This place is HUGE. Big outdoor patio with massive island bar. Separate DJ outside. Inside has several levels and bars. Top of the line sound and lighting equipment. Definitely the top nightclub in the burbs!

The Asian bartender said “oh we don’t do anything for birthdays here.” So I went to the other bar on the other side and another bartender lady gave me a shot! The Asian lady should be fired. She was NOT Nice!!!!!

I wish I could give a -ve rating for this place. We were here for the long weekend. They did not allow us inside stating dress code and we were wearing good shoes and proper dress. They acted as if we have never been to a nightclub before. The only reason we chose the pub was it was near to our hotel. Would never suggest it to anyone in my good senses. For a non crowded place they do seem to have a very bad customer interaction.

Never buy a bottle at this place! They tell you one price in the beginning and at the end of the night you get charged extra! Security bully's the paying customer. This place don't cater to there customers. so why spend money here? There are better clubs in the Chicago land area, where you don't have to put up with bad service all around the bord. Disappointed. We were hoping for a fun, not so expensive New Years Eve. We went to the venue, Drink, to purchase our tickets. The event coordinator asked to run our cards and purchased the tickets online, which we could have just done at home, but the flyer said to call or come in. Of course we couldn't go until their operating hours on Thursday.... Surprise, surprise! The Early Bird tickets were sold out but we agreed to splurge for the sake of having a fun night out. Nola took our card and came back saying we were all set, but we never got a receipt. Naturally, I thought to check my CC to make sure and the charge was significantly more than she had told us, but of course now they can't do anything about because they ordered it online. It's a third party, and they wiped their hands clean of it. We have to run around and try and hope we get our money back. Even if we did go to Drink, what makes you think we'd have fun when we're out another additional 115 bucks? No one will call us back, no one will give us a straight answer, and I'm left with a hefty charge that I should not be responsible for. No we would not recommend this place, they're shady, unreliable personnel.

Worst staff, bouncer asked me for 25 bucks to let me in becuase i was wearing casual shoes ,$25 not being any fee but bribe , he let go many ppl with way worse sneakers , even sports shoes (Rule is fine, I wud have been okay if they returned all with wrong shoes but they selected for bribes) . I live nearby so went back ,changed and came back ,just to find worst atmosphere . Horrible music and crowd and few guys circling and trying to get too close woth our spouses ; bouncers/security had no problem with that , they were busy making sure to corner ppl who can shell some extra bucks for them. I stayed polite and then we left much sooner than i would have. Whole evening spoiled , never coming bck , anyways nothing to come bck to, it was like a ghetto pub.

This place is horrible !!! I went to look on my card this morning and there was an unauthorized $50 charge on my account. I only purchased one drink for $7.50. I went through other reviews for this place and other people had the same problem. Check your accounts or better yet do not go here !!

My favorite part of this club is the outdoor area. Inside is stinky and cramped. Music is ok. It's better than most suburban clubs. A little Expensive though! I think entry was $20!

The place itself is actually nice but man, the DJ was terrible. The music was all over the place. Drinks were good and who would complain about the $5 cover charge!! If it's your first time going to a club and want to take it slow, come here. The atmosphere was not on point.

The working personal is very rude, I was disgusted in one of the nights when we tried to get in the club. They are very unprofessional, special the security talking to lady's in a very bad way. We though they have a valet parking and we went there, and the security in a very rude way ,,go park your self dude, you don't see that we don't have any sign for valet parking,, I am not recomand this place... they are not deserving even 1 star.. was my first time to go there, but hey is not worth it at all. Better go in downtown to have fun, but not in a s***y place where you are treated like animals.

The staff is outstanding and management is very good. Always enjoy house music in the suburbs and that patio is super cool in the summer time. I don't like the Top 40 music they play but a-lot of others seem to enjoy it. The house music DJ's they bring in are always top notch and make the crowd dance together. Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday nights are my favorite. Saturday nights it can get too crowded.

First time we went last night and it was great. I thought it was a great mix of pop/hip hop. The bartenders were great, the people were okay. I just noticed some people last night if you bumped into them (obviously it’s a nightclub and it’s packed) they give you the look of death lol. But I think that’s just the kind of people around here anyway. The outdoor patio is awesome, I’ll definitely book my next event with them.

