Although off the beaten path, this museum is worth the visit if you’re anywhere near Bullard, even if you’re passing though East Texas. Extremely well-arranged exhibits that take the visitor from the start of our country up though all our wars and conflicts. Once section of the museum is fully dedicated to each of our 45 Presidents and has actual items owned,

My fiance and I went with my daughter on her class field trip. This museum is a must see in my opinion; the displays are well organized, staff is very friendly but the guide absolutely made the day. I recommend this place to anyone with children and adult history lovers.

This is a small, but thorough museum that traces US involvement in war from before we were a country in the 1700s to present day. I especially enjoyed the information about conditions that led to many of the wars. There is a hall of presidents that has info on each one and some article with a signature from each. Veterans and active military get in free. Definitely worth your time.
