This place is very nice but if you can't handle smoke from cigarettes and cigars I definitely wouldn't recommend it. It's so neat, but my lungs are still hurting from the second hand smoke 3 days later. that's the only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars and it is a cigar bar by the way so I guess I really shouldn't be complaining...haha

Was visiting from Philly and can tell you this is by far the best cigar bar I was at in Indy. Davidoff's Blend is so overrated and overpriced with a slim amount of biased cigars situated in a shopping center that doesn't justify the price or rating. Blaine's has a wide selection of both cigars and drinks, a relaxed atmosphere and a great staff. If you have limited time come here. The only reason to go to Blend is to say you did, even if that means something.

Not bad but on Friday's and over the weekend there is a $5 cover charge to enter which would have been had it been posted on there website. The appetizers are okay, if you're just looking for a place to smoke cigars and have a drink then that's the place.

I’ve always enjoyed Nicky Blaine’s. I loved the Komo Komo. And the waitress suggested the side car in a martini glass with the sugar rim and I was in heaven. It was perfect. Can’t wait to attend again. Keep the music upbeat with the old school funky rock music. :) I’ve only had a bad experience once, but it was because of another table. And the staff handled it very well.

My girlfriend and I took a random trip to downtown Indy and decided to walk into this place. I must say that this establishment was a real treat. They have an extensive liquor/cocktail menu, a great cigar selection as well as small plate offerings. We enjoyed a couple Martini's which were crafted expertly and enjoyed a fine cigar. The ambiance was dark with plenty of space and seating sectioned so that privacy could be maintained. We sat in the main room yet it still felt as if we were in our own little enclave away from everyone else. The seating is very comfortable as well as properly maintained and clean. The location is unbeatable and this is one of the finest cigar/cocktail lounges I have ever seen. They are open very late which makes it a great choice for a late night treat. Easy walking distance from many of the downtown hotels. Will definitely make it a priority to come back the next time we visit downtown Indy.

If the kind of place that Roger Sterling and Don Draper would frequent after work does not appeal to you, then you'd best move along. This is the very definition of an Old School Man bar, where suits are prevalent, the lighting is dim, the drinks are strong, and the coat-check girl is friendly. This is a cigar bar, so be prepared to take a trip back to 1966. That being said, this type of establishment is right up this author's alley! Shut up and have another Bourbon.

You can relax and smoke cigars here. They seat you in areas and you have to leave a credit card on file if you go with a few people. Cigars & drinks are pricey and it gets very smoky, hard to see and your eyes can start burning. The ventilation system is very poor. On the weekends after 8pm there is a cover $5 per person. I have been here a few times because it's close wish they would make some changes.

I enjoyed the bar, it has a very interesting retro vibe. A very dark interior with fireplaces and crushed velvet. They also sell cigars so they place smells s bit like smoke. The drink selection was good, not great but the bartender had superior knowledge and made a good cocktail for me. They had a small menu just a few things to nibble on.

Nicky Blaine's has an excellent selection of cigars and whiskey. Super comfortable and a good choice for either a group or alone. My only suggestion would be to have the large rock type ice for whiskey. Service is excellent too.

Decent experience, I visit cigar establishment all over the USA, One thing that didn't sit right with me, once you approach front door, gentlemen said it will be $5.00 each group of 4 20.00 to just give you more of my money, loved the decor of the place, drinks and food were little pricey and cigars also little pricey, I am so what spoiled due to living in Orlando, Florida and Corona Cigar Bar is the best. I will be back when back in town, I have plenty of family in Indianapolis

This place was fantastic. The couches we're very comfortable. The service was great. They were very attentive to refilling drinks. Their prices on davidoff are fantastic given how much they actually cost. I recommend the davidoff Winston Churchill late hour. Great smoke. The smell is a little off putting at first. The air purification system works great. I didn't feel like I smelled like old cigars after leaving. Give this place a try.

