Great experience, awesome dinosaurs, very nice staff!

afaq tariq

If your kid loves dinosaurs, this is a good way to spend $25 to occupy a child for an hour.

Carol Young

What A treasure!!! Our kids ages 3-13 loved the Dinosaur Park!! There was a scavenger hunt to keep the older kids happy and life like dinosaurs all throughout the trails!! The kids enjoyed the educational experience and the adults loved atmosphere!! There's a great little museum and store to get all-things-dinosaur as well!! It is worth the drive!!

Lana Morrow

This place was one of the greatest attractions our family has been too. You get to walk the paths at your own pace, the it have a "fine the footprints" activity you do as you walk and it includes interactive play places with lots of great photo opportunities, and the process were fair. We deffinately recommend!

Juan Diaz

Amazing educational experience for families and school's alike!

Amanda Tobias

My kids and guest loved the trail, the dig, and the playground. We had a good time and it was a money well spent. I just wish it wasn't that far but other than that the stuff were accommodating and friendly. The price was great for a birthday party.. Thank you Dinosaur Park

Sean O'Connell

Nice place to take kids. Easy to enjoy at your own pace.

Shamica Wilson

My children LOVED this park. Its inexpensive and the trail is long enough for your money but not exhaustingly long. The dinosaurs are life-size (like maybe 20 feet tall) and there is also a playground, dinosaur dig, a gift shop, and a scavenger hunt. Super fun!

j k

The kids loved it and had such a great time looking for all the dinosaurs hiding with the I spy card they already wanna go back

Dakota Clark

Would not have expected this attraction to offer so much. While the dinosaurs are not Disney land level quality, its still great fun for younger kids. The whole park also acts as a hub for pokemon go, so parents or teens who aren't thrilled can still have a good time while at the park. Admission price is very fair, and there is a playground at the front of the part.

Mary Bojorquez

A great place for the family and especially the children. My little one loves it! Try it your child will love it. So much to learn and see!

Kris

If your kids love dinosaurs they will enjoy this place. They have like a scavenger hunt for the kids. The toys are pretty neat too.

Maria Antonetti

Great place for kids and adults! It's a nice little walk through the woods with life-size dinosaur models.

Tracey Albers

My son loves dinosaurs and he had a great time looking at everything. He always wears his dino hat we got from here. I do wish there were more scavenger hunt type games to play as you go through since we've been here multiple times, we immediately know where they are. It is definitely cute for first timers though. Playground area is fun but can get wild when it is packed. All in all it is a fun family outdoor activity!

Rose Mary Bottomley

My grandchildren had a wonderful time. Playground, trail east so interactive and the dinosaurs were real life like.

Carole Rieley

Very real like and true to size. Alot of dinosaurs!

John Derouche

Our 3 year old has been fascinated with dinosaurs, so we drove a good two hours from our hotel to experience this place. It was clean, well signed, and had lots of large and small dinosaur sculptures. It is clear a lot of love went into making this place an imaginative destination for children and dino lovers. Cool shop with toys and gifts at the entrance too! Worth a visit!

Monique Stevenson

Awesome place. Bring water and try to go when it's not too hot!

Tep Chantra

There's not really much to this place. It's mostly a path that you walk around where you can look a various statues of dinosaurs. There are activities that you can do on your own where you try to find all of the listed dinosaurs. Great place for kids interested in dinosaurs. I'd recommend going during a time where it's not so hot.

Pete Holland

This is a good place to take the kids. They have life sized dinosaur sculptures in their natural habitat. They have a paved path that winds through the wooded Park with picnic tables and a playground.

Rev Patricia Bailey

Took grandchildren to this park. It was a fun day ! Cost wasn't too bad for the amount of time you spend there. Wish the store offered more or had a diner. I do recommend going in cooler weather however or taking a LOT of water !

Amy Casillas

Super cute and informative. There was a kids bday party. But the park I is laid out nicely so it wasn't intrusive to other guests. Nice day out while the weather is good.

Spirit _

It was really cool to learn about the dinosaurs and see them life sized

Gary Park

Its a great park, lots of information ensuring informative learning. I left a $2,000 diamond there. Nobody has found it yet, it's on a beautiful ring. Good luck on your adventure, or a gift for someone special.

