Surprised by how many pool tables they had. Super cool. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and it was decent. Next time I’ll get more spicy. The staff was really nice and accommodating. I like that you can control the music from your phone.

Great place to shoot pool with a decent beer selection. They also have surprisingly good bathrooms for a bar/pool hall. If you're a good pool player there is some good competition here.

A true dive bar. Mostly regulars. People who aren't are soon to be. Good bar food. Servers are great and know your name quickly. The drinks are stiff and cheap. Abundance of pool tables and bar games.

As a guy who loves pool and a chill environment, this place was great! They had free tables until 9pm when I was there on a Wednesday. The waitress was friendly and speedy. Most importantly there were a lot of pool tables. The demographic is definitely older, but that just means everyone there was super polite and friendly!

Ok so here's the deal. If you like billiards, you should make this a destination for you. But it's not like one of those hole in the wall bars that had some open spaces so they put a pool table in. It's not even like one of those "pool halls" with 6 raggedy pool tables and super sticky floors. This place is legit. They hold tournaments here and the tables are taken care of. What more could you ask for of a true pool hall.....oh wait, good food, good food it what you could ask for and they have some decent bites. Go here for pool and food that ain't bad!

Great bar, especially now that the smoking ban is on. Food has always been pretty good for bar food. Free pool from 3 pm to 7 pm Monday through Thursday (maybe Friday to not sure). Pool tables are not Vegas but we aren't in Vegas. They are better than a strip club though. About average. Wait staff and Bar tenders have always been the best. I have been shooting league pool there for about 2 years now and love it.

Great Sports bar! 12-15 (7ft) pool tables Darts in several locations throughout also. This pub has a full menu and full service bar. The Bar staff was super friendly and welcoming to newbies from out of town. We were in Indy for business and found kips when looking for a place to play a few games of pool and grab a couple drinks. Drinks were strong but hey that's a plus right!!? They had pool tournaments going on the day we stopped in but they still found a table available for us. There were LOTS of big screens to catch whatever game is on and even a huge projection screen TV. We have marked lips pub as a new Indy must visit and we will be back in Oct!!

Mixed Drinks are $5 a piece compared to $3.75 everywhere else. Wouldn't let me hold my tab to the bartender, instead they insisted on the waitress keeping it. I prefer to go to the bar and order my drinks. The waitress wanted to keep my credit card in her back jeans pocket. Was not a fan of that at all. I tried to explain my concerns and was looked at like I was stupid.

Prices were a little higher than I preferred, but the bartender was very attentive. When my drink was getting low she offered me another drink. The part that i reallg enjoyed was being addressed by my name. It added a personal touch. I will be back soon.

This being my first visit to this establishment, I was not quite certain what to expect. Having searched for a Billiards Hall, within the realm of Indianapolis, Indiana, for quite some time, I felt like I finally found a reasonable venue. All tables are coin operated and unfortunately are in dire need of a descent brushing. Needless to say I played several rounds of pool, met some rather laid back folks and foresee myself going back again.

This bar has potential to be very nice. They just added brand new pool tables that are high quality. Unfortunately though, I’ve been there several times and it’s been 77° or hotter in the bar. So you literally sweat as you drink.. So if you like sweating your nuts off and having a decent beer, patronize this establishment.

Great food, friendly staff provides great service! Not personally met the owner, but noticed he is there quite often and extremely hospitable! If you like to shoot pool with some really good players this is the spot to be on the north side of town! One of my absolute favorite places to go alone, it is just an all around cool vibe and usually great live music on the weekends and plenty of parking!

Love the food but I just had a huge issue with this place. I called in a to-go order and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude to me and she hung up on me. Upon going to pick up my food I told the manager how rude the woman was and how I did not appreciate it and he did nothing. He literally looked me in the eye, the manager of the store looked me in the eye and made an excuse telling me why it was okay for his employee to be rude to me. I told him that was unacceptable, then he dismissed me and turned around and walked away. Pissed is a good way to put it.

Incredible bar. Quick and friendly service. Drinks are super cheap, especially their beers. Food is incredible, I've tried more than 10 different items on their menu and have never been disappointed. Tons of pool tables, all of them are brand new as of this May. If you play pool go to Kips! The best hometown dive bar I have ever been to.

I have been a regular of this establishment for years now. The barterners are so wonderful, they truly do care about your safety, and overall well being if they feel like giving you another drink is dangerous to your health they will not give that Fri k to boost their tip/bill.
