Not only is it close to the lake it has pull through double door units (front and rear) excellent for boats and r.v.'s It's also like an outdoor museum. With vintage gas pumps,signage, cars, military vehicles, and even an airplane that still works on the roof of one of the storage building's. I love this place.

We are very pleased and satisfied with our experience here. The site is very well maintained with wide grated gravel roads between the units. They have visible security cameras and the area is well lit.The staff are friendly and willing to help when needed. We strongly recomend AAA lakeside storage.

What happened to a few of the honest reviews that were posted here?? I don't see some of them! Been trying to reach out to friends to let them know that Lakeside Storage is a pretty nice place to store, but the managers and owners are very crooked!! Our good friends used to manage the place a long while back, and they were mistreated and abused, and would tell us all that happens in the office! The scary, awkward old man who hovers over the managers is the owner, and is anal about everything. I am always one to stand up for the right. I've been in the office recently, just to see what the new management standards are like, and I'll just say that this place lost a lot of good, HONEST people working here. Good luck to the business.

This is my first experience with renting a storage unit, and I love everything about it: location is beautiful (every time I go there, I stop by Utah lake), it's gated and feels secure, it's easy to drive in and out, price is reasonable and only increased once so far (during two years). I had no problems since I started using it two years ago.

My son and I came to tour the Petrolania Museum, and were not disappointed! There is a good variety of old gas pumps, tanks, signs, and more. It was interesting to see how some of the company logos have changed over time. My son was interested in the fact that gas prices used to be under 50 cents! While we didn't use the storage facility, I must say that I have never seen a storage facility with wider aisles. They would be perfect for maneuvering large vehicles, or for trucks that are towing something.

I haven't used Lakeside Storage to store anything, but my family and I stopped by yesterday afternoon to walk around and see their collection of vintage gas pumps, signs, cars, and planes. To drive in, you have to have a code, but there is a walk-through gate that is open. We had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves. It's an impressive collection! Thanks for sharing!

I've been storing my boat at AAA Lakeside since 2013. I’ve been so happy with my experience, I have upgraded twice into bigger, nicer units. I love my pull-through unit for storing my boat! The staff is quick to address concerns, and Paris is one of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. I appreciate the security measures they take as well, in addition to how clean the facility is kept. Great prices, and a really cool setup with all the antique signs, gas pumps, and cars. Definitely the coolest storage facility I've ever been to. I’ve used two other storage facilities in the past, and neither was anywhere near as impressive all around.

What a great collection of gasoline memorabilia! It was a short road trip filled with memories. Our kids loved it too, there was so much to see! The office staff was very kind and accommodating, and the lot was extremely clean and tidy. Well worth the short drive, everyone should check it out!

My husband and I stored some household goods there during the summer while we were out of state on an internship. Their pricing was great, I was able to set it up on bill pay so I did not have to worry about the payment, everything was going great! However, when we went to go check out of the unit was when my feelings changed. We were told that our credit card would be taken off of automatic bill pay so we would not be charged for the next month. We were told that two or three times and that did not happen. So, when we saw the charge on our account we called and they said that they could not reverse it but had to mail us a check and the check would take about a week or two. Not too impressed with that.

The facility was nice but the staff was AWFUL and incompetent. I was checked in by a lady who made promises and told me one thing and then did another. She mischarged me for the unit when I told her I wanted to pay for the whole time I was staying. They then locked me out of my unit and tried to charge me a late fee. I only needed the unit for 9 days. After I didn't recieve my refund I called to talk to them. The lady that answered said she would get back to me and never did. I called back a week later and talked to a manger for over an hour. She acknowledged the first girls massive mistake and said she would send me the refund. After a month of waiting I called to check on the status of my refund and the General Manger said she refused my refund was extremely rude and hung up on me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK I have never written a review before but feel people deserve to know what kind of incompetence is working there. Edit: years later, still mad.

Great storage space. We've used them for a few months now and haven't had any problems. They have like three different groups of people keeping an eye on it with adequate security. Plus, you have to check out their gas station memorabilia which covers their location as well as some classic cars on display.

Our family has been in the process of moving from Missouri back to the Provo area for two years. We moved our travel trailer first, filled with boxes, which we were able to remove and store in a small unit to enable us to use our trailer while visiting our children who live there. We rented a space for the trailer until we would be coming back another time. We made several trips to visit thereafter, pulling a utility trailer each time. We were able to rent a larger unit to accommodate household goods from a 2700± square foot house, as well as an apartment for our son. We completed our move in July and moved into a two bedroom apartment while taking our time to look for a home to buy in the area. We have been able to come and go from the storage facility at our convenience while tweaking what we need out for the season change for warm clothes, blankets, etc. Each time we take a friend with us to help, they remark about the unique displays of collections of hard-to-find old signs and other objects on the property. This makes the drudgery of the work we are doing at the time a bit more pleasant. The office staff is helpful and I am always able to reach them, either by phone or email, as needed. The payment setup is convenient also. We use the auto-pay system from our bank account. We don't have to think about it. We have been well-pleased with our association with Lakeside Storage.

It is a straightforward storage facility and good service. The prices seemed better for the size after searching a lot of storage places. It is pretty far west but good staff. It gets windy so it blows sometimes dust into storage units. But I used my moving blankets in the lip where the door meets the ground and it was an easy fix. Easy to pay online or in person and they do good deals every so often.

First off, AAA is the cutest storage facility I have ever seen! They have a lot of memorabilia which makes it very inviting. They are close to a freeway exit which makes it convenient. They have the best rate in the valley and I love the fun promotions! Very helpful, kind and happy employees! A+