I will NEVER come to this place again. I decided to travel from San Antonio to Austin specifically to take my family to Dinosaur Park to have a good time and boy was I in for a rude awakening. When we walked into the main building we were told that if we were to go off of the path, there may be snakes and/or poison oak etc. Nobody ever said anything about it being off limits wherever there isn't a fence and so we felt responsible for ourselves. They made it seem like "you can if you want, it's fine, but it's entirely up to you" sort of thing. I specifically asked at the front desk. Anyhow, at one particular part towards the end of the trail, there was a dinosaur statue and around the corner there was no rail, so my child wanted to go up close to see it. I went with him to see it for a few seconds too. A man comes up on a bike who later claims to be the owner of the place. He was the RUDEST person I've ever met in my life and I have no idea how he runs a business. He shouted "YOU CAN'T BE OVER THERE!" "CAN'T YOU SEE THE SIGNS?!" "NO! NO! NO!" "THAT'S WHAT THE SIGNS ARE THERE FOR!" Mind you, there was no damn sign anywhere in the area. The signs tell people not to touch the statues, not to be near them. So what the heck was he talking about. It was so dramatic and loud that I literally feared that he would attack us and try to harm us physically. He kept on making angry facial expressions and using threatening body language. He then rode off with his bike. Then, after we get on the main path and were thinking "screw this place, let's leave," he decides to come back and says, "did you have something you want to say?!" in a loud and threatening manner, getting super close to my entire family, once again. I felt even more threatened. I told him he was harassing us at this point because he looked as though he was ready to fight. I was about ready to call the police. He then tries to apologize, tells us he quote: "is not a people person." We told him we left San Antonio to get away because we've gone to places in the past and have been treated rudely and he said, and I quote: "I'm one of those rude people." He tries referring to me as "son" because he was in the military (which he kept mentioning; who cares? What does it have to do with me?), then goes, "oh I'm sorry, not son." He asked me if I spoke Spanish as if it makes a difference. He kept complaining about his insurance and how people suck, etc. This guy was absolute disaster and did a poor and horrible job of apologizing. We told him he ruined our entire day, that we'd NEVER come back, and we'd NEVER feel comfortable recommending this place to others. I feel sorry for whoever has to run into/come across this man. If this is how he treats strangers I can only imagine how he treats people he knows. Spending over $32 for this? I think not. NEVER AGAIN.

Felix Mireles

The place was a little out of sight but when we got there it was worth the drive. My child loved it and I definitely plan on coming back again.

Nick Kriofske

Who knew this was here? My two year old loved it almost as much as I did.

April Stock

Loved it. Perfect for kiddos that love dinosaurs!

Sarah Mueller

This place is great! Exceptionally clean, comfortable, and fun. Well done. My little kids loved every minute.

Maria Matias-Ali

It is small but worth the visit very cute and it has a great playground with picnic tables that is shaded. We enjoyed the Scavenger Hunt game.

KQJ TV

So much fun!!! This place was the best!! The bathrooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, there's a gift shop with plenty of items for less than $5, the picnic area was just as fun as the trail, and the trail was so cool. The dinosaurs are huge, lots of educational info along the way, and plenty of places to take cool pics of the kids!!

Bailey Lambert

We took our 1(almost 2) year old and he absolutely loved it ! We really enjoyed the fact that the path was long enough to be fun, but short enough not to be "too much" for the little guy. Highly recommend ! Most of all, the customer service was wonderful. The lady's in the shop were so sweet and helpful but not pushy if you needed anything. A wonderful experience :)

Full-Time Mama

This park was awesome my kids had so much fun finding the dinos and they have a cute little shop, and a play set. forsure going back for a birthday party

Just Raeya

I had my son's 3rd birthday party here and allow me to just say that the kids all LOVED the park and everything about it from the indoor displays to the actual trail itself. They allow you to have your piñata and keep the rope on hand just in case you don't have it. The ladies were extremely nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place for a kids birthday.

J H

This place is awesome. They have a huge gift shop with a lot of neat collectibles, a nice playground and park for the kids to enjoy, and a couple dozen LIFE SIZE dinosaurs! A great hour or two of fun.

Joy Schmidt

Love the DINO PARK!! They're updated quite a bit since our last visit 2 years ago! Really fun place for kids that love dinosaurs!

johnny c

Took my 4 year old and he had a blast! I would recommend going !

Alexis G

The trails are filled with giant Dinosaur replicas and the forest has many hidden things along with fun facts. They have a playscape with swings and the whole gift shop is nothing but Dinosaur toys. This is the best park for Dinosaur lovers

Sherena

Nice quiet and clean area. Staff is very friendly. Amazingly huge dinosaurs with a fun scavenger hunt along the trail. There is also a gift shop with cool dino toys and charms and a picnic/play area with a nice shady place to enjoy snacks.

