REVIEWS OF Dinosaur World IN Texas

Jimmy Bowers

Mostly outside and hot.

Raquel Brooke Linder

Great for younger children. The dinosaur are due for a paint touch up though.

Laura Funk

We had a blast. Make sure you pack some snacks. We wish we had. The mining, fossil dig and dino trail was great. The playground area has lots of shade and benches to watch the kids

Monika Holland

Lots of great information.

hongmei dai

It’s a wonderful park !my kids like it .we will go back to there .

N H

My son loves it. If you plan on going more than 2 times in a year just buy the year pass! It's basically the cost of 2 entries, well worth the money. We go here several times a year. Dog friendly, bring your own food if you like. It has 2 playgrounds, a small museum, walking trail with Dino's, fossil dig that you can keep 3, gem mining, and sandpit with brushes to uncover Dino bones.

Rachel Talley

Super fun for kids and adults, too! We spent hours here as there is a lot to do!

Krista Dohr

Good for younger kiddos but if it wouldnt have been with the school field trip I would never go back . Not worth the money

Jamie Hoffman

Took two 3 yr olds and they STILL are talking about it a few weeks later!

Tonia Friday

Great place to stay and the kids had a great time.highly recommend!

cody whittington

Pretty cheesy road side attraction, but HUGE DINOSAURS TO TAKE PHOTOS IN FRONT OF. Makes up for it. Also a weird creation museum across the street. That would be a weird double feature day.

linda lopez-meer

The dinosaurs are amazing.. so helpful great customer service.. made my grand daughter like a princess .. And they were even kind to our service animal..

Shamari Torres

Loved this place!! Our son had a blast!! Lots of stuff to keep the kids entertained. Active Duty military is free and Veterans get a $1 off.

Ken Sellers

This is a really nice attraction for families with kids 12 years and under. The outdoor walking loop features LOTS of static life-size dinosaurs in realistic poses. The indoor museum is small but nicely done. I recommend going as early in the morning as you can, to keep everyone cool. It took us about two hours, and we usually read the informational signs.

Angie Ishie

Great family time! Enjoyed it all. Fun to picnic there!!

seahwolfe

Not what I expected but made for a nice informative walk seeing all the mock-ups of dinosaurs.

T Baughman

This place was great. I have two little boys that love dinosaurs and this was the perfect place to take them. They have a half mile (I think) trail of life-size statues, a fossil dig, a mine, a museum, an animatronic dinosaurs exhibit, a playground, and a really neat gift shop. The staff was friendly. Clean bathrooms. We packed a lunch and made a day of it before heading to Dinosaur Valley State Park.

Juan Hernandez

If your in the area it was worth stopping by. The real life dinosaurs are pretty cool.

Deborah Hall

I love this place. I first took my 11 year old grandson back in 2013. He absolutely loved it as well. I do recommend educating timid children about what to expect prior to arriving. Even though my grandson was 11 he was hesitant on a few of the replicas. They are detailed in design, color and fairly lifelike. NOT as scary place but could be for a timid 3 year old. Fast forward 6 years, I have granddaughter, now 7 years old. I took her and she too had a blast. She's a young photographer in the making. With her new Nikon 35mm in tow, she snapped a hundred pics on the 1/2 mile walk around the scenic trail. It doesn't feel like a 1/2 mile because you're engaged with every step. I love that the trails are made of sidewalk materials and wide enough for passing foot traffic in either direction. My sister was with me, and she's 60ish years old, recovering from knee replacement surgery just a month ago. She made that walk like a champ! There are cute little benches strategically placed on the trails. I'm guessing we passed (and sat on) about 8-10 along the way. There were a few moderate inclines in the pathway, but she did...so can you! It was June 15th and about 91 degrees. There's an occasional breeze among the trees, but I recommend taking a bottle of water, comfortable shoes and dress lite if you're making a summer hike.

Chrystal Hines

Awesome loved it. Great place to take the family.

Randy Parham

The life size dinosaur exhibits were awesome. My rating is more like 4.5. If a food court/concession were a available it would've easily received a 5 star rating.

Lajjam Morales

Great place for family fun. Go early in the morning as it may get warm.