Friday night, midnight, half empty club, 4 of us enter at the door and realize that at the bar there is only 3 of us. Looking back at the empty hallway to the entrance and noticing our 4th friend is being interrogated for some reason by the... wanna be cops/ wanna be fitness instructors. It turns out that anything but an Illinois ID is just way to much information for them. So Eddie Murphy starts asking questions that are really non of his business. We tried reasoning with him, trying to explain that... Yes there is such a state called Washington and actual people live there. The reason they have a freaking Christmas tree on their IDs is not because it's a magical land, but because of the nature of the state... But have you tried reasoning with a chicken? You'll probably have better luck with the animal. Don't waste your time with this place. There is a lot of other good places around the suburbs.

Unfriendly to press this dude that claims to be a manager didn't let press people to the club, what a waste of time he was! Dude international magazine and Chicago magazine comes to do a story on your club and you don't recognize Chicago police press credentials or international press credentials!!! I can only imagine how the patrons of this club are being treated there after they spent money and get kicked out. I hope someone from the corporate office reads this post and talks to this so called manager that is more like a sheriff of Schaumburg.

Been there many times. It's very crowdy and mismanaged that's what I could sense. You can try and visit the place. They have 2 floors, upper one is not for dance though which is usually closed. Not much variety of drinks. Good thing is they accept party table bookings if you are planning to go with couple of friends.

There was only 1 bartender and he continuously ignored 1 side of the bar. He should have had some help, trying to maintain a crowd of abt 200-250. There wasn't much seating & they had a certain area roped off,not accessible to us and the music was not playing loud enough to be heard & enjoyed.

I was there on a Saturday night. It was crowded,i bought some drinks.after a while i tried to buy again,they said the card was declined.Thanks to Bank of America,club tried to charge me $50 for 1 drink($7),my bank blocked the card due to security measures.They have to send me an other card.Be careful when you are drunk and signing the receipt. There was white women who tried to do this to me. #watchout for these things.

Horrible music and atrocious staff. You will be profiled at the entrance. Let me explain, me and my friends are 21 and are dressed nicely. I was allowed in because I looked nice but my friend who was also 21 who looks a little younger was not allowed in because he was wearing "normal shoes"- new fresh shoes around $300 yet my work shoes with paint on them were acceptable. What a joke. Also if you need to use the restrooms you will be charged $5 upon entry. Don't waste your money

I showed them my Drivers License which was issued by Virginia State and I even showed them passport as well, but they said they are missing something, I’m not sure what they are looking for, but all I can say is its waste of time. I love to dance and I don't care if it is old or new music as long as its got a good beat and people are dancing.Never had a bad time. Left early once only cause it was slow, very slow night and I was too tired to wait for the late arriving people. I have never had bad service then again I only go to whatever bar Matt (I hope that's his name I am bad with names) is working cause he makes a long island that is supper yummy!

Had my birthday here this past Saturday. Booked a bottle service. Which btw was pathetic. I had a group of 15 and thks host takes me to a booth that looks like it fits 10. I told her I requested in advance for the table by the dj set bc it's where I got it last time and it's pretty roomy. She tells me "yeah well that's a 800 dollar minimum table." So I tell her "yeah well I'll take it" we get moved to the table With no help from staff getting in. And tells me I can't combine deals with bottles and that all prices are subject to change.. I've worked in the bar and club scene so I understand. But how you going to hand me a menu and tell me what I can't order. After I picked out the bottles I was told it be 970 dollars. I told her I pay her in cash and she said oh ok and a little strangely she walks off with my money. I am now waiting for the bottle girls or whatever. The hosts comes back with the bottles. No sparklers no bottle staff. ?????? If I'm paying a for a table service of nearly 1000 I'd expect at least some better service?? Are they that understaffed that the host, Collects the money , takes my bottle order and brings out the bottle ??? Anyways all that aside my friends and I try to enjoy the night there. Haf way through the night I try to go for a cigarette outisde. A security grabs me and tells me I have to go and leave. And I was so confused at this point. I had asked why and he tells me the staff inside said he didn't like the way I was treating him ..????? I said I want to see a manager and he says he IS the manager. Great you moron if your the manager you should know I just brought 20+ people to celebrate my birthday. Why would you kick out the birthday person for something that I didn't even do. I still don't even know why I was kicked out. My friends were all left confused. And we didn't even get to finish our bottles. Who ever is reading this that works there. This is not how you treat your customers. Let's alone someone who payed a 1000 dollar table. Where is the logic in that. That was miserable birthday weekend at drink night club. Seriously consider changing staff and management.

Haven't been there in quite a while. I think I only came in once since they changed the name from Alumni Club. I remember some house DJs were pretty good back then. I like the outside area to get away from some of the noise so you can have a conversation with friends.