Sonia Moore

Fun place to go, and learn about dinosaurs in depth. Love the life sized dinosaur set ups!

Jennifer R Livingston

Great place to walk and family fun is all around at this cute park.

Mamma Kraken

We have come here for three spring breaks now. It has grown since our first trip back in 2014 and this year it looked like they could possibly be working on more. It amazing for us dino obsessed.

Guillermo Dongu

My son loves this place.

Christopher Hernandez

Place was a nice change of pace.... kids loved all the sites and attractions. Worth a trip if your in the area

Sara Witkowski

Loved it! Kids loved it! We stopped on our way to Austin to let the kids burn off some energy. Our 2 yr old loves Dino's and had a blast. Our 5 yr old plays Pokemon go and there's like a 100 pokestops and gyms to keep him entertained while the baby was gushing over the Dino's. Will be stopping again on the way home. So worth it.

Marilyn Schneider

I absolutely love this place. I bring my grandkids every chance I get

Kellie Sherrill

Love this place. Bring your money or grandmas (just kidding) because they have the best dinosaur gift shop ever. We bought a lot of great stuff and they prices are good too. It’s a long walk but my 2 year was able to go through the whole thing probably because there is an amazing life size dinosaur around every corner. We had fun counting the footprints and finding out which ones lived in Texas. They thought of everything for your little ones. After the walk they let you eat your picnic by their playground. It has shade! So nice. I highly recommend this to all our friends and family.

Melyssa Lee

This was super fun, laid back trail and dinosaur exhibits are very clean and well kept! Highly recommend.

Javier L

Very fun for about 10-15 minutes, then the kiddos got bored. Price is a little high for admission. Also if you go during the summer/autumn it's extremely hot, even in the shaded areas The gift shop had some cool Dino stuff but was pricey

Kim Cifarelli

Pretty fun for the kids. Cute .5 mile trail with dino facts and small fossil digging area. It's a one time visit type of place for us but worth it to go once.

Susan Plummer

Great place for dino lovers. They have recently opened a bigger store with more dinocentric goodies and restored their sculptures. Playground, some shady area for a picnic and dino dig. Even the soap in the bathroom is dinomite!

Michael Bell

Fantastic for a dinosaur crazed kid. We went through twice just for fun. It exceeded my expectations.

Jaime Mclaurin

Perfect for pre school aged children. Clean trail and playground.

Raymond Stadelbacher

Very nice park my kids enjoyed it.

esteban villarreal

Great place for kids. My 5 year old loved it. Nice "life size" models out in the woods where they should be. If going on a hot day, be sure to take some water. There also benches where you can sit and rest.

Marshall Doreen

Our son absolutly loved the park.

krafty Tour

A great place for kids and adults... This place is worth exploring....me and my family loved it.

Jeremiah Kested

What a fun find for families. They have a nice walking path with discovery for different ages. After your walking adventure do a dinosaur dig, eat lunch in the shade, and get that last bit of energy out on the playground. This place is well put together and enjoyable for the whole family.

Lori Mello

Immovable dinosaurs randomly placed in someone's back yard basically

J Gutz

Life-sized dinosaur reproductions and affordably priced for families... excellent customer service provided by staff! Easy access to toll road. Will revisit again soon with 5-year old twin grandkids who didn't get enough "omigod"s in.

Nat Kuz

We went with our 5 years old son and we really enjoyed it!!! The staff is very friendly. The place has clean restrooms, a yard with picnic tables and games for kids. The trail is easy to walk, with shade, and dinosaurs all the way along. Plus there is a "Spot it" game for kids with 15 items to spot (Make sure you get the instruction card at the entrance).

Scott Manning

This is a great place to your kids. I'd say the admission price is fair. The dinosaurs are stationary, but still really cool to look at. Our 3-year old daughter loved them all and spent plenty of time looking at each prehistoric critter they have for viewing. There are a few photo/interactive opportunities along the path as well. We easily spent an hour, and could have spent more time if it weren't for the July heat and it being lunch time. They also have a nice little playground for the little ones to play on and a small fossil digging area. The playground is also surrounded by misters to help cool everyone off. It looks as though they are planning on trying to expand or add even more dinosaurs in some spots. There is a gift shop area, but we didn't really look at anything. You can guess what they mainly have...dinosaurs! I'll try to add photos later since they are all on my wife's phone.

Travis leopolos

What a great find! We lucked out and the weather held out for us today as most of it is outside. We really enjoyed the life like poses in the woods setting and that they were full size. The trail is an easy walk with a few benches along the way, although a couple more wouldn't hurt. The staff was friendly and we felt the price was reasonable.

