Awful, full of careless drunks, and the atmosphere is like a bar instead of a club

The music and place are pretty cool and we were having a good time, until one of the bartenders lost my card. I bought drinks as soon as we got there, gave her my card, and asked that she open a tab. She continued making other drinks so I assumed we were set. It wasn't until a guy who had been standing by us found us in the dance floor and proceeded to tell us the following: "you left your card, the bartender came back to give it to you but didn't see you guys and said "stupid drunk girls". We go back to find out what happened. When I asked her about my card she didn't know where it was. I told her how I had asked for her to open a tab and assumed she had. Turns out she came back and set my card down without me being there. At this point I assumed someone had grabbed it. No one could find my card and we had to wait a good half hour after it was closed to get help from the manager. He was trying to help as much as he could but the card was nowhere to be found. I understand accidents happen but the bartender seemed pretty careless. I left town the very next day and needed my card, well that didn't happen.

The person who answers the phone is extremely helpful. Also was very polite and concerned about my reasons for calling. Although I've never been to this Lounge I can say the staff member was pleasant and understanding.
