We had a great girls night and we didn't want the night to end so since we were in glendale already we decided its time for some hookah! Make sure to bring your id, they do serve alcohol so you'll need to wear a wristband to drink. You can sit inside or out and we decided to sit inside with the music bumpy dirty and people gettin' rowdy. The hookah we chose was mint chocolate chip and went PERFECT with the ice cream sundae we ordered. They bring coal every couple minutes and clean out the ash for us and were very attentive about our needs. Needless to say we left when the lounge closed we had a bump dignity time !

The lounge has a great security always looking out.(Ruben) Two great waitresses that always made sure my night was fun and I was always refreshed and refilled on my hookah or my next round.(Anna& Brittany).Definitely recommend this place to chill and have a few drinks at.

I made reservations for my friends and wife to come here as usual and as soon as we were seated the manager came running to the table attacking us and saying that this table is reserved . When we tried to talk to him he kept raising his voice over us and continue being aggressive. My brother and I told him he needs to relax your waitress sat us here . He says she is new and he keeps insisting that he already told me that all table were reserved over the phone and he will try to get us a table . Yet he didn't have to come over the table and start acting the way he did . I promise you I won't be coming back or anyone I know and I promise I will be telling others not to go by that place. And thanks again for the excellent treatment from the management.

It was a terrible experience first off they invaded my sister's privacy by rumiging through her purse. Prices are outrageous also a note for the owner your fine print says $7 minimum and your waiters say $10. Your better off going to buy your own hookah because the flavors are harsh and over priced.

Probably the best hookah lounge in Los Angeles and Glendale. So many flavors, awesome environment and vibes. The waitresses are respectful and knowledgeable about the flavors and what is most popular. The hookah is the smoothest I had. Can be a bit pricey but it's worth it Personally this place is better than star hookah. I would give it 5 stars but I am cutting .5 because parking can be an issue during busy hours. Other than that, this the place to go if you want to smoke and chill with friends

I liked this place. I'm not so into the shisha smoke but it was my best friend birthday so I took him to this lounge and we had a great time. The flavors tasted very good and the music was amazing. Playing EDM all that night. Night couldn't have been any better.

Great place! Security team is was cool. Some guys rolled up in a Bentley parked and walked in and took our table and the team handled them well. Sat us down. The employees were attentive and kind. Atmosphere was great everyone just having a great time. Drinks and food we're fair and came out quick. Hookah was great too. Music was great the dj played all genere from old school to new school. Me and my homies will definitely go back.

Hookah was tasteless! The "couch" has no padding and it feels pretty uncomfortable. The setting is decent and there is a tiny parking lot.

The inside seating has no air flow and it makes you sick from all the smoke in the air. The guy who packs the hookah does a bad job. But the service of the waiters is really amazing. Very fast, always checking on you and the charcoal rotagion is good too. Food is delicious as always. Never had problems with the food. Like I said, the main two problems is the bad hookah packing as well as the inside of that place.

Great establishment. Phenomenal hookahs. The best service. Ara the manager has a great sense of humor, and is also very attentive. Checked up on us over 5 times even though he was not our server. Next time I go in I would ask to be seated in Ara’s section. Try their cheese fries, BBQ pizza, and mimosas are OH EM GEE! will definitely come back.

Honestly it's sad to say this place's service toward customers has gone down over the years. Today a group of friends and I were there and got horrible service. We waited over half an hour for a refill that we asked for twice that never came. The waiter checked up on us 3 times only in the 1st hour or so we were there and completely forgot about us afterwards but was more than happy to attend the tables near us completely ignoring us until we asked someone else for the bill. He only showed up to pick up our payment and never once apologized about us not getting our refill.

California last call is 2am meaning no more orders not that you remove drinks already paid for. Without consent? No. Learn how to run a business and take your damn LA head out of your LA ass. I have so many other amazing hookah spots that this place shames and embarrasses as an establishment. So F*** this place.

Hookah is alright but not the best in the area, however the food is so bland and tasteless almost like they don't even care about their customers. They should just stick to hookah cause they can't cook worth a s#!+,yet have the nerve to over price their food.

We were greatly suprised at the 15% gratuity charge STANDARD for all parties. Groups of 6 or more have 18% gratuity included. Hmm. I just hope they're paying g their waitresses and servers well. This standardized gratuity discourages clients from tipping directly.

I came here with my boyfriend while on vacation in CA. We really liked it!!! We live in Michigan, the hookah lounges out here do not sell alcohol or food - we were pleasantly surprised that this hookah lounge was accommodating, we were able to eat, drink, and smoke hookah here. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Glendale. Also, the waitresses were REALLY attractive, no that it matters... But still lol.

Rightfully biased opinion: This place had bad service tonight with attitude from the server. First, the parking lot is a 12-car lot only meaning you'll have to test your luck on the street. This is hard because the lounge is by a neighborhood. We called the server but she was rude about what we should do. Then the same server was rude when we finally came inside. She seemed annoyed to check our IDs and then seat us in the back. She then left and didn't check back in the short time we left. What truly made us leave is the mostly American menu. I understand trying to appeal to those who live here, but I enjoy traditional food over burgers and quesadillas. Plus tonight in particular was the World Series so there was no music or something more to appeal to the young going out crowd. I hope to come in the future to try their food and hookah but this is not ideal place to go out with friends.

LOL!!!! This place is hilarious! The waitress right away tells us that we have to meet $7 minimum on our orders! Service was very unwelcoming, the staff keep pitching you to order more stuff and with attitude! Never coming here again! Oh and guess what?! They include the tips in the bill, and stuff are not cheap !!!!!
