The security is absouluty terriable..they purposely try and provoke fights with people as their leaving..thinking thier the police..attacked two of my friends for no reason and even attempted to provoke me by shoving me to get me to attack back .over taking a picture by a limo in the parking lot..these people will get their karma for their actions..place needs to be shut down..no wonder y people be getting shot up there..its provoked by their own security..and no.i was not drinking during this altercation..saw it all and it was def started by this clubs own security..

Just spent 28 dollars on Three shots of Jack and got cussed at by a bartender because she didn't like me telling her the proper way to make my drink after the first attempt was wrong. Wasn't trying to offend but she messed the drink up and Lynchburg Lemonade is a Southern or southeastern drink that a great majority of bartenders in Colorado Springs don't know how to make. I've lived here for 11 years so I know this. All of the other staff was nice though.

When I think of a great bartender, I automatically think of Robin at Copperhead. She’s personable, funny, energetic, caring, and seems to always be in a great mood. Admittedly, I always just do either a Long Island Iced Tea or an Amaretto Sour, but she always takes care of me. A bartender's personality can really make or break how much fun it is to be at a bar, especially if you're there just to chill. Robin always put the customer first and makes coming to Copperhead so enjoyable!

The bouncers are rude try and fight customers but when we try to enter the bar we can’t come in cause we caused issues last weekend. No the person not letting us enter was trying to fight customers but I’m not allowed in get out of here. We are a regular customer but never again. I will be taking my services to whiskey baron. it’s only one bouncer that does this because of his personal life getting involved but it’s ok I don’t want to come back ever again.

I have been to almost every bar in the springs now and NEVER have I seen such terrible service. The bar tenders here are all hired with no experience and it shows. Prices are ridiculous and the turn out was horrible on a Saturday night. Would recommend Bristol brewing or phantom canyon or even nano over this place any day. Don’t waste your money going here.

This place is one of the worst night clubs I have ever went you in my life. Everybody here is super rude and the drinks are so expensive. I bought a shot and was going to sit down at the table and they told me that I was not allowed to take the shot glass away from the bar. Then the supposably Manager was walking by me and she dropped in empty plastic shot glass and she told me I was lucky it wasn't full because I would have to pay for it then went on to To have an argument for no reason threatening to kick me out this is. Meanwhile I did not even drink I all this night and was totally sober everybody hair is just so rude I would never suggest anybody going. It is usually 18 in up which makes it even worse a bunch a little kids trying this sneak around. The countryside is not as rude but every bouncer and waitstaff were awful

The DJ on the country side is no good at all. He randomly stops songs half way through and starts new ones or he just stops the music completely. Sometimes plays hip hop or music you cant dance too. He lowers and raises the volume at random times, slows or speeds downs songs way to much.

I used to work here as a bartender (Robyn), but I quit as of today. The new management and I were not able to see eye to eye. For the last month the new management has been neglecting the employees and even the bar causing a lot of the good original staff to quit. The BAR itself has finally hit rock bottom after a month of neglectful management and the staff (management) constantly mistreating CUSTOMERS. With that being said, I refuse to work at a place that treats employees and customers the way the new management does. I refuse even to be SEEN at this bar now considering how poorly it’s run these days. It used to be a great bar, I was a regular even before I worked here, I used to love it, but now I avoid it at all costs.

I like that there are dual club types, one is hip hop and the other side is country. On Fridays you can pay $10 ($5 if your military) for a wrist band and red solo cup to drink unlimited drinks until midnight. Plus the $5 cover for everyone. There is alot of rights that break out sometimes, but that's the risk when you have alot of people mixed with alcohol.

They bait and switched us when we went on July 4th, their website advertised ladies night with no cover and free drinks but we were told upon arrival that they were not doing ladies night and we're charged $5 cover. They only take cash, which was inconvenient. The place was very slow, only a handful of dancers and the second dance floor was empty. Felt stuck there since we took an Uber over there. Ended up leaving and walking to a club around the corner and had a way better time.