Jack Bishop

Worst BBQ I ever had won't go there again

Ghost King

It's cool for kids but unless you know what the event schedule looks like then there isn't much to do all though it's still interesting.

Joni Huckabay

We had taken our 11 year old Granddaughter. She had so much fun and it also was a learning experience. I would advise though to go there in the spring or fall though or early summer. It is an outdoor activity. When we went in July it had gotten to 115°. But it is fun & lots of things to do.

Daisy Trent

It was a fun experience for my 4 y.o who loves dinosaurs. The walk isnt that long and you'll not get bored cause the distance between stations isnt that far. Dont forget to buy a pack of fish food if you want to see a lot of koi fish in the pond.

Louis Castillo

Awesome place to take the kid's and great place for them to learn about Dinosaurs.

Eddie p

Really neat park, dinosaurs cool, nice trails thru park

Hannah Jackson

My 4 year old son had a blast! We highly recommend for the whole family. There's a gift shop where you purchase your tickets and any other souvenirs and goodies. The kid tickets include admission plus fossil dig. There's life size dinosaurs on a trail outdoors and then a museum and animatronic dinos inside. There's also a playground for the kids to play on. Oh and there's coy fish in the pond. You can buy fish food when you purchase your tickets.

Ana Jacobo

Great way to spend a Saturday with the kids!

Greg Faure

Fun place even though i disagree with the year span

Kevin Madden

Not bad educational outing for kids something to do

Jack Jordan

Loved it with my 4 yrs old.

M H

Great for children that love Dinosaurs!

Geoff Xiao

Maybe 3 and half stars. We thought you could touch and even climb the dinosaurs but really it was just a walk through. They have a large playground and also a couple of places to "dig" for fossils. But overall a disappointment. If we weren't going to Fossil Rim Wildlife Refuge down the road there would be no reason to drive all the way to this place.

Tiffany Serrano

My family was traveling through Glen Rose and we decided to make a quick pit stop. My 11 year old son's mind was blown!!!! This was an amazing place for him. Sadly due to the limited amount of time we had we were not able to enjoy the whole place. This is definitely a location we will return to in the near future as it is a must see for my future paleontologist.

Nydia Martinez

This is a place to go and see what it's about because it sounds so much fun but def not a place to go back to cause it's too small. Had fun with my 7yr old daughter tho! Even tho she paid no attention to anything cause she was too busy enjoying her time with friends lol.

Maiforce 1

It was fun, not really what I expected. It was a hike, and it was way too hot. The staff should have suggested we take some water or something.

Lucy VanStone

AWESOME family time BUT coming in as a group and trying to stay together during the walk was impossible the kids ran ahead so the small sidewalk could accommodate incoming groups it was great seeing the kids over excited and we were too....

Joseph Struska

Definitely a place that kids will enjoy. Get out, walk the trail, read about the dinosaurs, feed the koi in the koi pond, dig for fossils, play in the park, walk through the museum and more. It's a very enjoyable day and kids of all ages will enjoy it. The trail is paved, and if you have a stroller and kids, definitely take it because they'll get tired after a while. It's a decent length. There's also a covered patio with picnic tables where you can eat lunch. Also have a large souvenir shop where you can purchase things to take home if you're visiting from elsewhere. The cost is a bit much if you are taking a large group, but it is enjoyable, so that's good.

Greg Bush

Very fun for kids and adults. Lots of activities and learning!

Paige McRae

My son, grandson and I had a wonderful time! The only dissapointment was that there were no benches to sit on in the museum so my grandson could pause and enjoy the animated dinosaurs. Nana was way too tired after the long walk through the park to stand very much longer. It would have been nice to sit for a while while he watched the animated dinosaurs. They were so well done!

Christina Parks

We brought 92 people 22 of them were kids and we had a blast boy scouts of America

Sherri Emmons

This is a must see, awesome place for kids

Kevin Burns

Well kept park and exhibits. Anematronics are really cool.

