Well to be honest I rode my scooter several hundred miles because this Hooters happens to be mentioned in a book series I read, but it was a nice restaurant with good beers and of course you are in NASA territory!

Would not recommend. Service was awful. Ordered a drink 20 minutes later still no drink. I told waitress to cancel it. She said she just put it in! Really then she said sorry I had to close my three other tables. Food came out at the shelf it sat there about 4 minutes. Food and appetizers came out together. Just had water to drink and was almost afraid to drink it lol. But then she ask if I wanted manager I said yes. She came and just made things worst. Only thing she did was take the appetizer off. I wouldn't be surprised if this place last another year. You all have been warned!

I went late on a busy Saturday night. Unfortunately, it took over an hour to get our food. The wait staff was nice and we were compensated. I would go again because I really want to try the wings. Hopefully the service is a little faster.

With Hooters you expect to have good fun and somewhat ok food. However, this particular franchise location isn't really either. Last time we went it took almost 10 minutes before a waitress came to the table (I timed) and it was 1pm on a Thursday. When she showed up finally she told is it wasn't her fault. The food wasn't what we ordered and was a bit cold when we got it. Their chicken wings are almost the worst in Huntsville (about like most on any franchise's appetizer menu). If you want great wings in Huntsville AL try Baumhauers, Beauregard's, or Crickets. All are far better.

This place is a joke. The “manager” (if she was one) does not know what’s going on. I really wish the district manager or corporate would take over this place and re-staff it. Food is never ready when you order and the staff is usually rude.

We used to eat at this location frequently, but this visit left us very disappointed. The restrooms were very dirty. The food was okay, but nothing like it used to be. Our server was nice, but our overall experience was not good. We won't be back for a while.

I went here long enough to tell a work group I didnt like the choice & wouldnt be staying where the young servers were so objectified. In my opinion, it's not a good job option & there arent any wings good enough to justify the atmosphere. I did not stay or order.

Waitress was attentive and helpful. MADE sure she relate repeated our order back correctly. My man salad comes out. It's fresh and at the RIGHT temp. He insisted I eat with him because it was taking MY wings and tots longer to come out. She kept going to check and COMING BACK to the table in disappointment. I FELT SORRY FOR HER....it wasn't HER fault. She ALWAYS came BACK to me VERY apologetic. THANK YOU, Kristin YOU were AWESOME young lady.

I’ve always loved Hooters love the beautiful girls and the food,but last night I did not like my food.I ordered phillycheese steak with onions rings and made it the Texas way and my sandwich was not steak it was ground-beef. It was nasty! If they ran out of steak they should’ve came out and told me I would’ve been happy to changed it to chicken giving the circumstances that it was late and they probably was tired and ready to go home.

Mediocre. Been to better Hooters. Server was very distracted. She didnt even give us her name and when she took our drink order she was ready to take our food order. Barely saw her on the floor and she took forever to take our order, bring our drinks, and then at the end of the meal asked if I wanted a refill. Having hot wings, I kinda wanted a refill for my drink so I said sure and then that took forever.

In the last 2 years or so this place has declined during lunch service. On my last visit my boneless wings had been tossed in the wrong sauce and the wings and fries were cold. My drink was not refilled until the check came. This place used to have some of the best bar food, and best service in Huntsville. I used to go here once a week or so, but that is no longer the case.

Went for lunch order wings which were rock hard. Fries cold. Waitress was never anywhere to be found. Also, I saw both cooks just standing around on there phone's as we're other waitresses.

This Hooters (Huntsville) is what it is I guess. It has had a cleanliness problem for as long as I can remember. I do think this management appears to be trying to address it. But because it wasn't for so long, it is likely hard to get it where it needs to be. They need to rip that building down and build new. Then before anything else, teach every employee how to clean. Now the good ... the smoked wings are amazing!

The food took nearly 40 minutes, and the beer took 15 minutes because they had to wash cups. Calvin who was the manager on duty was just sitting around talking to the girls doing absolutely nothing. That is not how a manager should run things. The only reason I gave this Hooters 2 stars is because our server, Maci, was very sweet and hard working. Edit:Let me start off by saying I came here last year and they were out of smoked wings and fries. I come back a year later and they were out of French fries and tots. The manager is doing the girls here a disservice by not having these things stocked. When Kristy/Christy, the manager, came to our table she blamed the person ordering the food. YOU ARE THE MANAGER. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. She discounted us 10% and that was it. No comps. Totally unacceptable. A manager should never blame other staff when it is their responsibility.

