Here you will be able to see the information of people who consume the products and services of American Airlines Admiral\'s Club (Night Club) in the area close to the state of Arizona.
At this moment the firm has a rating of 4.2 over 5 and the score was based on 553 reviews.
As you can see its rating is quite good, and it is founded on a high number of scores, so we can think that the rating is quite credible. If there are many people who bothered to value when they are satisfied with the business, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually bother to give tatings when they are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Night Club belongs to the category of Travel lounge.
Area code really focus on some mid-century modern design rather some shady cheap low chain hotel style. Last time I visited there was chili all over the cabinets as well as a mess everywhere. Reception style at the entrance is incredibly professional. it's just that the interior really really really sucks. Every lounge in the world should have between 4 and 6 massage chairs.
Just the right number of seats for the time of day. Food from the menu is terrible. It has gotten worse over the past few months.
Great place to relax in between flights. Any concerns with your update of a flight the attendance will help you and give you options you get to your destination bartenders at the club can hold a conversation with every stranger at the bar love their double expresso bar. With my flying schedule I could be in the club in the morning afternoon or evening are the same friendly congenial atmosphere makes you very comfortable
A quiet, clean lounge. A little busy at times, so I imagine it would get crowded. The bar was busy and the food selection was pretty standard for an Admirals Club.
Service was wonderful. I had an hour and a half layover and everything was clean and stocked. The staff made sure I had what I needed and got a fresh drink when I was ready for it. Made the time between flights a much needed break.
Very nice place. Staff was very helpful with securing me a hotel and food voucher because of a plane delay that caused me to miss the last flight to San Diego for the night. I would definitely recommend.
Everyone was very kind, loved the guacamole bar.
Love the Admirals Lounge.
Consistent with AA lounges. No thrills.
Great place to relax before during and after flights
Nice stop over.
Did not know where it was located. I probably would have liked it
Good food and pleasant environment! Worth the visit if you have a longer layover.
Always greated with a smile and an offer to assist with travel plans.
It is a comfortable and useful place to relax or get some work done while waiting for a flight.
Getting increasingly crowded, I pay for the privilege every year, but now seems one just needs to choose a credit card and you have access. No longer the experience it used to be with the exception of the flagship lounges, those are still amazing.
Great service. Club is a bit tired but still enjoyed.
Always clean, comfortable, and a courteous staff. The ran out of to go options, but had plenty to snack on.
The club is all about the staff and Mr. Singletary makes this top notch!
First flight ,ever but people were so nice an got me wheel chair, an remembered I needed a wheelchair to get of plain an that a disabled passenger , will not be forgotten, if I ever have to fly again American airlines number 1 in my book,
Always better to spend any time in this lounge than the general waiting area. More comfy seats and they always have great finger foods and awesome coffee.
Clean. Decent light fare. A pleasant place to await the next leg of your journey.
Very nicely set up. Service was excellent, although not all the booze is inclusive. Paid about $13 USD for a scotch. Good options for snacks and fresh food. The bartender was awesome. Atmosphere is great and cleanliness was top-notch.
It's a US Airline lounge, very basic as lounges go
Clean and good snacks, but way too small.
It's rather small, but the staff is super friendly!
Very nice club with friendly people.
One of the newly updated Admirals Clubs.
Nice place to relax before flight
Comfortable and clean. A nice way to get away from 80% of the travelling crowd. I'd say give it a shot, even if only for the food and quiet.
First class place. Great service and a relaxed atmosphere.
The Admirals Club in A was tooooo crowded! We had a hard time finding a seat even!! Otherwise, food etc. was great!
Clean, coffee pretty good, convenient, nice furnishings.
The Admiral's club next to A6 is one of the better ones in PHX. Nice seating and a good size.
Was crowded in Phoenix. Just a quick stop forme for a drink and bathroom. Appears clean and lots of snacks.
Excellent customer service!
Charges for drinks...not cool. Why one would pay $59 to pay for drinks as well?
Excellent place to lounge while waiting for your flight. Beverages, light food, clean, comfortable seating, and many places to charge up electronics. Never been so relaxed before flying!
It's a little small but definitely enjoy waiting for flights in the lounge.
AA clubs in Phoenix Sky Harbor are really nice The smaller is located in the A terminal which seems to be where most of my flights leave from but it's large enough to get the job done. Healthy snack options, free water and coffee is always a money saver in the airport. Friendly staff always clean and we'll stocked.