I have been going to this club for few years now, my friends and I always get bottle service, and probably spend close to $10000 annually . I wasn't always happy with the service there, however I do like the atmosphere, their outside patio is really nice. Last night I went there with lots of friends, we got bottle service again. The staff said there is a two bottle minimum, and we will get a free bottle of champagne with that. We were told that each bottle will cost $125. We get seated at the table, the waitress asks what kind of champagne do we want, we said not sure, and asked to see the menu, we selected which free bottle of champagne we want and continued with our night. When we were given the bill at the end of the night we found out that the bottle of champagne that we chose was $250 extra, double of what we initially wanted to spend on our bill. No one has ever mentioned that if we chose a particular brand of champagne it will cost more. We didn't even want the champagne, but it came with the package so we took it. We brought up the issue with the waitress, she then called the hostess, and eventually security guards were called to deal with the problem. One guy came up and said he was the manager. He was one of the rudest, and most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I explained the situation, said I would be willing to pay for what we originally wanted. He said that he doesn't care, and we have to pay for the entire bill, if we don't want to pay he will call police and we will get arrested for retail theft, and the club will still get their money. We went back and fourth few times, police came, at the end of the night we decided its not worth going through all this trouble and paid this fraudulent bill. This place will stop at nothing to add bogus charges to your bill because they know they can get away with it. What was going to be a $300 tab turned into a $650 tab. This place needs to review how they handle their disputes, and better train their employees on how to deal with customers in a respectful way. I will make sure to spread the word as much as I can so more people know about this fraudulent business.

Attended this ‘club’ the night of 8/10. There was a 10$ cover charge for men and there is a dress code or you won’t be allowed in. Most of the male staff were unprofessional but women bartenders were nice. I walked in with my wallet and left without it. Not sure if it fell out of my pocket while dancing or if someone stole it. Terrible experience, never going back.

Went for birthday gathering on 7/6 and the bartender at the outside bar was incredibly unprofessional and we could of done without the attitude. Not to mention it took my friend and I almost 15 mins to get a drink and the club wasn't even busy. We were not being rude or obnoxious, we simply waited patiently (money in hand) as long as we could while she gave most of her attention to 2 gentlemen across the bar. I also watched her walk past us several times glaring and when we finally got service she was really rude. Horrible service. I will not be returning to this facility.

A friend took me there lately (Jan.2019). We really didn't enjoy the music at all. And the staff wasn't friendly. They were nice to each other and their acquaintance. The entry was $25. It wasn't the worst but my friends and I didn't like the loud Arabic/Bulgarian music, poor customer service, and the very cheap quality show. Never again for me.

This place is a joke. Are they really gonna charge cover on a WEDNESDAY night? The 4 of us would've easily spent $300+ had we actually gone in. Way to go, lost business. Management has no idea what they're doing. Learn to manage your club. How are you still open?

My boyfriend and i went on Halloween night dressed up as ninjas ready to have some fun for their costume event when i presented my ID with my credit card to the bouncer he looked at it looked at me scanned my ID gave it back to me and said i was good. I’m 21 and my boyfriends 22. My boyfriend presented his ID and asked for a debit card with his name on it. At the moment he didn’t have it so we went back to the car and grabbed his wallet. We went back in line and waited to present his ID again with his debit card.. the bouncer said he’s ID was “fake”..my boyfriend presented another credit card with his name on it along with his drivers license..mind you we presented an ID, debit card, credit card & a drivers license that’s 4 identification with my boyfriends name on it and the bouncer still said it was “fake” didn’t even bother to scan his ID or drivers license..they got the manager and said he couldn’t accept it and i asked why when it was real with 4 identification. The manger couldn’t give me an explanation...worst experience ever ! Never going back there again, they where extremely rude and racist and didn’t want us in for no reason.

After you order a bottle service you expect the serves to be on a good level but not in this club. We order two bottles but the server was despairing all the time. We had to go bring glasses from the bar, good that the security was refiling the ice and for the end when the server show up and we ask her for five bottles of water she said that we can not order water bottles. So we went to bring them from the bar. At the same time the manager came and said that we are rude to the server and we have to leave the club. I want to say WHAT SERVER ? Want a please to ruin your party that is the Drink club. The place use to be better but not anymore.

The security here is very rude, most terrible place i have ever seen so far , I showed my ID for entry and he asked me do i have any other form of ID and i provided him my international license and then he asked me for more then provided him with 3 debit cards with my name on it , Then he still says its not me. i am using the same ID to travel all over US no one has ever questioned me about the identity.
