I went yesterday with my 2 toddlers for the first time and they had a blast ! Staffs were very friendly and the area was always clean. The reason why I’m giving it a 3 star because right after we were leaving , they had snacks in the entry way for everyone and I took a big bite of it and it was hard and tough to chew on and then I look at the exp.date and all the snacks were expired ! I warned a few parents that I’ve seen their kids taking a bite of their snacks. I was shook...very shook that they would give out no good expired snacks ! So I called and complained. I hope they fix that problem ASAP and never give out expired snacks ever again especially to children ! But overall this place is great for toddlers ! I don’t recommend this place for big kids after 5yrs old . Majority of the kids are toddlers.

What an amazing place to have so near my in-laws. Military families get in free, so we take our son basically every day that we're in town when there's spare time. On our most recent visit I think we went three days in a row. And every time, my two year old boy was very entertained and wouldn't have left if I hadn't carried him away. I think his favorite parts were the firetruck (with buttons, lights, costumes and a fire pole), the red truck (an actual truck that they can sit in and press buttons and they look under the hood where all the parts are labeled) and the grocery (with mini carts, plastic produce and a register to check out). We also took out 9 year old niece on one visit. She absolutely loved the house with a full play kitchen. I'm pretty sure she stayed in there for the whole hour. There are many other entertaining options, a stage (with costumes), a shelf full of books), a closed off area specifically for those 2 and under, trains and train tracks, a water play area with plastic fish and fishing rods, an area with large, soft building blocks, arts and crafts and an oversized light up board. Just a note, no liquids allowed. So you'll have to leave your Starbucks sitting at the counter.

Lots of things to do!!! From crafting at a table, building blocks, making music, shopping with pretend food and so much more!!! Gets cramped with all the parents and kids at times so be ready to bump others lol. Not a lot of places to sit, unless you sit outdoors under the pavilions..

This is THE BEST children's urgent care. The office staff was BEYOND thoughtful. My daughter had vomited on the way there.....they got me wipes/ towels/ bags to help get her cleaned up. The techs and nurses were so patient and nice as well. Then, Dr. NGUYEN came in. She is truly a gem. She explained everything so well. She was very genuine and didn't rush through her assessment. So glad I found this place!

Lots of Fairies all around. Tinkerbell was there to read her story to all the kids. They have costumes to wear while you're there. Beautiful face painting, wand making, shopping, and cooking in play grocery store and kitchen.

This was my first time at this museum and upon arrival we were greeted by one person(lady at the counter), paid, and went in. The reason why I did not give this place 5 stars is because as we headed to the painting area the young lady, slim, black long hair, with glasses, that was there to help the kids with the stamped brushes was not friendly at all whatsoever! I didn’t even catch her name! She rudely asked to write my son’s name on the back of the construction paper. I didn’t like her tone in which she asked and even asked her to repeat herself by saying “excuse me” and still answered in the same manner. She had “ I hate my job” written all over here face. All other staff also did not greet us at all. Staff needs to learn from “Chick Fila” it’s a fast food restaurant yet they have better customer service skills. Did not let this keep my family and I from having a good time!

Staff was very nice. The wait was a little longer than I'd like, but the staff kept me informed and gave us refreshments while we waited. The physician was very knowledgeable and pin pointed the problem right away. She took time to look up his chart before she came in to examine him.

We have loved visiting here since my son could walk. It’s always been an easy place for indoor entertainment. Don’t go on a Saturday if you can help it because that’s when all the birthday parties are and it’s insane. But, parking is super easy since it’s located in a shopping center. It’s also super cheap, especially if you get a membership!

This place is great fun for the kiddos. We have a family pass and come as often as we're able. It's a great place to go on rainy days or when it's just too hot to spend much time outside.

I went during a Spring Break day and it was pretty full. But comfortably full. The museum was smaller than I hoped, first going in, but the way it is set up its easy to keep an eye on your kids. Staff is constantly walking around, which I personally like. The Staff is also super friendly. As packed as it was, it wasn't chaotic. (That's what made me stay longer)

Too many kids for the space. Not really anyone's fault. It's nice that there is a section for the little babies to play in without being trampled. Every time I have gone it's clean and I usually see employees cleaning up. Parking lot is dangerous and people speed through it all the time. Would be nice for a sensory friendly time/day. It's also nice that there is only one way for someone to exit. If your child is a runner then you'll feel secure here.