Jamila Woods

Great park & walking tour. Loved the hidden dinosaur treasures

Michael lougee

Reasonably priced and fun for the whole family!!

Karen Elizabeth

Great outdoor experience for Adults and children’s. Entrance price is fair compared to Zoo and other recreational places and worth it. The walking trail is long and has a lot dinasours to view. A children’s park are with picnic area in shade !

Andrew Guerrero

Pretty underwhelming. Great for taking your children who are into dinos though.

sam g

Had a great time here. The park was clean and the trails were very informative. The staff at the park were all friendly and helpful.

Cristian Cruz

Honestly it's okay. The trail is around 20 minutes long, with activities for the kids and a treasure hunt along the trail. Wish we were could get closer to the dinosaurs .The staff is very friendly though and very clean place . The Gift shop is nice but overpriced in my opinion.

Wes Staha

Great entertainment for the kiddo!! My son is 8, and is fascinated with dinosaurs. He was naming most of them before we ever got to the info, but he still learned a lot about each dino. His face lit up being able to see life size dinosaurs!! The tour is covered by trees, but was a little muddy when we went so bring some old shoes if it rained. Awesome staff helped us with the scavenger hunt and had fun facts about all the dinosaurs. The gift shop was decently priced and had a TON of options.

Gwena Margolis

We were in the area. Got there about 3:20 and were able to pay and just walk on through. Adorable wooded trail with dinosaurs and hidden finds too. My junior high kiddo had a blast. We made up our own stories of what each evolved into. Lol

Pete Vega

A very good place. And I was amazed by these dinosaurs.

Billy Stringfield

My kids love this park. It is fun to take them here just to get out and walk around. My 2 year old son loves dinosaurs so much.

J C

This was a great place to take the kids to see life size dinosaurs

Dimple Sawhney

What a fun place! My three year old son is obsessed with dinosaurs and this place was like heaven for him. Even with the heat, it didn’t feel too hot on the trail because of the shade from the trees. And the gift shop items were great - all dinosaur toys/ items in one place and all very reasonably priced (close to amazon prices) so there was no guilt in buying a few things. I love that this place started when the owners son had his own Dino obsession as a kid 15 years ago. Great family business to support.

Celeste Labod

Such a unique place to take the kids! Definitely worth the drive. Price is fantastic and the path is longer than we thought. I can’t wait to go again!

Christina Kerr

This place is so much fun and is a must for anyone who enjoys dinosaurs. My 2 kiddos loved walking the trails searching for the next dinosaur and learning about them too. It was an easy walk and the trails were nicely groomed. The employees were very kind and knowledgeable. We’ll be coming back next time we’re in Austin!

shawn martin

Nice for the kids if your in the area.

Ciecely Garcia

We went for a birthday party & my boys enjoyed themselves. The trail was pretty cool & they also have a playground. Gift shop was okay and the mist fans outside were great since it was super hot.

Jon Sherwood

Very goooooddddd, lots of fun if you like to be outdoors and very educational.

Anthony Walker

It was fun for my 3 year old to browse the park. He had a blast.

Jesus Loves you!

Fun place to visit.

Suni Krue

It is a really nice spring time stroll, mostly shaded and my 2 and 6 year old were enthralled the whole time!

Me Avila

I loved the trail, every display has information about the dinosaur that you are looking at. A little scavenger hunt for you to be part of. Friendly place, was very well kept and very clean including the bathrooms I will definitely be coming back to this location. My son totally loved it, he is a big dinosaur fan and this was a perfect fit for him.

Photo Speaks Photography

My son loves dinosaurs so this place was perfect for him. 20mins from our house and all the dino toys right there with reasonable prices.

Aletheia Martinez

Awesome place lots of trees but shady in some areas before you go on the trail be sure to have a bottle of water

Mike Young

This is a well loved work of art. The people who designed and maintained this park love their dinosaurs and it shows. They have some hidden for kids to find and they have a wealth of information for adults. Definitely bringing other friends and their kids.

Vance Ray

If you need to unleash your nerdy side, this is the place for you. They have dozens of life-sized dinosaur exhibits. Each one having its own fact sheet and bio. They also have a number of other fun things, like an “I-Spy-Asourus” guide sheet that you can refer to as you walk through their dinosaur trail.

Joe Asher

Both of our kids really enjoyed it. Especially the T-Rex and velociraptor

Clinton Rife

Great place to take a kids who love dinosaurs. Giant path around the property with Dino's everywhere. Swing set for them to play on and pavilion to stay out of the sun. Fun hands on area to dig and uncover dino bones and fossils.

