I received excellent service from an experienced bartender who was clearly invested in providing fast, efficient customer service. Otherwise, this is a place that reminds you your dreams died at least five years ago and you are attempting to fill that void with the sense of hope and possibility that ordering a satisfying plate of nachos can engender. The dish arrives. You consume what you can bear. The soggy chips and mysterious stripes of white cream sauce leave you with the offal aftertaste of failure, which is not so much a return to your natural state as an amplification of it. Enter at your own risk.

I ordered the new Strawberry Chicken Salad. The dressing was in the bottom of the bowl and after mixing everything, I still needed to ask for more dressing. I normally don't use much so it was out of character to ask for more. I felt a bit chastised when requesting more dressing. My husband ordered the salad with fried chicken strips but no salad dressing came with it so when we flagged down our waitress she promptly brought the honey mustard dressing. I appreciated that more napkins were automatically provided without asking.

On a roadtrip & all we wanted was a good meal in comfort, which is why we chose Applebees. However, when we walked in, I asked the waitress if we could have the big round booth.She said we only have one & brought us to a reg. booth.I said I thought we'd be too cramped with 3 adults & 3 children ages 10,11&13!-she replied "this booth seats 6"- when we sat down,there was no room for our coats & my purse, we could barely move & I knew it was going to be a nightmare when our food came, so I asked for the manager, who moved us to the big booth & switched our waitress, who was wonderful & our food was delicious. I had steak, garlic green beans, salad with bleu cheese dressing & a margarita. It was wonderful, but my drink wasn't served in a margarita glass, but in a tall glass instead. By the way, there were only 4 people in the restaurant, so the booth never should've been an issue.

The food was great. The sever was decent. But the hostess. When we walked in told us she can't double seat us. So she had to place us in another area of the store. She does. As i looked over i noticed she had no problem seating others on the side of the store where we originally wanted to sit. If I'm a paying customer i should be able to sit where ever i want. I don't like that at all...hostess had bad customer service skills which is why give this store stars

The one star is for the server who was great. The food was super salty and I like salt. The riblets were burnt and tough. The hostess was so nonchalant and soft spoken, our waitress even said she didn't understand her most of the time. Not the type of person to have on the front line. The hostess even apologized for the bad service on the way out. Not inclined to go back to this location.

My friends and I were in York to get some food. My friend's parents were also at Applebees. My friends ended up having them pay for their meal. Well as soon as they figured out they were parents of some of our group, they told them that they thought we were going to Dine N Dash. They had our table on watch. A waiter or waitress would walk by every minute or so, more than usual. My friend's parents talked to them and they realized they were wrong they came up to us and apologized. Other than that the waiter was nice and the food was good but I don't think I will be going back, and because of that I am giving them a one star review.

We went here last night and I ordered the new Pasta dish Rigatoni..now let me tell you this, the first time I had this dish was in Augusta Maine Applebees ,and it was excellent ..so when we went to York Nebraska Applebees a week later I diffently wanted to get the same dish. the pasta was tuff I had to cut it with my steak knife and even then I had a tuff time cutting through it, it was like a piece of rubber, I would say mayber 2 pieces I could cut with my fork. The place was packed and the waiter was awesome ..but I never send my food back because you never know what the cook will do to it. And I didn't taste any cheese in the pasta..and my tea looked and tasted like water. This experience won't stop us from coming back . I don't recommend anyone to get that pasta dish (rigatoni)

Service is pretty bad here, was here on a Tuesday night , we were a table of 6 and waited 45 Minutes for our meals. I ordered bourbon street chicken and shrimp. Shrimp was cold but chicken was great. On the other orders steak was good but ribs were cold. Both pasta orders were great. And chips and spinach dip was good.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with friends. Our server was awesome! She was right on top of things, very attentive and super nice. The food was great. I had the 4 cheese mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken. The taste is amazing. My husband had the riblets which are his favorite. We also tried the new apple fritter dessert. I was stuffed but had to try it and it was worth it. Glad we shared it because it was too big to eat. I'm sure if I hadn't eaten so much I could've handled the fritter by myself.