Just had a good and relaxing time while waiting for my next flight. Highly recommended if you have access.
Nice seating, free well cocktails and quiet, unless of course someone arrives with children which in my opinion do not belong in a lounge.
Small AA lounge, limited food options, now OWEs use boarding pass for premium drinks (don't know if you are allowed more than two previously given with vouchers).
Large lounge, with good food, lots of seating (and outlets), and very nice showers
Quiet, comfortable seating, a nice selection of small bites and a very pleasant staff
I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received as a guest at the Admiral's Club. Beau was an outstanding bartender and the food was delicious.
Poor choice of snacks compared to international ones must be cheap American airport
So the Low A club and B club is very nice. The new transition to good snacks and themed days such as BYO nachos and crepes for breakfast is awesome. However, the small bathrooms are a bit sad for a remodeled club. The high A gate club is very small and often overcrowded. It is a nice thing that Fat Tire is complementary now. Staff is usually very attentive and it's a great place to hang out before your flight. Hopefully AA continues to move forward with improvements. I wish for being an AA hub however the clubs were a bit nicer.
Food options weren't that great and they don't really tell you which booze is free and not free. I observed someone foolishly I think the woodford was free and perplexed when he was asked to open a tab (yes the drinks were already poured lol)
American suck. The airline operations are terrible. Cancelling flights, talking days to give refund on credit cards while they can take a payment from credit card in a millisecond. When will they learn that "unexpected high call volumes" are expected. It is the norm. Most airlines have a bad day, but traveling with these jokers for last few years kills me.
The food was excellent. The room was lovely.
They have great customer service and the food have a good quality .
Before boarding a flight I visit the club and have a few drinks.
Makes traveling so much nicer
Almost nowhere to sit. $30 for 3 drinks? What is the point in paying for the membership?
Nice relaxing change up for layovers
Great atmosphere , plenty of room and friendly staff.
A great place to spend time and get a bite to eat if you have a membership. Now serving avocado toast in the morning!
Need to get more value too the customer, especial when are plain delayed.
Good atmosphere and staff is constantly picking up and restocking. Plenty of varied seating but was very packed for holiday weekend. Good selection of complimentary beer and wine with finer options available for cost.
Too crowded. A concourse facility. Had to kneel down to sit
Food for purchase nice atmosphere free WiFi . Most other airport lounges food is free.
Spicy bloodys do the trick after a Dallas Roughnecks win!
Had everything I needed to help me endure a 4 hour delay: food, drinks, comfortable seats, wifi and TV. Was able to rest, watch tennis and work
As an active duty military member, my admission is free. I can’t beat the service and appreciation American Airlines provides with their Admirals Lounge access. The staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming, often times more than eager to help with any issues I may be experiencing. As for the Admirals Lounge in Terminal A; it was clean, quiet, and relatively empty. Service from the bar was prompt and respectful. Dinner spread was the typical hummus, carrots and quinoa.
My experience with American Airlines was a very good one. I flew across the country from Pittsburgh, PA to Ontario, CA with one connection in Phoenix. I always say that any flight that lands safely is a good one! But in all seriousness, I think the boarding process was very smooth, staff very professional, and just seemed like they go out of your way to make sure you are having a great experience. I don't like the fact they charge $30 for 1 bag, but I did not check a bag on this trip so it was fine.
Paid $59 for a disgusting bathroom, rude staff, disappointing food and beverage. Definitely reflective of what American Airlines and all associated with it has come to represent. Instead of trying to fix anything when I brought this all to their attention, they just said, “we don’t offer refunds.” Shows that I am dealing with a questionable reputable business.
Perfect place to finish up business while in a relaxed setting and at the same time enjoying sumptuous menus.
The Admirals club was quiet and comfortable. Also had good coffee and snacks.
Bar tenders are great
They are rude and not very helpful.. My husband and I got seats together.. I have a disability do it's pretty important we were together. Get to the gate not only are our seats not together, but I have no seat at all.. keep in mind we paid extra for our seats to be together... Horrible horrible service
So nice to relax and grab a drink and some food.
Love the care after or before a long flight. Good food and drinks!
The club would be ok if it wasn't so crowded. Problem finding 2 seats together and it was quite noisey with so many people on cell phones.
One of the nicer Admiral Club locations. Friendly staff.
