This establishment is a terrible place to eat. How hard is it to get an order correct. All we ordered was an order of bone in wings with onion rings, an order of bone out wings with fries and celery, and a kids order of chicken tender with fries. Pretty simple. We go in to get our order and they don’t have the onion rings. Had to wait another 10 minutes. Then we check again and they didn’t put the celery in. How hard is it!? And they were not polite and did not apologize for their mistakes. Will never be going back.

Unfortunately it was terrible! We were seated and had to wait, other customers were seated after us and were served before we were. Our waitress took too much time to get to us. It took about an hour before we got food. And when it came, it was cold. The place was not even that busy; on top of that, the food did not taste that great. I have been to other BW3's and had great service and great food. Then the waitress' family came in and she was more attentive to them. It was disappointing, terrible food that night and poor service. The waitress did not make any kind of effort to try and make our night better, and on top of it all, she gave the tab, said nothing, picked it up and made the charges and then practically threw the receipt back and said nothing. This is the second time that service was poor, was hoping it would be better this time. Most likely will not be back there.

I love this place. The food is always wonderful! And don't get me started on how upbeat the staff is! Always greeted with smiles and never leave without a laugh or two! Katherine is our favorite cause she is prompt and friendly and just a great attitude!

The only awesome experience was our bar tender/server Jeremey!! He was absolutely awesome and so friendly and down to earth!! He deserves a big fat raise! The other servers sat at the end of the bar and complained and talked poorly about the customers they were serving. It was a little shocking being that there were customers surrounding them and hearing how poorly they were talking about customers. Go JEREMEY!! Thank you so much!

My tab was $54.(something) I gave them a total of $61. Which I thought that was a little much for the service and not so good food. However, I went to check my account and they charged me $66.77! I wasn't going to write a review until I seen what they manipulated my check to. So for the service, the girl acted like she didn't want to be there, she kept side looking us but didn't want to stop and see if we needed anything. As for the food, the wings were alright but they weren't fully covered in sauce. We ordered fried pickles as an app and they were on point. We also got a basket of fries to share between the two of us and when they arrived they were cold, and soggy. I will not be returning to this location. I tried to call and ask why my bill was $66.77 when it should have only been $61.00 however nobody answered. I hope you enjoyed the extra $5 bucks!!!!!!!

We have been here a couple of times and both were decent experiences. First visit was 5 star second was 3 star (for an average of 4). The most recent visit they didn't have a hostess and we waited 5 minutes to be seated. There were flys bugging us most of the visit. The French fries they served were from the bottom remnants. Our waitress did a nice job.

Service was the winning point, solid Saturday night and our waiter was on top of it, and running the bar to bat! 20% tip for that person! The only two parts keeping it from a full 5 stars was the sauce stickers on the basket, had a sauce guessing game to play. Second issue, the cost of the angry orchard. $7.50 a pint. That's at downtown Vancouver BC or downtown San Francisco prices there. Sorry, but Idaho falls isn't that much of a happening place to justify resort prices. Beyond those two issues a pretty good experience.

Ordered Take Out - Never Again Took and hour and a half I called ahead to place an order so I could grab it and go spend the evening with family. I was immediately put on hold for 20 minutes before the same girl asked why I was holding cause they had forgotten I was there. Then they placed my order no harm done. It would be ready in 30 minutes max.... got there to find out they hadn’t even started so the time was now 50 minutes trying to get my order... sat down to wait and they offered to bring my drink so I could get a refill before I left and they didn’t - 40 minutes later I got my order. Not worth the headache

Although I normally enjoy my B-Dubs experience, this one was by far the worst ever. They only gave me 1/2 of my takeout order. They gratefully either offered to remake the order fresh or give me my money back. I asked them to make it again and I would drive back to pick it up. (They even threw in cheese curds for free) Apparently there was some internal miscommunication, and they only received-made the missing part of the order, so they had to start the entire process again. All in all, it’s taken me over an hour to get my order. While I was there, I overheard a staff member ask a guest “Oh, have you not been served yet?” To the guest who was getting up to leave...