I love this place. Different kids craft everyday....no clean up required! Please sell more baby toys and please increase security. Also please give us an option for hosting birthday parties after closing. A membership breaks even after only 3 days (two adults and one child) No discounts in the toy shop for members, but the toys are very rare and competitively priced (cheaper and less snotty than Barns and Noble or Toys R Us)

Sweet little place. Price of admission is $7.00 for the whole day. We played for about two hours, grabbed lunch and came back to finish playing. My kids loved it and it provided me some great family time with them!

This is a lovely place to have a birthday. Their staff is friendly and efficient and the rooms are clean,bright and can hold quite a few people! Kids seem to love it. My only problem is bratty kids. I wish staff could teach them the manners their mothers can not but I know that's not possible. This 6-7 year old little blonde girl in a pink skirt like thing kept snatching from my one year old and pushing her and other kids. Her mom just sat in the corner and refused to stop her child. If you are reading this Miss Huge Heffener, who was there on Memorial Day Sunday, control your child before someone else does.

They have one of the worst services. I hosted my daughter’s first birthday party here. I really regret doing it. The helper they provided really didn’t do much. We were given 15 min to decorate the room, the helper was not of much help. Besides that we chose drum activity , it was poorly managed by the staff. We had booked room for 2 hours and their staff started vacating the room before that. They wanted payment in those 2 hours . They could have taken our credit card before if they do not trust their customers . Amidst attending guest , we were paying the bill. Not just that , they told us we would get 15 min to wrap up stuff. When I asked for 5 more min to wrap up things ( well within 15 min) rude staff person in front of our guests told us they will charge $25 dollar etc. not just that , they threw cake top of my daughter’s cake and few other things in trash . I’m very disappointed.

It's a fun place for older toddlers, there are few activities but all the children seem to love the ones that are there. Magnet fishing, fire station, a hand puppet show station, a play with outfits, a bar home with kids kitchen, and a few others. Price is average 7per person, active duty free, retired and veterans get 50% off with proof of service, VA I'd or license with veteran designation.

Excellent place to take children of all ages I have a 8yr old and he absolutely loves it. I love that its secure enough that I can just let him play and don't feel like i have to be right on top of him the whole time. Its also nice that they have a covered shaded area where you can go out have some lunch and come back and play and stay as long as you want. Also the staff is absolutely wonderful. I'm not from the area and they pointed out a nice park close by to play at.

Absurd sorry excuse of a children's museum. Just drive to downtown Houston they have a better children's museum. A few years ago some one minded staff claimed me and my friends were rough playing which was not true. I never came back here and hope that I won't come back here anytime soon

Small space, but they do a lot with it. We spent nearly 2 hours here: digging in the gravel pit, playing in the house, grocery shopping, driving the truck, playing fireman, playing at the water tables, building with giant foam pieces, and doing art.

One of my favorite places to go with my kids on the weekend. There are staff everywhere constantly picking up toys and cleaning things. There’s so many different stations my kids never want to leave. They have a sectioned off baby section too if you have very young ones. My oldest child’s favorite thing to do it go fishing in the water table.

My toddler had a wonderful time playing at all the stations. It’s not large enough to feel overwhelming or as if you can’t do everything. Perfect size for smaller children with great centers for imaginative play - house with kitchen, grocery store, fire station and truck, theater stage and costumes, fishing in water, blocks and more.

I love coming here with my kids! I think the size is perfect, especially if you have multiple kids to keep an eye on. There are so many things for kids to do here in addition to the events. This is the perfect refuge from the summer Texas heat and it keeps everyone busy and happy. The staff members are friendly and great with kids.

Had a 2nd birthday at the larger room. Facility was spot on on the way of having a birthday room. Tiffany was our event contact and she and her staff were happy and attentive. I would not hesitate to suggest anyone having their event here. In the 2 hours of rental we were able to have the children play as well as hold our standard birthday festivities.

