Must visit spot, especially for the ones crazy about cars like myself. You will see some of the most classic vintage cars including Rolls Royce, Mercedez Benz. I loved it a lot. Although, it seemed a little small.

What a pleasant surprise this museum was located on the grounds of the Luray Caverns! As the pictures below indicate, this museum features many excellent examples of automobiles. These autos have been beautifully restored.

This museum is a hidden gem if you have internet in the car history. There are all those famous brands with their early 19 centuries cars displayed here. You can understand the industry evolution after seeing the cars from 18xx to early 19xx and then think about how their cars are for today 2019.

Nice little Museum lots of cars lot of nice views big little store lots of variety of items you can buy from rocks to gems to assorted toys and candies. One of my favorite things was the flavored honey sticks you must try them they are very delicious. If you hear you might as well check out everything it's all nice and close not much walking. Keep up the good work would recommend to anyone to visit

Wonderful museum of cars and carriages and also vehicles. It takes you back to late 19th century and early 20th century. And the beauty with which the museum is kept is truly experiential. Every carriage looks like you feel like taking out and driving. It is like a timeline of the gradual development of cars and carriages.

This is my favorite Car museums ever. I was looking for Ford Model T cars for long time and this was a surprise for me. They have ford Model A as well. Not just ford they displayed outstanding Antique cars from late 80s and early 90s by Ford Dodge Rolls Royce Benz and many more. There was a first eight cylinder engine as well. If you are an automobile enthusiast then this is the right place tovisit

The theme is great. The concept is nice. I would have liked to see more Dodge vehicles (they only have 1). The entrance is free after you visited the caverns. There are many small museums around the caves but I think this is the best one. There is a snack shop next to it but its open only on summer time. The overall atmosphere makes you feel like in a movie from the early 1900s

Though the museum is quite small, I was impressed by the variety of old cars it contains! Cars are truly spectacular, and the exhibits along with descriptions really show the transition from "carriages" to actual modern cars. Very nice!

What a terrific collection of early to mid century cars! Wish the space was bigger, had more interactive signage or experiential learning opportunities like being able to get in any cars. Kids and I both had fun but was over in a just a few minutes of walking through. If it wasn't next to Luray Caverns we probably would not have gone.

There are some amazing vehicles on display here. The museum offers a great variety of amazing machines in a small space. I was amazed to see the history on display here. The museum offers a nice gift shop as well as a shop where you can buy a dessert or a refreshment.

I went in here with friends and my boyfriend after the Luray Caverns. You get a free ticket to visit this place with your Luray Caverns ticket. It is worth going into just because it is free if you don’t like the cars/carriage attraction. Plus there is a fudge store inside this building as well as a gift shop so more opportunities to find gifts for your family, friends, or souvenirs for yourself. The museum itself was very descriptive in separating out the different eras. They had info on each vehicle they had in here. Most of them had the price of the vehicle at the time it was made, horsepower, detailed description about the vehicle, and some of them had extra info. It isn’t a huge museum but it is big enough and has at least 20 or so cars, etc. They had a little area with a military uniform with descriptions for the items as well. My friends loved it because they enjoy anything antique. My rating is based on the layout of the museum, what it offers, and the descriptions. I can imagine all antique/car lovers would love this place.

Lots of nice and unique cars. If you pay for ticket to Luray Caverns, this car museum is included free. Anyone who enjoys looking at how cars have changed over the years and seeing a lot of unique Cars in one place should definitely visit. We really enjoyed it and would definitely go back.

This is a small car museum on the same site as Luray Caverns. Once you have paid the fee to see the caverns, the car museum is free. Not an extensive collection, but one that is well kept. Best part are the mannequins! Scary and creepy in equal measure!

This museum is included with the Luray Cavern tour, a beautiful attraction in itself. The place is full of vintage cars from the 19th and early 20th century. A wonderful experience. A walk through vehicular history.

Neat little stop when visiting the caverns. Learned some new things and the kids were pretty curious about the old cars. It’s fairly dated, which seems an ironic comment to make about a museum, but it seems it’s probably not actively maintained and curated. It’s probably the same museum that was there 30 years ago. Great for one visit, or a pass through on a second... but one is probably sufficient.