My To Go order was not double checked because the lady working was too lazy to do it with me. Instead I was PROMISED it was checked in back and everything was correct. Lies! We were missing 1/4th of the order! I go back to get my missing food and was meet with an attitude instead of any sort of apology. After another wait I am handed a box in complete silence. Once again the order was not checked, but I figured they actually would care enough to get it right the second time. Man was I wrong! I get home and open the box and see 4 wings. 4 wing?! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! YOUR STILL MISSING HALF THE FLIPPING ORDER! I didn't bother going back a 3rd time to try to get what I paid for. It had me so upset, that in all honesty, I would be just fine never dealing with Buffalo Wild Wings again. Thanks for wasting my time, my gas, my money and ruining my family dinner. A simple apology and my missing food would have been an easy fix, but instead I am a hater for life. My advice is forget this place and go to Wing Stop.

Very disappointed in the take out at this location. Order was 20 min late after assigned pick up time. Was told by greeter food was not ready yet, when we did receive the take out order the food was cold. When we spoke with the manager he seemed uncaring and did not offer a resolution of any kind.

The wings are the same at every Buffalo Wild Wings. The restaurant is really empty during weekdays around lunchtime. The bartender was also being a waiter and was a really nice guy. The dry rubs traditional wings are the way to go. Also, my son cried when he had the blazin wings. They are not for children. 4/5 would’ve got a five, but the wings aren’t that good.

I had much better experiences at other Buffalo Wild Wings locations. Twice in the last month I have had bad experiences with my to go order at this location.The Mac and Cheese was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted both times. On the 2nd experience there was barely any mac and cheese in the bowl and there was 2 pieces of chicken. My husband's wings were barely seasoned.We called to let them know it has happened twice recently, and they took our address to send us a coupon or gift card. It's been a month and we haven't received anything! I will go to other locations over this one. This location has poor food quality.

Always there is a 25-30 minute wait on my food here and they are always short handed which makes the wait to be seated even longer. Even tho the wait on my food is always questionable I keep coming here because the wings are always delicious and their Jalapeño burgers are the bomb. I think their tasty food makes up for their bad timing! I recommend this to you if you think you’ll be ok to wait a bit for your yummy food.

Currently at the restaurant. I love Buffalo Wild Wings! BUT!!! This one is by far the worst I've ever been to. 20 minute wait to be seated that's fine but what's not fine is there were 7 other groups of people waiting to be seated while there was 10 open tables. They're reason for this is that they were short staffed. The Nebraska State Fair is in town at this time and people are warned about it months in advance so there is no excuse to be unprepared for higher business volumes. The hostess than refused to allow people to go sit in the open seating bar area. While standing there a group of people left while verbally complaining that they were there for 45 minutes and still hadn't been seated and the hostess seated 2 groups that had been there for a significant less amount of time than them. Than another group who had been there waiting for 30 minutes asked how much longer the wait would be just to come find out that the hostess had neglected to write down at least 4 different groups of people down. After customers than verbalized their understandable frustration the hostess than started whispering and complaining to their coworker about them. While all of this is happening the manager of the restaurant was no where to be found. Once seated the server came up and mumbled her words once asked to repeat herself she gave an attitude. While taking our order she rushed it and forgot to ask if we wanted any ranch or blue cheese with the wings. When they brought our drinks my beer wasn't a full glass of beer and the beer tasted sour. The water and soda's cups were dirty. After the order looking around there were 3 out of the apparent only 4 servers in today standing around doing nothing for at least 5 minutes. Once the food came they brought the complete wrong food. Once informed it was wrong they than took it back and than came back 30 seconds later with the right food missing the sides of ranch that were ordered. The wings were over cooked. All in all this was a horrible experience.

Specials, new sauces, etc. I should have just bought a bag of chicken and fried it myself at home. Would have been faster and more plentiful and cheaper. Won't be returning there.

I usually don't mind Buffalo Wild Wings but it took way too long to get food. Here's the thing, if you are a wing restaurant and you specialize in wings then you should have them prepared and on demand. It is a chain restaurant and definitely not a new one so what takes so long? It literally took us over an hour to get our wings on a Tuesday night with several playoff games on tv. You know it is going to be busy?? The wings were fine but the wait for the wings outweighs any sort of quality. Definitely not worth it because at lunch time they skimp on sauce anyways. Find another place to eat wings. This place is a joke.

Slowest service yet stayed 2.5 hours for all-u-can-eat, I got my initial serving about 45 mins into service, busy night so didn't make a fuss. Placed a second helping about 1hr into service, I did not see that 2nd order until 20 mins before I finally realized it would take to long to place a third so I just left. All you can eat , I guess is all they will give you.....

