Unless there is a special promoted party, Saturday nights in Masquerade is almost always a great FREE party! DJ plays a lot of different music to cater to crowds of all types but to make anyone party. For N.O. visitors from places like Miami, L.A., NY, the drinks will be considered CHEAP. For N.O. residents, they may say the drinks are took high lol either way, you can walk into Harrah's with your Drink from wherever because it's a casino first. Masquerade aso has gaming tables for those who want to listen to music while gambling....

This club is a pretty happening spot inside the Harrahs casino in New Orleans.The sound system is amazing the bar had good drinks and the Masquerade girls were doing there thing.Young joc was there as a guest appearance.So you know all eyes were on the celebrity in the room and the women were in full effect.

Came to watch the saints game because they advertised drink specials but there were none. Just margarita shots, which I have never heard of that before. Lol They were taxing on drinks that are normally $10. The drinks were watered down and for extra liquor shots that should have already been in the drinks, you had to pay for extra it. True RIP off. Not coming back

I went there on a Monday night and there wasn't much happening. I give it a 4 star because the club itself is soooo beautiful. I couldn't take many pictures but the roof is like a dome shape and painted beautifully. There is a loft that I think is for VIP. In the same place there is a Cassino and it's very busy with hundreds of games and tables.

So, I hung out at Masquerade Club in the Harrah's Cansio on July 8th 2017 to have some fun with family and friends. DJ G Que was nice on the mixing. So, I decided to get a VIP section in this club so me and friends could have a great time. By the time our VIP section was set up they switched up DJ's (to DJ DWill). This had to be the worst decision that they have ever made, because this dj seemed to be the worst DJ that I ever heard in my life!! This guy could not keep the crowd engaged, dancing or wanting to stay in the club. Everyone started to leave including my guest. So, now only after 10 minutes in VIP section, the music sucked and everyone left... And I am being told that I would have to foot the tab on some unused bottles. Oh, the hell I would!! The hostess, was nice and the manager tried to knock off one bottle price out of three. I'm like, I only been in this section for less than 20 mins and there is NO ONE left in the club to even give away the bottles too. Sadly to say, the manager decided to workout an undisclosed deal out with me and I was some what ok with that, but unhappy that this place was supposedly named one of the hottest spots in the N.O.. To me, it will never ever be especially if they keep DJ DWill on board. More importantly, this dj had the gall to think was really being epic (Throwing his hands in the air). This was more like a EPIC FAILURE!! Now, I don't want someone to lose a gig over this post; but if you ever visit New Orleans and someone tell you go to place, all I can say is #stayaway . This was one of my worst spots that I ever visited in New Orleans.. I should be compensated for just wasting my patronizing this place. That's it I'm out.

Ordered tickets in advance to party during Essence Festival: 1.) party time was 10pm - 4am but they did not start allowing people to enter until midnight. 2.) prepaid guests and those who were paying at the door had to stand in the same line . 3.)They started charging $80 to pass the line. It was a nice place. Went there for my sister's birthday and bachelorette party. We had a good time. The DJ was good and the drinks were good. The dance floor was large and pretty full for a while.

Having spent my previous night partying on Bourbon street, I found the vibe in this refined club particularly different and exciting. The layout was stylish, the music and sound quality were impressive, and the crowd was grown and sexy. It was fairly quick to get drinks at the bar. And the DJ got his track selection perfectly right to keep everyone moving to the beats.

I have had the absolute WORST experience trying to reserve a section at this club. First, I was booking a section for a group of 7 people for July 7th. I reached out to the management team over the course of 4 weeks 3-4 times a day and got NO ANSWER. Their website had the wrong phone number, their Facebook profile had a phone number whose mailbox was FULL so it was like pulling teeth to just get ahold of someone I then called customer service (for the fourth time) to get another contact person to assist who then redirected me to Jovan (whom I guess is no longer there), who FINALLY emailed me back (after sending over 10 emails). I was then told that my reservation has been reserved and my name was put on the list for the price of $600 for 7 people on July 7th. I have this all in WRITING so I felt secure. He assured me that if a promoter or group decides to use the space our RESRVATION and price is secure and LOCKED IN and at the most there might be a small cover charge. So, I called in just recently to check in on things since the trip is a month ago and ensure we were all set. It was at this point I was directed to a Chris who was BEYOND RUDE, INSENSITIVE AND COULD CARE LESS, who told me that he had no record of my reservation (please keep in mind I have MULTIPLE EMAILS from MULTIPLE HARRAHS EMPLOYEES confirming my reservation) and that the price is now $1500 for the same 7 people which is OUTRAGEOUS and not AT ALL what was documented in my emails or told to be by the previous manager and current food and beverage assistant manager. I am BEYOND disappointed in the POOR level of service I have received from HARRAHS staff and will be sure to NOT recommend this venue or hotel to anyone who inquires. I would like for my reservations to be restored to the original agreement.

It was too "dark" in this club and the dealers cheat. I always understood that dealers couldn't switch out when a hand was already dealt. I won't ever go back to a Harrah's anytime in my lifetime

The room itself looks very nice, but I can't stand when bartenders purposely ignore you after you waved at them and make eye contact, and what really grinds my gears is when their prices are not consistent.One bartender charged me $6 for a Bud Light, I thought that was kind of expensive but I didn't complain. I went to the bar maybe 30 minutes later, another bartender approached me and I got another Bud Light and he charged me $9. I didn't complain I just mentally noted I would never come back there.

It was one of the worst nightclubs that I have ever been to. I liked the venue but it didn’t feel like a club at all. The floor was tiny, the DJ seemed liked he was playing a song playlist from his phone (there was no mixing!). I think this place needs to be enhanced to feel like a night/dance club. The good thing was it was free of cost to get in, but we quickly got out...

The place is really nice and big. We went for NYE, it was super packed. Since the nightclub is in the casino it took a while to get through the lines. It was very hard to get a drink because it was so busy. The music was good, I danced to quite a few songs. We also went during the day and it is really chill and you can sit at the bar and watch the big screen tv and have a drink. I really enjoyed that admission is free and you only have to pay for your drinks.
