At present this firm has a score of 3.9 over 5 and the rating is based on 492 reviews.
As you can see it has an average rating is really high, and it is based on a large number of opinions, so we can think that the valuation is very credible. If many people have bothered to rate when they are pleased with the service, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to place feddbacks when these are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Night Club corresponds to the category of Lounge.
Great place to relax and unwind between flights. Pleasant surroundings, nice staff and very elegant toilet amenities. Section of two coffee types on tap was nice and a good selection of food also. Will ensure I visit again.
Nice quiet place with complimentary drinks and snacks
Sparesly equipped lounge. Wine and mineral waters, soda fountain. Soup, cheese, crackers and snack packs. Internet connection
Great place but could use an updated menu of items.
Very nice spot to rest with food, WiFi and power. Very nice staff, as well.
Food selection okay. No shower facilities though.
Decent place considered this is a lounge for inter island flights. Limited selection of snacks and drinks. Clean, well maintained and not overly crowded. Distance from mainland terminal is far - you can get a wiki wiki shuttle to commute back and forth.
Very nice lounge. Small but nicely laid out. Good assortment of beverages and finger foods.
Nice lounge but it is a walk if you are coming from other gates in the airport.
Came towards the end of the night. The food was not being restocked and we had very limited options.
Good lounge with nice drink selection. The food could have been better, but still nice presentation and service. Would definitely visit agai
Clean and light with not bad food options. It's really small, though, and feels crowded. No bar, just wine and beer. The coffee tasted off.
10am I don’t understand the low ratings... it’s nice and quiet, people take phone calls outside. I was willing to pay $40 for the silence alone, the food and drinks offered are nice perks. Plenty of charging things and seating. Comfy seats, little tv area. Don’t drink too much though, when you go to board, if they smell alcohol on your breath, they may not let you board. So I recommend sticking to one, maybe two, drinks. There’s a soda and decaf/caf coffee machine. Small selection of wine and bikini blonde beers. Minimalist sandwiches by tasty nonetheless. The style is nice and the air conditioning is good. Customer service is professional and fast, knowledgeable, but also maybe a little bit intimidating. The view has a nice skyline with cars driving past. Free wifi, different than the regular kind outside of the lounge. If you show up early, it’s definitely worth lounging here. Sitting in the regular area is fun for a bit, but the noise and hustle get a bit annoying. In this lounge, conversations at low volumes drift in and out of a mostly silent and respectful room. There’s restrooms, and the place has a nice homey feel to it. Bring warm clothes if you get cold easily, after spending a couple hours in here I wish I had a sweatshirt and sweatpants lol
The lounge was clean, the food was hot and the sandwiches were Appropriate for the day. There were different drinks to satisfy the needs of guests. Staff served with smiles on their faces. The service was excellent.
It's okay. The food options weren't vast but we were able to get a quick bite, charge our phones and have a couple of beers. Its located in the inter island transfer terminal so you'll have to go through agriculture inspection. The wiki will shuttle is close by but if you're okay with walking to your gate I'd almost recommend that over the shuttle.
Nice lounge. Nothing too fancy but has some good snacks and Maui Brewing Co. beer.
I like it.. the time I was here. It was people in the lounge, but they had food and seating.
Quiet, but expensive and without a good food selection. Good if you need some down time.
Comfortable. Soup, sandwiches and ramen noodle. Fee beer and wine. Bathroom inside the lounge. Kids must have fee entrance-use noise cancelling headphones when kids rowdy or crying babies. Not sure why parents insist on being in a lounge with crying kids.
It's a nice lounge to access when flying HA, wouldn't trek it from the Mainland gates though...
Great customer service... clean.. and great snack choices
The lounge is located in a bit of a hidden spot. However it is well sure conditioned and the staff are friendly. Theu have an smoke supply of some snacks and some sandwiches and fancier snacks. There's wine and kona brewing company beer, as well as a soft drink vending machine. The restroom is nice. Lastly, it is located right next to a shuttle pickup that will take you to your terminal quickly.