Food was ok. The beer battered onion rings are delicious. The service was subpar at best. We sat for about 15 minutes with empty drinks. Tried to get a waitress’s attention and was not acknowledged until she brought us our bill, and there wasn’t many people in the restaurant. I was just extremely unimpressed with the service. Probably will not go back. Went back and had our meals comped. The service was much better.

3 bus drivers in town waiting for kids to eat at the pizza ranch decided to walk down to enjoy some wings. Waited 30-45 mins for our food. waitress came by a couple times not knowing where our food was. When it arrived you could clearly tell it had been sitting under a heat lamp. Waitress blamed it on the cook. Had to get "to go"boxes after the long wait. Won't ever go back, sorry, poor service, cold food and high prices equal no more chances!

Not a busy night at all. came in at 8, the food order took over an hour to arrive. Server forgot napkins we asked for, left halfway through service and another guy took over. He was kind but fairly unprofessional. Two beers on tap took 10+ minutes. Asked for extra salad dressing which never came. They ran out of tea (which had free unlimited refills) then charged us for a different drink. Food was good once it finally arrived so two stars for that.

We went during a game day, so it was packed and slow, which I fully expected. The girls tried their best to keep up, and did a great job for what they were up against. So the service is not why I give this place a 3 star review. I give it a three star because it just was not my cup of tea. The food and menu was so lame. Definitely a “bro bar”. Nothing special at all, unfortunately. Wasn’t a terrible experience though. Worth giving a shot and deciding yourself. But since I wasn’t a fan, I won’t be back, unless it’s to watch the game. That part was fun. Lots of sports fans afoot.

Typical for a BWW's location. The food is standard for the BWW chain, not great but not bad either. The restaurant is reasonably clean other than the slick grease mopped floor. The night we visited we sat at the bar and the one bartender seemed a little overwhelmed. The lone bartender was doing her best to keep the tickets cleared from the printer for the main restaurant leaving the bar customers unattended for long periods of time. Overall a decent experience, the bartender was doing her best, food was acceptable and the standard BWWs style and taste.

Ended up going around 630pm. It was busy but we got seated quickly. We got our drinks and appetizers quickly. Those tasted great and we then ordered our meal. That's when the service dipped slightly. Our drinks didn't get refilled after that and my friend's boneless wings took around 30 minutes to get to the table. He also said they were crunchy. Thankfully they didn't charge him for the wings because of those two reasons. My food came out fine. If we weren't watching a game, I wouldn't be happy about the service but since we were, it wasn't an issue for me.

Why have a take out option if you have to pick the order up at the bar? On top of that they got the order wrong once I got it. I'm not sure if they close the take out counter at a certain time but why have it if it closes? Better off just going in and sitting to eat.

My last couple take it ordered have been me coming in after that "proposed" pick up time and still waited for over 10 20 minutes. If you are willing to wait for it, you will not be disappointed. If I could give zero stars I surely would.. I have worked in the food industry in the past.. I know how hard these people work for their money and I respect them for it.. but My friends and I frequent b-dubs in Williston and after patiently and respectfully waiting for our food and drinks all night, couldn't get our waitresses attention or any decent service all night.. Upon paying we left a tip that reflected the service rendered.. and were shamed by the waitress for what we had left.. told word for word.. that "if that's all you are going to tip, never sit in my section again and I need this table for actual paying customers".. I have never been so disrespected.. and would certainly not recommend this establishment if these are the kind of people that they hire... There is zero excuse for this..

Went there on a Friday night with my family it was busy and this lady decided to snap at the people up front very rude entitled lady because she had been waiting a long time. Its Friday night what do you expect for that she could have stayed home lbvs. I apologized to the workers for the lady being rude and thank them for working as quickly as possible not their fault it's a Friday night and its busy!!! Went yesterday for the first time after 2 years because the service was so bad. Let’s just say no changes at all. I have ordered take out from the williston location many times over a 2 year period. There is about a 50 50 chance they will get your order right. Ordered a $13 grilled chicken garden salad today which is usually very good and filling. Today it was 3 little strips of dry chicken and a hand full of lettuce nothing else.

