If you love stairs and hate sticky floors. This is the spot for you. Fast friendly staff. We ordered flat bread with 3 kinds of dip. Not sure what the dips were, due to being at a dark comedy show. But they were great.

I'm from Minneapolis, so when we were told about this AMAZING cocktail bar in Pullman, WA, we were like "yeah, right". We went, and it is an AMAZING cocktail bar. Our group ended up trying a bunch of drinks and they were all delicious. Make sure to try the Woohoo shot - it's delicious (strawberry, ginger, vodka)! I strongly recommend getting the bartender's choice if Blake is tending bar. She is absolutely phenomenal! On happy hour drinks were $6 a piece - in Minneapolis a drink of that quality and calibre even on happy hour would be $8+, usually more like $12-15 Can't recommend this place enough!!! We ended up changing our schedule while out there to hit this place twice - it was THAT good!

Excellent service and high quality drinks (they'll even make non alcoholic versions of their drinks for non-drinkers/DDs). It's Pullman's only night club, but definitely has areas for seating and talking, if that's what you'd prefer to do; Week nights are my favorite because they're slow evenings, so you can have a chill evening talking with friends or a date. The place has a "high-class speakeasy" feel to it, which I love. Kinda makes you feel like you're not in Pullman anymore--instead a big city during the 1920's. Highly recommend Etsi Bravo!

Etsi Bravo is a fun place to let loose. Drinks were very reasonably priced. The layout is excellent with ample seating and a large dance floor. Weather you want to dance, drink, or people watch this is a good option in Pullman.

Creative drink specials and interesting atmosphere. Service at the tables can be slow, but never had any problems with incorrect drinks or wrong charges. Dance floor doesn't usually get going until 11pm or later.

Update: I was a little upset when I wrote this and definitely should have given a third star in my original review because the staff was very nice. Also one of the co-owners reached out to me within hours about our experience, so I'm adding another start for that. I think anyone who takes the time to reach out to people who had a bad experience at ther business shows how much they care about people really enjoying the place they have built and to me that is huge. Music was great but my roommate and I both ordered the same drinks all night (both of us having different drinks) and every time our drink tasted different either to sweet or too sour there was no consistency. The worst part though was that when we asked to close our tab at 1:20 and for a glass of water we had just ordered drinks and after signing the tab I realized while a second waitress dropped off the water she took both of our drinks that were almost completely full, we had only taken one drink each. So it was very disappointing to end the night paying for a drink and then have it taken before you could drink it. On a positive note the DJ was great last night!!!!!

Etsi is always fun for a night out, but it depends what you want out of the evening. For a quiet drink with friends, visit earlier in the evening - it doesn't start to pick up until 11 or so and nobody likes to be alone on the dance floor.

Etsi Bravo is a nice place to meet friends for a coctail after work. The menu is really fun and creative and changes seasonally. The service is usually top shelf, which is hard to come by in a college town. I recommend Etsi Bravo if you're looking for a relaxing happy hour, or a lively club feel later in the evening.

Quick service, knowledgeable bartenders, wide selection of fine drinks, Etsi boasts a variety of drinks that nail flavor as nuance--all wrapped in a classy venue. Come in and try some of their originals--I suggest the Ross Claypoole (I may have the name wrong) a drink that tastes like a slice of apple pie, but much more refreshing, perfect for fall. Rent the upstairs venue to enjoy a more private experience with your friends. Or, launch out onto the dance floor and meet new people. Rather test your wits than your agility? Come in on trivia night. A whiskey aficionodo? Stop by on Whiskey Wednesdays for top-shelf specials.

The most unique bar and club in Pullman, hands down. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the low-lit atmosphere perfectly compliments the restaurant Black Cypress, directly below. Amazing DJs too, especially DJ Grape Vinyl. I came to a concert here on crutches and they graciously offered me a VIP booth so I could sit down, free of charge. For reference, this should have cost me over $200. If you're going to drink anywhere in Pullman, drink here, because of the gracious staff that care about serving quality drinks (locally sourced ingredients and seasonal menus) and that care about your experience there.

This place is so much fun!! Drinks aren't cheap, so plan on bringing your money. Bartenders are super helpful with drink recommendations. Fun atmosphere of dancing & music. Finding a table can be a little rough because they don't have many on the main floor. Overall a great place!
