A wonderful collection. Awesome stop for an hour!

Kerry

Very informative. Although it is on the smaller side (excluding the library), one can expect to be here for ~30 minutes to fully look at everything it has to offer.

Sherry W

The Fly fishing history is amazing. Looks small from the outside but there is a ton to see on the inside.

If your into fly fishing this is a must see! They have just finished redoing many of the exhibit areas and it is well done. Especially enjoyed the section on the presidents that spent their down time fly fishing. You can even see some of their rods and flies. Really cool! Cost is $5 per adult. We spent about 1 1/2 hours looking at the various exhibits and talking with the curators. You will also be greeted by the host lab tippet.

Steve Nordborg

Not sure what your looking for, but this one room display was very well done. Specific to flies and the advance of the tackle. A small library on the second floor which we did not visit, but included in the $5 admission fee.

Robert Ziegenfus

Small. About 4 rooms of items on display.

Paul Urband

Great for fishing, but they do not teach you how to fly. ;)

Extremely interesting little museum full of rich history about fly-fishing. They also have an elaborate library, full of fly recipes and fish stories! Replicas of all sorts of different frout and salmon, even a muskellunge. They also have an area where you can sit down and tie flues yourself, they provide vices, snips, and tying material! Definitely a very cool place to stop, you can really get an understanding of why we fish the way we do today, and get a look at what kinds of equipment they used years and years ago! Definitely recommend to any angler, young or old.

Peter Zechner

Nice little fly fishing museum. Explains the history of fly fishing. Entrance fee was reasonable.

James Morris

Very informative, learned more than I expected. Could stand to have some soft background music.