The new fajitas we're amazing. Our server Ruth was attentive and took the deal off our small table right away and had no issues taking our payment vs using that nasty thing on the table. I am giving you five stars however I think you need to rethink the deal on the tables. One server once told us they clean them after every shift. Otherwise we love Altoona Applebee's. We'll be back for sure!

We have been coming here for years and have always enjoyed our meal and service. We come from Canada and the manager always remembers who we are. Very polite and even when something didn't come out right it was redone for us perfectly. Very pleased with everything. I never expect anything for free like most people do, all I request is for it to be the way I like it and they always accommodate. Great job.

Usually it is great, go every Monday night, I order a captain Bahamas mama as usual, and it is suppose to come in this big round glass, and they bring it over in Dr glass my husband had his tequila and coke in, whem I question waitress about it, she says they just put it in a different glass, she should have takem it back and pit it in the right glass, we were told before, they have 3 different kinds , so that I started ordering the captain one, needless to say we didn't leave tip, cause customer is always right

He didn't come and ask is if we wanted mashed. He never once came and asked us how our food was. When he picked up some plates he rubbed a dirty plate on my mothers arm. I've been coming to this Applebee's off and on for 10 years. I've even let them a 5-star review. Tonight I waited 25 minutes to order. Midway through my order that waitress had to leave. Or should I say bartender took us 45 minutes to get our food. We asked for medium well and well done. Both are steaks were bloody and was like chewing on a rubber tire. The sour cream on the loaded potatoes tasted like it was sour milk. The waitress didn't ask me once if I would like my drink refilled. Ask for condiments did not get any condiments. Food was very disappointing customer service was even worse. The only good thing was the fries. The broccoli was so under steamed it was still cold. Tasted like it had been microwaved. :-( Applebee's you are my go-to restaurant. I do not think I will be returning.

Order was wrong. I asked for queso dip And i got queso dip with meat! I asked for water with lemon and got water. Last week we came in and ordered the same thing at 3 o clock the meal was excellent. The chicken wrap had chicken in it. This time it was a flour tortilla with pica i counted two pieces of chicken and they were tiny. Guess you have to pick a odd time to eat here.

I'm not sure if it is just the York location, but it is always way to cold - even in the summer time. My husband and I give up eating there as every time one of us have to send our food back. The last time was the worst as we both ended up sendi.g food back as it was not to what or how we ordered. I always order very rare steak and it was absolutely ruined in being WELL done, ordered mashed potatoes received fries that were cold and husband's plate belonged to another table. After complaining nothing was even done about it. Manager refused to comp even partially.

Meat that was ordered very well done arrived very pink and sitting in blood which touched my side dishes. Other people in my group had almost finished their meals by the time my new meal arrived. Stopped in last Thursday for dinner while staying at a local hotel. Since I was by myself, I sat at the bar. I sat there and waited a good 3 or 4 minutes before the lady behind the bar asked me what I wanted to drink. After I got my drink, I waited almost another 5 minutes before I asked for a menu. The lady behind the bar never asked me if I wanted to see the menu, I had to ask for it. I probably had the menu a good 10 minutes and set it down for almost 5 minutes before she asked me what I wanted for dinner. The dinner is another story! She asked me if I wanted pink or no pink, I told her no pink. I had ordered the Quesadilla Burger. When it came out, it was cut in half with both halves facing the same direction. She sat the plate down and walked away almost immediately. I had to call her back over to ask her if my RED burger was considered pink or no pink... I can understand that it's challenging to get them all no pink if you don't cut the burger, but in this case, it came out already cut in half. That should have been very easy for someone to see it wasn't cooked enough! I was surprised that she asked me if I wanted just heated more, or cooked fresh. Since I had time to kill, I told her to cook it fresh. Glad they didn't charge me for the chips and salsa! They definitely need better service at this location!

I'm very disappointed. I ordered a to go meal and only got half the meal. It was supposed to be chicken, shirmp, potatoes, and a sauteed mushroom and onion mix. I got chicken, 3 shirmp, no potatoes, and one mushroom. Just because it's a to go order doesn't mean you can make it with half the quality or quantity. I called and after some conversation they did offer me half a refund but I was on my way to my night shift and couldn't go back. They said I had to bring the credit card in to get the refund which I find odd since I didn't have to bring the credit card in to pay for it (ordered online).