The key perk I expected was decent WiFi, but it turned out to be sketchy. They don't offer complimentary food here, but with my first class ticket, they included two drinks at the bar, which I decided not to have. All this place would need to get a five star rating from me is excellent WiFi.
Relaxing and quiet oasis in a busy airport. Love having a place to relax and enjoy a refreshment before my flight.
The Admirals club in the first A concourse is much nicer and bigger than the one in the second A concourse. The food and drinks options are about the same at both locations. As far as service and customer greetings it just depends on the mood of the employees. I have experienced very cheerful employees when I enter but also some grumpy ones. But who can really blame them. American is getting beat up daily in the press for their operations from a management perspective which I am sure doesn't help.
Female bartender is awesome, snacks are ok, with a decent selection. Sometimes a bit chaotic, especially when children are left to run around unsupervised. Definitely try the fresh guacamole!
Small but clean and well-organized lounge with friendly staff. I don't drink alcohol so can't comment on the free drinks but those who do drink seemed to be enjoying their relaxing potions. As usual in a smaller lounge the food selections are limited to a couple of soups, finger foods, a couple of cookie selections and some nice chocolate fudge. In all, a quiet comfortable place to relax while waiting for your flight to board.
Great spot to pass time while waiting for a flight.
Love thirs place, customer service is amazing!!
Relaxing atmosphere. So nice to be in a club where there's room to relax and the staff are so nice!
the admiral club at the RDU airport (Raleigh/ Durham) intl airport was extremely disturbing. I was told that my family and I were not allowed because we were not flying international nor were we admiral club members ($450 annual fee). i have visited this club at this airport with my colleague from work a few months ago and we flew domestic, with NO issues.. my family and i flew first class and apparently there is NO value of that by American. In addition, ther service on the flight was poor and to top it all, my 1 bag which i checked in 4 HOURS prior to departure DID NOT even make it to Chicago. ..I am very disappointed in the American Airlines hospitality and what thry have to offer. This first class trip was a gift to our kids and my son for his birthday and I was not pleased with the outcome.. AA staff, if your reading this, pay attention to your customers' compliants or stop crying fowl play wheb the internationL airlines takes your business because of your poor service.
I love this little club! Staff is wonderful!
The employees make this place a pleasant "getaway" while traveling.
It's nice. A lot better than sitting in the terminal waiting area.
Friendly, efficient staff. Snacks, drinks, a special order meals.
It's better than sitting at the gate. Free snacks and well drinks plus food to order.
Large AA lounge with good food and service
Is always pleasant to be here on long overlays! Thank you!
I have traveled for the past 40 years and on american since 1984. I always view the admirals club as a place to relax, do some business, get a couple drinks before catching my next plane. A great place to get away from the busy airport.
They've upgraded breakfast to add hot proteins.
No wifi working. Minimal choice of food. One drink only... Most 3rd world countries have a far better lounge
The club is fine for admiral club. Why is it that the international clubs are so much better?
Club is great, staff are friendly and helpful, but they are very crowded in recent months.
Amazing people that work there Donna W. and John K. are amazing always have a smile on their face and make others smile as well.
Friendly staff, clean comfortable area to relax while waiting for departure. Great snack options.
Menu is boring and unchanged. Cookies are fine
Great friendly staff
Good place to unwind while waiting for your next flight.
Intermittent Wi-Fi. Otherwise what is expected
Always a nice experience here. Love the new mac & cheese "soup" choice.
Friendly staff, delicious guacamole made to order infront of you. Newly renovated
If your flight is cancelled or late the lounge is perfect for travelling.
A bit crowded on most days....lacking on the quality and quantity of snacks and other Apps.....
The seats were great would of rather got window seats but the overall experience was just fine
No crowds. All you can eat food and drinks. Good wifi coverage.
A good place for a snack or drink and check the email before a flight. Service is excellent. My only complaint is that the work cubes are in a small, windowless room.
Great club!! Clair is super nice!!
Best way to spend time between flights or arriving early. Avoids the constant airport noise.
Small but comfortable. Good coffee and free New York Times.
Comfy, but not as good as the SkyClub across the hall.
This is the one of the busiest clubs in the system. The staff is lovely and tries to keep up but it is all but impossible. American should add more space!
Very good location near the gate I was departing from. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Seating was well situated and comfortable. A nice place to wait for your flight.
Greeted with a smile. Nice. Avocado toast was wonderful. No seats...people walking around looking for seats. One small restroom each. Crazy! Need expansion...
