Ok so you need to have your airline as preferred on you Amex platinum to have your entrance fee waved. The staff here is really really really really friendly. All toilets have bidet and heated start. Luxurious seatig. Just watch for kids running around (I find annoying). Food is above average. The kitchen staff was helpful in verifying non-pork dishes

American airline admiral lounge shares with JAL Sakura lounge and currently is under renovation. It is on third floor after security. The staff are friendly and nice. The food are well stock. They have hot bars, self serving alcohol station and fountain drink. The ambiance is ok nothing to rave about. Toilet located outside the lounge. They don't make announcement of boarding so pay attention to your boarding time

Bright, clean, comfortable, fast WiFi, nice food and beverage, and minimal announcements. They did run out of cooked food just before 11am. Not sure if any showers available as didn't require them.

Nice staff. Plenty of power. That’s where the positive ends. Very hard to find. No directions to the elevator posted. Incredibly uncomfortable furniture. Shabby conditions. Food is subpar. Counter height too low or chairs too high? You pick. Also the arm chairs are narrow by any standard unless you’re a 3rd grade child. Not clean and falling apart. And what is that smell in here???

場所、スタッフはいいが、こんなにしょぼいラウンジ(特に食事が子供騙し)は日本人として恥ずかしいぐらい。JALの本気度、ゼロとしか言いようがないな〜。 The location is excellent and staffs are friendly, but this is the shabbiest lounge (especially the food) I have ever been to. The chairs are uncomfortable for a long sit, and I am sure who ever made the purchase decision has never actually sat on them.

(Translated by Google) OMG ... this is by far one of the worst lounges ever. The staff is VERY friendly, - but that's all. The style is quite old ... there are bags of soups, crackers and other funny stuff which you would rather not eat. The area at the kitchen was a construction site, from 21:00 was then drilled and sawed ... the nice compensation has not done better. We then preferred the coffee at Starbucks ... and actually we can not even stand Starbucks .... probably speaks volumes ... (Original) OMG...das ist wohl mit Abstand eine der schlechtesten Lounges überhaupt. Das Personal ist SEHR freundlich ,- das ist dann aber auch alles. Vom Style ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen...es gibt Tüten Suppen , Cracker und noch anderes komisches Zeugs was man lieber nicht essen möchte. Die Bereich bei der Küche war eine Baustelle, ab 21:00 wurde dann gebohrt und gesägt...die nette Entschädigung hat das nicht besser gemacht. Wir haben dann den Kaffee bei Starbucks vorgezogen...und eigentlich können wir Starbucks nichtmal leiden.... spricht wohl Bände...
