Management is absolutely poor, specifically the man who claimed to be the GM. Myself and my friend showed up for a show last night, and we told the GM (who was seating people) that we had another joining us. He told us he can't seat 3 people unless they were all present. He sat us at a 2 top even though we explicitly explained we were going to have a third person. I understand that his policy is that he can't seat us without the third person present, however, there were SEVERAL people showing up who said "oh, my friends are over there, they saved seats for me" When I asked him what I should do when my friend showed up, he said in a disrespectful tone "I am the General Manager. I will talk to you in minute" He then guided us to seats in the VERY BACK behind 3 large men where we wouldn't be able to see, and when I expressed concern, he immediately said "I will refund your money and you should leave." I asked him why, when I did nothing to him to warrant that response, and he just repeated the same sentence. We stayed obviously because we paid to see the comedy show and drove in the SNOW STORM to get there. I have never felt so disrespected by someone, especially claiming to be the General Manager. I sincerely hope the owner sees this review because that GM should not act like that toward ANYONE. I will never go back to Jokers again, and am warning all of my friends of the mistreatment I received. Truly disgraceful.