Wonderful place to wait for your flight with great personnel to help in every way. Drinks is, snacks, wifi and comfortable seating.
Very quiet place you kinda forget your actually at an airport
Underwhelming, very limited food to order selection, cramped quarters, English not a primary language for most staff
Nothing like other lounges as far as quality of food offering or range.
Comfortable, great guacamole made fresh
The staff is great!
Good place to wait for your flight.
This airline is awful. The only reason google thinks I was in the admiral's club was because I was delayed for 4 hours due to mechanical issues. All I got was a soda and bag of chips for my troubles. You know, what jet blue gives for free. So much for flying first class.
It's an Admirals club. They are pretty standard across the board. But the people here make this one awesome! Ms Terri, Ms Maureen, Ms Carol (retired and we miss her). Thanks to all of you!!
Pretty rad spot. Free drinks and decent food. Get the soup or order food
I love this admirals club. It's small and cozy and the staff is super friendly!
Definitely better than waiting at the gate, but not quite to the same level as other airlines' lounges.
When able, I try to make a pitstop at this club location as it is larger than some elsewhere in the airport and, generally, well staffed and supplied. Internet is ever ready, there's adequate seating - even for high traffic times - and the food service is satisfactory. The staff is always very pleasant.
Decent place, nice snacks and coffee
One of the better Admirals Clubs but nothing compared to a proper lounge.
Ok. Space limited. Food good enough
Very nice, but no timberline chili, they need to bring back, get rid of Mac and cheese
Enjoyed the made to order avocado toast breakfast sandwich - very cool idea.
Nice place.. Not too many people today..
Delayed flight was made a lot less stressful because of the club! Nice people!
Good place for a meal. Get work done...cant go wrong. Clean surroundings...
Comfortable and has wifi and power sockets, but the food is nothing to speak about. Only snacky junk. Qantas lounges leave this for dead.
Rdu was excellent service. Front desk, bar and wait staff. Also good soup on a cold day.
Great sit down and staff, highly recommend
Friendly staff...comfortable seating and plenty of outlets including USB. Nice club but can get overcrowded at times.
The people are nice and it's a pleasant lounge though small. The food is very limited though especially if you want to eat healthy.
Great showers and plenty of them. Nice breakfast. Small lounge though and not too many comfy places to sit.
All the clubs are basically the same with food, bar, and amenities so these five stars are based on the staff at this one. Our flight was canceled and hotels were at a premium due to the hurricane evacuee situation, and while they weren't responsible for all of the frustrated travelers, they stayed late past their closing time to make sure everyone there was taken care of. I hope they realize how grateful we all were for their efforts.
Nice Bartenders and staff was very helpful.
I’m not entirely sure why this has received some lower ratings lately. I concur that the food selection could be a little more robust, but I don’t remember many Adm Clubs being deep on free food selection anyway. There were a ton of very well mannered and attentive staff, I even saw the manager clearing tables with a smile. It isn’t huge but it is very relaxing. It has showers which is great for anyone traveling 12 hours or more. It has all the required perks but not all the fluff hence the 4 stars. The quality of food and drinks rates probably 3.5 stars but the staff makes it better. I don’t understand the welcome center at the mezzanine and outbound floors but whatever. I had a great time and I think the value was worth it for any stop over an hour or if you’re in a rush and don’t want to wait in line for some sub-par overpriced airport food at the regular terminal. Also shout out to Mr. Heng he was legit.
Very nice and nice people. Not top end, but very good.
Nice to relax, have a cup of coffee while away from the noise and buzz at the gate. Full meals are served in the Admirals Lounge, be careful not to eat too much because they will feed you again on the plane
Great place to take a break between flights or before heading out. If there is a delay or cancellation, the staff is clutch and always comes through to help reroute you while you have a drink or snack. Worth the cost for sure!
This was my first visit to this Admirals Club. I arrived very early to the airport for an early flight. The Admirals Club was not open yet, 4:30am was the opening time. There were a few people waiting to get in as well. Once they opened, check-in was very quick and the agents we're very friendly and welcoming.
Other than the snotty front desk people it was great. The hosts at the desk sneered at other AA employees who did things differently.
Nice place to relax before your flight
Like it food was great and very comfortable place to relax atmosphere there was great.
Good place to chill before flight
The place is very small and was not organized well to accommodate the passengers. The food variety was absolutely terrible. Delta airline lounge is better than this place. I wish that american airline will upgrade their lounge at RDU!!.
