lunch today. We walk in and get told to sit wherever. No welcome nothing! Then I ask for a booster seat. All the waitress are walking around us and each one I ask says our waitress will get the seat. I was so upset with the dirty looks and attitude I forgot to look at her name tag. She brought out the seat and asked what we wanted to drink. We said water and she sighed... Guessing because we were not paying 3.00 for a soda! I went to get my daughter food from the buffet. I walk back to the table to see we have our bill already and are being charged 2.50 for my 19 month old!! Every buffet we've eaten at here in Lewiston/ Auburn has been free for a 19 month old! We questioned and got a rude snap if, " she's eating off a plate isn't she." I said shes 19 months its not like she's eating a lot. My response was, " nothings free!!" She walks off never to return to our table to question if things were ok, need anything else, or refills. Worst experience ever!!!!! If you don't want children in your establishment put a sign up!!!!!!