Cato Garza

Great place to take kids

M Sans

Super fun experience. The Dinosaurs are life size. You walk along a trail and see all the different ones. We really enjoyed it there. It is a bit pricey but worth it. I'd recommend going prepared with walking shoes and water on hot days.

dréa Riley

So much fun for a few hours. Just enough to entertain a kiddo that is just learning to like dinosaurs. The animatronics are simple and not too scary for a tiny tot!

Daniel

We love this place. The life sized dinosaurs are awesome. The children's bone dig is nice, too. The playground is a nice extra. There's also a Dino Gem excavation and a fossil dig. The Easter Egg hunt is great, too!

Roger Moore

This family of nerds had a blast! If you like dinosaurs, go! You'll have a blast too.

Linda Brummett

This was a great getaway. Not far from Waco. The gift shop was amazing, and all the displays were very interesting. We also went to the state park, which is just around the corner from the Dinosaur World. The river was pretty, with hiking trails all around it.

diana barajas

We feel in love with this park great for all ages take enough water and tennis shoes and make sure to take your swim ware cause the river is amazing to swim

Abram Pawloski

The kids liked it, but the feature is really just walking path with a lot of "life sized" fiberglass dino statues....maybe was worth the $ once.

Tracey Mcclure

Great place for kids, souvenir and knowledge about dinos

Carroll Sullivan

GREAT but sure was hot

Ron R. Browning

Great for young kids. Nice walk, good info. Not spectacular but a nice day.

Ashley Cope

I loved it! The fossil digging was medicore- but the trail was fantastic! However, I am concerned about all the (what seems like hundreds) of koi fish living in the small pond on the trail. Im wondering if they get fed regularly bc they acted like they were absolutely starving and you can only buy 2x small bags of food at once. Other than that, the store is also amazing.

Sheila Bergeaux

Clean , polite, and we enjoyed our time there

Kathy Hansen

My family visited for the first time today. It has a great play area for kids with a lot of picnic tables that are covered so you can sit in the shade. At least one area of the tables also has a mister going to help keep people cool. The museum section is small, but my kids still had a blast looking at real fossils and animated dinosaurs. There is a fish pond where you can feed the fish and turtles. There is a fossil dig that kids can do and they get to keep 3 of the fossils they find. There is also a gemstone dig, but I think it costs extra so we didn't do it this time. There is also a spot for dogs to get water (dogs are allowed on leashes.) It was really hot today so definitely bring lots of water and snacks. We'll definitely be visiting again!

Joshua Mcgarvey

This place is such an amazing place to take the kids to learn about dinosaurs. They have activities that kids will love! Its also dog friendly.

Stephanie Dueringer

Fun attraction! My 3 kiddos under 7 loved this park. Wonderful playground and great dino models. They enjoyed the fossil dig as well.

Joshua Lucas

Highly informational. Good dinosaur sculptures. My kids enjoyed it I did as well.

Jose Albertorio

Nice place for kid. Prepare your wallet if your wife go with you.

AjaxTheTerrible

I personally do not like this very much but for children this is a great time and can be a nice little activity to do for an hour or two with the family. They have a gift shop with hundreds of toys and rocks and fossils that are very cool to look at. Would highly recommend for family’s with young children or for the dinosaur enthusiast looking for something to do.

Stephanie Contreras

Kids really enjoyed this. Our 4 year old said she really really liked it alot lol. We had already took our 12 year old when he was 3 or 4 but he still enjoyed it. We would go again!

Yvette Williams

Went for my Grand son's Birthday

yusikhan

A very cool place for both kids and adults alike. Close to the DFW metroplex, lies this Dinosaur World. Filled with enough activities to keep kids engrossed and thrilled, Dinosaur World stays true to its name. An easy paved walking trail among life size dinosaurs has each dinosaur model with a little plaque explaining where that dino fossil was found along with other facts about their diet, family structure etc. The trail ends at a Museum which has Dino animatronics along with some real fossils. At the end there is a well stocked gift store. Friendly staff and tons of parking. There is also Fossil Rim and Dinosaur Valley state park nearby should a family be up to more adventures. Tons of fun and we will be sure to be back next year.