My toddler had a blast! For a day out with the kiddo TCMW is the place to be! So many activities. We stayed approximately 3 hours. My daughter loved the fishing area. Water is always fun. The grocery section is super awesome. It really looks like a real produce store! Of course you get sort of tired by walking back and forth but who doesn't LOVE the busy things about their toddler. ❤

This is a must if you have a child that is 1-6 years old. If your child is under the age of 2, they have a special gated area that is just for them, and has areas for you to sit and watch your tot tumble around and play. If your child is 2-6 (I stop at 6 because many of the attractions are suited more for this age group) then the entire museum is at their disposal. They have a room with a fire engine, a grocery store with carts and pretend food, play house with accessories, a tunnel that leads to a digging area, a stage, costumes, a water area with fishing poles and vests, and much more! The theme changes monthly, and they frequently have events as well. The best part is that they are affordable for the entire family! We have been several times, and each time has been hugely entertaining for my 2 year old son.

I love that it's so interactive. It's a great place for birthday parties. Very helpful and with the money. It can get crowded at events, but I like that parking is free and easy and I don't have to fight freeway traffic like I'd have to of we went downtown. It's a great place to spend an afternoon.

This place is pretty cool. We went for a friends two year old birthday and the kids had a blast. It's basically a giant toy room. There's dress up areas and big ol' blocks and educational stuff like gears and magnets and things. Theres even an infant area. I highly recommend it for kids up to about ten or so.

Wonderful place for little ones. It's a small place but very entertaining for my 3 yo. She can spend hours there going from one area to the next just going back and forth. There is also a sectioned off area for the even smaller ones, so that they're not where there are bigger kids running around.

This place has a lot of activities. My kid loved all the different stations. The staff was very active, they clean up constantly. Apparently there shouldn't be food or liquids inside, but I saw a bunch of parents giving their kids juice inside. Overall it was a neat place to visit. We will visit again next friday.

Museum is an overstatement. If you consider mass chaos in a big room a museum, than sure. I went on a weekday around 10:30am thinking it could not possibly be that busy. Everybody and their dog was there. Kids were running wild and screaming. Every station was so full of kids. Parents not watching their kids. Not worth the price.

It’s a great inside playhouse, not much of a museum but it’s still a great place for kids to get off of the electronics and be active and playful. Only thing is staff can come off as un intrested and a little rude at times. Seem a bit annoyed with there job which I don’t think that they should be working with children if they don’t have the patience to do so. Other than that I have no other problem with this Children’s museum! Kids love it!

My toddler absolutely loved his day here. The building is relatively small for a children's museum but they definitely chose interesting and engaging activities. The toddler area is nice. It also has some big fish in a tank at a good level for the little ones to see easily. They have many different stations for the kids to check out, but there is also ample walkway space in between. I would say perfect for children around 10 and under, but the activities may be a bit childish for the 9 and 10 year olds. The staff are particularly great. They are polite and helpful. They have a member patrol, but these people are unobtrusive, very professional and polite, and only gently redirect if they see something happening that might damage the activities or impede the enjoyment of other patrons.

Loved this place! My daughter seemed to have so much fun! They were painting the wall in the toddler area when we went so half of that area was sectioned off but it was still great. I do wish they had more windows... it does seem a little dark in the back near the foam area and water feature but it was still cute!

Fantastic place! Our 3 year old son is Autistic and it can be difficult to find places that are safe, exciting, and educational. There are many sensory-focused play areas that let him learn and explore. It's exceptionally clean. They are always having events and workshops. The staff is mostly volunteer (I believe) and they are wonderful. Active duty military gets free admission and veterans get 50% off - and it's already pretty inexpensive for what it is! We're going to be getting a membership and plan to have his birthday party here! Very recommended for those with young children and especially those with special needs or disabilities.

I recently found out about this children's museum and took my kids, they're 2 & 6. They had a blast! It's not huge but it still had plenty of stuff for them to do and it was easy to keep track of them. The price is also very reasonable. I highly recommend taking your kids.

We love this museum but we are getting too old for it unfortunately. We went last week and my 5 yro couldn’t really play much because there were so many littles that could barely walk or talk, pitching fits and snatching toys with no parents paying attention around. Of course he didn’t want to hurt or upset one of them so we ended up leaving early. It is such a really great place but maybe just for toddlers.

My one year old loves it at the museum, we mainly stick to the toddler area if we go at a busy time. Lots of activities for kids up to about 7. The only negative is that some people let their kids run wild. The toddler area is reserved for 2 yrs and under, however every time we go there are bigger kids coming in and out of the toddler area.

They honor our active duty with discounts and free entry during the summer which is great an amazing but they do not extend that same honor to veterans. I guess once you have completed your service with the military you are no longer as important in theirs eyes =(