Terrible wait time. I'm starting to wonder if Buffalo Wild Wings is just terrible everywhere. The management seems to not understand how to properly staff their resturants. Tonight was opening game for the NFL season. We ended up waiting 2 hours to get our food. I also had to go to the bar to get our beers. We had 2 young children with us. Needless to say, they weren't very excited to wait that long for their food. We will not be returning anytime soon.

Pictures of raw chicken speak for themselves. Ordered take out, waited over an hour, got home and pieces of chicken were really tuff but not raw. Called manager to let her know. She offered no resolution for time I had waited or nasty wings I paid for. She claimed they have no issues with their wings and each wing in probed individually for temperature. Kids didn’t want them, wife spit one out... I kept eating. Plenty of leftovers so took them to lunch following day. First wing was tuff, but ate it. Second one felt extra tuff, but choked down first bite. Then looked at what I had just eaten. straight raw!! Took a picture and called manager back. Same manager working. Said too late to refund my card. Going to “research” ticket and send me a credit for undisclosed amount (apparently what I paid) so I can go back for more lousy wings. I may re-review pending the outcome. First, I am headed to restroom as I feel ill. Just disgusting!

Sat there for an hour and a half waiting between their mistakes. Took half hour to get our wings. Messed up the order with the flavors. Forgot the fries. Got them another half hour later. Not the first time we’ve been here or the first bad experience but it had been long enough that we forgot about the last time. This time, we walk in and my son has to go to the bathroom straight off. We told the hostess two or three times that we have four people in our party (one is in the bathroom). She still only gives us three menus. Then, when our waitress brought our food, she had to take mine back right away because I ordered two different sauces on my wings and the kitchen only put one. Then, I when I went to use the pepper, it was so full, I couldn’t get it to shake out. I only found out it was because it was overfilled because I opened the lid and pepper spilled all over the table. THEN, at the end we asked for 3 boxes (one for me, my son and my fiancé) and the waitress forgot. I asked a second time and she only brought one (for me), so my fiancé had to ask for two more. He never got a refill, even after she confirmed what he was drinking. We were there after the lunch rush was done. They were not that busy. Several tables were empty. The bathrooms and restaurant were clean though.

We were driving through Grand Island on a long road trip and ordered a to-go meal. The food was great. The gentleman running the pick up counter was awful. He did not fulfill the order correctly and we had to go back TWICE to get it worked out. He wasn’t apologetic. He wouldn’t even acknowledge the mistake in the first place. Shameful customer service. HOWEVER, what could have been a terrible experience was completely turned around by the manager at this location. His name is Andrew. He handled the entire situation incredibly well, with patience, kindness and generosity. The next time we’re in Grand Island we’ll definitely visit again because of Andrew. What a fantastic manager you guys have in him! Thank you, Andrew!

Our fried pickles had felt like they had been sitting out a while. They were on the bottom edge of warm and kinda dark in color. Our cheese curds felt a lot more fresh. They were hot and golden in color. We got the exact wings we ordered but my fiancee had her mango habanero absolutely smothered in sauce. All 2 types of mine felt kinda skimpy on the sauce with my honey bbq having the most. Overall the flavors were good.

3 tables in the dining area and took an hour and half to get a chicken wrap. Watched 2 tables walk out just waiting for their drinks. A table of service members order was completely wrong and they never got refills some of them even left before they got their food. No management came out and the cocktail waitress was helping seat people, clean the dining room and checking on tables in the dining room all while she had tables in the bar area.

The food was really good! Most of it was, anyway. I didn't care for the teriyaki wings or the garlic parmesan, but the honey BBQ was Devine!! You get ranch with carrots and celery to help with spice or just because it adds to the meal! I was full off of a small wings! They also have other food like burgers and such, but you have to do the wings at least once! It's a little pricey in my opinion and the lighting is a little too dim inside, so I wouldn't go everyday, but will definitely put it on my list of favorites! We also had a fantastic waiter who was just awesome and made sure to take good care of us!

It was our first time in Casper and we visited BWW after a Horseheads baseball game. We sat in the bar where there were a couple of large tables. Kris was the bartender that night, basically working the entire area herself. She immediately tended to our needs, had drinks within minutes, and food shortly thereafter all while managing multiple tables and preparing drinks. She was amazing, and even took time to share local attractions and activities, which we did the next day by hiking Casper Mountain. Kris made our visit so much fun!! Give this girl a raise!