Gabby Rodriguez

Very nice attraction. Be prepared for the heat if you’re visiting in the summer. They had many dinosaurs, and information. The restrooms were so clean, and ventilated very well. The museum was really nice as well. Our kids loved it! The shop was crazy cool too! There was so many toys, fossils, rocks, clothes! Super nice. The pond was cool too! We didn’t see the fish food at the shop before going on the trail but it was ok the turtles and koi were cool. Will be returning some day!

Mr Darth bob

It's a typical tourist trap. Expensive, $80 for 2 adults and 2 kids to do everything. Its neat and fun, but not something I'd spend money on again. Save your money unless you have small kids who are bonkers for dinosaurs. They aren't apart of the state park, and so none of the money goes to them.

Craig Hickman

Awesome place for kids and family...animatronic dinosaurs that move, breathe, and make dinosaur sound.... Fossil digs for the kids, they even get to take home some of fossils they find. Great gift shop also...Adults will be amazed too.

Wesley Bunch

We loved it here. Staff was friendly and lots to look at!

Erika Murray

Took my aspiring paleontologist 9-year-old son to Dinosaur World over Spring Break, and we had a great time! We got to cool fossils in their museum, dig for fossils to keep, mine for gems, help uncover a stegosaurus skeleton, and see lots of different dinosaur species on the trail. I only wish that we were able to get up closer to the dinos on the trail.

Robert Devine

Nice place & different Dino's to check out ( Little Pricy ) Very Nice Gift shop though.

April Luper

Its an awesome trail. Play grounds are awesome covered sand box. Great fossil dig. Cool stuff in the museum friendly helpful staff and clean very clean. Gift shop prices to suit everyone and great stuff for great prices. We were able to get a sovoniers for our whole family of 5 for 25 bucks!

katie Arlena

Pretty cute to take the family loved it ! Highly recommend

Sierra Hamilton

It was fun. Good variety of things. Learned a lot.

Linda Caballero

Lots of great neat stuff for all ages! First time there. Glen Rose is growing lots of new stores are popping up.

David Lowe

Fun had by all, especially the grandkids. Outdoor display of dinosaurs was informative. It was a bit of a hike with the temperature above 100 degrees. The air conditioned indoor display of robotic dinosaurs was a refreshing change of pace. Gem find and fossil dig activities were enjoyable for the grandkids.

Josh Samuels

Cost of admission beyond what the value is for this place. We were sold an extra dig pass for kid and after we were rung up we were told the next dog wasn’t until an hour and a half. Would have been nice to know before we paid the extra money

Vivian Brown

Glen Rose, Texas! I always find something new at Dinosaur World! Fun and educational for the kids! Polite staff members! Check out all the geodes, quartz displays and the actual fossils!!! Visit the state park there as well!

Charles Allexander

Had lots of fun .wonderful adventure for the Whole family

Sara

Kids had an awesome time! Plenty of extra activities and a little playground.

Brian Brammer

My oldest child was frightened of the animatronic dinosaurs indoors. But we survived unscathed. Mostly it is just a long walking trail with fiberglass dinosaurs (with interesting color choices), the fossil dig area, and a playground. The fossils are very tiny pieces, that could potentially be rat teeth or just plaster replicas.

K.M. Cole

We enjoyed ourselves, and got plenty of pictures. Being a saturday morning we thought that it would be more busy. It was very pleasant and at times we thought we had the park to ourselves.

Lynn Johnson

Very interesting! The dinosaur path was fun and long!

Christy Paskey

Great place for kids to learn about Dinosaurs!!

Amanda Bowhall

It was hot! We carried our dogs since they are pet friendly and said they provided water for them to drink however there was only one watering bowl in the whole park. My son loved the animatronic dinosaurs inside the museum.

Louie Korbisch

Definitely a place for kids, under 12 I would think would really like it.

Carol McCord

Great place to take your dino loving kiddos. They have a fossil dig, and you get to keep the 3 things you like the best. You can also get a bag and mine for rocks, which is really cool being surrounded by dinosaurs in the desert. Highly recommended.

Colleen McDanniel

Such s perfect family attraction! Picnic, 2 playgrounds, we were there all day.

Michael Billings

Kind of pricey, but fun for the kids. The fossil dig could be a little longer for the kids to get their fill.

