I asked for the restrooms to be restocked and cleaned up around midnight because I thought this was a clean establishment. I came out of the restroom hearing most of what your employee was saying, and I got called the person who was causing trouble. Apparently there is work to be done with your employees on how to handle customer complaints. I expected excellent customer service and I was told that I was causing trouble. Not the answer I thought I would get after hearing her talking about me while restocking the tissue paper.

Nobody was dancing so we went outside to smoke. Tried to get back in with the stamps they gave us and they wouldn’t let us back in without repaying. The other clubs are much better.

I absolutely love that place! I went there on my 23rd birthday and it was super litty! The DJ was litty! The indoor atmosphere is super dope! The music was so litty! And people including me are having fun dancing the night away! Can't wait to come back again someday!!!

Great club! I think they have the best security downtown! Marvin rocks at security, very professional! The ladies restroom caregiver Shay is so sweet! I will be spending my B-day there!!! # DJ is dope too!

Visiting here from out of town. This place was just okay. No cover and I didn't order drinks. The music was like r&b and hip hop but remixed with a pop beat (I didn't care for this at all). Went on a Saturday night and the place was dead. Not a total waste of time as I got to watch the people who were trying to dance which was hilarious.

Server would not accept me paying cash as she brought bottles as firm of payment for VIP. I've never encountered this anywhere. Long story short she collected my cash at the end of the night while she had my card on "hold". Then she ran my card just before she brought it to me. This has happened twice now. Not happy with the service. Management needs to be better involved in these situations. The girls need to be deal with according but they continue to work there. Once they properly fix the issues I will consider changing my review..but as long as this is going on it is not worth attending this club.

It was chill. Only thing is the lighting. Green lighting is not easy on the eyes and made the room too bright. DJ needs to do like a deep red hue or darker warmer colors. Also, DJ needs to stay on songs longer. He was jumping around too soon.

Went to a friend's birthday she had VIP reservations. I bought 2 Hienikens it was $14. I gave a $2 tip and total bill was $16. Next day I checked my account waitress took $20 tip so I paid $36 for two Hienikens.

Used to be badass classy night club. Now doormen just trying to get cash for cutting in line letting people in. Prepare waiting 20-40 minutes to get in unless you want to give $50-$100 to the doorman to cut the line. Lol. I’ll go somewhere else for now on. Nothing that special inside at all!

Only writing this review because of my now 3 bad experiences at this club my last 3 visits. This place looks to milk its clientele more than any club I have ever been to. First of all it is cash only to get into, which for any modern establishment just feels sketchy. They try to be the most hip and exclusive club which they do by making you wait in line unless you are willing to throw money at them or you're an attractive female. The worst part is re-entry. The last time I was here I asked for a re-entry stamp from the staff member who charged entry, he directed me to the coat check staff member, she directs me to the doorman at the exit. He stamps my hand with a stamp that had no ink. I go to take my friends to their ride and get back in line for re-entry and the staff try charging me entry again! All of the staff that I had just chatted with dismiss me and pretend to have never seen me in their life. Don't expect to be remembered by staff unless you're paying for it. This club really feels like it pretends to be somewhere it's not. They're not in Los Angeles, they're not in New York; they are in downtown indy. Won't consider going back until the day I see some humility from them, which I doubt will ever happen. Honestly you will get treated better at any other establishment on the street, and I recommend any other club on Meridian.

Stood in a long line for nothing there was plenty of room in the club they just want to appear fat. The guy bartender with a mixed complexion is rude stood in front of my friends for 20 not doing anything but when his friends walk up he is making their drink instantly so we moved to the other side of the bar and finally got helped by a young lady

Manager has issues. Went to charity events there, brought business, event brought company clientele. One day I got kicked out. No reason. Will be er go back or recommend.

The club itself is clean, in a good area, & played good music but it was severely lacking in diversity so if that's important to you like it is for me and my friends then this isn't the spot for you. If you don't care cause you can get drunk and fall in anywhere then give this a shot, you'll have a good time.
