Terrible service. Went there after Kimo's (great food and service) to get a late night drink. Sunday night not even busy one bit. Sit down at the bar that wasn't crowded. Waited 10 minutes. No hello. Two bartenders. One was looking at her phone the other hipster dude was oblivious. Left there after awkwardly sitting there.

Fun bar, great entertainment, good food & drinks. But the management should seriously handle the incredibly rude bouncer who snatched a drink out of my hand last night as I was leaving. He easily could have asked me to leave the drink. VERY unprofessional

We visited for a showing of Game of Thrones and some food, which was excellent with generous portions. If you like whisky, this is the bar to be, as they have 5 or 6 pages of it on the menu. Order at the bar and food is brought to your table.

This bar is pretty neat. Came here for a pre-wedding night happy hour with other wedding attendees, hosted by the couple. • Large bar with ample area for seating, standing, chilling. • Some cool speciality cocktails • Televisions if you want to watch sports • Nice bartenders • I think I remember seeing a pool table? • Outside and inside places, the outside overlooks Front Street which is pretty neat. • Pretty affordable, considering it's Front Street in Maui. Overall I had a very nice time! Would definitely be open to stopping by the next time I'm in town and looking for a bar.

Great spot right on top level overlooking Front Street with happy hour apps and drinks. Bartender made me a strawberry lambic Arnold Palmer with vodka, YUMMM. And it doesn't hurt that I got to meet their host the second day we went...he makes sure to make his rounds with everyone in there. Thanks y'all and Houdini!!

My sole purpose was to come here to find dancing since my husband and I wanted one night away from the kids. I searched trip advisor and Yelp for nightlife and dancing in Lahaina and this place kept coming up as the number one place. The entire time we were there the only music that was played was EDM music so essentially it was the same song over and over again. At this point we were kind of stuck there for a few drinks since we took an uber down there and had to wait for one to go back. There is also a sign on the DJ booth that says no special requests.

My boyfriend and I had a great dinner here. Boyfriend loved his burger and the fries were delicious. I had the pasta which was also very good. The view is also beautiful. Will return.

This place was highlighted as the place to go and boy were they right! Live DJ - Shuffleboard - loads of TVs - super fun and honestly the ONLY PLACE TO PARTY IN MAUI! Found out they have one of the only dance permits so you can dance your heart out. Ended up going back again! The most upbeat place to party after hours on the island!! And the nicest bouncers ever.

Had fun here! Drinks are a bit pricy, but good. When we went they were doing karaoke, which is always fun to watch. They have a game room with games like Jenga, the bartenders were attentive..all in all had a good time!

My husband Jordan and I had the pleasure of having our Rehearsal Dinner at the Dirty Monkey, it was a great time. Melanie who served as our event planner was so kind and professional, she made the process so easy! There food is so yummy, my favorite being the nachos! They also have great drinks and music. Our guests had so much fun that they went back multiple times during the wedding week. Thank you again Melanie and the Dirty Monkey for a fun and memorable night.

Great menu and variety of drinks and cocktails. Staff is awesome. Very important to us that our waitress checks up on us. Not only did she several times, the Bar Tender did as well.

Fun, but bummed that happy hour prices did not apply because a baseball game was playing onTV! Lahaina is a vacation destination, and saving a few bucks is always appreciated... I didn't go there to watch sports. Bad policy, we took our business elsewhere.

Great whiskey and beer selection. But out of so many great styles of music out there the DJ kept playing only techno. After 2 hours my head couldn't take it anymore..bummer because I really wanted to shake some buddy to a good music:(

Fun bar, most of the wait staff were fun and attentive. One time there was very few people in the bar and a male bartender (I don't remember his name) seemed to not want to be at work and ignored my father and me for about 10 minutes before he finaly refilled our drinks. I would still recomend The Dirty Monkey!

Felt welcomed as I came in, the service was on point and I was never left waiting on another drink to be served. The food was good and presentable. Music selection was awesome, had a little of everything...and later on in the night, a DJ was present to add more. Restrooms were clean and stocked. Staff was amazing, friendly, and the manager will melt your heart with her smile! There’s not much of a night life in Lahaina but this is where the party is at!