It took 35 minutes for our appetizer. The waitress brought one napkin, 2 forks, and no plates. I ordered a medium well steak with 4 Cheese Mac & Cheese. The mac & cheese had the wrong noodles, not sure there was any cheese in it, and it was only moistened by the blood all over the plate from the barely cooked steak that also turned my mashed potatoes red. Worst experience I've had in years anywhere. Won't be going back.

My food came out wrong. Watress told me to eat fries she went got another sandwich. The fries were cold she came back reach in my plate got wrong sandwich out of my plate and walked off with sandwich in her hand. And she touched my cold fries while reaching over in my plate. 10/10 their food is so good and the service is super friendly. Onw of my favorites are the 2 for 10 or 2 for 20 and you get an appetizer with it. Their spiniache artichoke dip is to die for and it is so good. All their other appetizers are amazing too especially the cheese sticks. They always have some sort playing in their TVs and the staff is very friendly. If your looking for good eats for lunch and dinner here is the place to go.

Stopped by this Applebee's one Friday night with my sister since we sent the kids to grandma for the weekend! We both ordered the ribs (half rack) with your choice of two sides (we picked macaroni & cheese with a loaded potato but I must tell u that to have the potato loaded costs extra since this dish normally has a regular baked potato instead). The wait time for the food wasn't long considering the fact we ordered ribs & they were absolutely delicious, came right off the bone!! I'm only giving for stars because my sister ordered a long Island iced tea & she said it was like drinking a glass of ice water (ha ha)!! I'll certainly be back & bringing my sister along with me (we'll just get her a different drink)!!

Went there with the wife around 6pm. Sat down and was greeted immediately. Ordered mozzarella sticks and two waters. We got our appetizer and placed our order. 20 minutes go by and the waitress says she forgot to place my wife’s order. She reassured us that the manager was in the kitchen pushing her order ahead of other ones. Another 40 minutes went by and we heard nothing from our waitress. We spoke to the manager and told her the situation. We got an apology and our appetizer paid for. Thanks for nothing Applebee’s. Never again will we be there.

As far as Applebee's goes, this is better than most. The service is usually good, and they finally added new items to their menu after what seemed like a decade, and they are good additions. What is not good is the fact that it is located inside of a motel, and to use the bathroom you actually have to go to the motel lobby and use the one there. That's right, there's not a bathroom in the Applebee's itself. This prevents it from getting a higher rating.

What happened to your working employees??? My family and I came to have dinner in the afternoon on a Thursday. We were greeted at the door, then taken to our tables since there was only 4-5 separate tables taken (so pretty slow for Applebee's). I asked for a table down in the bar area since there was only one couple down there. We were seated and there were 2-3 employees talking at the bar (including the waiter). Then the waiter went to the back & brought their food out to serve the couple sitting near us, meanwhile we had been sitting at the table for 15-20 minutes (no drinks, obviously no waiter approached us so far). I waited another 15-20 minutes and still wasn't approached by a server, not once. We wasted 45 minutes just sitting at our table watching them talk behind the bar, then amongst each other near the kitchen, then serving the couple and still never stopping to ask us what we wanted to drink to at least get things started. I couldn't believe it, since I've never had this problem myself with your staff before. There were plenty of employees & yet they all acted like they didn't have a job. One person at the bar, one person waitressing in our area at the booths by the bar and others serving elsewhere. So why was it asking too much to do their job? We're loyal paying customers! Obviously we didn't wait longer & took our business to Outback instead. After this visit, I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone I know. This place has changed & not for the better. We won't be back.

We weren't impressed. My husband and I went for half-off appetizers after 9 one night, and we were disappointed that most of the appetizers we were interested in weren't included in the deal. This would be understandable if it wasn't for the fact that when we lived in New York for the summer, we went to the Applebee's there all the time, and I think all but one of the appetizers was included. It was just pretty disappointing since we were used to it being one way and when we got to this location it was completely different. I definitely liked the location in New York better. I gave three stars because the service was decent. I do not plan on going back to this location.

We had an incredible time at this place! Firstly, we grabbed some long islands and if you don't know, applebees has some of the best long islands. Secondly, i brought in one of the world's hottest hot sauces. I had half of the staff trying this hot sauce. It was allot of fun. But of course, the food was really well made also.

