Mulligan's presents a unique entertainment and dining experience for the Montgomery. Conveniently located in Millbrook and easily accessible from Wetumpka, Prattville and I-85 this establishment is roomy and well attended. They offer two bars, one of which is in a relatively quiet section of the location making for a comfortable place to eat and drink while staying free of the crowd from the second bar which is highlighted by a dancefloor and live DJ with a mix of music that appeals to the entire crowd. Both sides of the pub also boast high quality pool tables to include well maintained cue sticks chalk and even powder. Overall the environment is clean and comfortable with plenty of room to move around. The menu for bar food, dinner food and drinks are top notch with some creative selections. They do offer some classic Irish dishes, but unfortunately they only have these seasonally so don't go expecting bangers and mash or corned beef and cabbage except in St. Patty's season but they make up for that with other unique offerings. It's not often I recommend a burger at a restaurant just because they are common, but in the unique fashion that Mulligan's runs things they have their own recipe for handmade patties that are phenomenal. Both their burger and their Philly are excellent choices off of their long dinner menu. If you are looking for something lighter they have Southwest egg rolls that have more ingredients than I could list in them but they are served with a sauce that is delightfully zesty and makes a perfect pairing. If you are out with a friend or two the loaded nachos are amazing with a menagerie of toppings including queso chili con carne olives and diced jalapenos on a platter of house made fresh nachos! One more thing to add about their kitchen-- they proudly boast an A+ 100 score on their health inspection which is something you won't find at any restaurant in Prattville. The drinks were excellent and all poured with great consistency. I ordered a top shelf long island to start my night and the bar tender gave me options for all of the alcohol in it so it was made perfectly to my request. The ones that followed that were all identical to the first without having to go back througg my preferences. I found the bar tender to be VERY experienced in handling a busy room and I never waited more than a minute for any drink I asked for. HIGHLY impressed! While you're there be sure to give their lemon drop shot a try or three. They are served sugar rimmed and made with fresh lemon juice leading to a delicious shot that you could easily have too many of. Pricing at Mulligan's is right in line with other local bars that I have been to and honestly could be higher because of the level of service and clean atmosphere of the establishment. We have to remember this is Alabama and the ABC commission does like to take their chunk of tax on all liquor, so we can't drink quite as inexpensively as you might in other states. Food pricing again is spot on from the bar to the dinner menu. After spending four hours eating myself into a food coma trying the menu and drinking towards a coma I was pleasantly surprised by the cost at the end of the night. This is a 21+ establishment and they do have security at the door and in the crowd, but you will only notice them when you come in and they check your ID or if you happen to get out of hand. The entire staff from the owners to the bar backs are incredibly professional and attentive. My final review of Mulligan's is as follows: all of the bars in the area should send their management to Mulligan's for a night to see how an establishment of this type should be run. This was by far and away the best bar experience I've had in the tri-county area and I tip my hat to the owners and the staff for deserving a review of excellent. I look forward to my return trips!

Great place to eat, dance, or play pool. They have two bars as well. They have a mixed crowd (ages and races) so you'll always find someone you will want to talk to.They are quick to stop any nonsense if anything does happen to occur. Fairly quick service depending on the crowd size. I'd definitely recommend this pub over Dooleys!

The last time I was there they had no draft beer and no craft beers. Do they have either/both now? Their response to this question is about like the service they provided. Pitiful.

This was on a Thursday night and not much at all going on. The food was fair and eatable. Service was aweful. Bar maid was Sam, a girl, as she NEVER asked how my food was, do you need anything, etc. Basically customer service 101. It seemed like it was an okay place but this experience really sucked. They had a social hour going on with what seemed to be locals so maybe that's why Sam didn't have her eye on the rest of the guest. Very involved with her girl friends and the latest gossip or drama. Sorry, I just can't give this experience a high rating. I won't say don't go, but just know what I experienced on this day as I can see the 5's on the reviews. Respectfully

We went to the zombie prom, dressed up, and no one else was dressed up. Then they was supposed to do a contest but cancelled it because we were the only ones that did it. We were kinda disappointed about that but we still had fun. They also need to lower their coke price from 2 bucks to a dollar.

Overly loud music and the drinks are overpriced. If it was a more upscale bar I could see the price being justified but it’s just a hole in the wall. Did not like it!!!