Clean and peaceful lounge with decent snacks for inter-island hops.
It's an "above average " lounge. Selection of drinks, alcohol and food are somewhat limited. Nevertheless, it is still better than the old run down waiting area at the gates.
Good nice quiet lounge. A bit far away from everything else, limited food choices boot featuring a lot of Hawaiian local food and drinks.
It's just ok. Better than waiting at the gate. And they do have clean bathrooms. Also have some snacks and wine.
Better than nothing. Food selection is pretty weak...soup, veggies with dressing and some snacks. Beer and wine. Anything is better than sitting at the gate though.
They could use a better wine selection.. maybe a White Zin in addition to the red and Chardonnay. Sandwiches were average.. not a great selection of snacks or veggies.. the cookies were great though!
It’s a lounge! It has food, drinks, chairs and air conditioning. Nothing spectacular but certainly not bad. However, while the desk staff seem friendly, they run that ship like a 3rd world despot on the throws of a coup d’état. They actually had one poor chap staying on bended knee to chat with his four friends because he ‘is not allowed to move the furniture’s’. It will be fine for you, as long as you don’t sit at a table that is bigger than your party.
A lot of space, decent food and drinks. Overall pretty good. Easy to find too.
Lounge is meh. Food options very limited. Even a little sad. There are better Priority Pass lounges out there, that’s for sure. The upside: you get out of the crowds for a bit.
Best lounge ever. Good service. Decent food for airlines.
Decent lounge with beer, wine, veggies, coffee/tea, espresso machine (automated) and snacks.
This is a solid enough lounge for someone who gets free Priority Pass access through a credit card or is traveling business or above on Hawaiian. I'd certainly not pay the $40 one-off fee for access. It's a rather busy lounge, with plenty of guests cycling in and out during the hour and a half I had prior to my departure. The staff manages flow and space very well, to the extent that they even walk you to your seat after you've checked in. The food selection isn't vast, but it is tasty. Think turkey and veggie sandwiches, bags of chips, soup, bite-size chocolates, individual Honolulu Cookie Co cookies, etc. The drink selection ranges from soda to wine & beer. Evidently this is the only lounge at HNL with free booze, so that's a plus. Small space, but comfortable enough.
The people attending the lounge were friendly and helpful with our questions. Lounge was kept clean and well stocked.
Crowded, awful food and drinks. This is Hawaiian airlines business lounge?
Polite employees, lots of room to relax, great assortment of food and drinks.
Lounge is comfortable during the evening. Just wish they would open earlier than 9 am for those who fly early morning Interisland flights.
Very nice, great selections of things to eat, comfortable and friendly staff
What a sorry little lounge. Food was gross. Fridge was not stocked. Service was sub par and I feel I was discriminated against.
Stopped here for a 4 hour layover on the way to Kauai. It was a very, very nice, peaceful change from the rest of the airport. The food selection was far greater than I anticipated, and the hot soup was wonderful after the freezing temperatures in the plane. We were able to sit here for a few hours and just relax. Highly recommended! Word of warning: it's a bit hidden and hard to find. I'd recommend just asking someone at the airport, since we never saw any signage for it.
Quiet place at end of corridor. Basic food all plastic plates etc. Cutlery silver coloured plastic. Limited USB ports. Bathrooms best I've seen in Hawaii. Getting crowded as the day goes on. One staff replenishing food - cos most is in packets. No fresh milk. What do Americans eat their cereal with? Sugary fruit juices?
This lounge was super crowded. It's probably because it's the first Priority Pass lounge after security (it's also the only lounge in HNL that has alcohol available). I think we were one of the last couples to get in, and then they started turning people away. After about 10 minutes, the fire alarm went off so people started to leave. We were getting up to leave, but then it stopped. So we stayed for another 5 minutes before the fire alarm went off again. Then we left for good. Pretty suspect because the fire alarm was only in the lounge, so I wonder if someone had pulled it just to try to empty it out a bit. The best thing was probably the cookies they had from Honolulu Cookie Company. Other than that, not much else going for them.