I came here for the first time with my husband and his friends celebrating someones birthday (All in our 20's) It was later on a Saturday night and wasn't too busy. I don't smoke anything and I did not think the smoke was overwhelming, after a brief time I didn't even notice it, but it probably helped that the place wasn't very busy. We had excellent service. The atmosphere is awesome for hanging around with good friends. The couches and chairs are comfy!

Never been to a cigar lounge and I hope they are all like this one. You walk downstairs into this very nice room with low lighting. There are leather couches and chairs everywhere, with TVs to watch all the games. The server made great suggestions for cigars and cocktails. It was very nice to sit in there, drink a cocktail, smoke a cigar, watch a game, and have a great conversation. Really enjoyed this place!

Great cigar selection and fairly good cocktails. Wish there were more specialty drinks given it is supposed to be an upscale bar but honestly never disappointed. Moscow mule was served in an actual copper mug so kudos for authenticity. Don't always have the cash for this but worth a special occasion.

This place is pretty cool, I popped in here for a little bit before my dinner reservation and loved it so much I came back after dinner. I had a few hypnotinis, which were delicious. I loved the atmosphere, very relaxed and easy going. I don’t smoke, but it is a cigar bar too. It was pretty neat to see their huge selection of cigars though. Overall, I had a nice time here and would def go back.

Nice little cocktail/cigar bar. It’s in a basement and was a little less busy on a Friday night than I would think, but staff was saying it is usually busier during the week. I would definitely come again, but my friend is not a big smoking fan. Nice food and drinks here too. It’s a bit hidden, but nice when trying to do something a little chiller after the bars on Meridian.

Prices aren't great but what you pay for is that beautiful aesthetic that they've cultivated. I'm not a cigar smoker but wafting of aroma and drinks were fantastic. Staff were nice and real prompt. Couldn't recommend it more as a venue to relax at or bring an out of Towner for that unique experience that Indy has to offer.

My favorite spot downtown! One of VERY few places to have a quality drink/cocktail and be able to have a conversation without shouting. If you don’t like cigar smoke don’t do here!!! There’s supposed to be a few charged for bringing your own cigars in, I’ve never been charged for it though, but I also have a sizable bar bill at the end of my stay. Fun fact: very common to see celebrities / professional athletes / etc here. I’ve sat next to or across from NFL and NBA players and coaches, while friends of mine have said to see visiting musicians and comedians. All of which have been very approachable and nice when saying hello.

Was on business in Indy and stopped in for a late night cigar and drinks. Little did I know that I was going to be taken back in time when service, class, and style still existed! Incredible cigar selection! Loved the attention and knowledge we received in assisting us with our cigar choice. With cigars cut, we headed to the bar, bathed in red. Great bar tender, drinks and even the coolest customers to visit with, smoke with, sip wonderful cocktails and talk! The lounge couch area is just freakin primo. If you want a break from the mundane, fake 2000's culture and be taken back to a time of class and coolness, this the place. Eh, tell em Bobby I sent ya. See yous guys again very soon.

This one is simple: if you like cigar lounges then you can have a great time. Brooke really knows her cigars and makes brilliant recommendations regardless of your cigar knowledge. The lighting is dim, the leather is comfy, and the drinks are proper. In a word, it's swank.

We went after a show at the IRC. They have amazingly comfortable furniture and good drink options. They also have good bar food. We got the egg rolls and pretzels and enjoyed both. It was also surprisingly not too smoky for a cigar bar. I'm assuming it was either a slow night or they have amazing ventilation. I'm hoping the latter because I would go back. The only thing I had a problem with is you can't use your vaping device. We went there so my friend and wife could have a cigar, but I couldn't use my vape.

It was more of a cigar lounge. We stayed for a bit but should have left. No beers on tap. Everything was bottled. The place itself was pretty cool. I was told there was a jazz band before we got there. If you’re into cigars, this is the place for you. Otherwise, keep walking.