Great Applebee great service, right off exit 20 so the access is easy! Handicap parking in the front. It's also right next to the gas station so if you're traveling it's a very good stop. The service is above average and food as well. Lab puppies experience for this one definitely is well-managed and very clean.

I go to Applebee's every once in awhile when I'm on that side of town. They have a reliably good meal. I had the steak which was done perfectly for me. My medium well steaks are usually cooked entirely too much, or way too much raw meat sticking out. This one was done nicely. The vegetables were excellent. They had good flavor and just enough crunch to make it fun. On the whole a very good meal.

Not the best time I have had. We ordered the trio where you get a salad, appetizer and main course for a great price. We all received our salads and our granddaughter received her food at the same time. (That was the best because she didn't have to wait to eat.) My salad had a fly in it. Alma our waitress took it back and then Ken a very delightful customer oriented manager came over to see if he could replace it for something else and apologized. Everything was still good until the appetizers started coming out. (Our daughter's spinach dip had crumbs for chips.) We had to ask where my spinach dip was and our granddaughter's lemonade, and a drink for our daughter. We received those shortly before the main course came out. Now is where the fun starts: My chicken penne was not penne, it was chicken fettuccine. I don't care for the long noodles. ( I know its crazy, I just don't) We asked Alma about it and she went to see what happened. The General manager "Steve" came out and with a nasty persona said " You don't like Fettuccine?" I said " no and that he could take this back I will not be eating it. My husband said "She ordered penne not fettuccine" Manager " Well we ran out of pene" Husband " Why was nothing said" Manager " I don't see the problem" Husband " When you order something you expect to get what you order not something else. Manager (gives us an eye roll) and walks off with the plate to our waitress and says something to her. I don't know what, but the rest of the evening was horrible. Steve would walk by the table mean mugging my husband and family. We didn't get any other service until we asked for the check to leave. Get this the Check still has my meal on the ticket. This general manager couldn't even credit a meal that I didn't eat. He gave us a $9.00 credit. Definitely will not be going here again until Steve is not the general manager. How very unprofessional. Maybe Ken should be put in that position, he did a much better job of controlling the situation.

Food was horrible, and we waited 30+ minutes for it to even show up. I sent back our silverware because all of it was gross and had some sort of soap residue. I got the Quesadilla Cheeseburger and my meat was so chewy I ended up eating just my fries. My 11yo got the chicken tenders and he complained that they too we're very dry and chewy. There are only 2 reasons I am even giving a 1 star on this rating. 1) Our server was the only pleasant part of the whole the experience. And 2) Google requires at least one star. Two visits in 3 months left a bad experience. The first visit the steak was raw after ordering it medium well. The manager suggested that I faked the complaint and kept trying to say it was my fault for not flagging the waitress down right away. I actually teared up and felt humiliated. The second visit was just as bad My burger tasted bad so I asked my daughter to verify and she spit it out as I did. So once again the female manager questioned me as if I had an ulterior motive. Then to make the nightmare worse, my daughter found a hair in her dessert. When my credit card was charged it was higher than I had actually paid. I had put a tip of $3.22 and the waiter entered $4. It’s hard to think this was a mistake and was not intentional. The manager was kind when I called to get it fixed but didn’t really go above and beyond to fix the situation. My husband ordered the bourbon chicken and shrimp I ordered the 6 oz ribeye steak with red potatoes and broccoli none and I mean none of the food had any seasoning on it. The best thing we had was the appetizer which were boneless chicken wings and they were very good. This was our second time trying Applebee's we won't be back for a third it was awful and expensive for the quality we received. We got the 2 for $25 and our drinks were $2.50 each. We wouldn't have minded paying the price if the food tasted good but for the food value it wasn't worth it at all my steak was tough, it could use a chainsaw.

I'd never been to Applebee's before and wasn't sure what to expect. I could never tell from the TV ads if it was a fancy sit-down restaurant or more of a diner. It's a little of both. Kind of like Denny's or Perkins. The food was pretty good. The service was fast and friendly. We were with a big group and it was pretty busy so that was impressive. The atmosphere was fun and I enjoyed their interior design. It kind of fit with the Mountain West with more of a country look.