Clean lounge with friendly staff. Food and drink selections were limited and not up to par with better lounges, like Centurian Lounge. However, they accept Priority Pass, which makes it a very nice place to stay, if you don't have to pay an entrance fee.
Nice atmosphere and food. Very cold air conditioning
Friendly staff. Little cozy space that's tidy and topped off regularly. Can't complain.
Got in with priority pass. Good food. Soup sandwiches fruit cheese crackers olives. Pour your on red or white wine No liquor. New espresso "Lion branded" coffee machine is much nicer than previous offerring! Nice clean good overall.
Awesome staff! Snacks well stocked even during busy hours!
An ok lounge to chill out. It's got a shuttle bus running to all the gates just out the door. Not too crowded, however food, snack and drink selection is limited.
It was nice to sit down and just relax before our trip after going through the madhouse of ticketing. There just has to be a better way to check in at the kiosk when you have a free bag! The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The snacks and beverages great!
It's gotten so popular that everyone wants in now. They should build another in the international terminal
Lounges are getting a little more bare-bones than they used to be. No bar, but snacks and sodas. Quiet place to relax. Kind of hard to find, and I've been there before (meaning the signage could be better.)
It was nice, I guess. When put into the context of laid-back Hawai'i, it was nice to have an ordinary place to escape the noise and bustle of the airport. It could be updated a bit, and the refreshments offerings improved, but overall Mahalo nui loa for the peace.
Horrible customer service. No ALOHA
Very basic. Poor food choices
Why so negative for priority pass and this lounge? Incredibly clean lounge with food and some alcoholic beverages. Restrooms were almost as nice as a good delta lounge. Staff were very friendly toward us and checking in with priority pass was a breeze. Awesome lounge!
Lounge is good, food, snacks, coffee and beer/wine all on tap. All was fresh and topped up regularly. I’d have given 4 stars but the lady caring for the front desk was less than friendly. Asked me to leave the lounge as I was briefly speaking quietly on the phone (no one within ear shot) yet when another group came in just after me and we’re loudly talking to each other and making phone calls it was overlooked.
Food was refreshing and new items were being put out every 10 minutes. Staff is quite friendly. A nice place to seat for a two hour flight delay.
Honolulu airport doesn't have a lot of lounge options. The Plumeria Lounge is great. There's a coffee on demand machine, drinks (including beer and wines), light packaged snacks, finger sandwiches, free wifi, power outlets, a restroom, and comfortable seating.
Very relaxing. Good sna ks, drinks, soup and sandwiches.
Modest food buffet. Satisfying
Bikini Blonde Ale (Maui Brewing Co), wine, and 'ono veggie taro rolls, among other snacks, plus a spacious and clean lounge with pristine bathrooms.
A little hard to find the first time but friendly employees, clean bathrooms and a good snack selection. They have an espresso type coffee machine, hot soup, sandwiches, granola bars and wine and beer.
Not what you would expect from an airport lounge. The only warm food is cup noodles and warm soup. Free WiFi available. That being said the space is kept tidy and clean. Compared with the other priority pass in the airport, this lounges is much better relatively speaking. It is worth the extra shuttle bus ride to get to this lounge
Food is ok, lounge is nice and well kept, internet is fast, distance from domestic terminals is quite a walk
This is a great lounge to wait before or between your flights. It’s not fancy like some of the bigger airlines with deeper pockets, but it’s comfortable and they have a nice variety of snacks. No showers but they have much cleaner restrooms than the airport.
Small and only one TV. Food is basic at best, typical American sugary stuff. Stained floors. Not in the same league as lounges at Australian airports. Staff curt and it felt like they were watching us the whole time.
This isn't the world's most amazing lounge in terms of facilities or food. However, it is clean, comfortable and adequate for a few hours before boarding a flight. I rate it a 5 for the staff. The lady that looks after the food does a fantastic job and is clearly proud of what she does. The lady on the front desk works very hard too.
