Not a bad place to hang out if you are waiting for your flight. Very clean. Missing some amenities that other airlines provide in their first class lounge.

Worst airline club I have ever seen. No food and drink except guava juice Services were terrible; I was able to get in with my First class ticket but then I got kicked out because they changed their mind saying first class guests were not welcomed there. lmao It’s not even worth to sit in there anyway

1990 called. It wants its lounge back. Seriously, this is a lounge in name and in furniture. Beyond that, there's no semblance of food or beverage beyond the things you'd find in an office break room, low staffing, and poor WiFi. I'd suggest eating in the terminal and avoid this place. Unfortunately, with limited competition, there's not much impetus for them to invest here. Unless they hear from travelers that it effects their choices in Carrier, nothing will change.

Nice place to relax before your flight to get a hot or cold drink. There are places to charge your electronics, comfy seating areas and the restroom is clean and modernized. Downside is they do not allow outside food and drinks.

Getting a little crowded and coffee machine goes down frequently. They also run out of brewed coffee frequently.

They have espresso machine, but it cannot frothilk to make latte or cappuccino. The carpet is much stained and the tables, chairs, often need cleaning or wiping. Free internet and cold drinks are also provided.

Very Nice & Clean. The free beverage and snacks helps pass the time. It's also great to have a place you can charge your phone, iPad &/or your computer. It felt like almost being at home.

Beautiful comfortable facility. Plenty of plug in spaces for your personal devices too. A self grinding coffee machine, real half&half, and all the sweeteners anyone could ask for. Clean & neat as well the bathroom were spotless. I highly recommend this place.

Comfortable place to relax before my flight. There are several USB connectors at the charging stations that are inoperative. The guide tabs are broken and will not allow a charge

Kona - check in was awesome as usual. The club room was clean & fully stocked. However, a little after 8 PM we all got asked to leave by a man, he didn't tell us why, but I believe he was part of a cleaning crew. So we all had to wait for our flights outside. Don't understand why you would close the room so early as there a still a couple flights yet to arrive.

Great place to stop for a few free beers and a decent snack. The bathrooms were clean, but no showers available. The WiFi was quick and the food was good. Pictured are some crazy taro roll thing filled with fried onions and cucumber.

Definitely behind the other major carrier lounges in design, amenities, cleanliness, and services. Lacking manpower and enforcement of rules. Questionable clientele, seems as if families and friends are allowed free access, who then feel the need to devour and horde the drinks and snacks provided. Better to patronize the terminal restaurants and bars, at least patrons there act accordingly.

Its been awhile since traveling and got to enjoy the lounge while waiting for our flight. It was very nice. Only wish people who talk on their phone would just make it an A B convo! Take off the earbud and talk on your phone privately.

Pathetic. No food, showers or alcohol. We are traveling first class from NZ to New York and expect more. Was really looking forward to a shower after a 9 hr flight. This is Their home base! The reception was unfriendly and more interested in talking to her son on the phone. Very, very disappointing- I will think twice about traveling first class with this airline ( what’s the point?) because of this pathetic lounge.

Much bigger and nicer than the Hilo or Kona premier club lounges. There is a person at the front desk to ensure only members are allowed in and they have the local newspaper available. The bathroom is very nice and very clean and they have coffee and a beverage dispenser. No food but they have packaged snacks. They don't have a flight schedule monitor inside and you have to keep track of your own boarding time which is no problem for this on time airline.

Very minimal lounge and not something I would recommend for much other than a quiet place to hang out. We were here because of a first class flight and hoped for more. Plan on a comfy chair, soda or coffee, and the same snack bag you get on the aircraft. That's it though. Nothing else offered and really lacking compared to any other lounge I have visited on other airlines.

Great spot to rest before your flight. Not a whole lot but decent amount of seating. There are bathrooms also. Free coffee. Soft drinks and juice while you wait for your flight. If you are a premier, gold or platinum member you are allowed to bring 2 additional guests.

Expect minimal setting food, drinks and service. However it is a good lounge with a decent staff. It is better than nothing, but don’t expect to be blown away.

By far the best way to travel Hawaiian airlines Honolulu location large and spacious. Complete complimentary coffee, tea and soda drink bar. Lots of comfortable seating and charging area's to use. Plus is having a bathroom for women and men in the lounge. The Kona location is small and quaint with no bathroom, however you do get a complimentary refreshments, comfortable seating and charging stations. Air conditioning is a plus at this outside teriminal. Great perks while traveling hawaiian airlines.

They don’t even have any snacks!! There were donuts this morning for a nice gesture, but that’s it. Nothing healthy one bit. Very displeased with this ‘Premiere’ lounge.

Coffee, juice cups and cheap, in-flight snacks. This is not a club or a lounge. It’s a glassed-in waiting area that was dirty and worn out. We were more comfortable at our gate. Hawaiian Airlines should be embarrassed to offer this as a perk.

Free Wifi, which is less valuable since the airport finally has free Wifi. Free coffee and soda. Lounge is comfortable but can get crowded at peak times.