Christy Dowd

Fair price, a nice walk, cute playground and digging for fossils. We will go back!

Robin Schneider

Brought my 5 year old grandson here. Had a great time! We stayed 3 hours! He wanted to stay even longer! He loved seeing the dinosaurs and had a blast on the playground! I wish I knew this is a DOG FRIENDLY place, I would've brought mine. Pack a picnic (shaded tables available near playground) and your pooch and have a FUN day!

Kassie Ragan

We loved this park!!! Our 5 year old enjoyed seeing the different dinosaurs on the trail! He is STILL talking about this place even after 4 days!! The employees were super sweet! & the gift shop had so many goodies! What a fun adventure to our trip!!

Jon Knee

A nice walk through the woods with dinosaurs, my children loved it and thats all that matters. Definitely a good stop if you have little paleontologists like I do.

rodr

Good afternoon for the kids. Kinda short but it's quite informative if you take your time and read through the plaques.

Esther Arredondo

Awsome for dinosaur lovers

Anne Powell

We had a birthday party there. Very nice picnic area and the park was very nicely maintained. Everyone had a great time

Christina P.

Fun trek through the woods in search of life sized dinosaur statutes. Other fun dino activities and the best selection of dinosaur toys around.

Amanda Callaway

We had an amazing time here. My son who loves dinos head a blast. Be sure to pick up the hidden items sheet.

Tammy Team

We took our 3 year old. This park was PERFECT. I will be taking my other grand children whom are 7-10 years old. This park has EVERYTHING, play ground, tables for a party, TONS of dinasour. Gift shop is amazing. Staff was very friendly. We will be back.

Erin Nieto-Salinas

We loved it it here. We got here right when the park opened. It was much bigger and had more dinosaurs than what I was expecting. I was very pleasantly surprised to say the least. The trees provide a lot of shade. My kids loved the gift shop. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Dc Charles

It's a very cool place. It's outside and it takes about 30 minutes to walk the trail unless your reading the information then it's longer. The prices are 9 dollars for adults and 8 dollars for kids.

Mathew Tonne

Wife and I took our 4 year old here and he had a blast. Looking back over some of the negative reviews ... Manage your expectations. This place isn't the Smithsonian. What it is, though, is a fantastic spot to let your kids burn off some energy, and if they're even the slightest bit interested in dinosaurs, they'll have a great time. Or if they enjoy dirt, sunlight, playing, they'll enjoy it.

Brandy Gannon

My BOYFRIEND and I came here for our three day anniversary and we LOVED it. Lots of fun stuff to do we were like kids again.

Andrew Lewellen

My nephew loves coming here, and there renovations have really improved the place. Friendly staff, lots of room, and cool stuff for kids to do and look at. Very informative, flat they were able to fix the long neck!

Sabrina Zarate

Had a birthday party for my cousin here! Very great service and amazing views! Definitely would come again!

Matthew Critchfield

Awesome place! Reasonable in price and the life sized dinosaurs are great for the kids!

Mahdi Kefayati

Great place if your kids like dinosaurs. The walk is nice and short enough for a 4 yo. Great sand pit for discovery without mess and very clean and nice gift shop and bathrooms. Covered sitting area that comes very hand when little one is hungry or needs rest. Small but adequate playground. They also host birthdays (one was going on when we went there).

Aly Valiani

Really fun and unique dinosaur park with cool playground for kids to run around after. Definitely a great half day activity

may her

This place was actually pretty cool. At 1st me and my mother-in-law thought it was tiny, probably because we didnt start off on the right side then we saw the two dinos and thats when our long walk began. Spent at least 2 hours or so here and my kiddo loved it

R Mani

It was great! My kids loved it! There was a scavenger hunt sheet for the trail. All the dinos were life size. It was amazing!

Feliz Weinberg

Absolutely awesome! Our little dinosaur lover had a blast. The trail and exhibits were so great. They even have water misters on the playground.

Daniel Navarro

I have two small children ages 2&4 and they loved this place. They enjoyed the playscape as well as digging for fossils. The trail was clean and easy to navigate and of course the dinosaurs were great. It was awesome seeing how big they would of been if they still existed. It was different from the normal fossils we see at the museum. My children loved the everything. The gift shop was nice and clean and the souvenirs/toys were decent priced. We came on a Friday around 11am and it was not busy and there was a small breeze which helped combat that lovely Texas Summer Heat.

Judy Browne

great place for a 3 year old party

Faron Kendle

Kids loved it and their 14 and 17 :o)