1. Floor was so sticky that your shoe was left when walking away. 2. $10 minimum on cards, and you cannot leave your card open. We were told to double fist. 3. Cannot exit without paying reentry fee, even though we had a wristband AND a stamp (stamp gets all over you throughout the night). 4. Drinks were overpriced and weak. 5. Security was ridiculous. Seemed like they were looking for arguments, one older security gentleman seemed like he was on drugs. Preceded to berate a customer, then left him and ran to his own car to do some mystery drug, then sprinted back in like his life depended on it. 6. Bathroom reeked of vomit. 7. Good people watching.

i visited this location as of 06/09/18 and i ordered 3 shots of ciroc red berry and 3 ciroc and sprites and it came out to $60 but the bartender was overheard by 2 other people saying $16.00 its not tha loud within the bar and this being my parties first time there and not having any drinks before arriving was strange once the copy came for me to sign i told the bartender you said $16 she said no they are $10 a shot and once i tried to dispute this with her she says the price is on the bottle but didnt grab it to show me just told me and the price on the bottle you cant see it being a customer but i paid it and that was the only thing i drank because of being so disgusted by my experience. i called saturday and spoke with serge he wasnt the happiest or friendly i explained what happen and he throws in my face "where can i go to drink a premium liquor like that for less" i was so shocked by him trying to throw the situation back at me as if it was my fault when i tried to discuss it while being there and nothing got done he just was rude and wanted to fight about this but i told him i wasnt going to fight about it and leave a review since he didnt wanna hear me out and understand my point of view or my witness he says leave the review. So i would not recommend this location because of poor customer service, poor management skills, manipulation of their product and by no means im am saying the customer is always right i only requested a solution to make it right.

WE WERE ASSAULTED. They call it Copper Head because of all the snakes working there. My friend had her hips grabbed by one of the bouncers and when she pushed his hands away he shoved her so hard she flew forward into me. When her boyfriend tried to stick up for her, the bouncer got all of his buddies to throw him out- leaving her inside and all of us girls vulnerable. I will absolutely be looking into legal recourse.

I don’t even know where to begin... I watched the man I who I think The owner is walk up to one of his bartenders who was my favorite on my who is very sweet to everyone. The owner came up tried to accuse her of something IN FRONT of everyone in the bar and kicked her out.... She was the only reason me and my friends even come back to this awful excuse for a bar!!! They don’t have an good liquor on well.. Their floors feel like they’ve never been wiped down! Over all this was on of my worst experiences with a bar EVER!!! Way to waste my Saturday night! If your in your 20s this is place for you! However if your older (I'm 31 shhhh) this may not be the place for you. Music up so loud you cant hear a thing. Drink prices could be better. And they charge for water. The dance floor was packed and no room for beginners. So if you dont know how to dance and are looking to learn maybe head to WB instead.

I go to Copperhead at least once a week and I always have a good time. Lots of two-stepping and line dancing, especially on Thursdays (Ladies night, girls drink free for a couple hours and free admission. Thursdays host all kinds of shenanigans, including Magic Mike night, wet t-shirt contests, and assles chaps contests. Friday's are always great for a variety of dance music. Two floors, tons of fun. The staff is friendly, though there can be workplace drama (and where WON'T you find that). Definitely come and give it a shot!

Absolutely terrible bar. The women that work there beg for money like their lives depend on it. The "security guards" walk around with their chests out but wouldn't be ready by themselves. The prices are ridiculous and there is an admission most of the time, even on slow/boring nights. Most of the security guards are discriminatory and the security guards that aren't white are just lucky to be there. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be discriminated against or extorted for cash. And if you do go to this garbage club, keep a tight hold on your wallet, don't talk to anyone, especially employees, keep 911 on speed dial, not for guests but for employees. I wish I could detail exactly what happened to me in this garbage club but my post would probably get deleted. I would advise against going to this club unless you're white with a cowboy hat.

Went here once. When we walked in security was standing outside chit chatting we were there maybe an hour if that and as we were leaving discovered mu car window had been smashed in and stuff stolen. The staff literally lied to my face saying that security wasnt On duty yet when it happend. There was about 13 other cars that were broken into that night. This was some time ago but it was a horrible first impression and I have heard other horror stories about this place. I will NEVER waste a dime here again.

Great nightspot on Saturdays. No problems with security at all. We walked in with every intention of really enjoying ourselves. Barely there 20 minutes and a shot later...the bartender was flipping out, yelling about what her therapist told her to do when she's upset, telling customers to try doing her job and snatching drinks. Needless to say, there was conflict and we ended up having to leave. Maybe that bartender needs to find another occupation because simply pouring the correct shot would have squashed the whole situation. It really was that easy.
