Great place had 4 stages or rooms, that you can choose between the music that you prefer. So in that way you never get bored of the music that they are playing. Great place tp have fun with friends!!!

It was our first time with bottle service and it was terrible! I've been there before for concerts but, because of past experiences (good experiences) we decided to celebrate a birthday friend here. First impression that we make a line as a regular ticket, secondly, the guard who verified the identification had a very bad attitude just because he was attended a big party, he decided to put us behind them. and when we finally waited for our table that he booked two weeks in advance, (2 tables), the lady did not find our reservation and finally gave us another table in a very bad position just because our first tables were given to someone else at the last minute, because ? nobody gave an answer and nobody was responsible including the manager at that time. We were very upset because nobody gave us any solution, they sent me with a woman (I don't remember her name but she was a very kind person) to see if I could take another table somewhere else, but they showed me a room upstairs, but who do you want to enjoy of the party in a closed room? ... well, in the end I paid for a table at PIT because I no longer had the courage to keep wasting our time and when we finally sat down, they changed us again! just because they need the table ... they sent us to another table always in PIT but to the other corner why? just because they would use it for someone else. Discrimination? or what can that be called? ... I will definitely never make a birthday here again, it was a shame for the birthday girl that was her first time here. I just want to add that the one who made us the different night was our waitress, her name is Diana. He was a very attentive person and gave us a very special treatment.

I really enjoyed the location and music. Cleaning staff were very on top of people who were spilling drinks. Security staff were very kind as well. Overall great experience. 4 because drinks could have been a little better in taste.

It was my birthday we came from dinner. We walked on our heels and finally arrived. Long haired security was offensive, unprofessional and got his ego boost from playing cop. First time in downtown very disappointing. Never in my life I was questioned and assaulted like that. I wake up at 5 am all I wanted was an hour in, and he made sure to ruin my bday, while my other friends were already inside. They had to come out and we all went home.

Drink outside before you come in. So ridiculous. And if you do buy drinks inside, look at your receipt. They include tip already and a service fee and then they add the option for you to tip again when you sign. So not necessary to tip. Rip off.

Payed a pretty penny for bottle service to be treated poorly. Some staff were very rude especially the bartenders! (We wanted to walk over to bar just for fun) avoid a dark cloud over your night & don’t get bottle service here!

Worst bottle service/VIP service ever. Apart that I and my party paid 360.00 for a bottle they have a strict policy where one can't poor his own drink. Yo basically can't touch the bottle at all. I was trying to take a picture giving my cousin a shot because we were celebrating his birthday and I almost got thrown out. They're plenty of other night clubs with better bottle service, next time I'm taking my business elsewhere, were I feel appreciated.

I have been to many clubs in the world, but this is the worst one. you can't claim yourself an elite club when your security guy doesn't even know his fashion. everything he has said to us was tactful, incorrect and rude. this is why we flew first class out of that town while he stands there. making a bad name in LA and for all American service. Insulted my lady in front me of and my friends, she was wearing couture. idiot.

Me and my brother showed up wearing the same brand of shoe only let me in and not him. Neither of us were wearing vans or coverse which were stated not to be allowed. I asked the bouncer if he would play tennis in our shoes and he said no so I don't know what the problem is if the only difference between our shoes were the color they really really need to have a better accepted and not accepted footwear section especially since last time I had no problems getting in and this time I had to ask for the manager after the bouncer denied me entry. Please be more clear other than no vans coverse after saying they agree we are not wearing tennis shoes.

This is great if you want to dance to Salsa, hip-hop, and Latin. I felt like I was at a night club in Mexico since the majority of the people were Mexican. The place has three rooms. One of the small room was for hip-hop. The second room is a restaurant, but after 11:45 pm on Saturday, it becomes a salsa dance floor. The main floor plays Latin music on Saturday night . This is a great place if you come with a group. I don't recommend this place for single guys who are looking for girls since most of the girls are taken. The restaurant has a small menu, but the food is really good.