If I could give zero Stars I would. Me and my family stopped at the tilton Applebee's for dinner and have the worst experience in a restaurant probably ever. It took over 10 minutes for us to even be acknowledged sitting in our booth when the waitress finally came over to talk about menu options and drinks mid-sentence coughed directly in my wife's face with no attempt of covering her mouth. After placing our order it was easily over 40 minutes before our food came out, and don't get me wrong I understand food takes a long time when restaurants are busy but this was going on 10 o'clock and the restaurant was maybe half full at best. I had ordered the ribs and got a side salad. Instead of receiving my side salad before the meal it all came out together and there was no room on the table for all of the plates. My wife got the quesadilla burger which was cold cold not just being picky but cheese was hard on it cold. and my daughter got the children's Kraft macaroni and cheese with a side of mozzarella sticks and fruit yogurt. Me and my wife never got a single refill on our drinks the entire visit and we finally call the waitress over to make a complaint when we noticed our daughter shop at her mac and cheese with a spoon because it was clearly leftovers that were reheated in the microwave as the entire dish was one big solid chunk. The waitress brought the manager over who was absolutely no help and not the most polite. said he would have to go yell at somebody in the back for it and he would take care of our daughters bill for her mac and cheese as we explained to him that the quesadilla burger and everything else wasn't a big deal we could look past it because we aren't the type of people to try and get things for free. But when we finally did get the bill we were completely blown away and dumbfounded to see that the manager took off the children's meal and individually re-added her side of mozzarella sticks and fruit yogurt...... Long story short we will never enter another Applebee's

Wait staff are in desperate need of training and organzation skills. If you are in the service business, customers have an expectation to be served timely, professionally and courteously. Very uncharacteristic of an Applebees. Been eating with this chain for 24 years and was never treated so poorly.

We went there after a BYU-I graduation and they were very crowded. They were honest up front and told us that it would be a 25-30 minute wait. We decided to wait. Once seated we were served by Autumn who did a great job guiding us through the menu options. The food was served promptly and it was very tasty. We especially liked the chicken wonton tacos. We stayed for an hour and enjoyed our visit. When it came time to leave I paid but forgot to pick up my credit card from the payment folder. I live in another state and I didn't discover the missing card until I went to gas up many miles down the road on the next day. I immediately called the restaurant and they looked for it and found my card. They kept it in a safe until the issue could be resolved. They even offered to mail it to me. This level of customer service is hard to find. I recommend you visit this place and enjoy their hospitality.

Every time I go to this place I really enjoy the food. The staff members are always very friendly and helpful. The only thing I think could be improved is the time it takes from when you order a meal and the time it takes to get to the table. I still give a five stars because every time I have been to one of this restaurants I have been there with two or more people and the wait time has not been felt much. Tried to use the car side to go feature. Knowing I’d be a bit before arriving I figured it would definitely be ready when I got there at 4pm after giving 50 minutes to make- nope. The girl told me the kitchen was giving her a hard time and that they were waiting for the mushrooms to add to my pasta. We had to leave without food because I had already given them 50 mins, I had other places to be. I called to let the manager know, while she did apologize, it was frustrating since I had left the grocery store thinking I’d pick up a nice hot dinner on my way home instead of having to cook after doing a big grocery shop. Once we arrived we informed the first bartender/waitress we saw of the name on the order, and she replied by saying she had just mistakenly given that order away to the gentalman that left the restaurant just as we walked in . . . My boyfriend and I both saw this as an honest mistake, and when we saw her run out to inform him he had told her the wrong name for his order, we thought she was probably doing it to retrieve our meal and give it back to us as a courtesy token and have the kitchen remake our meal. . . Unfortunately this was NOT the case, even though we had purchased $35 or more of food that had been rummaged through already by a stranger who gave her the wrong name. . . I just thought this kind of unprofessional considering the circumstances. My chicken parmigiana was dry and looked as though it was left on the warmer for too long, (even though we were RIGHT on time to pick up our meal (according to the applebee's website order queue). I have a hard time thinking the price we paid for that meal was equally exchanged for the (low) quality of service in which we recieved. Seeing as they had plenty of time (at least an hour) before close, im not sure why they didn't remake the meal for us considering we had ALREADY tried to save them time by ordering in advance. . .