Britany Block

The best part about this place is that it is dog friendly! Dinosaur world even allows dogs in the gift shop and indoor museum! My dog loved everything except the animatronics. The next best thing is the shaded loop, with lots of beautiful scenery as well as the dinosaur statues! The loop feels a bit long but if you bring water and a snack, it is perfect. It took us about 1.5 hours. I enjoyed how scientifically accurate the dinosaur information was. The entire dino park was very interesting. The employees were friendly. Price for an adult is 12 bucks so not bad. If we would have broughten a picnic lunch, we'd have stayed longer! Definitely going back soon!

Sherry

Excellent staff, gift shop has alot to choose from. The life-like dinosaurs were awesome! Highly recommend.

Leona Sterling

Good family place

david kurimski

Was really enjoyable for our 4 year old grandson. He had a blast! Lots of very interesting exhibits for us and the kiddo loved it. Cool temperatures made it very enjoyable to walk around and see the life like sculptures. The inside museum was really wonderful, the animated exhibits were a little scary at first for him just be sure to reassure your little ones before getting into them. A GREAT time.

Leigh W

Everyday I have to tell a 5 yr old that we cannot go to Dinosaur World everyday. He thinks everyone's birthday should be there, including mine this weekend. Got a good grade? Go to DW. Parked a car? Go to DW. It doesn't help the situation that I have to fight the urge to go every day because that place is awesome! Great for families, outdoor dates, singular strolls, whatever. It is fun, pretty, and educational

Teddy Knitel

Great place for kids under 10

Richard Johnson

Had a blast. Bring some money if you have a family. The write ups on diffrent dinosaurs was very informative and educational. The big replicas help keep my 4 year old interested.

Michael Dennis

We had a good time , i wanted to bring my dog . but the trip back home was long. Lol

Hilmer Castillo

Yesterday we went with our 3 years grandkid who is a great fan and know a lot about of them. He was very excited, he didn’t walk but run all the time. We will recommend 100% this place.

kevin serna

It's great for kids my son loved all the dinosaur statues

Renee Valdez

Good place for the kids. I only went to the store part.

CMYKirk

5 year old grandson had a great time, as expected into dinosaurs at that age. We really enjoyed his enthusiasm while there.

Jennifer Carroll

Very clean and maintained throughout the park and playground. Loved the wide sidewalks for having a stroller. Ton of covered outdoor picnic tables if you bring your own snacks or lunch. Excellent outting for toddlers.

Teresa Alcala

This place is nestled around close to our home. Just hop in the car and go. It’s nice to see, however I have girly girls who don’t like to walk and sometimes get scared but this is awesome and fun otherwise. It is a walk through and bugs are around. Bug spray and sunscreen and light clothing recommended.

Veronica Tafoya

This place is all right. The dinosaur statues are kind of weird looking. I do like that they allow pets. My toddler enjoyed it. They have a cool little fossil dig.

Athena Phillips

Really neat place. You must get the excavation option when you go- they have the best bags out of many we have 'mined'. But wait until after you do the trail so you don't have to lug a bag of rocks around. Staff is super helpful and super friendly. We always seem to go when it is super hot- but there are spots of shade and benches to rest. Bring snacks/lunch and eat on the picnic tables- everything is shaded, clean and well maintained. Feed the fish- they're are so many it is truly worth it!

Eunhye Grace Bae

My kids love dinosaurs, and this was the perfect place to enjoy.

amy weeks

This place is pretty fun my 4 year old loved it. The place is so fun for kids.

Donald Spruiell

Great place to walk your kids and your dog ....lots to see a park for kids to play and activities like panning for gems and digging for artifacts we had a blast with kiddos 6,6,5,3 all were entertained the free museum with animated dinosaurs was pretty good also

Norman S.

Our grandson had a great time looking at all the dinosaur and doing the dino dig.