If I could give them no stars I would. Don't eat at this location they cannot get anything right and their lame excuses are not believable. This place has bad management and service period. They blame something everytime I come in, they can give all the excuses they want but it's just bad customer service. I've been into the williston location 3 times and I will not be going back again. The first time I went in and ate with my husband and we both got sick because our wings were not fully cooked. When I called in to tell them, they said their was no way it was their food and refused to take responsibility. We know it was their food because we had been busy that day and all we ate was their food. It was obvious that they did not want to take responsibility and because of that we hadn't gone back in a long time. We decided to give them another chance and the 2nd time they messed up my to go order completely. I got an extra sandwich I did not order, not the sandwich I ordered and they forgot all my sauces for my hot wings. Who wants to eat wings without sauce. When I called the 2nd time to complain they told me they would give me a free burger, I don't go to buffalo wild rings for burgers and it was an poor attempt to make up for their mistake they just wanted to be done with me. This last time I went in to get a to go order they messed up again. I called in ahead of time got there and they couldn't find my ticket and had to make my order. They blamed it this time on their computers. I had my baby with and it was a pain for me to have to wait with her. If I wanted to wait I would have walked in and ordered I called in because I had my daughter with. I asked for my sauces before I left this time because I was not eating wings without dipping sauce again and it was a good thing I asked because they forgot to give them to me again, I even asked for extra and paid for it just so it would end up in my bag. I got home and my husband and I did not have our salad dressings or any of the sause I had ordered. I paid extra for extra sause and didn't even get them. I am so tired of this place messing up everything and giving me an excuse, so I'm done with it. I'll eat at a different location if I want to eat there again. Bismarck and Minot do just fine. I've eaten at out of state locations and never had a problem. The difference is those places gave good service and gave me what I ordered. Do yourselves a favor and don't eat here. They don't care about your business or having good service for these people this place is just a pay check.

I've never had a problem with b-dubs but last night when I went the manager didn't care when I told her my food was hard as rock and the salsa was all dried up. She told me that's how they are supposed to be. My friend told her that her food was hard as well and she ignored her. She still charged me for both until I brought it up again. I do appreciate how nice the associate was though. She's the only one who made it better. I would appreciate it if they gave us what we paid for.

Oh geeze. This place is amazing. The wings are excellent, the other food options were ALSO excellent, the staff were great. Like, polite, and all, but they'll crack a joke or two with you, as well. I was expecting the wings a bit hotter, but that's my fault for hesitating on going hotter than the spicy Thai curry. I don't recall seeing anything for vegan options, gluten free, or the like, but if you go to a wings restaurant looking for vegan fare, you're already going in the door looking for a fight, and I honestly don't believe that suddenly, after being such a rare occurrence for so long, EVERYONE is now gluten sensitive. That said, throw your diet trends aside, and just enjoy shoving some amazing food into your gaping nutrition holes.

We go once a month for unlimited wings, which is cool. However the service is hit or miss and it's taken about an hour for the first round of wings to come out of the kitchen. Usually it's about a half hour. The wings are usually pretty good, though and it's hard to beat unlimited wings for $16.00. not bad overall.

I thought it was my imagination that the order came up wrong when my girlfriend and i got the wrong order. We didn't make a big fuss, we enjoyed it. I ordered online the next time to be met with ignored for 15 minutes(standing right in front of two employees), then asked to leave a tip for the already over priced food. Got all the way home with it just to find out that the order was the wrong order. Really, how do you mess up an online order?! It's baffling.

Audrey our waitress said she would check on it, 15 minutes goes by and she said she didnt see it, i asked her did you even put my order in she said "no i forgot yours" I asked her why she just didnt say that instead of trying to blame the cook. I then asked for a manager. I had to ask 4 different times. After going up the last time and speaking to an older gal in a blue shirt I finally got a manager to talk too. He ended up taking 28 bucks off a bill of $133 and my food to go. So much for being able to enjoy a nice meal out with my family (which doesnt happen often) thanks!! Our friends had their first baby a few weeks back. The wife and I thought it would be nice to bring the some wings for dinner tonight. I ordered two medium boneless wings which should have been a total of 36 wings. I even had the person read the order back to me to confirm it was correct. Unfortunately when I got to the store I didn’t think to have them open all the boxes before I accepted the order. Turns out there were only 18 wings - one of the medium wings weren’t made even though we were charged for them. Ruined the evening which was especially awkward as we were taking someone a meal. Generally good place but if you’re carrying out CHECK YOUR ORDER!!

