The staff was great and the food was good but would have been a whole lot better if they had go my to-go order right. I know they saw my customized order because they took the pickle off the burger but didn’t put it on the side. Their were other items that should have been taken out or add or put in the side and none of that happened. I didn’t realize our order was so off until once I was home and we were setting in for our dinner and a movie date at home. I guess I should have checked my order before leaving.

Our house caught on fire yesterday. We are staying at the Quality Inn here in Idaho Falls. We are exausted to say the least from the last two days stress. We went next door to get dinner and catch our breath We had the best server ever. We shared our experience with her. She made us feel at home when we don't have one anymore. Thank you Chili's. Asked about the "free chips and salsa" upon entering the restaurant, was told how to sign up for the reward system to get them. Did that confirmed and was still charged for them. My son ordered the kids mac n cheese and it came out so dry it must have been sitting on a hot line for an hour. It was gross. I ordered a side salad, and never got it. I even asked the food runner for it and our server. Our server was more concerned with a large party than our smaller party.

Service is poor. Ordered a to go order for a large party two hours in advance. Showed up 30 minutes after i told them I would be there to make sure it was ready. Walk in and they had forgot the order and lost the paper. I understand things like this happen but No apology made or anything. Disappointing service. I won’t be ordering from this chili’s again.

The staff here is very friendly. The service as far as the food goes was decent and the restaurant was clean which is a huge plus when dining somewhere.

The bartender was never around had to wait 15 minutes to get a drink and the cajun pasta with chicken, the noodles were mush the chicken was burnt. She was not around to say a thing to. Go the the Chilli in Pocatello. 100 % better.

I usually love Chili's. Had a terrible experience at this location (my first time here). Ordered chicken fajitas to go. The food was ready 15 minutes late. They ignored the customization on the order. When I finally got the food, the chicken was white (not visibly cooked) and was only slightly warm. That's especially concerning because the fajitas come out fully cooked and sizzling hot when you dine in. Proceed with caution.

I really love coming to Chili's their drinks were awesome I only had two and I got drunk off of them they're really strong but I can't even taste in the alcohol. The waitress was nice and helped with picking out really good food. It came out Fast and Fresh and overall it was just a good experience. I would recommend Chili's to anybody who hasn't gone there before

First visit to Chili's and it was great! Had the Ancho Salmon Seared chile-rubbed Atlantic salmon, spicy citrus-chile sauce, cilantro, queso fresco. Served with Mexican rice & steamed broccoli. Being from PDX I'm always a little cautious about ordering salmon that I know isn't fresh. This tasted great and I really liked the seasonings and seared finish. Thanks!

The restaurant could be worked on a little bit. The first time I came, some of my family members ordered something that required shrimp but they had none. The strawberry lemonade was a bit questionable but that might just be my taste buds. Pasta lacked flavor too. Other than that, everything else was great. From the fries to the burgers. This is my personal experience, so don't take it all too seriously.

I love their quesadillas, but some items on the menu could use sine refinement. Overall they are very good, but you might occasionally order something that makes you want to switch plates with your date.

Three sub par experiences. Found it insulting that my wife found a piece of plastic in her Cajun chicken pasta and the manager told her she was wrong, that it was gristle. Eating in we had poor service, waitress walked past us 4 times before asking what we would like to drink and the women’s bathrooms were terrible. Only one of the toilets was not clogged and the bathroom was not clean. Taking out we had to scavenge our own utensils once we got back to our hotel because they forgot them. They also did not put avocado or pico in our salad. I’ll be exploring Applebee’s menu next time we’re in the mood to eat out. The one across the street from this chili’s had a full parking lot and chili’s parking lot was nearly empty. Must be a reason for that.

I really like Chili's...however, I may be reaching the end of my rope on the Idaho Falls location.... 3 times now I have showed up at 11:00 am and upon entering the restaurant I have noticed how dirty everything is...apparently the night crew does not clean up at closing....I've been here 10 minutes and the bar is still trashed from the night before...can someone please get this addressed so I can enjoy my lunch without the slime...omg...the football game is getting all the attention from the employees....get a rag!

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had a Chili’s. Waiter did not check on our table (restaurant was not busy), we had to flag down another waiter for drink refills. Appetizers came out the same time as entrees. Food was very bland and burgers were dry. Waiter had incorrect charges on bill at the end. Overall it seems there was poor expediting/execution in the kitchen and inattentive wait staff. Will not be returning to this location.

Not a very clean place when you find a fingernail floating in your drink. Lost my appetite. Told the waitress she was very apologetic. The manager comes out with another drink here you go another drink in a clean glass. No thank you totally was done. she did discount my meal half off. Never again

Food is generally tasty but the barbecue sauce tastes so bad. Asked for another BBQ sauce flavor and they brought the same thing twice. Had everyone at the table try the sauce to see if it was just me and the general consensus was that the sauce didn't taste like BBQ sauce. Besides that the food was decent.