Certainly a fun place to be! Never ate here but certainly sampled the nightlife here. They have fair priced drinks, plenty of games, and even a small dance floor. Certainly check it out if you are in the area.

Tables were sticky. “Brandi” was rude to multiple customers, and appeared to be greatly inconvenienced by regular drink orders, and questions about the menu. Another bar tender with a tattoo under her chin handed us drinks that we didn’t order, and then proceeded to charge us 10 dollars each for drinks less than a half a shot glass full, which any regular minded person would have assumed was some sort of a sample, As no one asked for these random 1/3 shot sized drinks. To be polite, we drank them to humor her. Then tipped and left to get food. We returned an hour later and were told that we were cut off. We literally just flew in an hour prior to our visiting the bar, and had our first and only 2 drinks there. Neither of us were even remotely intoxicated. Bouncer used profanities while telling my gf she was no longer allowed in the bar. We still are baffled as to why this happened. And what’s worse, is we didn’t even get drunk.

This is the best bar in Maui. A.D. is an amazing bar tender. She makes delicious mixed drinks (some of which she had us sample) and is very entertaining and personal. We came here on our Honeymoon and had a blast. The music is the very best alternative rock and punk.

I loved the beer, only served microbrews. Service was nice. Staff seems cool. Houdini is a good boy We came to eat dinner on Christmas Eve. The issue is 3/5 family members have been sick with food poisoning. Waking up on this jolly Christmas day needing to run to the bathroom with vomit in my mouth is not fun. Watch the tomatoes, enjoy the beer

If you love whiskey, games, sports, dancing, awesome beer selection and amazing craft cocktails THIS IS THE BAR!! I’m a game junkie and they have the more games then any other bar on Maui. Their draft beers rotate so there’s always something new to try. 14 TV’s so even if it’s football Sunday and you want to watch the hockey game, they can make it happen! Super friendly staff! This is definitely my favorite bar on Maui

Nice place. Large perfect if you have a group. The happy hour (3pm - something) makes 1/2 price appetizers and 2$ off drinks! They also have some games around and the bartenders and servers are great. The garlic fries are so good!

I graded this establishment off of three criteria: Food quality - 5 stars, Atmosphere -3, Service - 0. The food was really good as told in other reviews. The atmosphere is eclectic and offers live music with views of Front Street. However we went when it was 90 degrees outside. They have no air conditioning to speak of, and don’t enjoy the on shore breezes that many other restaurants do because of they are blocked by other buildings. I rated their service a 0 by design and by nature. All ordering is done up at the bar. The first strike came at the barkeep who made fun of my language when I was placing my order. When the order arrived at our table by the same person we asked for a side of ranch dressing - which never came. The barkeep never did check back with us. Do yourselves a favor - do not spend your money here. You have many fine bars and restaurants that will feed you and treat you better.

The next time somebody goes there please send your comment to me. It's my job to direct people on their vacation . So I would personally appreciate it

The hottest club in the Pacific. Often called the Chunky Monkey by local celebrities like Fat Tony, Jake, and Ron Jeremy. Occasionally, USA's Jump Rope Team will practice their Double Dutch routine here. Just watch out for Dirty Mike and the Spicy Bois taking too many Fireball shots.

Hungry for a $20 salad or $25 wings? Maybe $20 nachos? The food is mediocre but the service is prompt and he bartender was kind. That goes a long way. The place is perfectly located. Go for happy hour, 3-6. Don’t expect amazing.

Went there for my post wedding party and brought about 30-40 people to their establishment. They kicked out one of my bridesmaids for no reason - made her cry too. All 40 of us left right away and walked down the street where they had an outdoor silent rave! I would recommend going to a different establishment

Great place to grab a drink on front street. Nice location for a sporting event with lots of good size TVs. If you are a whiskey drinker, you are in luck. Hundred + whiskeys on the menu. Lots of microbrews on tap as well but no bottle or draft domestic beer which is a bit of a drag. Great live entertainment on the evenings and raucous atmosphere. Good munchies but mostly bad food. Service was good but not great. No view of the water but good ambience overlooking front street.

DIRTY MONKEY IS SO FUN! The red haired bartender was so nice, and very good at her job! She remembered me from a few nights ago and had a water ready for me as soon as I walked in.
