Great little museum with a lot of Cherokee history. The new wing has opened with many more maps and artifacts. Several great maps, as well as books by local authors are for sale. Worth the trip to Walhalla!

Absolutely Love visiting here at the Museum. The Staff is Awesome and the knowledge of my heritage is extremely moving and touches my heart with all what the Cherokee's had to endure and concourer.

If you want to learn about Cherokee Indians in South Carolina and in Oconee county then this is the place to go! It is small but they are building an extension as we speak!!

Nice displays and interesting artifacts. The curator was super friendly and knowledgable. Worth the visit, but wish it was a larger. Be sure to donate ( it is free ).
