My son went to the museum and the baseball field on a field trip in middle school he loved it then my husband worked in the museum redoing there ventilation system in the museum he also thought that it was a great place the both of them took a lot of picture to show off to friends and family so they could see what it was like in the museum

Shoeless Joe Jackson Museum is a must for baseball ⚾️ fans directly across from the entrance to Flour Field. Usually open just one day a week.

Small but nice museum, if your a baseball fan and in the area it's nice.

They preserved his home. Still need to go inside. They were closed at the time I was there. Shoeless Joe.... will never be forgotten!!

Can't say enough about this place. If you're a baseball fan, visit. If you're not, visit anyway. Great collection of photos and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They're moving it about a block away in November, and will also expand and be open every day in 2020. We'll worth the visit, and it's right across the street from Flour field, so you can catch a Greenville drive game as well.

Great little museum, (Shoeless Joes actual house). Lots of info offered by volunteers. Very informative and friendly. Enjoyed our visit. Would go back.

Really enjoyed the tour of Joe Jackson's house. This is the last placed he lived. It was moved over near Fluor Field. Lots of nice pictures of his life. I wasn't expecting it to be this nice inside. Too many things to mention. Anyone who likes baseball should visit the museum. Very tastefully done. There is no charge to visit.

Can not share much because it was not open on the day it was there. However, I still took a look around because I was at the Drive game across the street. If you have ever watched Field of Dreams you need to stop here and have a look around. You still can read about Shoeless Joe Jackson and see his home.

Wish we had more time here! Man was extremely knowledgeable about the life of Joe Jackson!

Gotta call in advance to get inside, but a great addition to the overall experience at Fluor Field.

Excellent service! Fine dining. Had a lovely steak, delicious wedge salad. They even served sparkling water. Great crusty bread. Expensive but worth it.

Really sweet to be able to visit Joe's last home, hear about his great talent and his life, but most of all, the man's true story is told.

Bruno Vasconcelos

This museum is really the definition of a hidden gem. We only found it by chance on a local map walking along the Reedy River and luckily for us it was open when we were in town. Although the hours seem very limited the museum is small enough to be a 30-45 minute stop. The guide working the museum was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about every aspect of Joe Jackson's life and provided a ton of information. Admission is free but I highly encourage a donation to help this great little musuem preserve the story of one of the greats.

Small but nice museum at his home. It shows the life of Joe in a real setting, his home. Good visit for history and baseball fans. Free admission, open on Saturday only.

Eric Seenson

Why say you are open if you are not? I waited until the hours you say you are open and guess what, you are closed! I walked a block in heavy rain to find out that you are close! I also drove a long way out of my way to make it here here.

My guests waited four years to see this. Watched the open & close sign to confirm. Drove a long ways and it’s closed yet the online process failed. The voice message says their open on Saturday also. Don’t believe anything.

Michael Sargent

A must visit if you are in Greenville, South Carolina on a Saturday and even remotely care about Baseball. Presents an entirely different prospective on the man.

Baseball and justice-- he was acquitted. He played brilliantly. He was not throwing games. And Landis STILL banned him. Man at the museum was excellent guide.
