What joke is this?! We spend three thousand dollars to book a RV, concert and campground passes, and the 400 miles to travel to have a good time. Come late at night we have two people that have traveled 4 hours and can’t get in at 11pm?!?! Bad part is..... no one that is employed by country jam is working, they have hired third party companies for security. And they lead you around a bush, and tell you you can travel out to the main gates to talk to the security out there to see if they will let them in, but can’t promise that you will get back in. Seriously?! What tops it off is they have not explained this in the emails they have sent out in the past 6 months. Get some better customer service and learn how to run a company.