The first time I went here was around 9:40pm after work. A friend convinced me to just shut up and try it. Whelp. Long story short, service was terrible and the food was okay at best. However, tonight I let others talk me into trying it again and I'm happy I did. The cheese curds were absolutely phenomenal with the sauce. I would rate them higher than the Iowa State Fair by an extremely high margin. The wings themselves I'm still not entitely thrilled with. The sauce itself has no flavor outside of just that, meaning the meat itself hasn't infused whatsoever. That might be fine for some people, but not for me. I would recommend The Grumpy Goat on the west side of Des Moines, but this is still worth the money they're asking. Beer pricing is a bit up there but no matter where you go, of course it's going to be up there. None the less, I still stand by it being worth the prices they're asking for.

Just wondering why any time my wife and I come to this place and order wings, we get sauce with wings. Th amount of sauce on these wings is absolutely ridiculous. If you order the garlic parmesan sauce it literally makes you sick to eat it because the sauce is WAY too salty. Service needs work. We also had to give our card to the waitress, to hold our table, before we were able to order due to people walking out on prior Fight Nights.

Place was packed tonight! Before we entered a lady told us “have fun waiting 2 hours”! We were 5 total and they told us it could be a while to be sat down! In 10 minutes they had a table for us and in 5 minutes they had our drinks. Our waiter took our order and even though he was busy we got our food in less than 15 mins he helped me save money with his suggestions and was awesome! Terrible experience. We went to dinner on Thursday and there were maybe 5 families total in the restaurant. Our waitress acted like we were not worthy of her time. She tossed the silverware on our table to which my FOUR year old stated "mommy why did she throw the silverware at us". She acted like we were wasting her time. She gave us our bill in the middle of eating without asking if we wanted anything else. My husband wanted to order some wings for the weekend for my daughter and him, so you lost out on a sale. She continued to come over and check to see if we wrote anything on our bill instead of waiting patiently until we were at least finished eating. We felt rushed and felt watched. I’m not one to complain or write reviews but this needed to be said. I went on here to read the reviews and there was multiple people commenting on here about there service hours apart from each other about the same people, if that doesn’t tell you something about the service I don’t know what will. My boyfriend and I arrived at 6:50pm we ordered water & pepsi with grenadine added in, our food was a small boneless and a medium boneless. It took an hour to just get our food and then when we were done with our food we waited 15mins to get our check, We left at 8:15pm. When our server brought over our second round of drinks she told my boyfriend he was going to have to stir his drink because she didn’t have time. First off that is pathetic you shouldn’t tell your customer that, second if you don’t have time you shouldn’t be a server. Also there was a group of people behind us that were sat after us and got there food and drinks before us and left before us but they had a different server. The manger only came out one time and talked to one table and never saw her again. The Ankeny location is our go to but unfortunately we will not be back. Poor service but food was ok.

Kaela was our waitress and being in the business of serving totally understand about turning tables and making the money on turns, but for real 1 refill on drinks for a hour and a half visit entrees with appetizer and just the lack of personality and friendliness. I enjoy comming here but she definitely makes me not feel welcome. I mean talking too a manager would have been nice but didnt seem to have one on duty which was also odd. My first time to a BWW. I didn't think I would like it, but I was very wrong. I got the medium size which gave me three choices of flavors and three choices of dipping sauce. All of them were delicious! However, the blue cheese seemed like a bland mix with no chunks of blue cheese. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I will definitely return.

Very disappointed the visit we had. We were a party of 4. It was fairly busy at the time we were there. It took a long time for anyone to take our drink orders, someone did, then someone else came to take drink orders. It took the first waitress a good 15 minute to bring soda and one was wrong. Then she vanished again for a while, came to take our food order which came out slowly. Correct. But cold. Fries were very cold. So 10 min later she came to see how it was, she did get us warm fries. Compared to other BWW, the food quality here was much lower. The service was not very good They did remedy the problem so I'll give them that. I won't be returning to this place.

