They have really good bubble tea with good pricing, when compared to some of the other bubble tea places around campus. Enjoy their food options too, but in general, its a nice, relaxed and fun place to hang out with friends to play board games, pool or sing your hearts out.

I like the whole kareoke concept they have here, but it might be a bit hard to get songs if you are not Chinese. The systems are all in Chinese so I had hard time navigating through stuff.

Super cool set up. Private karaoke rooms are great for personal parties. Although, the rooms are rather small, so you're not going to want to invite too many people. The sound is good, however, the screens used to make music selections were not in English, nor could it be changed to English. That made things a little more complicated, but we figured it out. Overall, it was a great experience.

Now this rating is all about service. My girlfriend and I decided to go get some popcorn chicken there and relax because we really like their food. Well we get there, have to wait 5 mins to order while being the only people in line with both of the employees working were sitting right in front of us at the counter. We ordered simple, just the popcorn chicken entrae with an extra little cup of the spice mix, we pay (10.68), and then go play some pool while we wait... This is where it goes down hill. We are about half way through the game and realize it's been a while, we are bad at pool, which I figured was because a few other people ordered bubble tea after we did so no big deal right? Wrong... 20 mins later, 40mins total, my girlfriend goes and asks what is taking so long. Turns out that they had the order sitting there for a while, but forgot to tell us that it was ready... Really? What kind of customer service is that? Then she asks about the extra spices because she is always thurough, they check and said yeah there are two cups in there. So she grabs it and comes to get me so we can leave since it was a to go order... Then as we are about to walk out the employee that was sitting right next to the girl that took our order and payment when we got there stops us saying we had not paid and says it'll be 11 something (didn't listen to the whole total because I already knew she was way off) which really just pissed me off. I calmly told her yes we had and what the real total was that we paid. She still said no so I had to whip out the receipt just to prove it... Left more than pissed after working food service myself in my earlier years and I know it's not that hard to do it right. Then to top it all off I get home and find that there is no extra spice, the other cup was a cup of cucumber diced up... They couldn't do anything right.

karaoke system is not "no-chinise-speaker" friendly. Some songs were just worng in name and artist. As they charge by the hour, all videos are extended versions, and you can't fast forward. Some videos lack lyrics. Half of our mics didn't work. Using youtube would be far better and easier to use. Seriously, buy a microphone and use youtube in your living room. Not coming back.
