The staff at Lotus not only allowed me to sit inside and wait for a ride when my original ride left me (embarrassing!!), one person let me use his charger because my phone was dead and I had no other way home with out it. Mind you they were closed and in the middle of cleaning up so that they can go home themselves, and they still allowed me to sit inside!! Thank you again and I truly truly appreciate the generosity showed towards me.

30 dollars to enter !! They said that EVERY table and chair is for VIP and if you arent buying a bottle then you may not Sit down! THEY WILL BUG YOU TO GET UP FROM ANY SEAT. You have to stand around the perimeter of the lounge and feel beneath people who are buying bottles and get to enjoy. EVERYONE DOESNT COME TO DRINK A WHOLE BOTTLE. Terrible experience for 30 bucks.

Worst club I ever attented. First and last time for me. Explain how drinks are 4x the amount for girls. I try to get 3 coronas and they told me $45...yes 45. 20 each for the girls, and 5 for guys. I flip out and told hell no. And worst of all, all these girls are 'working girls' they will be friendly to you and would sexually touch you. Watch out for that. I felt like I was at a different country.

I went to the lotus lounge in west haven for my friends birthday I had paid for a booth for her. The package included balloons an e flyer, champagne and cupcakes. To begin with the booth that they had given us was in horrible condition there was red paint in the bottom of my expensive shoes due to the bad paint job. My friend did not receive the cupcakes that were apart of the package. She also let me know they didn’t post her e flyer on their Instagram page which was promised. That night I spoke with a woman named “Nea” who told us that we CANNOT get a refund for the cupcakes but that we would Have to call on Monday to speak with a the manager about getting free admission. So I call the number she gave me and was told that it is protocol to get a refund and if I want the $5.00 I would have to go there and get it. I live an hour away and spending $30+ on Gas just for $5.00 or four cupcakes is ridiculous. when I spoke the why rep on the phone about the free admission that was promised by “Nea” and three other employees he told me he doesn’t even know who “Nea” is but the protocol is to get a refund that they told me they wouldn’t do the night I was there. I’m so upset over the lack of professionalism I will not be going back or recommending to anyone.

This was the worst event ever. No organization. The event didn’t start until 12:45pm. So a lot of the artist left. It was NOTHING like what was advertised. I came here all the way from NYC because I like underground music and wanted to hear local artists. Just super disappointed.

AWESOME spot to check out. Music is always good and the drinks are BANGIN. Also, security is on point 24/7. I highly recommend Lotus Lounge in West Haven!!

Never going to Lotus in Norwalk again. I attended a party in late July on a day that was almost 100 degrees. That night the temp only dropped down to about 80. THEY HAD NO AC. Serving alcohol and hookah with no AC. It was literally a sweat bath. They had mini fans throughout the club barely making a difference. Very disappointed and sweaty, I left. I could barely breathe. It was a waste of $25 dollars. Not only was it an awful experience but also a danger to anyone with asthma or similar health problems! If your going to charge$25 to party at a club that allows girls to wear sneakers and doesn't provide AC or any type of ventilation, please stop holding events!

Saturday night flyer all wrong they need to fix it flyer says plays "reggaeton salsa merengue hip hop and tops 40" and they played all rap and trap music like 2.5 Spanish songs! Horrible advertising also horrible bathrooms 2 out of I think it was 4 stalls worked and onestall the floor was flooded and the other the toilet seat was falling off! I most likely will NOT be there again!

Celebrated my birthday this past Saturday & I had a blast! Great vibes, great music, beautiful artwork on the walls. I love how their custom birthday flyers aren't like the typical crazy club ones with horrible photoshop work. They even had their own custom snapchat geofilters for birthdays & other events HOW AWESOME IS THAT?! Lol. Overall just an amazing place run by awesome & friendly people that just want the best for their customers. I highly recommend Lotus Lounge West Haven to celebrate your birthday as well as coming for any of their events.