This particular Chili's location is absolutely awful. We've said this is the last time many times. Yet we remember our experiences in other states and talk ourselves into giving this one another chance. This time we ordered a curbside pick up. I ordered the exact same salad that I always order. Yet again I make it all the way home only to realize that they forgot my salad dressing. So I get to eat an overpriced salad completely dry. Their customer service is always awful. "No ma'am, it comes with dressing", is what I get told when I call to complain. So this time it is in writing... I will never return to this location.

Bathrooms are always dirty. My husband and I got the same thing. His chicken tenders were the way they should be - dipped in batter, fried then coated with the sauce. Mine weren't dipped in batter. Service was good and they were all friendly.

We went to dinner & sat in the bar. The poor little bartender Brandy was in charge of the whole area and was running her butt off. She did a really good job. We had the 2 for $25 and it's a lot of food. It was very good. I highly recommend the chicken crispers.

I had hyped up what Chili's should have tasted like in my head based on the commercials but was somewhat disappointed when it was different. It was still pretty ok. I felt the price was a little high for the quality of food served.

I love Chili's for a place to go when you either don't know what you want or can't agree with whoever you're going with. The menu is varied enough to where something is bound to make you happy. I've always had good service here and the prices are really reasonable. I'm from Texas and they actually have some Tex Mex items on the menu which thrills me as there isn't any other place that has anything even resembling Tex Mex

I've been here two times since I've lived in Idaho falls. The first time, there were literally only 10 customers in the entire restaurant that i saw (including my party of 4). It took about 10 minutes for someone to come by and take our order then we literally waited a times 1 hour 10 minutes before we got our food, and it was mediocre at best. I waited about a year before trying again and while the wait time was much less despite there being a full house, the food still wasn't as great as I know it could be.

The food, like always, was great. They had a bit of an issue with speed though. Took a while to get our food. Luckily we weren't in a rush and we got a really funny story out of it. The waitress apologized for the delay and said her manager was lighting a fire under the cooks. My wife misunderstood this. Later when I said I wondered what caused the delay, she said: The waitress already told you that. The kitchen was on fire.

Seated fast, waited 10 min for waitress. Asked for my member complimentary chips and salsa and was told they were out but making some. Ordered soup and salad. Brought the soup first and never brought salad. When asked she said she forgot. Asked for manager. Then it took 15 min to get it and it was awful. Besides who wanted it then. Waitress kept disappearing. Whole experience was a fiasco.

Idaho Falls 620 N. Utah Ave. Idaho Falls, ID 83402 We attended here for supper as we were travelling through this location, I was very unsatisfied with the services at this Chilli's, waitresses were dressed in a sloppy manner, tattoos, service was bad, ordered a coffee and water, she brought the coffee which was cold, no water, than another waiter came by and I asked him to get me another coffee which was hot not cold, he replied that's the way we serve it. Than when I got the hot coffee there was lipstick on the rim of the cup. When I brought this up with the waitress , she seemed upset with me. Also the restaurant was very untidy, food and napkins under the tables. I will be hesitate to attend another Chilli's for a meal.

Unfortunately I can't write a review without giving a star. Dirty place, the plastic cups for our drinks is disgustingly dirty, thank God for the invitation of the straw. I ordered grilled chicken salad my mistake is not taking pictures, I wouldn't serve it to my dog. I ate a few bites just because A. where I come from we dont like to waste food and should be thankful,, and B. We where driving for a good 8 hours. It's really sad to see what became of food service and well known places. Management should be ashamed of themselves and the tittle they hold running this place.

Avoid at all costs. The 3 star is an over statement. Waited 15+ minutes for RANCH. I had to reset the ziosks myself to even pay my bill. Server was MIA half the time. This is not the experience I know from other Chili's. Y'all need help.

Went there on a road trip back from Boise. They place was good, the people were friendly. I thought the margarita chicken was bland. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meal. The waiter was quite friendly, and took care of us well. If you are passing though, and you need a quick meal that you know of consistently good, you can’t go wrong.

We are not very happy because we order our food at 5:30 and we didnt get it until 6:25 almost a hour and they was not that busy and having kids asking where is the food we are hungry it make us so mad when are waitress comes out and said that she forgot to put in our order after we ask to see the manager its like really they cant even come and tell use that like half hour ago come on even when you guys wasnt busy that is no excuse!!

The food is good for this level of dining. However the staff have been awesome the last couple of times we've gone. They've been particularly aware of the needs of children, and what they're likely to eat. We had one waiter that just knew what the other moms i was with needed, and even made suggestions to make it easier for them.