Wings have been pretty good for the most part, but the service has steadily declined over the last several months, tonight included. Our server had a very indifferent attitude, almost to the point of being rude. Spent more time talking to her male friend than checking on our table. Service used to be really great. Not so much any more.

Their service is extremely slow. I ordered food for my family and half of the food wasn’t in the to go bag. The attitudes were extremely horrible. I will never go back to the hooters ever again. My meal was $100 and for them to mess it up like that is outrageous. I had a long day and kids to feed. And for all that I could’ve warmed some noodles in the microwave. Goodbye Hooters.

The food is sports bar mainstays, such as burgers and chicken, served in large portions, so large you will find it hard to finish. But the ambiance: several big screen TVs with volume maxed out makes it hard to hold a conversation or communicate with your waitress unless you shout at the top of your lungs. A bomb blast from a movie trailer is so loud you are almost ready to dive under the table. For this reason alone, I give it a 2.

Took baby there to reward him for 6 month shots. I asked if girls would take a pic with him and they practically fell over themselves to accommodate. They genuinely seemed to want to partake. Also, their food is always good to me. Bar food, yes, but it is always cooked just right and flavored very well.

Had dinner here tonight with my family. Out waitress Kristen was very good! Never had to wait for a refill and she was overall very good. However there was a mixup with our food and another tables food. We had both ordered shrimp and their shrimp was brought to our table us having ordered shrimp also didn’t question it and started eating. After a few minutes we were very rudely approached by a dark waitress with straight black hair and highlights. She was rude and upset at us for her mistake. I am a waitress in a well respected restaurant so I know how things should be handled. She said we had the wrong food and that she could add it to our ticket or take it away. We said just add it to the ticket and we were then approached by our waitress (Kristen) and another waitress with blonde curly hair asking nicely if it was okay too add to our ticket because we received an extra item. All was well after that but the way we were approached was not appropriate, action needs to be taken and she needs to learn how to handle her mistakes and speak with respect. She brought the food to the wrong table and that’s that, it was her mishap and no one else’s. It was also not her place to approach us the way she did. And if she is reading this my family and I have a tip for you, learn to better.

I am recanting my initial review with five stars. The girls they have now are beautiful and rock their sections by juggling tables and all the while keep a positive attitude. I come here once a month with my family and for a while there I thought this location was slacking when it came to beauty standards. And considering how busy they were everything seemed so effortless for our waitress who is a master in the realm of serving. These women are clearly hard workers and know what they are doing. My only beef is that a small handful didn't go the extra mile with makeup and hair. I like getting pictures taken and I want to see full faces and hair done. All natural women are still beautiful but just don't have that same glowing, polished look. This is a fixable problem for the managers so 5/5 anyway.

We ordered from door dash, our food that we received was so good, but we didn’t get our complete order. I didn’t receive two extra sauces, ranch, or my side item. (Fries). I paid extra for these items and didn’t receive any of them. But, the food I received was tasty. However, I won’t be ordering hooters to the house again.

Food came out fries saturated in grease dripping all over. Asked for replacement manager came over very apologetic said 3 minutes and I'd have replacement. 10 minutes and empty beer waitress finally comes back by and asks if I'd rather just not have fries as was taking so long never offers a refill on beer, then back comes manager not caring that I never got a refill or fries just said she had taken off cost of fries. Really that's it duh of course I'm not paying for fries I didn't get or poor service. I always tip well but 0 for poor service at Huntsville Hooters. Just wanted a couple beers and food and to watch game.

Terrible service seems to be the going thing here. As we waited at the door for 20min not even being acknowledged we just started joking with the other 20 people standing around in the same shoes as us to learn 2 of them ended up waiting over an hour past the pick up time for a to go order. Once finally seated by some young man from the back we ordered to receive our entree fairly quick but our appetizer and fries come out finally once we were finished. Poor management at its finest here people. The servers don’t even look like they care to be there. Lazy and just clueless.