For the second time in a row, the service was horrible. They didn't come by often enough, my food was cold, one in our party didn't get his food until the other 3 we're done eating, confusion about the drink order and a bad attitude of one woman made us angry. We asked that the table electronic device be removed so the small child in our group wouldn't have a meltdown over it. We had to remove it ourselves. When it was time to pay, the server grabbed the device from where we put it and set it on the table because she wanted us to pay with it. As she grabbed it we began to object but she ignored us. The result was a two year old meltdown and screaming event. We won't be eating there anymore.

I'm not a fan of applebee' s let's get that out the way. But on this night, the service was horrible. First of all, the host had a bad attitude, like he didn't want to be there. Second there were like four or five tables that were dirty and remained dirty out entire duration. I bring this up because we had to wait like 15 or 20 minutes for our table to get cleaned. Now how come the table couldn't be cleaned after the previous customers left? Overall, it was a bad experience. The waitress was friendly and attentive. That's the only reason I gave it two stars. If not for her, one star.

I remember why I take the drive and go to the Applebee's in Pocatello. Our waitress was Delwyn. While we waited for our food my friend had to ask for his own refill, we had ordered an appetizer and were wondering where that was. Two out of the four of us got our food. We had to ask for our appetizer for the SECOND time. Whatever, we brushed that off we were hungry and just wanted to eat. She did not check on us at all while we had our food. One of us asked for our burger well done, well that didn't happen. we brushed it off and sucked it up. Not once did she ask any of us for a refill, mind it wasn't even busy for there to be an excuse to not check on us. After we were clearly done eating and just sitting there chatting, we felt rushed to get out of there. Our other friend had to ask for a to go box, it wasn't offered. Besides the mix up with the burger and appetizer we weren't too pleased. Well when she came to give us our receipt she SLAMMED the receipt down on the table pretty hard and in a very disrespectful manner told us to have a good night, we all looked at each other in disbelief this caught us off guard since we were having a conversation and all stopped because of her attitude, that was really uncalled for. The food was alright, but will definitely not be back poor customer service is not even worth the trip.

Of the Applebee's locations that I have been to, this was far and above the nicest. Go in with the knowledge that this is a step up from fast food, but still a chain restaurant that specializes in quick food. For how small the footprint is, there is a surprisingly large amount of seating, but it isn't cramped. The night we went was a game night for the Huskers, so there were a ton of people in enjoying the game on the TVs. The crowd was lively, but in no way rowdy; our dining experience was not negatively impacted in any way. The food was good and the portions were just right. Our server was very attentive, and made sure to check back after we had gotten our food to take care of refills. The seating host was polite and prompt in acknowledging us, even though he was busy getting other people seated. Overall, the staff and food were 5/5, even on a very busy night.

I took my husband there for a veterans day free meal as he is a disabled veteran. The service was very polite and freindly. The food was very good. The spinach and artichoke dip is fantastic! Stopped here yesterday as we were traveling through. It was definitely an interesting atmosphere. Communication amongst employees needs improvement. Our waitress was nice but weird at the same time. Food was very good. We got the clubhouse sandwich. (Yum). I added a bowl of soup but was overcharged for it. It was supposed to be $1.99 according to special on menu but was charged $3.99. Service was mediocre (took almost 10 minutes before we were asked for drinks) and it was not busy but the food was great.

I always use the car to go service which I find very convenient. For the most part they're on time with my order. I love the food & the dessert selection is decadent. I usually get anything with shrimp however I do like their baby back ribs & the appetizer choices are expansive. On this particular visit I ordered the fish & chips which was actually pretty good. I was surprised they had malt vinegar. ) The atmosphere is nice but I personally prefer it when there's a small crowd which is pretty much never. That speaks volumes about the restaurant. This was the IDAHO FALLS location during the holiday season. I give the Applebee's in WILKESBORO, N.C. ☆☆☆☆ as well due to a major snafu that occured several months ago.