This is the BW3 to go to in the metro. The service is great. The variety of sauces guarantees you'll find what suits you. Plus, they allow you to split your order over multiple sauces. I get the Blazin' which really does pack a punch. It is far hotter than the wild. The other flavor I enjoy is Thai Curry, but it is a bit on the saltier side. Finally, the side salad contains a variety of fresh veggies and leafy greens.

Showed up on Sunday Oct 6 for my bday. Not a big crowd inside and we were seated after requesting table for 13 of us. Drink order taken right away but no refills ever provided. Little over n hour later, food comes out. Appetizers with meal. Fries hard n cold. Order is wrong. Missing food. Had to request new food cuz meat was cold on the nachos. Still no refills. Hour n 20 mins later, remainder of food came out and the chicken strips looks undercooked. Still no refills until we asked. Server seemed a lil flustered. Had to ask another employee for ranch. It's pretty sad, when after finishing a meal, I think "I should have just gone to Winco and gotten cereal and milk for dinner...". We arrived tonight and waited about 25 minutes for a table. After placing our food orders it took an HOUR for our food to arrive. Well, for their food to arrive. My food took another 10 minutes. It was late in the evening, about 8pm. My 9 year old actually started crying because he thought for sure our food would NEVER arrive. My husband and I actually considered leaving and just taking them through a quick drive through and then putting them to bed. I wish we had. We only saw our waitress a total of 3 times--first to take our drink orders, then to take our meal order, then to bring us our food. She never checked up on us after receiving our food. All our drinks were nearly empty before receiving our food. The food wasn't wonderful. At least it was warm....My husband's wings were hardly sauced. My burger was just ok. My stomach actually feels kinda gross, now. I wonder how greasy my hamburger patties were? We generally weren't impressed. I don't think we'll be back for a long time, if ever. There are better places to eat around Idaho Falls with better food and service.

Came in for the first time in 2 years. It was disappointing to say the least! The wings and frys were cold from sitting under a heat lamp for far to long. The waitress couldn't be bothered because she was stuffing her face at a table in plain sight and folding silverware.....gross btw and very unsanitary! My kids couldn't even get their sodas refilled. When she finally did come to our table and we asked for refills and my husband and I asked for a pint of beer instead of the original talks we had she said they dont do that. Lol okay sure but you asked us in the beginning if we wanted a pint or tall to begin with......um okay. Then when we approached the manager she acted like I was taking too much time out of her extremely busy schedule to tell her what happened. And she basically told me I was wrong slammed my ticket on the table and walked away. On top of all of that the bathroom was so flipping gross i about gagged. Dont go here if you can help it! There are so many better places to go to get much better food and service! What a huge waste of my time and money!

Love BWW, but this location is terrible. Arrived early to get a table for a group and the staff rolled their eyes. Then after our appetizers and drinks were ordered the waitress actively avoided our table. One of our party was without a beverage for over 40 minutes, even with attempts to get refills from other staff members who told us to talk to our waitress. Our wings had nearly no sauce, and when we asked for a cup of sauce, they kindly offered to just remake them, only to bring them back with less sauce and tell us that we ordered them wrong when we pointed this out.

Very good food. The buffalitos were excellent. Our waitress, Kelcee was great, but the guy who seated us...not so much. If you wipe a table down immediately before seating someone it’s common sense to dry the seat so they don’t sit on a wet seat...that was really my only complaint though.

Food was good as usual but service was pretty bad. Never got a chance to ask for more napkins besides the ones our silverware was wrapped in. Nobody received a refill. When our check was brought (1/2 way through our meal) our waitress spoke quickly as she was walking away. I have no idea what she said. When I went to the front to pay I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for her to arrive. Apparently our waitress has to take our payment? Don't know if they're understaffed or what. Terrible service. Also had to get our own to go boxes. Our waitress watched my daughter grab them and didn't say a word.

It took 15 minutes to get a table on a Friday with empty tables throughout the restaurant. Our server was brand new but didn't have any help. Hour order was incorrect, the cheese on the fries was a congealed gross mess. And I didn't get my ranch until 10 minutes after I got my wings so they were like warm by then.

Worst food and service, do not waste your time or money! I never leave reviews but Ankenys BWW is terrible! We ordered the sampler and small boneless wings and waited over an hour for appetizer food. When we did receive our food it looked like it had been sitting out for a while. The nacho portion on the sampler had barely any toppings, like they just thru a handful of tortilla chips on and placed a few chunks of meat that looked days old. The Boneless wings, motzerella sticks and onion rings were cold and not cooked all the way. Even the beer we had while waiting was foamy and warm. People all around us were walking out and management and wait staff did not care and we’re joking about it. This isn’t our first bad experience with Ankenys BWW but will definetely be our last! Gross staff and food!