My only complaint with the conga room is the people they hire. At the entrance where they check your ID I was accused by the person working if I was drunk, which was not the case I work 14hrs a day and my feet where hurting from the heels. If It looked like i was walking a bit off balance was due to my heels and me being tired. They really need to train the people they hire very unprofessional. Besides that I always have a good time the music is great and the resturant is good too.

Best place to get drinks Los Angeles hands down. I recommend going for bartender's choice. They never seem to get it wrong. Great place to have a conversation with good company. Definitely a place to stop by before hitting the town.

A great place to go out for dancing! If you love Latin music this is the spot to go too. The place really does fill up at night so it's not a bad idea to get there a but early if you want to hang out and get a drink before it gets packed.

Ever famous Conga Room....moved from Wilshire Coridor to Staples Center. It's a mixture of night club...go go dancing...electric venue. The location is partitioned into three sub rooms..one you can have dinner...little over priced and converted into a bachata dancing...you move to main dance room...have guy dressed in neon attire walking around in stilts....for entertainment. DJ rolling tunes that mark occasion....Conga Room...more like dance hall than what it used to be....live music from past greats....Poncho Sanchez ect.... Place trying cater to new generation.....not much salsa dancing.

I came with my friendS here and what an amazing place !! I live in downtown and I had no idea what an amazing place this is. We had an delicious dinner and drinks... the margarita was one of the best I've ever had !! All the staff were very friendly, I felt at home right away. And the dance floor was incredible... I love salsa. I really enjoyed this place and will be back for more for sure! If you like great food and to have fun you should go to this place!!! :)

It was my fist time in Downtown Los Angeles walking with my girlfriend by this place. We were curious about how much the cover was so I approached the bouncer at the front entrance. I kindly asked how much it was going to cost to enter the facility and the bouncer rudely replied in front of a large crowd, "It's $20 dollars & you can't get in!". Consider I was not wearing formal wear. I was just curious and asked a simple question regarding entrance fee. He was way to quick to judge the way I looked & neglected my entrance. After his rude statement, I replied and said "I didn't ask you about the dress code policy and I quickly walked away and said Thank you! My girlfriend and I were actually thinking about returning back with proper dress code wear, but after his rude judgement, we will never return to a place like this that has rude employees.

I've always came here and never had a problem. I came again on Friday 1/26/2018 and this girl accused my friend and I of throwing beer on her even though we were not on the same dance floor as her and the head security ( guy with blue shirt and glasses) handled the situation very poorly. He took us into this empty hall way to talk to us along with a female security, which he then proceeded to state how the complaining party seemed more credible.Even though we had witness to prove otherwise, he refused to listen to us and on top of that disrespected us. Not to mention cursed at us. Poor customer service.

Great place. You can buy tickets online $20 each. The drinks were $13-$16. They have an outside balcony plus 3 rooms. Great crowd of all ages and dressed to impress. Parking was only $10. Then security at this place sucks balls. Doors were wide open, invited all of us in, got half way up the stairs and they tell every one to stand outside the door cause that aren't open and can have us in there. Then they come back in a few minutes and push everyone back out into the open area saying we can't be that close. I got the distinct impression they were only interested in flexing muscle rather than welcoming a large private party. Pretty bad for a private event. Had no clue what they were doing or when they were doing it.

I’ve been here 6-10 times. The vibe and music is amazing. Friendly security. But lately I’ve been noticing each bar charges differently. One bartender maybe charge me about $9-12 for a cocktail and another bartender raises the price to about $15-17 and I’m ordering the same drink every time. Last night (3/15/19) I was charged $70 for two mix drinks and they asked if I wanted to make it a double, I agreed. If it was going to cost me $70 I wouldn’t have accepted. I feel they used the same amount of alchol for a single but poured more syrup to top it off. I’ll enjoy some drinks somewhere that is less expensive then head on over to this place.

