Every 5 years I get to stop by this gem of a museum hidden away in a remote and charming prairie town. You can taste their amazing vinegars at the sample bar. You can walk through the global history of vinegars. You can purchase top quality vinegars. I never leave without a smile or a box full of vinegar bottles! Anyone who loves food, history, and obviously vinegar need to check this place out! The history of its existence is also something tantalizing for the brain!