We were the last after a big group had put their name down left and came back plus they had to ask name and amount of people again once we were the only ones waiting. Once we finally got seated our food took forever . . .longer than the table next to us which sat down after us.

Ordered a salad & over half the lettuce was slimy & brown, I picked what I could out while our waiter was standing right behind me asking how everything was. He watched me pick through it & didn't say a word about it. In fact a waitress also came by to check on us & seen half my salad on the table, brown as can be & also said nothing. No offers to exchange the meal or anything! I'm not one to complain, things get missed in restaurants, I've worked in a kitchen for over 10 years, so I'm very understanding but that was beyond ridiculous. Mozzarella sticks were alright but I wouldn't choose to go there again...

I dont know if it's bad management or what but there is a staffing issue at this place. It looks like the bar tender is the only one that does any work around here. I counted 7 waiters/waitresses sitting in a booth on their phones with no service in sight other than what the overworked bar tender could muster. Maybe she should be running the place. Other than that food is good

Didn't let them go through my order to see if it was right, because they already made me late with there lack of speed, only to get home to find that they can't even read my order slip to fill it correctly. If I could give a zero I would. Went in with our family of 6 on a busy Saturday. After waiting 30 minutes we were finally sat, after advising the hostess on how to put tables together to make it easier. Ordered chips and salsa that took 25 minutes to arrive, and we had to ask about it. We started a timer when we ordered our food and after an hour asked about our food and our waitress, Ashley, told us that she forgot to put our order in. At this point we went to walk out and asked to speak to the manager. We were told "He will come speak to us when he gets a chance." What an absolute joke of an establishment.

Server Antjuan was very kind and respectful. I got the buffalo boneless wings and asian zing boneless wings. Both were delicious. Had to wait about 10 minutes but was worth the wait. Antjuan was patient and just pure amazing.

The food coming out of the kitchen was kind of slow initially because it was all you can eat wings night. All of the wings we received were hot, juicy and flavorful. My wife really enjoyed her burger, too. The icing on the cake, per say, during this visit was the service we received. A prior visit with our son, daughter and son-in-law left us questioning the quality of the service here. During this visit, the service provided by Missy was fabulous. She garnered a full five stars from all four of us for her efforts.

Me and my wife had wings that barely had any sause on them, it was just squirted across the top of basket, barely. When approached waitress about the issue was offered a side of sause. Which was fine until on check I noticed that I was charged for extra sause. Which was NOT extra, because there wasn't any to begin with. Buffalo Wild Wings is like any other restaurant except if you come with a huge group of people it will take forever for your food to come out, once the food got there it's great I also tried half of the spiciest Wing that they got and let me tell you that burned my mouth. Luckily they give out chocolate milk for free if you are in pain from spiciness. or at least the waitress took pity on my poor burning soul because of spiciness.

First time everything was cold and waited for 30 minutes. 2 hours later went to the desk to get a ticket and had to wait for wait staff to complain about a recent quitting waiter that happened before we got a ticket then threw my card on the ground and walked away. came back with receipt paper and finally got a ticket

Food was OK, but service was not good at all..... Was just me and I only saw A waitress/waiter right after they sat me, to take my order, and delivered my food....... My glass went empty 3 times and the second time was empty from before she took my order till I got my food and the last time it was empty for over 30 min till I stopped someone to get my check and leave...... None of them seemed happy to be there at all and it was before dinner rush.

Service quality here is a coin flip at best. Same with the food expo. Standard BWW otherwise...I have yet to see one manager on the floor keeping an eye on the front of house. With all the young inexperienced kids working here you need more oversight.

Andrew the Hospitality Manager made a point to introduce himself and chat awhile. We found out that we had Tampa, FL in common. Julia the Bartender was very personable. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area! I also want to add that I met a gentlemen named Wendell (sp?) who is a regular. He's a retired school teacher and football coach. He and I chatted about Minnesota as we had this in common. I'm truly looking to going here more often even though I live in Columbus, NE. I had a great day thanks to these three (3).
