Went with a group of friends they had a flyer advertising 20 dollar cover after 11 when we arrived they said it was 30 they didn’t care about what the ad said even though it was directly from the website. Not the 10 dollars that bothered me the fact that they where so rude in regards to the situation a customer should never feel robbed by a business.

Literally this place is awful. I had a friend ask if she could vape and they said no and took it then went and lost it. We weren’t able to go smoke a cigarette and every single drink was $10. A waste of a night and a loss of merchandise.

Also the music was repetitive they played the same reggaetón songs all night. It’s good for people that like dancing to the same songs over and over again.

The security was the worst I have ever experienced. They were rude and unorganized. They did a terrible job of getting people who actually paid for tickets into the venue and even let people who didn't have tickets in first. The place was way over crowded and they did not do a good job of circulating air. Several of my female friends had very inappropriate interactions. I would not recommend this night club to anyone

They throw beer at the crowd the security's don't do nothing about it. Never come to this place it's not worth your money or your time all the tables are reserved and there's no where to sit. First and foremost, this place is 18 and older therefore the majority of the crowd here is under 21. For people ages (30-40’s) this is not for you unless you are interested to meet immature kids. I’m not joking!!!! Overall the music is ok, the place is ok too and there is a second small room for different type of music besides Banda. Not my type of place whatsoever due to all the little boys that come here. I’m in my mid 30’s and I’m good ✌

First and last time I go to this club. Music pretty much sucked. The acoustics were bad and dj kept switching to different music genres every 2 minutes. No good transitions at all. The services were bad and staff seems to love getting drunk and kicking paying customers out of an area.

I wish I could really give this place 0 stars. I wanted to celebrate my 21st birthday here, I had reserved tables (plural) around 2 weeks prior to the event but once I arrived they said that they couldn’t validate that reservation for me. Even after the so called birthday flyer & text messages I had proving that I had reserved it with the phone number listed on the event for the night. Once I walked in I asked about who I needed to talk to & everyone kept giving me the run around. Bartenders said they couldnt help me & the girl “servers” were too busy leaning over every guys table in VIP. After 2 hours we finally got settled down into some couches because the security and staff would give different information but then would say other 5 minutes later. It was probably one of the worst places I have encountered, so unorganized & unprofessional. Never going back.

I will never come to this place again giving it a 1 star but it dnt deserve not even half star.......all the seats were reserved we spent over $150 on tickets parking and drinks and could not give us a seat.... unbelievable and when we sat down by couches they were gonna get us up cause someone wanted to reserve how are u gonna move someone that paid already and is sitting there to.start with where is my money worth it's ridiculous dance floor is way too small they have more reserved areas than anything instead of having a bigger dance floor all the people are just standing cause there is no where to sit all the seats were reserved but alot of people weren't in those seats.. so never again I dnt recommend it it's pathetic and $5 dollars for water when everywhere is 3 or 4...... way too expensive beer is $7 the norm..is $5 So never again....i will be disappointed if u go

This place is filled with unprofessionals staff members. Had to repeat myself multiple times in English to hang up a jacket? Understaff bartendering services, your better of pregaminng at home if you are planning to come here, you will get service after 45 min exact. People age ranked was from 30-40 and aged from 18-20. This club’s middle name should be basement, since it’s inside is only one closterphobic floor. Weak vibes all around, recommend spending a ten dollar cove charge elsewhere.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I am only giving the one star because zero stars isn’t an option. This to date is the worst club I have ever attended, all of the staff I dealt with that night (03/09) were rude and extremely unprofessional. The whole event was unorganized and overcrowded. Also, the “VIP” bottle service was a joke. They let anyone in the VIP section which led to the overcrowding; after addressing this issue with a staff member he had the audacity to call me crazy. Save your money folks, there’s better places nearby.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. . 1st finding the place alone was very difficult no signs or open parking. 2nd it seems that everyone there only speaks Spanish they couldnt understand us and we couldnt understand them. 3rd you have to pay to park and again there is no sign to say that you have to or how much ( very unprofessional ) 4th my friends and I couldnt even get in because they have a dress code. 5th when we went to leave we wanted our money back for parking ( which we should get due to the fact none of us even entered the building ) the parking guy wanted to argue with us and pointed his light flagging thing in my face multiple times, called us cheap and many other things, even tho he knew we couldnt get in due to the dress code ( none of us are from here so we didnt know there was one ). I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Bottle service girls were attentive.Bathrooms were gross.Only 3 stalls in the bathroom about a 30 minute wait in line .Also police security took both of my vape pens( you should put a sign that this isn’t allowed before you take someone’s expensive belongings like most concert venues do).Also security is not that attentive saw a lot of people under age drinking right in-front of them.Music bands were really good. Lastly I got a text that doors were opened at 9:30pm but waited in line until 10:20pm.They kept moving us in different lines.Really messy place.

Bartenders are extremely sketchy PLEASE be aware. I gave the bartender Miriam a 20 dollar bill for a 7 dollar Modelo, she give me back 3 dollars? She tried to pocket the 10 and when I called her out on it, she tried to play it off. Taking advantage of your customers just because they're under the influence isn't right. Bass isn't so great. It gets real hot in there.

This place is trash and unprofessional. Can’t wait for it to go out of business. Don’t waste your time. Parking was a hassle, they ran out of parking! How does a club do that. The parking guy said to park on a local street! Entrance charge got marked up at the door. The cover doubled! And one of the couples that came with was white, they made them pay $50 per for entrance. Ok so club is big, music ok, but the VIP section is accessable to anyone! Way overcrowded and bottle service is a ripoff. Our waitress asked one of our group members if she needed any coke or molly! My white friend ordered a drink with a larger bill and never received any change back. When he complained to the manager, the was told to leave if he didn’t like it. We ended up leaving after an hour. Next day I notice my tip was changed on my credit card had an extra zero added to it. I’ve tried contacting the club about this but guess what.... no response. Worst experience ever! Stay away

Went here many Friday nights with my friends and loved it. The main room had mostly reggaeton and some bachata. Another room had norteñas and cumbias, etc. We really enjoyed it, especially when we arrived before 11 for free entry lol