Crystal Watson

Great for kids good exercise love the fossil dig got to keep your best 3 the museum and the gem mine was closed so we missed out go early if its hot

Marshall Bartlett

Our 2 yr old is going through his dino-infatuation phase. We planned a trip down to Glen Rose specifically to visit the state park and see the tracks. I thought he would enjoy the playground, dinosaurs at the entrance, etc. and I think the geology and river are cool. Unfortunately, a Texas spring storm the day before we arrived blew out the river, covering the tracks and making the park a muddy, treacherous mess. Dinosaur World was plan B. The theme park was ok. The gift shop is cavernously large. The museum is small and dominated by three or four rooms of animatronic dinosaurs (all of which sounded like they needed some lubrication). There is also a playground (fun for our 2 yr old, not so much for his 13 yr old older sister), a fossil dig (they all thought this was fun), a sand pit, a gem sliush (extra coin for that), and a half-mile hiking trail with non-animatronic (and somewhat cartoonish) dinosaur sculptures. After 2 hours, even our enthusiastic 2 yr old had had his fill. Over all, it was ok.

Rajib Prasai

Not much good as expected. Tickets are little bit costly. Employee in the counter were not friendly n rude.

Carolyn Serrano

A fun place for kids and kids at heart. It's fun to pretend you're seeing dinosaurs in the wild.

Jeffrey Gillispie

It is a great place for just a half day trip from SW Arlington. I would recommend early for summer time so you are dying in the sweltering heat.

J.Landino

Great destination for family with kids.

Zack Widner

I recommend Dinosaur World to all families! The dinosaurs look very realistic and there are information plaques about each one you see. The gift shop has a vast selection of items. The staff is very nice, especially after the walk through when you have a tired toddler. My family and I will definitely be back! Make sure your little ones love dinosaurs!

Colby Robinson

This is a cool place for kids. I took my son for his 6th birthday. He loved every minute of it. The fossil dig had PLENTY of fossils to choose from and the gift shop had some really cool toys.

TTW the terrific wonkers

So cool. Son was scared of the animated dino. They are awesome

Gabriela Gonzalez

We had such a great time! The walking distance is about a half mile all the way around. Never a dull moment with the vast amount of dinosaurs throughout. The bone yard was fun. The place was pretty empty so we had the whole place to dig up bones. No need to fight over brushes. My son was more interested in the dinosaurs so he didn't pay much attention to the 2 playground areas. Museum was a nice way to cool off while watching cool artifacts and the dino animatronics. Tips: wear sunscreen, put on bug spray, bring a sun hat, wear comfortable walking shoes, bring a stroller if you can.

Roy Tarbell

It was great, you can hike, swim, and learn about history! A great place to bring the kids for some cheap summer fun.

Bianca Daniels

My kids and I visited the Dinosaur park in Glen rose today and it was so awesome. Super friendly personal, fair price, lots to do with fossil dig, dinosaur graveyard, museum, the walk & see life size dinosaurs... gems... and a big playground with picnic area is available as well. We brought our water because it was a hot day and everything was okay and allowed. Drinks are available at the shop as well. We def come back soon. We came from Killeen, Tx and it's worth the 2 hour drive.

Dawn M. Schmitt

Great property! Educational, clean, entertaining for kiddos. Never disappoints.

Paris H.

Um, this should become wasp world because it is full of wasps/hornets outside and they can sting you and that is not okay!!!! HAZARDOUS!!!!

Linda Ashley

Great camping spots. Hiking, museums.fun place.

Chloe Laster

So much fun! My niece had a blast & it is such a quick, affordable day trip.

Mary Celeste Williams

Our son loves this place. Fossil digging, gems, long trail, and dinosaurs. ..

Tabitha Roberts

A bit pricey but well worth it. Kids got to dig for fossils and keep 3. Lots of shade for hot days.

rob dell

this place pretty cool, my son loved all of the dinosaurs, the animatronic ones looke a little to real for him, the dino dig and sandbag cleanup were nice too

Anais Lopez

Kids loved it here. It was really hot, but they had a nice play area with benches and an area with water mist going which helped with the heat. The entire place is filled with information about each dinosaur while walking around. The kids were able to dig for fossils and feed the fish. The gift shop has tons of cool items for kids and adults too.

rx doc scott

They only had a few animatronic dinosaurs inside the museum but the kids enjoyed walking around outside on the path and spotting huge dinosaur sculptures. They also had a little playground and a dinosaur dig where they were allowed to keep a few little fossilized ammonites, gastropods, sea urchins, and shark teeth that they found in the sand. There is also a really cool gift shop where there's something for everyone and every price range, including different types of fossils and rocks ranging from a few dollars up to the tens of thousands of dollars for some amazing displays.