I really like that they have many security guys. DJs were not too bad but all the good new music we have and they have to go all the way back to old reggaetons, c'mon now.... They mixed cumbia and rock en español which were good but can u guys please make it little less long period in each genre? Gets boring to listen to same type of songs over and over. Me and 10 friends go out to this club every Friday and Saturday . But since we were in an unpleasant situation at the last time we did not return to this low level. How can I spend the moment I enter the club and realize that my credit card or my Cigarettes stays in the car ?? And if I wanted to leave after I came in I would have to pay again. What foolishness and foolishness, and who made this law. In other words, a kind of coercion or stay or thank you for paying and seeing. shame!! Thank you very much. We will not go back to you anymore and we will not recommend anyone. Even so you are collapsing Fridays The place is empty !!

What a nice place!!! The atmosphere is awesome, FUN! It was my second time there and again I loved it! Me and my group of friends had an amazing time, dinner+drinks at the restaurant and then CONGA at the club!! A bunch of pretty people having fun, the place was packed but you don't feel it at all, I was surprised on how easy to move around it was! the staff is always clearing the bar to make sure everyone gets a chance to order something! Can't wait to go back!

It was my first time there last night and it will definitely be my last. I was asking a security if I was in the right line because there wasn't anyone when another security comes a takes a bottle of juice I had out of my hand with out asking he just grabbed it and went to smell it. I told him it had alcohol but I was about to throw it away. He asked me to leave for 30 mins and come back. On my birthday!!!! So I did. But at that point I had to pay to get in. To top it off I paid $60 for two watered down drinks ??? Hated it. Don't recommend it .

Very Very Dissapointed! We saw Ivy Queen which I love! What we thought was a concert? Was a rip-off ! The advertising for Ivy said., She would start from 10-1am? Well we rushed over at 9:40., walked from the expensive hotel me and my sister rented at 220 a night ! Had dinner which cost 140 dollars..at a restaurant near by.. I paid 45o in total for me and my sister! We had front row seats ! So.. we get there .. waited only to find out she not starting until 11pm? So we thought ok? She give a 2 hour concert it’s ok.. she was 10 min late, she sang few songs.. performed great. Of course..,however.. she only sang for 1 hour! Maybe 15 min.. wrk is this because we where back st hotel st 12:40!!! To add insult to injury? Ivy went to take pictures w the people in back??? Way back! She never came to us? The people who paid 220 a ticket ???? I was upset... it was my sisters bday gift.. even tho we enjoyed sister time and Ivy was like we said awesome but? Did we get our moneys worth? Do the math people! False advertisement from Conga Room and Ivy didn’t appreciate the VIP section not 1 picture not one rose? Not handshake .. wow Never going back to conga again?’ ! As far as Ivy maybe just maybe give her benefit of doubt ? But. Not spending over 200 to see her perform for 1 hour and 15.. very sad upset! Everyone was saying the same on our way out ! So we aren’t alone in this ! Feel robbed period..

I have been misleaded at the entrance. It was supposed to have a salsa room. After paying 20$ per person, we have been told that the room wasn't operating that Friday. A lot of too young crowd plus music was almost all reagaton and Spanish rock and roll and style music. No Salsa, no Bachata whatsoever and that was what I was looking for.

If you are gay DONT come here you will be made to feel less than by the security staff. This club stereotypes members of the gay community and they are clearly homophobic and thought it was funny worst experience of my life extremely disappointed that this behavior still happens in Los Angeles.As I pointed out the guards behavior and his clear disrespect as of course he called me sir instead of ma’am and then said whatever you are you’re not allowed in.I asked to speak to a manager and of course he was the manager. This place is a joke and they disrespected me several times as I was simply asking what is your justification for not letting me in.They pointed out the dress code however I was following the dress code policy Worst experience ever very disrespectful to a lesbian woman