The biggest problem in this restaurant is the lack of communication between the employees....we ordered two sides of mayonnaise and one side of ranch dressing and three different people brought the same thing out thankfully there's no charge for that. Otherwise the food wasn't bad

Definitely remember why I haven’t been here in such a long time. Almost an hour to receive my food. Salad and entree come the same time w out the appetizer. Salad is warm on a hot plate. Food is completely stale. The only good thing was the drink.

Margarita was terrible. Tasted just like the mix and didn't taste any alcohol. Was so sour I couldn't even drink half of it , even with water down ice. Got the tenders and mac and cheese. Was almost no cheese on my noodles. they were covered in the sauce for the tenders .

I know that I can be a judgemental customer perhaps overly critical, but the service I had tonight was outstandingly bad. The beginning of my visit was immediately disappointing when the hostess sat my family and I had expressed politely that I was not happy with the table and would prefer the booth, *gesturing to several open ones* to which I was informed that she could not sit me there, and left us at the table without further discussion. Which I had thought abrupt and not very friendly, but trying to be understanding, had determined there must be a reason and left it at that. When greeted by our waitress she promptly asked for our drink order inspite of the fact that we did not have one of the restaurants drink menu's (admittedly a small issue as we can order off of the main menu, but small issues compile.) The waitress forgot what my daughter ordered, and forgot to get my wife's drink altogether, and after being reminded brought my daughter and I drinks with no straws. My wife would receive her drink much later, (at about the 3rd reminder) after drinks we ordered my daughter's food and appetizers right away. In this short time we noticed a couple and a family (2 seperate dining parties) seated at the tables we were told we could not be seated in. Then came the entrees. I ordered a bourbon steak without mushrooms, (which our waitress got correct) and my wife ordered fajitas. While waiting for our appetizers and reminding the waitress of my wife's drink (which we finally got), the couple seated in the table after us received their entrees... arrived after us and ordered after us and were served before us. But these things happen.... sometime later we got our appetizers which lifted out spirits... only to have them dashed when the wait continued. So we sat with pouting daughter longing for home, (having already eaten & completed all her kids menu games) she was understandably bored waiting for daddy and mommy to get their entrees. After this uncomfortably long wait, (the couple and family sat after us had now finished their meals and left. There was a new family being seated...) I ordered a shot (that never came) only to have my wife's food delivered only to discover the kitchen had got my meal wrong. (Put mushrooms on it) The waitress caught it and sent it back, (good) informing me it would be a few minutes longer. It was then that we realized we never received cutlery. Eventually my steak came out long after everyone had finished. It was then humorously my wife finally got silverware, when I noticed mine was missing and pointed it out. My shot never came and we almost got charged for a Sam Adam's Bottle we never ordered or received. Nothing makes you happier as a customer paying for service then to have your requests ignored by the hostess, your order prepared slowly and incorrectly. Oh yeah, they also left the menu's on the table while we dined, never asked for drink refills and never took any dishes we were "done" with. I understand the waitress might've been new, but the kitchen messed up the order she got right... There was just no winning here. Oh yeah and the meal was overpriced and mediocre... I wish instead of stars google would let me give them sad faces or something more appropriate.

I usually like Applebees pretty well but this one was just okay. I got steak and it was pretty charred. This may have just been a fluke but you would have thought you wouldn't serve that to a guest. The restaurant seemed to be clean and the staff was friendly so it made up for my poor food.

We had a great experience with such a great staff! Our waitress was one of the best I've seen in a long time from any restaurant we have been to. There was a small issue that was no ones fault but she and the general manager made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely be coming back soon and hopefully get to sit in her section again!

Great food, but the restaurant itself is very slow now. They have workers just standing around not working. They do not greet you when you enter. The person behind the bar do not know how to make drinks. The guy that washes the dishes is standing from the back wet and drinking a soda around customers that's eating. This Applebee's use to be awesome, but it's going down. I guess the Manager don't see anything wrong with this.

We stopped here after my autistic daughter's appointment. When we asked for their quietest and darkest table, they obliged, even though they had just opened and weren't supposed to put anyone at that table. We had a wonderful waitress who actually politely asked if we had a gluten problem when we asked for burgers without buns. She wasn't being nosey. She wanted to know so she could get the food made on their dedicated gluten free area. Even though my daughter was way overstimulated after her appointment, I felt like we could relax a bit and enjoy our food.