Succeed in life

Amazing place. Affordable. Wonderful staff.

Jennifer Barnard

This is a tourist trap. Got the excavation pass that included the fossil dig and gemstone activity. Those were the only things my kids (ages 2 & 4) really enjoyed. It's overly priced for what it is and definitely something I would skip in the future.

Sheri Tucci

Fun fieldtrip!

Justin Mills

This place was really cool. An interactive museum is the best description of this place. The animatronic dinosaur area was pretty cool and the kids really enjoyed it. The dinosaur dig for fossils and the gemstone activity were great as well. The actual dinosaur trail was really fun, especially feeding fishes. The trail was ran through twice due to the kid's excitement and just flying by the dinosaur statues. Military has a very generous discount for active duty soldiers. Also it is not the state park

driller fiegel

Outstanding fun door young kids.

Roma Holley

We had a birthday party for my 5 year old grandson who LOVES dinosaurs. He loved everything about Dinosaur World, from the museum with the moving dinosaurs, to the trail with the lifesized dinosaurs, to the playground!! He told his parents this was the best day of his life.

sarah marie

It was an okay tourist attraction. The two people working up front never smiled or seemed remotely happy about working there. I

Thomas Marceaux

Lots of dino replicas. Very clean and well kept. Plenty of shade throughout the trail.

Tara Jackson

Really cool life size dinosaur statues. The I door museum has moving Dino's to view. Playground, fossil dig, etc. Had plenty of fun and will be back!

Cynthia McCoy

My kids really enjoyed it.

Albert Hughes

My 3 yo son loved this place! Cool animatronics scared him a bit but he couldn't wait to go back and do it again. Great playground for them to burn energy.

Clay C. West

Yes, there are dinosaur models, but, no, your kid cannot climb on them, nor even touch them nor even stand next to them for a photo. Yes, there are fossils, but many of them are modern replicas, not actual fossils. The playground equipment was in full sun, too hot to play on. There were water misters available, but the water was not turned on. Elementary school age will get a little education value, but don't bring preschoolers or high schoolers.

Marcy Funderburk

We LOVED Dinosaur World. It was a blast for my Three Rex and the whole family!

Elissa Andreas

Great museum and wonderful if you like to Pokemon hunt! It was the best of 2 worlds for my 7 yr old!

Ginny Vest

It is clean and family friendly. Had grandsons birthday party there and was enjoyed by all. The items in the gift shop are very reasonable. Would recommend it to anyone.

Jason Porter

It was fun. Cool animatronics, you get to dig for fossils and go on a gem find with the water and all. Cool walk area park to look at life size dinosaurs. Very fun for young and old alike.

John Jones

Great day for your kids. Plenty to do and see and its educational.

Kimberly Webb

My grandsons had a great time! Favorites: animated dinos and mining for gems!

Melissa Stinson

! Always a great experience for kids! Highly recommend

David Tolan

A little expensive, but we had fun. Nice playground for younger kids, 10 and under. Clean bathrooms. Fossil digs are at several set times and last 10 minutes. You can keep 3 fossils. Didn't do the gem thing. Fish feeding was worth it.

Nick Harrington

Fantastic experience! My family had a blast thank you!

Prathee PS

Your kid is into Dinosaurs, this is a great place to visit. You can walk around and see/read about different Dinosaur replicas. Fossil digging is another great activity that my kids loved. They also have a play area + animatronics of few dinosaurs.

Maria Mora

Great tasting tacos, fast service, reasonable price! Clean location. Plenty of tables.

Isaac Murillo

First time visiting and my family loved this place, great place for a walk while reading about the dinosaurs they have on display and an awesome museum that showcases bones and animatronic dinosaurs.

Robin Afshar

Lots of statue type dinasaurs to take pictures with but you can't get too close or touch them. The gem mining, museum, and prize vending machines close before the park so be aware of that and do those things first.
